The location is good, next to Japan Street, the front desk service is so attentive, there are many choices for breakfast, and the neighborhood is safe. It's just that there is a problem with the shower water. Not central air-conditioning, but cool enough

This hotel will only hand in the room at 2 pm. If you need to arrange your own time in the morning, there are many massage parlors outside the hotel. The door opens at 10 am. I booked a so-called superior room, but there is no window. If you ca n’t stand it, you have to book a more advanced room. The room is newly decorated, and it is very comfortable when you check in. It should meet the requirements of most people. The hotel is well located and the transportation is very convenient. The concierge will call for a car, and the breakfast is good. The price of more than 300 yuan is good value for money.

This is the second time in Ho Chi Minh, but this time with my family Located in the middle of Japanese people It is not luxurious, but receptionist Mr. The restaurant's To is fluent in Japanese. While the shoes were repaired in the city without permission and charged 4,000 yen, I was saved by the kindness of the hotel guests. I want to stay again next time.

Overall the service and rooms were pretty good, however there was a little embarrassing moment at check-in when they asked the me to write down on paper the name of my girlfriend when she was already on the booking. They proceeded to tell me that it is okay this time only, but next time I need to book an extra room for my girlfriend. It was really embarrassing and I was actually kind of offended. I won't be paying for an extra room next time just quietly, If I am turned away I will take my business elsewhere.

First of all, I would like to state that Vietnam is a country that is not suitable for free travel. There are too many people, especially people who do not speak the language. The customs specifically for people who have difficulty holding a Chinese passport, they have to tip back. Will be better I have not participated! The hotel is good overall, breakfast is average, the hotel is close to many internet celebrity check-in points, the doorman is Chinese, not suitable for bringing wives and children, there are many places that are not suitable for children

When we arrived at the hotel it all seemed fine, the staff seemed friendly and we even booked an excursion through them. The room was a bit dark and didn’t have a window but for what we needed it for was not bad, we felt at $20 per night it was a little expensive, nevertheless in a great central location so we extended the room for a couple more nights. On our last evening we needed to get some more dollars as we were crossing the border to Cambodia the following day. I already had $20 in my wallet which I had put on my bedside table, so we set off for 1 hour to get our dollars and come back. When we had got back and went to the room, I was surprised to see that the room had been made up so late by the staff. Not only that but the $20 we had left there had disappeared. Both my girlfriend and I knew we had left it there as we only popped to get a few more dollars but searched high and low anyway to be sure it hadn’t been misplaced before informing the hotel of what had happened. When we went downstairs to tell the staff they immediately said they needed to call their manager and get the cleaners to come reception. It was awkward as they said they hadn’t seen any money which was clearly not true. When I asked the hotel if they could let me have one free nights stay instead to make up for it they said that it is hotel policy that anything that goes missing in the room is not their responsibility. I said that they don’t provide a safe and that whenever the room has been cleaned before, they asked us if they could come in rather than just helping themselves in such a short window of opportunity. They told me that they always clean the rooms (that’s untrue as they did it twice in 4 nights) and that anyone at the hotel should store all of their valuables at the front desk. So every time I go out the staff expected me to leave my laptop, camera, iPad, passports with them rather than the safety of my own room. I don’t understand why they are even putting locks on the doors when they are allowing staff to enter without consent to take things knowing that the customer has no leg to stand on when they just say “sorry hotel policy”. One of the new hotel ladies who worked behind the desk was also taking sly photographs of my girlfriend behind her back, when I asked her what she was taking them for and if she could show me and delete them, she absolutely lost it. She got up told me she had copies of all my passports anyway so could do what she wanted with my information and was threatening with it, it was disgraceful how she spoke to a customer and even her own colleagues were embarrassed by her actions. All in all it wasn’t resolved, they made me pay my full bill even though I said I’d have to share my experience as other customers need to know about what system they are operating at the hotel. They said they didn’t care, the $20 is more important than the bad review apparently. I’m stupid to have left any money on my bedside table and won’t do it again, but

I arrived on the 17th December and at first impressions, everything was great. The lady on reception was welcoming and checked me in to my room quickly, even though I had arrived quit a bit earlier than the check in time (I had an early morning flight from Hanoi the same day) my room was ready and I was allowed to go straight up. They had a porter took my large and heavy back up to my room for me, which was great. I only stayed for one night, because the next day I had an early morning flight to Bali. In the evening, around 9:30-10pm, I started getting all my things packed up again, as I had a 5am start the next morning, and I realised my passport was missing. I remember handing it over at reception for them to make a copy, and realised that I hadnt received it back. I headed down to reception to retrieve my passport, and was greeted by a very rude lady - a different person to the one that had greeted me in the morning and been so welcoming to me. When I asked for my passport back, she refused and immediately became unnecessarily agressive, and demanded that I give her money for it before it could be returned to me. She insisted again and asked me for 500,000 VND. I again refused to give her the money, and informed her that she had no right to withhold my passport from me, under any circumstances. I told her to go ahead and make a copy, but that I wasn't leaving reception until I had my passport back. I informed her that I was leaving early in the morning to make an international flight, and it was vital that I have my passport with me so that it isn't lost / misplaced / forgotten. Again, she got even angrier and shouted at me, "no money, no passport!". At this point, I certainly wasn't going to back down, but despite her aggression and rudeness, I managed to stay calm and polite during the entire exchange, because I knew she had no legal right to keep my passport. As a long term traveller I'm aware that hotels cannot withhold your passport from you under any circumstances. I informed the woman that the passport was not actually my property, that officially, it belongs to the British Crown - which is true. I also informed her that I was fully aware the foreigners in Vietnam are required to carry photo ID with them at all times, and that the police would be interested to know that my passport was being withheld from me. At that point she realised that she had lost, and literally threw my passport at me and it landed on the reception counter. She then shouted at me, "Go back to your room!". I asked her what the problem was, and she literally yelled, "GO TO YOUR ROOM, GO NOW!" I guess she didn't like the fact that I knew she was wrong and made her look stupid. She knew she was wrong, and I know for a fact that had I needed to get the police to help, they would have certainly made sure she returned the passport to me. A real shame, because the greeting in the morning was lovely, the bag porter was kind and helped me wit

This is a 3 stars hotel, but compare to other 3 stars I stayed at also around the area of Ben Thanh Markets..it’s good only in the room price rating and walking distance to the market(but you must bargain with them with the price). The breakfast could use improvement and cleaning the room could also be improve. Like at Liberty Greenview Hotel at Pham Ngu Lau area, same stars rating but there Breakfast, room cleaning and security is the very very good. The only thing is that their price are high and walking to the market is about 10 minutes walk, depend on how you walking. Even so, it’s like Liberty Hotel is just a block away from Pho Di Bo(Bui Vien).

This concept of serviced apartments is a great alternative to hotels. At $34 USD it was very affordable and the location was perfect. Next to a bank to easily exchange currency, a circle K for last minute necessities and several local restaurants. The room includes the basic toiletries and kitchen accessories (pot and pan, utensils, dish washing detergent, and coffee maker). The front staff will provide you with anything else you need like water, extra towels, extra coffee. And the plus: free laundry. Meaning that after 10 days away I came home with clean laundry! Can't say enough about the staff. Traffic is difficult in Saigon and the valet was always ready to help your taxi get in and out. There is no parking on premises. There is a small cafe at the lobby which I did not go to but I could tell it has some coffee and pastries. I felt safe during my stay in the hotel.

recommend! Hotel location is very good, service is good, facilities are very new! The room is small, with windows but blocked outside. There is no free electric iron. There are fewer types of breakfast, but the service is particularly good. If we have any questions, please find the front desk or waiter. It is about twenty minutes by car from the airport. It's just a few minutes walk to the Central Post Office, Binjiang Market, etc. Although I arrived in Ho Chi Minh on the New Year's Day, I never expected that Vietnam will also have a Lunar New Year, and all places are closed!

Overall: Satisfactory and enjoyable stay ~ There are not many hotel brands at the top of the Ho Chi Minh Pyramid, Park Hyatt Park Hyatt in the city center is one, and this M Gallery is one.            The Social Club on the top floor of the hotel is well known locally and is often overcrowded. Much better than M Galley in Hanoi. Transportation: Although in the third district, it is a 10-minute walk from the city center cathedral. It takes 40 minutes to the airport and the location is good. The city is not big, and Grab is easy to go. Environment: Colonial French designs are everywhere in Vietnam. But the scale of this design is well grasped, concise, modern, without the complexity and cumbersomeness of the old era.            For example, there will be no very old wood color, and there will be no special bling feeling. Old-school art, old-school elegance. Service: Staff smile service throughout, professional ~

I stayed for around 2 weeks in the apartments in District 3. The area is a great base to explore HCM city it’s shops markets and a variety of dining inc street food and local restraurants . The rooms were spotless and very large lounge rooms with a functional fully equipped kitchen so I could stay in and cook on nights I had friends over. The 2 bedrooms had en-suite which were modern and cleaned daily. There is also a washing and ironing service provided that very reasonably priced. The rooms are quiet and comfortable like home. The manager is a very hospitable woman and always was of assistance . She even introduced me to the local gym which is a 2 minute walk from the apartments. I highly recommend the apartments as being well priced and a thoroughly enjoyable stay in HCM city. I ll be back again next year. Brian Byron Bay Australia 🇦🇺

I and my girlfriend went to Sen Boutique House for our short stay (few hours) before our flight at midnight. I definitely agree with the previous reviews that everything inside and outside are very clean, organized and well-decoration. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the thing made me to leave the review with 3 out of 5 is the operational procedure which we got stuck before. Let’s me tell you the story! Our flight delayed until midnight was a main reason to motivate me to make the reservation via OTA, which named Traveloka and we also had paid in full before checking time around 2 hours. Later, we were present at the hotel around 2.15 PM. Surely, we let the staff know the name of booking and showed her the receipt that we got via email from Traveloka. She checked the system and let us know that there wasn’t any booking under my name in her property manager. And she asked me to wait for her to call to another people who keep in charge the booking. Then, I ask her how long does the system take to check my booking, so we could hang out for cup of coffee instead of waiting too long for it (We definitely know that we made last minute reservation!!!). Sadly, the staff blamed me because of booking late !?!? She also gave us the comparison of the other clients who usually book the accommodations in advance 1-2 weeks! I don’t know the answer of the owners is, but you said like this, please tell me how did you open the property for the last minute booking? Secondly, I also wonder that the notice mentioned about the security deposit 500.000 VND “or” original ID. Why did I have to give both of methods!!! As a person who work in hospitality field, I hope that this procedure will be changed in order to suit the clients in the future.

Very good place. Strongly recommend. The floor in the form of an aquarium is just super. Very friendly staff who are always ready to help. The toilet and shower are located in the room and separated. The disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation. There is a cafe downstairs where people talk loudly even after midnight. Music at the reception late at night. Glass doors to the room, too, do not contribute to sound insulation and privacy. no Windows. Unfortunately, the view of the city is only available to those who stay in mixed dormitories.

There are also many shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. There are also many restaurants. The restaurant is recommended by Pizza 4P's. The hotel is very new, there is a welcome drink when checking in, the front desk can communicate in English, communication is barrier-free. The rooms are fully equipped with irons, kitchenettes and kitchen utensils, lots of hangers and large closets, which means the bathroom has no ventilation. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 12th floor, and the gym staff is very friendly and welcoming. A last minute plan was made to visit Ho Chi Minh City and we were on the look out for budget friendly place to stay. We found this hotel on Booking.com and were really surprised that the price of around USD 16.50 per night was for a 3 star hotel. We were a bit skeptical of this so we decided to book for 4 nights anyways since we did not have much time to plan a trip. Booking was easy and credit card was not charged at the time of booking. Since we knew absolutely nothing about HCMC and were landing at night, we booked a airport transfer with them (VND 300,000). When we got out of the airport terminal, the hotel staff was waiting with our name card so no issues there. The travel time from the airport is around 30 min. given the usual traffic condition. The hotel itself is located on an island near Saigon river. When we reached the hotel, our first impression was that this is a new building, fresh paint and really clean. Check in was smooth, the receptionist requested our passports, checked us in and handed us the room key. No credit card guarantee or deposit asked. We went to the room which is really clean and well made. The LCD TV reconfirmed that the hotel may be recently built since it still had the protective plastic on the bezel. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, amenities are placed the the room and the mini bar is stocked with the usual beers and juices. We were able to rent a scooter from the hotel for VND 150,000 so logistics was taken care of. There is a KFC, Banh Mi food carts and 24/7 grocery within walking distance in case you need anything. The receptionist have basic level English, make sure you have Google Translate ready since it was very handy for us. Rent a scooter in advance since it will be required to travel around as the hotel is not in the main business area of HCMC. Inform the receptionist if you are going to stay out late since the main gate is closed at night. In short we were so satisfied with the quality of the hotel for the price we paid that we extended our stay with them for an entire week. We also got free late check out till 2 pm and addition hours were charged at VND 30,000 per hour. Overall, definitely recommend Winston Hotel because it is very good value for money.

In fact, it is not so easy to find, from Hainan chicken this road is impossible to enter, from the coffee shop, just in the middle of the small alley, will also pass the name massage shop miumiu; another just happened to meet the market in the city A large piece of land is being built, and it has to be around to get past. It is not very convenient. Fortunately, the lively place of Fanwu Old Street can be reached in about 10 minutes. It should be emphasized that in English, English is not very feasible, even the numbers will not understand, the English of the service staff is not bad, the room facilities are introduced, although the room has netflix to see, but in the room The time will not be too much, but unfortunately, if there is a film, then it would be fine. After staying for two nights, I have to leave the night train. The store also allows the show to be in the evening. The hot weather can be cold (only cold water) and it is quite good to go to the car. I hope that the store business is booming.
