It’s a great hotel for a staycation with kids. The (indoor/outdoor) pool is fun and the theme park is a good way to entertain them for a few hours. The rooms are lovely and my kids think the TVs in the bathtub are amazing. The restaurant selection isn’t huge but is adequate and fairly diverse. The few things I would say: 1) the pool is free to guests, but you have to book it and can only go once a day. You can’t eat inside the pool area and if your kids need a snack - tough luck. You can’t return. Bit chintzy. 2) the surface of the shallow kiddie pool outside I guess is meant to look like a beach but it’s very painful and sharp. So, no one uses it - especially kids. It’s a pity because then there’s really only a kids pool inside. They need to take the time during the winter to resurface that one little section. It was a bummer for my youngest. 3) it’s ridiculous to charge kids 35K for breakfast when all they eat is a bowl of cereal. I regret that and would just grab breakfast at one of the many cafes or bakeries under the hotel - just as good for 1/4 the cost. The breakfast is nice but a rip off unless you are able to gorge yourself. 4) I wish they’d made some small gesture for my daughter, as they knew we were there for her birthday weekend. Even a small gesture would have made her so happy. I do like the hotel overall, though, and these are just things to make it even better.

I can only recognize my mold. When I checked out, I forgot to go to the shower room to take Luna. I remembered it on the plane. I got off the plane and immediately asked Ctrip to help me confirm 1. I waited an hour to tell me that I didn’t clean it. To anything! I checked out at 11 o'clock. At 11:30, the car came. In fact, when I met an honest cleaning, I was notified that something was missing... The front desk staff was really good, count me down. I purchased a product that allows you to use the Annex hot springs and swimming pool if you use the hotel. This time I went to rest completely, and I achieved my goal! First of all, the accommodation is a standard twin and it is really spacious😆 There was 1 double bed and 1 single, and I was able to use it completely spaciously by myself. There was a table and chairs for 4 people, so it was great for eating and using the computer. There is something like this, but it doesn't exist. And there was even a microwave in the room, so it was very convenient! In other hotels, the lights are dark and uncomfortable, but the lights here were bright. There was also an eco-friendly toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a convenience store on the first floor and there are massage chairs, so I got a great massage. The staff were really friendly and I asked for an iron and they brought it to my room. The location is a bit far, but I really recommend it.

Pool suite is the room with the pool in your place! The water in the pool a bit cold but able to heat up and prepare it as warm pool with extra charges and advance acknowledgement required. Such a good choice for fun with friends and family, surely comes together with small kitchen and dining area. Parking available on site but limited, restaurants and front also limited hours. Open air rooftop and living space to chill out throughout the hotel. Lovely and cosy boutique hotel in Jeju that worth a stay at least once. Impressed! Overall seems like a nice hotel but cleaning is not good (as in almost every hotel in South Korea I visited this time). The shower (white holder box-like thing) had black mold underneath it. Sink had yellow stains which means that it is not cleaned as it should be. Plastic from the base of bed frames is peeling off and plastic bits prickle your feet when you put them down from the bed- it is time to get a new bed bases. Apart from cleaning everything is good - lobby is modern, has vending machines to buy necessities, location is good but could be tough for some people to get to it (located at the bottom of a very steep hill). There are various places to eat delicious food (traditional Korean banquette menu, chicken, sashimi etc) within 5 minutes of walking. Free water bottles were provided every day. There is also open rooftop with jacuzzi (entrance is free, jacuzzi needs to be booked and payed in advance). Upon checking in they also ask for deposit (was asked just for a card number).

We spend a wonderful couple of weeks here in the Summer. Jeju is a truly beautiful tropical paradise and the GoldOne Hotel a hidden jewel in the south of the island, near to Seogwipo. Highlights included: - the distinctive architecture - this really is a Golden building inside and out which matched our holiday mood; - the peacefulness, with stunning views over the sea to the south of Jeju, including two islands; - the jacuzzi/bath on the balcony of our (spacious and impeccably maintained) room, which enabled us to unwind while enjoying that view; - the breakfast buffet selection, including the croffle maker (which I see another guest has featured!); - the heated swimming pool, which has its benefits even on a summer evening, and would be perfect in the autumn / winter; - my children (15, 13, 10) also loved the games rooms, and the signposted Secret Garden walk, as well as the many recommendations from the reception staff for activities and places to visit in the area. As for negatives - well we had to eventually come back to the UK!

A great experience. It is very close to Ilchulbong Peak and Udo Ferry (walkable), and Seopjikoji is only about 4.1km away. The front desk can store luggage. I asked the front desk to help me clean up the room at 5 o'clock the next day. Then I found out that the staff cleaning the room got off work at 4 o'clock, but they still helped me clean up the room. It was a new #Memoria Resort, which I met on the last day of my trip to Jeju, which I chose to give me healing with my best friend, so it was a completely my style exterior and room. My friend and I, who were burning white, came back to the hostel and stretched out completely. The staff are very friendly. It was a really good hostel to come with a friend or lover. I'm going to come to play again in summer or autumn. I want to come to play with my lover, not my friend.
