Mixed feelings about this place. The hotel itself is OK. Not really five star but nice. The rooms are small. Our room on the second floor looked out over and old air conditioner. When we asked to be moved, the staff told us “we are stuck between two buildings. None of the rooms have a nice view”. It feels like the hotel is working at 20% staffing rate. Couldn’t get an evening drink in the bar/restaurant. No seating. We had two breakfasts. One was great (the eggs done an way). The second was pancakes. They were OK but the maple syrup on the menu was replaced with pancake syrup. Not what you expect from a $400+ per night hotel. The maid service was outstanding. They carefully refreshed and organized our room. Room service was only available 8am-8pm. Again not what you expect for the $. Overall, I would not probably not stay there again. Feels a little like you are paying for what it used to be and not what it is today.

I stayed at the Drury for Santa Fe Indian Market. Location is FABULOUS. 5-minute walk to the Plaza. Beautiful hotel. Room: super clean, quiet, lovely. Hotel staff, very friendly, warm, professional. The breakfast every morning is fabulous with lots of choices. Evening menu from the Kitchen Bar was good enough after two long days out at the Market. I am not a fussy sleeper, but the mattress was the worst I've ever encountered in any hotel. It was shocking, really, that such a beautiful hotel would have such a hideous mattress. Even with that, I would still recommend this hotel.

Stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Room was spacious but DARK, especially since 1 light bulb burned out and another blinking on/off. Called maintenance but nobody came. Bed was comfortable but the pillows flattened so much had to sleep on 3 of them. The lunches they served for the meeting were quite average (best part was dessert). Did not eat at the hotel restaurant or use the pool/spa. If you fly into the tiny Santa Fe municipal airport (SAF), be aware that there is NO public transportation or taxis. You will need to catch a ride via Uber or Lyft.

When checking in (12:15pm) we were told rooms were available but we would need to sit in the lobby for 45 min because if we check in before 1pm we are charged $75 extra. We are DIAMOND members. Also, breakfast allotment for Diamonds is about $3 less than the breakfast buffet, Really? Reached out to Hilton and they did nothing.

Like going back in time. The architecture and decor is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and all features have been updated without loosing the style of way back when. All the staff I encountered was so helpful, friendly and responsive. Each room is a bit different. I saw 3 as some of my relatives also stayed there. The bathrooms are very up to date and the beds are extremely comfortable. My only concerns: I stayed 3 nights and the 3rd night I could hear voices from another room well into the night. The second night it snowed and early (6:30am) the next morning I was awakened by someone clearing snow. I would definitely stay the again and I would recommend it to others.

I returned again to this excellent property after a two year absence from New Mexico and I continue positively to be impressed with all that is offered for a decent value. The room I stayed several nights in was very clean, had working heat/fan/ac unit self modulated, spacious refrigerator, microwave, and SAT TV. The free breakfast is much better than the average fare for this motel level: regular or cheese omelettes are prepared to order. Parking is easy/safe and the location of this property along a major roadway is convenient for dining and shopping within a two block radius. The owners/managers Tapas & Amisha epitomize true hospitality as they (and staff) truly care about guests' comfort and satisfaction. This is the best value motel I have stayed at over many years of travel so highly recommend it.

The hotel shuttle was excellent. Our hats off to our driver Rick! Would not have wanted to walk to the plaza area due to it seemed a little sketchy. So The shuttle took us everywhere and picked us up. The hotel itself had authentic native decor which was nice but it felt old and stale. Service from all the staff was excellent!

Although being old it has been reasonably updated. There isn't much near to the hotel, but it's easy access to a main avenue. When I checked in I was rushed through the process like if there was lots of people behind me... but no just me so I'm not sure why the front desk was in such a hurry. Also I wanted to use the safe at the front desk but they didn't have the 2nd key so the put my valuables in the managers office, so not quite the same as next day it was a bit hectic as the staff was figuring where were my valuables. In the end all worked out.

The Sage was recommended to us by good friends. From making the reservation to arrival, check in to checkout, the entire experience during our several day stay was most positive. The rates were very reasonable. We were warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival and whenever we were in the lobby area. We were given pertinent details as to amenities and directions when needed. We want to highlight certain staff members: Philip who gave us great travel advice, especially with snowy conditions. He has a wealth of local knowledge. Diana and Abril were always greeting us with smiles and courtesy. Jason, the chef and kitchen guru, has such a positive friendly attitude. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had many items to offer. It was so nice to be welcomed into a warm inviting atmosphere every morning. He was upbeat and did all he could to make us and our travel group welcome. When the weather turned very cold and snowy, he even helped us clear our vehicle of ice and snow. The small bar has a great fireplace and music or an activity almost every night. Our room was very comfortable. We like the open spaces and landscaping between buildings. The hotel is also very accessible to local attractions. We will recommend it to our friends who want nice comfort, reasonable rates, and a great staff.

Really enjoyed my one night stay in one of their suites. It featured a bedroom and separate ”living room” (although no door between the two). I liked that there was a tv in each area (and totally agree with the reviewer that gave extra points for the tv channel lineup...you don't see that much anymore!) and a small kitchen area in the living room that had its own sink, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. I especially liked that my room had a balcony so I was able to get some fresh air. Very nice decor and comfortable bedding as well. The location was just ok. It worked for us as we were simply heading to the Albuquerque airport the next day. But it was far from the downtown plaza (took us at least 20 minutes to get there in the late afternoon approaching rush hour). It was, however, convenient to supermarkets, drug stores and other major chains though.

We found our room to be a little under- supplied in terms of soap, shampoo, towels, etc but otherwise everything was very comfortable. Once we got our bearings we found that it was a very easy walk to the Santa Fe Plaza and quite a few other restaurants outside the plaza. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable although a little dated. There is a nice pool and fitness room on the property but we didn’t use these at all yet were charged a daily resort fee. I don’t feel that charge was appropriate, this didn’t feel like a resort, more like a suites hotel with a pool.

Where to even begin? My husband and I booked a full buyout of The Parador for our wedding weekend in October and we couldn't have had a better experience. It was amazing to have all of our wedding attendees in the same hotel and Evan and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated. They helped us with catering recommendations, rehearsal dinner setup, and included many thoughtful touches throughout the weekend. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully done and the original rooms are spacious and artsy, in a great way! Everyone loved their rooms, the location (walkable to the Plaza, Railyard, and Canyon Road), and the kind staff who helped us throughout our stay. It was truly a dream weekend! Additionally, we love that The Parador is involved in the local arts community and hosts an artists in residence program, along with art for sale and community marketplaces and events. We could go on and on, but whether you're looking to stay at The Parador on your own or for a weekend buyout with loved ones, we definitely recommend booking here. Evan and his team are working on great things and really have a vision for The Parador, you should check it out!

From Los Angeles to Albuquerque by plane, rent a car at the airport to Santa Fe. I found this when I was looking for a hotel in Santa Fe. I liked the cute interior in the atmosphere that was unique, and the word of mouth was great, so I decided to stay here. When I went, the owner's grandfather also knew Japan and talked about Japanese food and warmed my heart. The bath is equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, and also has a refrigerator and microwave. There was no water, but you can get ice at any time! The trip to Santa Fe was all nice and I'm glad I chose this hotel. I went to the restaurant next door for lunch and dinner. Mexican food and steak were delicious too! It is about 10 minutes drive from the tourist spot in Santa Fe. If you have a car rental, you can afford it!
