The staff speak good English, and each bunk has light, a charging socket, a storage locker, and a curtain for privacy. The hotel has a cafe-bar in the lobby, and there are convenience stores nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants, including a conveyor sushi chain. Fuse train station is very close, just a couple of minutes walk. As their logo says, this is a good way to experience 'ordinary' Japan away from the downtown tourist areas, and I am happy to recommend them. I stayed here 3 different times.
