Friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff unable order a taxi for the return journey to the airport because of high demand as a result of bad weather. They arranged transport with the shuttle bus company, an example of good service! The hotel Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent as was the breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is its location on the outskirts of Verona. This meant that we used the shuttlebus and taxis (fifteen / twenty-minute journey). It is necessary to book the departure slots the day before for the shuttlebus, the available time slots were not always our preferred time. The shuttlebus will drop you off at the railway station if you ask the driver (did a day a day trip to Lake Garda using the train, inexpensive and regular service, well worth doing). A taxi fare to the Piazza Bra / Arena including tip was circa 20 euros. There were always taxis available at the location for the return journey. The taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was 30 euros. I would use this hotel again if ever returning to Verona.

A great site to access Verona with a bus stop directly outside the site costing just over 2 euros return for a 30 minute each way trip so very cheap. Buses every 30 minutes and it was the service 41. Check in sraff very helpful and friendly and on hand to answer any queries. The site was modern and clean with lovely shower blocks and plenty adequate toilets and showers operated with your pass. Each guest is given their own wifi code so it was efficient. There is a swimming pool twenty minutes walk away or you can drive to it also. You could choose your own camping spot and was plenty of room. The only down side was they allowed guests to check in very late and putting tents up at half ten at night is riduculous with slamming car doors and hammering tent pegs into the ground. They should not allow this to happen.

This Residence is really great. The location is perfect and just a stone’s throw from Verona. The apartment was clean and spacious for four. The welcome was excellent; very friendly and detailed. There was a booklet in the apartment with all types of information: wifi code, parking in Verona, sights to see, restaurant and bar info too. The two latters both offering a 10% discount on meals or breakfast. Plenty parking for cars too which was essential for our stay as we were visiting nearby attractions aswell. Only thing I’d like to mention was that there was only one blanket available for the three beds in the apartment. Only bedsheets and a very thin throw were on the beds, which considering it was mid April, were a little too lightweight. The following morning I whatsapped for more and they were made readily available. So all was solved quickly and effortlessly. All in all a perfect Residence and location to stay in.

We stayed a night at a apartment. Very wide and the kitchen with everything. They also offer a small breakfast. There is the possibility of parking on the site in a private and custodian parking. Unfortunately, it was only a bad and a little cleaning on the ground that had some trouble, but for one night it was more than good. We had chosen the payment in the structure and the possibility of dismissing a little before, and therefore paid a little more. The beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well. All staff at the reception and restaurant are professional, attentive, friendly and fulfilled our requests. Our room was cleaned with care, to a very good standard. Free, on-site parking. Standard check-out is 12pm. Spoilt for choice at buffet breakfast. Ho soggiornato dall'Agriturismo Ruffoni per una notte, in un weekend di fine aprile. In un fine settimana piovoso ci ha accolti il loro verdeggiante giardino interno con gli archi ricoperti di glicine. Camere - o meglio mini appartamenti puliti, spaziosi e silenziosi. Il gusto per l'arredo è eccezionale, si percepisce il giusto mix tra elementi rustici e design d'interni di classe. Il personale, chiaramente a conduzione famigliare, estremamente educato, piacevole e attento. Colazione squisita e varia con prodotti di qualità e/o fatti in casa. Sono un amante dei viaggi on the road ma in un posto così ci passerei anche intere giornate. Raramente affermo che la cosa migliore delle mie gite fuori porta sia l'alloggio, ma questo è stato proprio il caso. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.
