It is a simple motel. Only the passengers passing by, the breakfast is only buffet coffee, ice milk, bread, plus a banana, a black man, no Chinese, no place to sit, RMB 1,200 a night, in this In a village, I can only say that I earn RMB in China to spend the US dollars, and I can’t afford to hurt.

This was our first time stay at this hotel and the experience was very good. The staff was very personable and friendly, and attentive to their guests. The location is great, although this visit coming during the ongoing COVID restrictions a number of nearby establishments had limited seating capacity if they were even open. When less restrictions are in place, that situation should resolve itself. The room was clean and well appointed and sufficient in size for our one night stay.

This hotel is a resident of the local civilians, the facilities are old, but the popularity is very strong. The front desk service is good, there is no early departure when booking, there is free early breakfast, but the variety is small and the quality is poor. Parking is free, there is a very good burger in front of the door! This hotel is not suitable for children.

My husband and I had tickets for the 6th Street Playhouse and wanted to stay within a short walk to the theater. Hotel La Rosa has the perfect location. We booked a Classic room in the carriage house section. The room was huge with a king size bed and beautiful decor. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was large and luxurious also. We have stayed in many high end hotels and this competes with any of them. The receptionist was very helpful. When we checked in early in the afternoon there was not a Classic King ready for us but we left for awhile and she reserved the next one for us. The carriage house rooms all open onto a beautiful courtyard and that section is gated and quiet. Breakfast is included in the really reasonable rate. Many restaurants are within a block or two and I had made dinner reservations at Lacoccos which was wonderful. It was a perfect evening and from now on we will not stay anywhere else when coming to Santa Rosa

Upon arrival we were greeted by very nice front desk staff. Room was ready and service was great. Room was reasonable size with in room keurig, microwave, and refrigerator. Comfortable pillows and bedding. Front desk was very helpful and spot on with restaurant recommendations. It is located right next to the train tracks and a freight train did come by at 430am.

Granted this is a basic room but given that understanding, it was just as expected. We were visiting family here in this very pricey area, would spend minimal time in the room, so wanted to minimize the price. We spent two nights here and we were not disappointed. The physical aspects of the accommodation was clearly lacking attention to detail but our comfort was adequate, the mattress was good. Pillows could be better, bring your own if you can. Towels were thin but we survived...Bottom line, the motel provided a comfortable bed in a presumably safe location, coffee free in the office in the morning, okay for people looking for a safe, clean place for a short stay.

I was scheduled for Surgery and booked a room at the Extended Stay America in Santa Rosa Ca. I was referred to Management as the room preferred had not been documented or offered when the room was booked. "Jamie" the Manager took the Executive Position in making sure that an appropriate room be available in comforting me through my surgery. She was Professional, Compassionate and through. I appreciate Excellence in Service and both She and her assistants get a "Gold Star" in Service. I will revisit and stay at this Property in the future. Judy Johnson Travel

I wanted to love this hotel, but it’s just not a nice place. We went through two rooms before finally checking into the 3rd - clogged drain in 1st, 2nd room not cleaned. The room is just cheap, feels more like you’re camping. The drain still didn’t work properly, so you’re standing in several inches of water while you shower. They offered to send up some wine for our rooms fiasco, but all that happened was a maintenance man came by with 2 water glasses and no wine and walked away. Of course, nobody followed through. The girls in the front looked surprised when I asked for a “casual” place for dinner, and told me just to go walk around downtown. This is a hotel in a very popular area for tourists - you should have a list of suggestions. We couldn’t even find water at the breakfast setup. There were stains on the carpet. The list could go on and on, but for this low rate you would be much better off at a Holiday In. This is an old place that got some paint, and just doesn’t have good service. We couldn’t wait to get out of here.

The service was decent, really sucks the pool is closed though, they should have a roster and allow a family at a time to use pool in my opinion :). The breakfast is a water, orange, and granola bar, heh. Really love the atmosphere here though as they have beautiful assortment of trees and flowers throughout their property! Alot of good things going on here, but the prices are a bit steep! But overall this is my favorite hotel in the area.

After spending one night at extended stay America we checked out due to such a bad experience. I called Quality Inn and was advised they had a room but the guest had not checked out yet. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful over the phone. She even offered to call me back to let me know our room was ready and I could head over to the hotel to check in. Just like she promised she called me to let me know the room was almost ready and I could ch should head over to check in. We were staying in a hotel due to water damage to our apartment when our upstairs neighbors overflowed their washer for at least 3-6 hours. We were not sure at the time how long our stay would be. They were very good when we had to extend our stay. The last night when we needed to stay another night we were advised the hotel was sold out but to check back in the morning. Half an hour later when I passed the front desk to walk our dog,, the clerk at the front desk advised me he was able to extend our stay for the last night. The room was always clean and all the staff we encountered were always extremely pleasant and helpful. The only negative we encountered was the breakfast. The eggs must have been powdered eggs instead of real eggs. All in all it was a great stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again if needed. Bathe hotel should be of their excellent staff!

My friend and I chose this Hotel due to its proximinity to the Airport. I am so thankful we did. First of all it was a great room...spotless... with a comfy bed. I always bring my own pillow because I enjoy soft down. We left the Hotel and had already turned in our car when I realized that I had left my handbag in the room. I was frantic. I called the Hotel and spoke to Kendra and she was so nice. She kept me on hold while they located my handbag and had the Hotel Driver deliver it to the Airport. She was absolutely wonder because I was frantic and she kept coming back on the line to tell me she was still there to help. I will forever be thankful to this young lady. Hilton is the BEST!

Stayed here 1 night for an event in Santa Rosa. Based on the reviews of Santa Rosa hotels, this seemed like one of the better places to stay for the price. And I was not disappointed. Driving into the parking lot I noticed the property was very clean and neatly landscaped. We were greeted by friendly staff at check in. The room was very clean and neat. Seemed updated recently. No carpet. The wood flooring is really nice. New paint. New tile in the bathroom. Shower was very clean. AC worked great. Slept comfortably. Continental breakfast is offered. Hotel is in a good area with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our third time staying at the Vintner’s Resort, and first time in one of the new buildings. I can’t decide which I like better. The resort’s buildings are arranged to resemble a Tuscan village. The original section of the resort oozes charm, with ivy covering the walls of the buildings. The newer section has a more contemporary feel with more contemporary furnishings. You can’t go wrong with either, but I think I prefer the newer buildings (numbered 800 & 900) because of the bathroom. It is stunning. A spacious walk in shower. Double vanity. And separate water closet. We always book a king bed with fireplace. This type of room means you will be on the second floor and will have a small balcony. We had coffee on our balcony every morning and enjoyed the quiet sunrise and vineyard view. It was exactly why we were visiting the wine country . . . . such an ambiance. The Vintner’s Resort is owned by the same family that owns Ferrari Carano winery. If you have visited the winery, you know they know how to bring the charm and elegance. A welcome bottle of their wine is provided in each room. It is complimentary, along with water and soft drinks. Take a glass of the wine with you and wonder though the resort’s vineyard for a pleasant walk. The resort takes COVID precautions seriously. The bathrobes are sealed in plastic, as are the ironing board and iron. Housekeeping does not come into your room during your stay unless you call and request something. If service is requested, housekeeping will come only when you are out of the room, for contactless service/delivery. The resort is pricey. But, ooohh, those extra fluffy towels and soft bed are worth it. Be sure to look for specials or email the resort and inquire, because with COVID, entertainment restrictions and the fires, occupancy is down and they are offering some fantastic deals. The spa is closed until restrictions are relaxed by the county, so we missed out on services, but we look forward to returning to enjoy the spa, and some more of this beautiful resort’s hospitality.

I made the reservation on countryinnsantarosa.com and emailed them about a cancellation 3 weeks prior to the reservation. I got no response so 3 days later I called. Maybe the front desk was having the worst day of his life or maybe this is how he talks to everyone, but he was extremely mean and condescending. He asked if I reserved it online and I said yes but that it was directly with their website. He said that if I made it online I have to cancel online which makes sense, except that this was not through a third party reservation site, it was directly with their private property... and they didn't respond to the email. I tried explaining this when he interrupted me and accused me of interrupting him and told me to stay quiet so that he could explain. He went on to repeat this over and over as if I was too dumb to understand. I have worked at plenty of hotels both as front desk and manager for 12 years so I already knew what he was talking about. He kept telling me that if I made it on Expedia or booking or whatever, that I had to cancel online- I ALREADY KNOW THAT but I couldn't even tell him that because he acted like any word I said was the stupidest thing he'd ever heard. I know that when it's done directly with the private property's web site though, only the property can cancel it. Especially since it's not corporate and there's no corporate phone number to call. He went on to tell me there's no such thing as a prepaid reservation and I didn't know anything. Umm, there most definitely is such a thing but I wasn't going to argue bc obviously it was important for this mans fragile ego to feel like he was smarter than any woman on the phone. I quietly waited my turn to speak and every time I did he would tell me that I needed to be quiet so he could finish talking (even though he interrupted me). It took a few minutes to finally be given the chance to be able to explain how I made my reservation without being interrupted by this angry man. I was practically crying with frustration when I was able to convince him to look it up by name and date. He claimed he couldn't find it and was very mean about it. He said he would write my name and the date down and ask his manager about it. About 30 minutes later I finally got a cancellation in my email. I'm giving it 2 stars because the rate was cheap and the location looked good on google maps... but that was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.

My boyfriend and I decided to stay here instead of driving back home after a show in SR. Overall, wasn’t a bad experience! The bed was comfy, shower worked, and I always appreciate a place that provides Gatorade and water-hydration and electrolytes are important. My only complaint, the only reason I can’t give 5/5- in the morning, my boyfriend and I were awake but still lying in bed, when without warning some one dead a$$ unlocks the door and opens it, stepping into our room. It took them a few seconds too long to say “sorry” and step out. My boyfriend was covered, I however, was not. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning service, or what, but generally speaking in my experience people usually KNOCK before entering just in case, ya know? Besides that, I’d have no problem staying here again in the future if circumstances called for it, I’d just appreciate a knock before someone comes in.
