The room is very large, the parking lot is behind the hotel, the hotel is not far from the ancient city, it can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a shortcut to the bus station in the distance.

We selected 3 double rooms with individual beds, as you will tell you we loved them, large beds and both beds and very comfortable cottages, indispensable to rest after Toledo swallow. The hotel is very clean and very clean and very new. The lady that served us at the very friendly and collaborative reception. If you come back to the hotel late hours, you will have an access code to access. The hotel is very good near the automatic stairs, from bus station to the top view. We selected room with breakfast included, continental breakfast coffee, juice , tomato-toast or butter , hot crusant , yogurt , cereals, all served on table by the friendly lady that serves the cafeteria, The hotel is a hotel with a view of the city. I would undoubtedly repeat it9 in future visit to the city.

We arrived at the place at mid-third and there was no one at reception, neither when arrived nor when left in the morning, the site itself is beautiful, very well decorated, with beautiful stone walls and stone stone and large rooms with very high roofs. The room was clean but we had only a sofa and a very fine bed as in summer, there was a coat on a wand but it was also fine, the room was very cold and when we burned the heating was not heated, We called the telephone that was on the hotel door and at the 3rd call we were picked up saying we could pick another dress as the heating was supposed to be perfectly warm. He was put all night, putting a hell noise that added to the water falling through the pipes of the upper floor prevented the sleep, at no time the room picked a temperature to be comfortable, We passed cold and above the window (over the header) had no persian or screw that removed the light correctly and the cold crashed under the curtain directly to our heads. For not to mention the bathroom, there was no “heat” air from the heating and when the window was frozen, the hot water took a lot to go out and in the shower you were sticked the garden all the time to the body as they had put it very close to the The room was not well isolated because people who passed through the street and the door of the hotel were heard perfectly. Therefore the experience has been bad, I wouldn't repeat or recommend this establishment to anyone, play with only that the decor is beautiful but very disappointing comfort. The neighborhood in which you are also a little unfrozen, little lighting and with not too good paint.

The hotel is located next to the Old Pisa Gate, on the left side of the road to the old city, pay attention. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are small and sanitary. The hotel is close to the bus station, about 10 minutes walk, all are slope roads, a bit tired. It's a bit far from the old town. There is a convenience store on the right 200 meters ahead of the hotel, opened by a Chinese, and the proprietress is very nice. Still recommended.

Outside it is almost unnoticed because the facade is small, but as soon as you get to the reception, you see everything is new and even respecting visible archaeological remains. We often forget that the stars of a hotel are given by the services it offers and not by quality and this is one of those cases where it has nothing to do with its quality with the stars it has. We can consider it a three-star and even better than some of four, it is true that it has no coffee shop, though it has a dispenser in reception, but there is no problem with breakfast around. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

The hotel is ideally located only 2 stops from the Toledo train station and about 10 minutes walk from the bus station. It is very convenient to eat and explore the ancient city. Most hotels in Europe do not have slippers or toiletries. The same is true for this home, but there are disposable bags of shampoo and shower gel, small soap and hair dryer. Unfortunately, there is no hot water bottle. If you want to drink hot water, you can only go to the coffee shop on the 3rd floor. The sanitation is very good, there is no smell in the room, and some rooms have no windows, underground, but not wet. The front desk clerk is good at English, the service is warm, and the attractions and routes are very detailed. This is very rare in Spain. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. You can check out Ctrip's room details when you book. The hotel is on the side of the road, so I don't see if there is a parking lot. It is said that the location upstairs overlooks the ancient city. I saw the small river and the bridge opposite the cafe, and the scenery was pleasant. Breakfast 5 euros, voluntary, there is a large terrace outside the 3rd floor cafe, it is a bit too cold to sit there for breakfast. Overall a good hotel, although a little expensive compared to other hotels in the city, especially quiet at night, it is worth it.

Centrally located in historic old town Toledo. On the main road and easy to access via taxi, driving, or walking. I loved the decor, modern amenities within the shell of an old building. Shower was amazing, and the water was hot. Opted for the included breakfast, which offered everything you need to fuel up for a day on the town. One thing to note - it is an old building and there is ONE climate control for the entire building, it's either set to AC or heat depending on the season and you don't get to choose. Opening the windows is an option, but you are in the city and it's loud outside. Probably not an issue unless you're traveling on the cusp of the season. I had no problem sleeping with the windows open, but did hear several guests complaining during our stay.

The hotel staff were helpful . We were given a room on the ground floor. The hall way in between the rooms are spacious . To our great surprise, despite the furniture inside the room were very old fashion , they were very clean and all the amenities in the bedroom and bathroom were very well designed and handy. We think this hotel must be a very expensive hotel in the good old days. The bath room and the bedroom was really spacious. The room was bright with lamp lights and the bed was comfortable. And we were lucky to be able to met some very helpful and polite spanish in the entrance hall of the hotel. The hotel was located on the the foot of the slopes leading to the tourist attractions uphills. We could easily find a free carpark around the hotel . We think this is the best hotel we had during our 16 days trip to Spain. It is really value for money. If we come back to Toledo, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

      1. The apartment is located in the ancient city, close to the Bisagra Gate. In the afternoon, I drove to the front of the apartment. The Spanish lady next door was very helpful and informed that the car could be parked for a period of time (resident parking spaces can be parked before 5 pm), and also informed that the front desk is in the building opposite to the apartment, which is a hotel front desk of the same name. deposit luggage). The front desk service is very enthusiastic. 2. For overnight parking, you need to go to a large parking lot three to four hundred meters ahead. The stamped parking fee of the hotel can be discounted about 13.5 euros a day. 3. The ancient city basically walks to visit various scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s even more lively when you walk up to the center of the ancient city. There is also a Carrefour supermarket three to four hundred meters away. 4. On the second day of the tour, I was stolen by similar immigrants with gifts, 30 Euro worth of children’s T-shirts and refrigerator stickers. I would have known that I would reveal my wealth earlier so that I would not let others go from the cathedral to the old bridge in regret. We are not happy anymore, well, it's worthwhile to train children to analyze the memories afterwards. 5. The room seems to have a little retro romance. It is not old and clean. We only need to go up three steps on the first floor and take the spiral staircase upstairs. The kitchen facilities are fairly complete, including a washing machine and refrigerator. The living room and dining room are also quite big. In the bedroom, the quilt on the bed is covered with blankets out of the bedspread. I don’t feel comfortable with the quilt. Let’s go for one night. The toilet is very large, and the electric water heater is like a large 100-liter tank, which is enough to take a shower.

The hotel is a Spanish old-fashioned room style, very clean, the room is not small, the hotel should be opened by a local family, the old man does not speak English but is very responsible to take us into the room, very carefully tell us in Spanish how the room facilities are Use, the hotel has its own parking lot. When you arrive, you will find someone to come out and take the remote control to open the pole of the parking lot. The location is very convenient. You can walk to the Puerta del Sol.

The hotel is not in the ancient city of Toledo, but is suitable for people travelling by car. The hotel has a large open space for parking and no charge. The hotel has an open environment. The floor where we live opens the balcony door, which is the green space. The view is wide and unobstructed, overlooking the ancient city. The hotel has a good breakfast and a la carte dinner at the restaurant in the evening. The quality of the food is also high, although the consumption is not low. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to and from the ancient city. Although it is not close, it is not very far.

My husband and I drove back from Portugal and decided that we were going to stop off in Toledo. We stayed at this hotel. What an amazing hotel it is. And the prices are very affordable. The building is beautiful (architecture). Felt like we were in a tiny castle. The staff welcomed us (we came a bit late). They suggested where we go to eat (local food with the locals)at that time, they even explained the rules and closing times etc re that city during this time and corona restrictions. The room we stayed in was amazing. View of the whole city. We had an amazing terrace/patio.We were taken aback by the view we had. The bathroom was big-commodities included-soap etc. Bidet included. Heating was good. Modern furnishings. In the winter the floors are normally cold in Spain (throughout), this hotel was almost as if they had floor heating (who knows). It has a very warm, cozy feeling to it. The bed was comfortable and extra linen provided. Internet worked well. This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. A short walk into the city, the location is absolutely perfect. Adriana and all at reception were friendly and helpful. Now that we have discovered this hotel, we will be back for sure. Thank you sooo very much for the hospitality displayed Los Cigarrales, keep up the great work. Perfect!!! Now go....book!! :)

The hotel is located by the river at the foot of the hill on which Toledo old town is situated. It’s slightly away from the centre and very easy to find the way there by car. We booked a double room for one night, which turned out to be the corner room on the first floor overlooking the street. It was medium sized, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, well appointed, with a large comfortable bed. We heard no street noise overnight. The hotel receptionist was very helpful, particularly when she came outside to assist us with the parking meter (see below). The walk to the old town from the hotel is up steep cobbled streets and I expect is very tiring, particularly in hot weather. However, opposite the hotel is a bus stop from which the No.12 mini bus leaves every 30 mins. For 1 euro this will take you the 5 stops to the junction of Cuesta Carlos V and the Plaza Zocodover at the North West corner of the Alcazar. The downhill walk back to the hotel from this area is no hardship, even after a big meal. There are plenty of bars/restaurants around Plaza Zocodover and nearby Plaza Magdalena, although the restaurants don’t start to open until about 20:00. A bit further along Cuesta Carlos V from the bus stop is where the tourist “train” runs from. This is a pleasant and informative 45mins trip around the city walls with stunning views of Toledo from the opposite side of the river. Parking, we have a large SUV (Jag F-Pace) and parking it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. It has its own garage for 15 euro a night. The entrance door is wide enough for any size car to get in or out, but the 10 or so parking bays inside are quite narrow. Getting into one when the surrounding bays are empty and can be driven into to help manoeuvring would be no problem either. However if the surrounding bays are taken, I imagine the bigger the car, the more awkward the necessary shuffling would be. In the end we didn’t need the garage because there are 8 or so on street parking bays directly outside the hotel, and we arrived about 15:00 and dropped lucky and got one. In fact the closer it got to 17:00, the more spaces became available. These bays are in the orange zone 1 area which means there is a charge to park between 10:00 x 14:00 and 17:00 x 21:00 on weekdays. It’s 3 euro for each 4 hour period. The parking meter is a bit complicated, but as best I remember it goes like this. Touch the screen to turn on. Then press the key with the flag icon on it. Select English. Select “general” ticket. Type in your car number and then pay. Display ticket in your windscreen. You can pay at any time but the ticket doesn’t start until the charge period. We paid 3 euro at 15:00, which covered us until 10:00 the following day, by which time we’d left. I imagine there are nicer hotels, in better locations, further up in the old town, but with a car there are only a couple of underground public car parks up there and some of the streets are very narrow. Staying at this hotel avoi

The hotel is located in the center of the ancient city of Toledo. It is close to the bus station, commercial plaza and pedestrian street. We are driving, except for the narrow roads, it is easy to find! The facilities in the room can only be said to be normal, the room is relatively small, but it is very clean, the hotel front desk service is super enthusiasm, and I also burned boiling water for me to make instant noodles! The hotel has a cooperative parking lot. Now the small square at the entrance of the hotel is parked. After the check-in, you should go to the cooperative parking lot of about 200 meters, and then take the discount ticket at the front desk, 15 Euro / 24 hours! But the best thing I think is the hotel's breakfast, rich, delicious, freshly baked bread and ham slices, super delicious! The room we booked was more than RMB 500 a night, including breakfast, and it was very good value. The quality of the breakfast was not worse than that of other hotels that spent more than ten euros before! Overall, it is worth recommending!

The hotel is located outside the ancient city of Toledo, and parking is free, which is good for self-driving tourists. The hotel is not far from the San Martin Bridge, it takes about 15 minutes to get there; if you have time, you can park your car at the hotel and walk through the San Martin Bridge to enter the ancient city (this bridge can only be pedestrianized). If you drive into the city, you will have a lot of detours. It may take longer than walking. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the room rate). Although there are not many choices, it is not bad. The hotel has a good environment, with its own small yard; the rooms are not big, but they are quite cozy.

This is the first time we have stayed in a Parador and based on this experience it won't be the last. The hotel's location is magnificent, set on a hillside overlooking the old city of Toledo but with easy access from the Autovia. Check in was a pleasant experience and later when we needed help printing our barding passes the guys on the desk certainly went out of their way to help. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cheeses, meats and fish. Cooked options were available but we were more than happy with the buffet. The view from the breakfast room is outstanding. Finally I come to the room. We had treated ourselves to a Junior Suite which consisted of a bedroom, a sitting room and a large bathroom with both a walk in shower and a sunken bath. Each window gave the wonderful view of the city both by day and at night when the main buildings are floodlit. As well as coffee there were complementary soft drinks and water in the fridge together with a couple of tins of nuts. Check-out was not until 12 and we would have lingered until then had we not had a flight to catch.

Stayed for 3 nights in July 2022 with two children. The hotel is old, but mostly very good, clean and comfortable for the reasonable price of around 100 euros a night. Quite big pool area with a small pool for children. A lot of sunbeds and a bar that is open until afternoon. In the hotel there is a free-of-charge kids club (miniclub) with an employee playing with the kids, and 3+ year-olds can stay without parents. Open almost all day. Our children loved it, and often rather wanted to go there than play in the pool. The teacher is lovely and does all kinds of fun things with the kids. They were even given a diploma and a t-shirt after participation. The breakfast was very poor though and needs an immediate improvement. We had it one day, and can't recommend it for any price. Not many options , and food didnt seem fresh and was not tasty. Pastries didnt seem to be from the same day. Long queue to the coffee machine because 2 out of 3 machines were out of use.

The location is very good, there is a public car park at the door, and it is free on weekends. The hotel is old building but very clean. Going out is the ancient city, it is very convenient to walk. The front desk is OK, not enthusiastic, a little cold. Only two bottles of water were given for the two people. The hotel restaurant is very good, booked dinner, nine o'clock, the last location, found in the past is very empty, thought it was fooled, the original ten people have come one after another, the restaurant is full, the original Spaniards love the night. The eggplant of the appetizer is delicious, and the shrimp, the mutton of the main course is a little taste, but the pork and lamb in Spain have a little taste, like

We had booked two nights at the hotel but really considered checking out after the first nigh as a car is required to visit the city and the restaurant was closed. I showed the receptionist their web page and it said that the restaurant was open. A few hours later we were told that a meal would be coked for us and could we choose what we wanted. It appeared that one chef was ill and the other chef came in and cooked just for us, this was a piece of great customer service which we appreciated. I believe that due to covid the hotel was not getting many guests and therefore revenue was down, this also showed in the garden not been kept tidy, although the pool was in good repair. The room required a little tender loving but had a fridge and AC but no safe. The public areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. The panoramic view of the city was spectacular. I feel for the hotel owners as with reduced revenue they did not have enough money to spend on the outside areas, but I think that as the number of guest increase the hotel will shine once again.

The hotel is right next to the Toledo Cathedral. The location is great, and the room is large. It is inconvenient to drive. If you drive, you must stop at the nearby public parking lot and then come over. I just drive first. When I arrived at the hotel, I went out to spend a lot of money, because the small street was too narrow, and there was a risk of scraping if I was a little careless. Everything else is fine.

The hotel is in the old town and there is no parking. However there is a large public parking lot near the hotel, we stopped for a night of 18.33 euros. However, although it is not far from the parking lot to the hotel, the stone road is particularly inconvenient for pushing suitcases. Fortunately, the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It feels good to live in the ancient city! Go out and visit the attractions on foot.

Due to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning. The hotel is close to the church, and the parking lot is about 15 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, relatively new, and the electric towel rack is very useful. Bringing children does not occupy a bed, but we were asked to pay 60-120 euros to upgrade, but in the end we were given a regular room, which was a bit unpleasant. The next day a new front desk informed us that we should not be charged, and the 60 euros were fully refunded. Relatively reasonable and honest, this is a good comment! In addition, it is not recommended to have breakfast in the hotel, buy it yourself in the supermarket or eat at McDonald's

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pintor El Greco hotel in Toledo! Great location within easy walking distance of all the historical places and stunning sights around the city. We stayed in the heritage section of the property with original beamed ceilings and features. Nice modern upgrades to the spacious room - comfortable bed. We only stayed one night and did not get the chance to enjoy the restaurants onsite - but did go up to the rooftop balcony for the night sky and city views - spectacular! We met the Hotel Manager Cristina Hernandez Gines at check out and enjoyed a lovely conversation about our family in Salamanca and Alicante. We would definitely return again to explore more of Toledo and would stay here for sure! Heather and Emile Fuchs
