By far the worst holiday experience any of us have ever had. We did not go to this place expecting five star service, we did not expect uninterrupted wifi, or gourmet cuisine or even terrific leopard sightings. We just expected 2 things - simple decent food and an interesting safari. Starting with the food - meals were an additional $15-$20 per person. Dinner on both days was to be barbequed chicken and pork with sides. Both days the chicken and pork were unbelievably tough, impossible to chew and swallow. The sides were flavorless, half raw and stale. Even the sausages were shrivelled. Evidently the same food had been getting heated and reheated repeatedly and resembled leather by the time it ended on our plates. All of us had to abandon dinner after a couple bites. One of us required gluten free food and repeatedly requested for rice only to have wheat parotta kottu end up on her plate. There are no other options near by, they don't.provide alternatives. So we spent a hungry night. The safari was an additional $40 per person. For this money we got only a driver who could not speak English or understand English. He did not make any attempts to speak, explain, or point out anything. We had to point out wildlife to him for him to stop the car. Or we saw other cars stopping and we also stopped and stared vaguely in the same direction. We have never experienced a ”safari” like this across several forest reserves and national parks across the world. On the way back he drove at a breakneck pace across broken and flooded jungle paths , leading to some small injuries. The camp is lovely, the staff is courteous and try their best but from what I could fathom the owners want to save money by cheating tourists with appalling ”food”and strangely subpar safaris. I suppose we should be thankful none of us managed to eat much over 2 days and avoided food poisoning.

The most luxurious, beautiful and impeccably clean, spacious, bungalows (full of light, if you open the curtains) just outside the Yala national park in the middle of a beautiful jungle in front of a lake. Comfortable bed, good food, really absolutely nothing to complain about. Very professional and kind service, perfect safari experience. The driver is experienced and really eager to find a leopard, the vehicle was very comfortable. Even though I was only one day there, I could see a leopard twice from a close distance. Everything was exactly on time and exactly the way it was promised. The communication was super easy, Dulaj responds in no more then an hour. There is a convenient taxi service one can use. I was picked up from Mirissa and brought back there after the safari day. The only thing I regret is that I couldn't stay longer there. Due to the special location in this place you feel, see, hear and smell the jungle even when you are not in safari. I could have spent some days enjoying this amazing atmosphere just reading book and practicing yoga.

We have booked 5 rooms. Good welcoming and our reservation was handled very well. No welcome drink service. Outside weather was too hot & appreciate welcome drink & a cold towel. Rooms were big and need some attention to maintain the standard. Towels were old. Cleaning was good. Breakfast is average compared to BB package charges. There was fresh papaya juice serve on the table & found fresh fruit also papaya & watermelon only. In the restaurant There we’re Senior manager who was active & interacting with the guests. Other staff not much interacting & there were not much liveliness. Spa was not operating it was closed. Hospitality should be provide service/ experience. At the hotel entrance motor bike hit my car from behind there was no courtesy from the hotel management to see anything to be assist so I found it very poor way of caring the guest.

Our stay at Jetwing Kaduruketha was fantastic, with special thanks to our drivers and tour guides Jinendra and Tharindu. Jinendra took us on 2 amazing trips to waterfalls, the iconic nine arch bridge, a tea factory and beautiful temples. He was incredibly kind, warm and knowledgeable. Tharindu was our driver booked by the hotel to our next destination. He proved not only a safe and skilled driver but also exhibited remarkable patience, waiting for us at the station when our train was 2.5 hours late. Tharindu’s reliability and warm demeanor greatly enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommend his services and the hotel. The hotel and staff were very warm and hospitable. The hotel itself and the surroundings were beautiful.

Quelle magnifique expérience au Centuria Wild. L'hôtel est très beau, la chambre est spacieuse , belle piscine et comme partout au Sri lanka le personnel est au petit soin. The hotel is small, the room is not too much, but the bathroom is spacious, clean and well equipped. The back of the hotel is an open wheat field, especially quiet. It is also very close to Udawalawe National Park. There is also a large pool next to the pool. Swings, small stones are crazy, the restaurant is very good for breakfast and dinner, the only thing that needs to be improved is that the pool is not too clean, and the frog is swimming inside.

We had 2 deluxe double rooms booked. So far so good. On arrival it looked like they didnt know we where coming. I need to mention, we were the only 3 guest in the whole resort. Check in was a bit bumpy, but we managed. After arrival we were asked for sinner, we only had to choices. Rice and curry, or chicken rice.....there are kayaks and a pedal boats available, but they will charge u 3500rs per person for half broken down kayaks even we it never mentioend anything sbout payment. So we didn't go. We took the pedal boat and were still charged. Nice birds around tho. We saw tucans and pelicans but still with no one around they still charged us upon check out. Food was ok, better go for rice and curry. 2500rs per person😜 Breakfast is chicken on toast eith pineapple, no sauce, no water, just 3, pieces of fruit. Chsrged 1500rs We had own own ssfari booked so can't say much about their service. Upon check out they try to charge 15usd for the single occupancy even tho i booked 2 double rooms. So overall i wouldnt recommend the place, mot sure why all reviews are rhst positve. Pool was murky, **** laying around everywhere and overall i found the olace 20usd cheaper as we paid, just one day before arrival.

The safari in the hotel is relatively close, but the downtown area is a bit far away, there is nothing around, it is too dark after 6 o'clock, and there is no sputum, it is very deserted. There are ants on the ground, breakfast is good, overall, the price is expensive.
