Living in a 43-flat suite, the living room is large, but the bedroom kitchen is not big, the meeting, the small party, the small meeting is more comfortable. Not far from the airport, no traffic jam for 20 minutes, belonging to the better community in Manila, the security staff of the community at night have to be on duty, the roads around here are closed, very safe, the hotel is very clean and cost-effective, there is a shop on the side. The taste of the western food downstairs is also very good, but personally think that it is not in line with the Chinese taste. Turn right at the hotel and turn right to have a coffee shop. It tastes great.

Room is bigger than average hotel around, fairly new, I believe understaff been there few times like 3-4 times for past month, if recep is doing something paper works they won't blink an eye on you even if you stand in front of them for like a minute. Guard is helpful, room smells like smoke. Nice bed really like almost Shangri-la Quality at least the first room I have been. (Piture attached). No sound proofing you can easily hear people walking. Lobby area is small, no free water

I check in, then I was told to pay the 4 day stay at once. there is no pay at checkout possibility or card verification Also a 2000 php deposit is needed. You need to sign for a plethora of things that you can break in the room and that will be deducted from the deposit. there are a lot of hotel rules you need to comply to. I think for this matter the hotel staff will observe this. there is a 2 person max in the elevator. But the staff just stepped into the elevator, and if I did not mention this rule he did not step back. als everyday I need to update the keycard. other I am locked out of the room. c’mon. I paid the room for the entire stay already. what is this ?? then I tell housekeeping before we took the elevator for going out to clean the room. after we come back in the evening, and going down again because we were locked out, to my surprise the room was not cleaned. There is also mold in the bathroom, which is a health hazard.

I really liked the room and they did a great job of making it really clean. The staff were really good and were nice too. The only thing I didn't like and what I found really annoying was the hotels cost cutting methods. if you removed your key card, the electric would automatically turn everything off. so if your charging your batteries or want to leave the AC on for a 5 minute walk to the store, you're bad out of luck. Only 1 type of plug socket and the hotel didn't have plug adapters. One of the things I didn't like is a list of rules you have to sign before you stay. If you stain the sheets etc you'll have to pay a really unreasonable amount of money, just felt like I was being summoned.

Location is accessible to taxi and jeepneys. There are lot’s of food choices nearby. Convenience store is just few steps away. Service is very good. The staffs are well mannered. They do very good room cleaning, which includes fresh linens and towels. Dust free and they even disinfect the room using UV lamps. Hot and cold shower is great. Internet connection and cable is ok. Interior of the room itself is beautiful. No wonder they are always fully booked.

The hotel is a bit old, it is a very large hotel, thank you Ctrip! Helped to make up the difference in room upgrades. The facilities can also be said to be complete, which is relatively old. The restaurant in the downstairs hotel has local home-cooked food. Unfortunately, the business is not good, no one eats, and many dishes are not prepared.

Great place to stay. With the pandemic everything was clean and very sanitary. They were not able to clean the room everyday in order to reduce contact as much as possible, which I appreciated. The staff was very receptive about bringing clean towels or anything that I needed. Had brief problems with the WIFI, but the hotel had the IT staff correct the problem within about 20 minutes. I am very appreciative of the staff. I did mark the facilities down, but only to make a traveler aware. During this pandemic, they can't have a pool open. It is still on the website, so travelers just need to know what to expect and be patient! They will take great care of you! I will stay again!

This is my 3rd time staying in St Giles hotel, but was the longest for this time (7days). Their service for 7days day was consistently excellent. I was staying in 31F. The housekeeping staff was helpful and always keeping the area and rooms clean. Not sure if i got the name correct, the staff with the name Lana should be given recognition. In the lobby area, doorbells staff always very helpful and ensure customers feel comfortable and safe. Kudos for them. Sorry that I didn’t asked for their name. The bold guy was the best over there. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the warmest stay.

Overall, Manila sucks and I wouldn’t go again. This is budget friendly hotel so it’s way small. Like a room basically. But it’s very clean so that’s a huge plus for me. Also, no amenities and no in room phone. A safe and some hangers though. Just really small and more comfortable fro one person per room. They also advertised my room as 1 bed or 2 single beds and when I booked I requested 2 single but didn’t get it. I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is food but too much noise and the building wakes me up.

I booked 2 rooms for the miting de avance of Leni/Kiko and I was disappointed for the following reasons: - shower head fell off hitting my husband's head. - other room's bidet is dripping to a point of flooding the floor and the sink clogged. - no extra bed for the extra person paid. - flickering lights. - lost of electricity though for a short while. - initially declared full parking when in fact there are still parking spaces. - buffet breakfast has very limited choices. All of this inconveniences are just noted and apologized by the staffs. I probably have very high expectations from this hotel because of the nice experience I had with their Olsen spa. Recognizing how good the staffs are, even polite. Another thing that I would commend is that they allowed us to have a late check out - could be because of they know how late we will rest due to the rally. Next time, this hotel will be my least choice due to the experience. Sadly.

The refurbished rooms are a welcome development, as some of them were a little tatty a few years back. It really is an outstanding place to stay. Just a few minutes across the road is Glorietta Mall, and Ayala Avenue banks, shops etc are also walkable.

This hotel is highly recommended for budget travellers. I give 5 stars however i hope they can have a rug (basahan) because the water from the bathroom gets to the floor easily. A basahan can quickly fix problem with the water getting all over the place. Still highly recommended for people in a budgey who wants to stay for 1 to few days. Carenderias are everywhere and if you want to eat something expensive you can just take a taxi for 100 pesos to bcg and get yourself something nicer than carenderia. There is a jollibee and 711 nearby around 5 minute walk and if you are too lazy to lift your finger there is a convenient store on the ground floor. The staffs are nice and helpful. If you need to print some documents they can for 10 pesos per page perfect for business travelers who might need some documents printed

Location- Simply fantastic. Across the street from Greenbelt mall with easy access to plenty of shopping. Plenty of food choices within walking distance and some great coffee too. Services like laundromat, money changers etc are also nearby, less than 5 min walk. There is a convenience store in the ground floor lobby. It would be hard to find a better location. Facilities- Fairly typical of a Philippines 3 star hotel, the room was a little rough around the edges but housekeeping do a good job and the rooms are kept clean. Good aircon in the room. WiFi was ok in the room and resto area. Roof top pool area was really nice, it seems a bit newer and was great on a hot day. We stayed here a number of times between other destinations and it was a perfect option. Service- Very good from all staff, particularly check in staff and housekeeping. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Too bad they have to charge us for parking when I initially called asking if theres parking and they said they have but they forgot to tell that free parking is just good for 3 cars and the rest will be paid parking. But since I demanded not to pay they waived it and let us check out late the ff day for the inconvenience which I believed a right courtesy for customer service since we checked in late as well. For the room itself its big and clean however the bad is hard, not comfortable for my preference.

First of all, I am very grateful to Ctrip for allowing me to find a comfortable hotel with a reasonable price in a foreign country. This is a place that cannot be reached by taxi directly. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk. The hotel room is large and has a balcony. The room has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, WiFi signal is very good, the cooling effect of the air conditioner is also very good, it is said that the noise is a bit too big (it is an old-fashioned air conditioner after all) The accommodation here is very quiet, and the service staff below are also very good I don’t understand English, but their smiles make me feel like the neighbors I met in my hometown, kind and warm. I stayed here today is the 4th night, I can not bear the excitement in my heart, now this real evaluation, I hope you in the Philippines can see it can help you. I also hope that you in China will have the opportunity to travel to the Philippines. The people here are warm and hospitable. I have been here for 2 years. The Filipinos are just like the Chinese, sunny, talkative, lively and enthusiastic. Thank you for reading! ! !

we stayed here for two weeks to finish my thesis, the room was bright at 3pm. its very cozy and private. there are a lot of hidden gems around the area, all you have to do is get up and go which will be a bit difficult because its very comfy (especially when u work on the beanbag chair). The staff here are commendably nice especially the one who tends the bar, at nights when i stay up at the 7th floor to continue my studies we sometimes have conversations (he's very friendly; so are the residents too). The location of the place is very convenient, its on the side of the main road, its across the grocery, a corner away from a church, and so many establishes around every corner. if i'd be given a chance to stay here again, no doubt i would.

Good points: - Location - 5 to 10 mins walk to Greenbelt and fair waiting time for Grab drivers to confirm pick-up. Love the GREENS too! The Legazpi active park was just a refreshing sight in the middle of skyscrapers. - Amenities - Complete amenities for the room, bath, and kitchen. Provided are toiletries, bath towels, kitchen utensils, iron, and an ironing board. - Reservations - Jamie Miranda, the reservations associate is the highlight of this stay. She was efficient, she replies within a reasonable timeframe and with complete details. - Health and Safety - Love that there was information all around on Covid protocols, the housekeeping guys were also very cautious and were wearing PPEs every time they come to the room to troubleshoot. For improvement: - Endorsements - information transfer from reservations to the front office, or front office to the front office. 1. For ex. in my booking, I asked for twin beds but was given a room with a double bed, they immediately transferred me to another room with twin beds (but since this room was not the original room, some amenities were missing - had to call for these but no worries because they were quick to respond). 2. When I asked for extra person amenities - reservations confirmed this but housekeeping only did the set up for the bed but not the additional amenities. 3. I asked for an airport transfer and arranged for a different time compared to the original time but the earlier Front Office person was not able to endorse this to the next person on duty so they had to ask me to adjust my schedule just so they can accommodate my arrangement. 4. In the website, there were information that was not consistent with what was on site - there were no welcome amenities as stated in the site, the dining area was not open (there was no prior information anywhere that meals are packed and in-room), laundry service was not available. - Bath had flooding concerns and the laundry line was stuck but this was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall, despite the information concerns, I had a pleasant stay. My parents also loved the property and said that they'd book the same for their next business trip.

The room was okay, just fair enough though some things could be better. The thing we didn't like about is what happened during breakfast. It was around 10:15 in the morning and they wouldn't allow us to avail the a la carte order because the breakfast buffet will end at 10:30 and that's the only time you can order a la carte. So we opted to avail the buffet. But to our surprise, there are only 2 pcs. of longganisa, few scoops of scrambled eggs and corned beef and around 1 and a half cups of rice left in the table. No worries at first because we assumed that they will refill it. Then we asked the waiter to refill the food tray and he said that they will NOT REFILL it anymore. Disappointed of the situation, we reported it at the front desk and the receptionist told us that she will just call the "chef" to cook and refill the food. And guess what, they served us 2 pcs. of half-cooked longganisa (inside meat is frozen). We were very disappointed of their service. We have paid for a "breakfast buffet" only to eat leftovers. Should they have allowed us to avail the a la carte, our breakfast would be much better.

My husband and I stayed at this PAL partner hotel after flying from New York. Per government regulations, we had to have a confirmed stay of at least 6 days at an accredited quarantine hotel. Prior to returning, we had to rebook at least 3 times! Each time, the staff was very professional in handling the rebooking. Kudos to Jasmine, Xavier, Karla and Richelle. We arrived on April 26 and were picked up from the airport by Louie. He was the driver and the bell boy. Check in process was smooth and adhered to COVID safety precautions. We availed of early check in and we’re provided with breakfast. The package we availed included 3 meals a day. The food always arrived on time, with two litres of filtered water at breakfast and dinner. Karla arranged to have a microwave in our room. This was very helpful in reheating our meals as we were adjusting due to jet lag. The room was clean and amenities provided were sufficient. We had a window which provided us with a view. We needed this since we were not allowed out of the room for 6 days. It was easy to call the front desk for requests - thanks to Nel, Karla and Xavier. We had a swab test on the 6th day and we’re finally able to checkout today. Thanks, Astoria Greenbelt for making our stay pleasant.

The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are small and quite clean, but 3 times we caught cockroaches. Also during the whole rest, we felt very comfortable there, but on the night before we had to leave we ask for our room to be cleaned because we did our laundry and the room was kind of messy (the hotel has not laundry service) just to realize the next morning that money disappeared from our bags, we were not present when the our room was cleaned. We complained to the hotel staff and they send someone to check all out belongings, then said they will make their own investigations and get back to us later. Later they came and said the are 100% sure no one took our money because the cleaner did not touch our bags while cleaning. So we asked to question the person who cleaned our room , the person confirm he moved our bags while cleaning and said our bags were close when he moved them but our bags were actually open. The staff said we can file a complain at the police station but we had just few hours before our flight.

Stayed for about half a month, but it was comfortable with ample size for one person. The TV reflects BS and the toilet is with greenhouse cleaning. I didn't encounter cockroaches in this hotel. The staff was kind and some people could speak Japanese, so I was relieved. The guests are Japanese salaried people who think they are almost business trips. There is a Japanese restaurant around, and there is a Japanese food supermarket in front of you across the road. With 2 bottles of water every day, + breakfast was also included, so I received 々. I only made American and Philippine breakfast for saving, but it is a good volume for breakfast. American omelettes did not taste, but if it is ketchup, there is no problem! Adobo was delicious.
