Place is very beautiful, green and clean. Services are very good, staff is kind and helpful. Food is above average, tasty and wide variety of choice. Could be more red fish and sea food, would say for meat lovers is very good, for vegetrians, could be slightly better, but overally decent. Sea side is good for kids, sandy beach. Enough places for all, animations, a lot of bars, snack and bake is enough. Almost no time, when cannot have a meal. Spacious rooms, clean. Drinkable water in bottles, can get anywhete and any amount. Not drinkable from the tap. Both Garden and Sentido are common territory and free of charge to use and share all facilities inbetween. Big variety of pools for adult and kids, heated and not. Late check-out possibility: 30-50€ 18:00-22:00 Recommend a taxi from/to airport. Family charge 10-15€ (might ask 20-25) Uber possible, but worse cars. Price can be 5€ Evening andnlate night program - singer, kid show, dances. Decent GYM is in place. Doctor available at fixed hours (10:30-12:30 and 18:30-20:30), consulting from 70€ Senzo Mall in 600m from territory with huge store with all needed stuff for self and kids in case needed. The hotel is very good, next to the Sunrise Hotel, the beach is shared and the space is super large. The hotel has an exclusive bay and the swimming pool is large. The most satisfying thing is to eat, the Mediterranean restaurant is the best, there is a restaurant by the pool, ready to serve. The holiday is very good! The room was super large and also sent a variety of fruit drinks to the room, the waiter was more enthusiastic.

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

Booked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.

Firstly hotel stunning 95% off staff from bellboy,cleaners,reception excellent all barstaff and waiters from beach bar,pool bar excellent friendly and helpful,24hr lounge bar waiters excellent,bar staff here wether daily or nightime moody and rude,upstairs lounge bar all drinks warm, beer,and juice all bottled but left out on bar at 27degrees heat this is not acceptable for any hotel,pool bar beach bar always cold drinks, enertaintmaint during the day reasonably decent night time poor and starts 7,30pm finishing 9,30pm everybody in restaurants at these times,rooms, grounds very clean apart from night time 5 al a carte restura ts lovely, in room toilets it says don't put toilet paper down toilet but in bins,every western country doesn't do this but put down toilet and flushes, at night time the full ground stink off escrament,as workers trying to clear drains,all in very good hotel but a few issue to sort out to be ranked a 5 star,shops in hotel spa in hotel and trips very expensive compared to outside,example lays crisps in hotel shop £4 a pack 15 mins walk or a £1 uber you get same crisps 30p.i would advise anybody coming to egypt bring us dollars as everything priced at 1 dollar,1 euro 1 pound you get more value with us dollar,I work on building trade I'm working class so I don't expect everything to be perfect but lounge bar and smell at night was un acceptable we were on ground floor with swim up pool which is not heated I live in Scotland and have had warmer outside pools than these swim up pool where,would I return probably not,would probably go to another Titanic hotel but don't think I would return here,few other heads complained about lounge bar so hopefully management take this on board,about the smell at night well they put that down to Europeans way of using toilet,filled in a questionaire when leaving hotel which they insist they weren't happy when I put what I put above but if they want the truth don't ask me to tell the truth,all in I would give hotel 8 out of 10 for what I paid sort some issue out and it could be a good 9.5 out of 10,my honest review which I don't think is a bad review,just need a couple of small things to fix and would be ideal holiday,

The environment is really good. The food in the restaurant is more in line with Chinese tastes. The staff inside are very nice and keep feeding me hhh for fear that I won’t be full. If it’s not about the itinerary, I can play in the hotel for three days. There are private people in the hotel The beach is very clean. In the evening, you can have a drink at the hotel bar. Everyone dances together. The room should have been newly renovated. It doesn’t taste like a five-star standard, but it’s clean. It’s recommended. There’s nothing to eat nearby, but the hotel has three meals a day. all good

Neverland ( jungle aqua park ) It was one of my best resort from 15 years ago , I been there more than 30 times , last two years each time I been there I find magic , we can’t say renovation or upgrade but magic , The aqua park is triple the size , there is elevators on all games , there is parts for kids and adults and art room for drawing , play station , fun is the only you do from the early morning till you go to sleep , the latest upgrade was the midway which is amusement park for after sunset activity with plenty of games all included in your Stay , even they don’t forget cotton candy and pop corn all the time , ice cream , crepe , waffle , The restaurant every where , I can’t say how many , because I don’t have time to attended all of them , but more than 12 restaurant and cafe , I am trying to look for missing item but there is only perfection , There was a bike for whole family riding together in new style bike can be used by all family Thank you Mr kamel Abou Ali the owner of pick Albatros , Your are magician in your field , you know how to make people happy ,

Хочется отметить, что с момента нашего пребывания и до конца отпуска,при любой возникшей ситуации,вся команда отеля готова была помочь, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Хочется сказать спасибо Веронике, она может подсказать советом или более подробно рассказать вам о специфике пребывания в городе или о интересных местах в отеле, чтобы вы не скучно проводили свой досуг. Да и она просто классная=) Так уж получилось,что нам понадобился осмотр у доктора. Ничего серьезного не произошло, но было приятно, что в отеле работают квалифицированные специалисты. Привет, доктор Сэми, Спасибо большое!)) Для любителей вкусно покушать, тоже будет комфортно. Повара готовят великолепно, делают работу с душой. Для сладкоежек отдельный рай, особенно в вечер восточных сладостей. (Ваще балдеж)) Радует, что ежедневно отель улучшают. Потихоньку делают ремонт,шумных работ нет, но в любом случае, это не отражается на отдыхе окружающих. Территория небольшая,но очень уютная. Отдельно хотелось бы выделить анимацию. Команда небольшая,но очень сильная, активная и подвижная. А вы знаете, как определить хорошая команда аниматоров или бомбическая? У хорошей команды аниматоров танцуют дети и подростки. А вот у бомбической команды дети плачут, когда анимация закончилась на пляже, потому что умеют заинтересовать и найти подход. Моему удивлению не было предела,когда все пенсионеры активно танцевали на любом мероприятии-обычно не заставишь)))) Спасибо большое Нуре, Мухаммеду, Надиру,Кате,Линде и Адаму за живые эмоции. It’s really unpalatable to forget the Chinese food. Most of the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. Smile, there was only one lunch line to pick up grilled prawns, the experience was very poor, obviously the staff who picked up the prawns discriminated against the Chinese, Europeans and Americans can have a few more prawns at a time, but when I lined up twice, I only gave 2, The obvious attitude is not friendly, and I forgot to complain to him😭 Generally speaking, it is a very suitable hotel for vacation and leisure, I like it very much!

This three-meal hotel booked 2 single-bed beds at the special price. The hotel decided to check in at 2 pm, we were more than one, and we were told to clean at 2 o'clock. We waited for more than an hour, and said that there was no room. We wanted to give us a standard room. I refused. I waited for more than half an hour and almost quarreled with the front desk. Then the front desk reluctantly said to give us a big bed sheet. There is a twin room but in a different building. I think about it. It was really nowhere to move, and I lived in it. As a result, the friend who stayed in the single room the next day and I said that several rooms next to him were empty. Excellent experience in this resort that I would recommend to anyone: although we were a young couple and the resort is also for families we never felt this thing and we were able to relax without any stress! Beautiful and super clean room, various restaurants and bars where you can eat well (the all inclusive formula is really perfect!), Professionalism and kindness of all the staff (really thank you from the first to the last!!), and also of the entertainment service ( never intrusive, all nice and engaging!!! ). I don't think a family with kids might miss any basic thing in this place. My kids really enjoyed the joyous atmosphere, the parties, the pizza and pan cake, and the aqua park, the overall experience is very good, and excellent value for money. The location is reachable and serene, and the beach is great. However, the brother hotel Hawaii Palm (al mamsha) was much better. The need enhancement things are: Parking - far away from the entrance, to the extent that I need to drive for 15 min. from the parking to the hotel entrance, as it was at the opposite side of the road!!! Room amenities - Hair shampoo, body lotion, bath drain covers, power sockets, good-state curtains, i.e. maintenance and deep cleaning. Gym - I had to walk for 15 min. to the nearby hotl Le Jardin, just to find the Gym closed, as it opens at 9 am!!!!!! Warm pools - We were in winters and my bigger kid (110 cm) had to swim in a cold pool!!! Pool time - need to be extended Pushy reception - too much alarms for check-out Cruise trip - reserved via the hotel conceirge was far below expectations. Hope the next visit be better ISA. Checking in felt great! Hygienic and clean, complete facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main commercial street, and the private beach is only for hotel guests. Very nice set up. Not very hygienic. It's not nice that the cats that walk around there and are not allowed to be adopted, because they are so nice to the guests, are not cared for and walk around there with felted fur. Furthermore, a lot of salesman talk and also not honest answers. Food was okay. Besides the salespeople, the staff was very friendly.

Let's be honest, you can only go here in one case: if your trip (including tickets) for a week costs $600 maximum. That's the only reason to go to this hotel. I have been working in the hospitality industry for a long time. As a professional in my field, I will get tired of listing the reasons why it is not worth going to this hotel. The main disadvantages that you will find in this hotel are: 1. Food - If you live in Central Europe/USA, you will be disappointed in the quality of food and the ways it is prepared. In most cases, the food is undercooked/overcooked, the menu is the same (Only the grill is on the positive side, the dishes change every day). I would also like to note that eating breakfast and lunch on the terrace becomes impossible due to the fact that crows are ready to steal your food from the plate as soon as you turn away or go for a drink. 2. Alcohol - As in all of Egypt, if you travel on an all-inclusive system, you will have free alcohol, but only locally produced. If you are a lover of good beer, then you will have to pay $ 2/3 for one bottle of it. Alcohol is generally of tolerable quality, but bartenders will come up with recipes out of their heads. In 7 days I tried about 10 different variations of one cocktail. 3. Room - We arrived at the hotel by 7 am and (of course) the room was not ready. Check-in was from 2 pm. It was not possible to check in earlier because all the rooms were occupied. Unfortunately, the hotel staff does not care that you have to wait 7 hours before checking into the room. They won't give you towels so you can go to the beach, and they won't give you a bracelet before 10 am so you can at least go to breakfast (we went without a bracelet, the hotel staff was kind and allowed you to have breakfast without them). The room itself that we had was generally acceptable, but it was clear that all the furniture was very old and needed to be replaced. The room overlooked the neighboring building and had a sea view. The room had a balcony and good air conditioning. Our toilet was constantly broken, on the second day of my stay, I learned to fix it myself and steadily repaired it several times a day. 4. Location - The hotel is located near the embankment (5 minutes walk) and a shopping center with a good supermarket (7 minutes walk). For $ 5 you will be taken by taxi to the city center and back. 5. Сleanness - This is a serious drawback of this hotel (and possibly the whole of Egypt). I had to clean the bathroom myself because housekeeping ”didn't notice” the dirt while making our room up. The chairs in the restaurant are dirty and covered in bird droppings. No one cleans the sunbeds on the beach and they are all dirty from the sand. Glasses and cutlery will never be clean and polished, so we preferred to use disposable plastic cups. 6. Hotel area - Two hotels are located in one place: King Tu and Sphinx. On the territory of the hotels, there are several bars and restaurants, a nightclub, two beaches

I really lived in Egypt for 8 years, and I have lived in so many hotels and never encountered a five-star hotel with a high price/performance ratio! 175 RMB one night bed package for three meals, seeing that I brought two children, and added a small bed for free! The buffet has Egyptian, Asian, Moroccan, Mexican, Italian, various barbecues, like their fish and duck! Desserts, fruit, and beverage snacks are available throughout the day. Eight large and small swimming pools plus mountain parks are super exciting. It is worthy of praise that they actually have a heated swimming pool and can swim in winter. Check-in problems occurred, Ctrip actively coordinated resolution. In Egypt, try not to communicate privately, but to solve it through the platform and local agents in Egypt through channels. As for the hotel itself, it needs to be evaluated in the overall environment of Egypt. It is still safe, safe and comfortable, but the food is average and the quality of lunch is better than dinner. First of all, we must admit that the hotel has a good all-inclusive meal, and the swimming pool and beach facilities are also very suitable for vacation. On the first day, the hotel refused to check in without receiving confirmation. Under the adjustment of Ctrip, there was no balcony standard room (the original order triple room had a terrace or balcony) and promised to replace the original room type the next day. The next day at the front desk, the front desk manager refused to change the room type again. The attitude was extremely bad. I claimed that I had already given you an extra bed. After checking out, Ctrip Helping the rights to send a photo proof, the hotel still refused to admit that the first night room type does not match Thanks again to Ctrip customer service, nearly 25 calls, from the check-in to check-out, I have been actively contacting, helping the rights, negotiating with the hotel to solve the problem, suggesting Ctrip and honest hotel cooperation

We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

True, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. Meraki resort is an amazing hotel that exceeded all my expectations. This hotel is only for an adults, which is a big plus. There are amazing parties every day and the best animation team takes care of the fun. I definitely recommend going to the BoatParty as well. The staff is also very nice and everyone is very helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I have been to Meraki twice already and certainly not the last time. I'm already looking forward to being back.

The hotel welcomes guests with a very smart reception area which gives a good impression. The rest of the hotel keeps that impression and improves it. Reception guys were great and make you feel welcome! All the staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. We felt that they really were interested in making sure we were comfortable, happy and having a good holiday. Rooms are very nice, Clean and comfortable. TV selection is limited, no Netflix etc. but the WiFi was pretty good for streaming on iPads etc. Did lose WiFi for the last couple of days but not the hotel's fault as it was a local outside outage. Pools and beach have lots of beds and umbrellas, never a problem to get one. Spa is very good, one of us had many massages and said that all were very good. Haman experience was interesting and enjoyable. The food is very good, the main restaurant has a lot of variety with always some Egyptian options. The speciality restaurants are extremely good, we liked the Med and the Italian best but that is just our preference. The Japanese was excellent and we enjoyed it a lot, well worth the extra charge. Will probably go twice next time. So for 15 days we didn't get bored with the menus. With all inclusive we found most drinks perfectly ok and easy (perhaps too easy!) to get, the wine is ok but could be better, the cocktails in the Lobby bar are really good, the local beer is excellent. The bar and restaurant waiters are very attentive. Lots of water provided too. We didn't watch much of the entertainment, but were told by other guests that it was not great. We did see a good dance troupe and a really superb guitarist in the Lobby. Tips are appreciated (not expected), we found dollars useful but reception will change money. I thought the rate very fair too. Evenings can need a light jacket in February. We thought that the hotel made great efforts to ensure guests had a great stay and they certainly succeeded for us and everyone we spoke to. We will certainly return next year.

Wonderful beach where you can snorkel in shallow water. Entertainment and facilities are ALOT that you need at least 2 weeks to experience all. Everyone is working with passion and keen to make guests happy Special thanks to: Mr. Ahmed AbdelHamid in front desk who was seeking our pleasure more than we did actually and was offering everything possible to make our stay more pleasant. To Mr. Omar who solved a little issue in our room type in one second without even asking him. To captain Mohamed in beach bar who remembers our choices from first day and was automatically asking us whether to bring the same or we wish different. Regretfully didn't stay enough to meet other extraordinary staff, but definitely will return very soon. This is the view from our room.

Souvenirs on hotel territory are available at bigger prices. Also available right after exit hotel territory crossing the street.

Just had 10 days at this lovely hotel. Facilities very good, rooms lovely, staff friendly, entertainment team great and don’t hassle you to join in if you don’t want to. Aqua park is good fun, and next to the beach which is lovely. Hotel Russian/ German guests and the food is reflected in this. Good choice of food, but repetitive, a la carte restaurants ok but not amazing but did make a change from the main buffet. The biggest let down here is the alcohol….in my opinion it undrinkable! Located in Sahl Hasheesh which is about 30 mins from the marina in Hurghada. The animation team go to a different club in Hurghada most evenings ,£10 for return transport, entry and a drink.
