The room is located on the east wing of Schönbrunn Palace. Previously the room was used to receive heads of state and foreign guests. No matter the room facilities, the location or the view from the window is impeccable. If you must say the disadvantages, the shower area is slightly slippery, and breakfast needs to go to the parkhotel not far away, which is relatively average. Although the price is very high, but the room can accommodate four people, considering the absolute value for money.

Hotel location is good, close to the Shronbrunn Palace and Zoo and the underground station, which is an excellent city service. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent but at E18 ahead could be costly for a family over several mornings. There was an offer of E15 per breakfast which you had to take on the arrival day. The room cost was reasonable. There is a small fridge in the room which is always helpful and a large screen TV with CNN in english. The one drawback is the traffic noise at the front of the hotel. A sliding window barrier mitigates this somewhat but it could certainly be an issue for some.

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast.

We visited the Austria Trend Park Hotel during August 2022. The front of house reception staff are very friendly and helpful as are the staff responsible for room servicing. The hotel is perfectly placed for the Schloss Schonbrunn Palace and Zoo which is a quick 15 minute walk from the hotel. Our room was bright, well appointed and comfortable and most importantly…quiet. There is a lovely little quiet garden with hammocks and a water feature to chill out in that seems to be somewhat under utilised, which given we had the run of the place was great….hammock side refreshment service would have been a great touch. There is a great array of restaurants and shops in the area so you want have to go far that coffee, croissant, ice cream or glass of wine. There is even a couple of supermarkets within 5 mins walk should you need a few things, My only real disappointment is related to the parking. While it states it on booking sites (not the company website which states it clearly) that on-site parking is available it’s not made clear that it’s actually a paid for parking costing you a further 25€ a day which in my case was 75€ I would have liked to spend on more important touristy things.

The hotel is not in the centre but near Schönbrunn, very close to the metro and tram, on a rided crossing. Therefore, the rooms are much quieter outwards; forwards, you have to keep the soundproof windows closed, then it is noise-free. The staff at the very beautiful breakfast buffet and at the reception (except a lady with an Italian name) were very friendly and attentive; on my request, I received a small and very dark room directly above the reception. Breakfast terrace of the neighbouring hotel (Room 114) a beautiful bright room in the 3rd floor. The rooms are new, well equipped, with mini bar and small coffee machine (with capsules), with modern bathrooms. At the reception there is always shorle, excellent idea at the heat ...

Unforgettable 5 days in Vienna. We stayed at the Victoria Hotel and were very, very happy with their choice. Larissa Yurievna met us, a wonderful, intelligent woman. We had a round date with my husband and we were given champagne when we were decorated and it was very pleasant. Excellent location of the hotel. Metro U4 is just 3 minutes, until the Schönbrunn Palace 7 minutes. The room was very comfortable and went out to a small park and there flowered lipa - the smell was charming. Very convenient mattress and pillows, sleeped comfortable in the autumn. Clean in the rooms, everything you need to eat, clean and change towels daily, bedding quality. In the bathroom there is all you need, very convenient ventilator. I liked that the strong hot water pressure. ”Victoria” 3***, But by some criteria it does not concede 4**** hotels. Svetlana advised us a tour of the Danube to Bratislava and we are very grateful to her. Responsive Tatiana and Marina. We would like to say a great thank you to all who have made our rest pleasant!

the hotel is not expensive, but cozy. Very nice staff, friendly. The hotel has a good bar. Nearby are Schönbrunn Park and the zoo. comfortable mattress. You can ask for a larger room and leave your things after checking out from the hotel. My room was ready and I was allowed to check in until 14.00. there is no elevator, but that doesn't matter. There is a hairdryer and shower gel in the room. You can ask for a free iron. the price corresponds to the quality.

This is a very clean and tidy hotel, about 15 minute walk from Vienna’s U3 line station Johnstrasse. The breakfast, on the top floor is very good too and our room was very quiet. We found that the beds were so comfortable and the lovely soft pillows were heaven. We came off a very long, long haul flight and we were so pleased with the great beds, pillows and general impression of Hb1. Sadly the only negative was we had to wait with another guest about 30 minutes before someone arrived at reception😢😢 to check us in. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel😀

I booked in advance because the apartment with the parking in Vienna was useful to me, coming from other cities , but when we arrived they told us there were no apartments! At last, they told us that our room was busy and gave us a room and offered breakfast for three days. Negative: I rated this hotel a 2/5 because for a 3 star hotel there are things which need to be improved especially the rooms. I booked to rooms and both of our rooms where allocated underground. There is only a lift to the first floor then you would need to pass through a hall way which leads you to a very old stair case which we had to go down all by ourselves with the luggage. Room are very antic and need to be refurbished especially the bathroom, a walk-in shower with curtains and a high, fixed shower head (can't take it in your hand), mould with the ceiling, small sink. Also, no view at all since our rooms were underground, extremly flat pillows, small and very low bedding, very noisy that we could hear everyone talking from outside the corridor as you're talking by. Regarding breakfast I would say it was a 3 star continental breakfast (cereal, bread, coffee machine, juice, water, fruit, yogurt, eggs, pastry) as showing in the pictures. The only improvement regarding breakfast is that having a bigger area for the amount of guests that this hotel holds since there where guests who didn't have a table because it was packed. Reception was helpful when asking about certain locations or places of interest. Positive: Good locations, 15mins away from train and metro station and a lot of shops and restaurants around.

Lovely stay. The hotel was in the most perfect location. Just off a side street to all the main hustle and bustle. Perfect. Beautiful old fashioned decor and nice size room. The room was like a sauna and we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature so we had to open the window. We were then woken by banging and crashing at 630 which sounded like a delivery arriving. The staff were so pleasant. Breakfast was limited to bread and very small selection of cold buffet choices. You could order something hot but only a choice of eggs cooked in 3 different ways. We did laugh as it took about 25 mins to make an omelette and it was the smallest omelette we have ever seen. The room was nice. The shower was very low pressure but was sufficient. We ordered a taxi to return to the airport, through the reception and it was prompt. It cost 10 euros less than the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. (52 v 62 euros from airport rank) All in all a lovely stay.

The Westbahn hotel was in a 1950's building mostly renovated up to modern standards and in perfect condition, but keeping some of the original elements like an old lift (which was super slow). I enjoyed my room. The only negative thing about it was that some traffic noise from the street came through. There was no AC, but in March it wasn't an issue. The hotel is located very close to the Westbahnhof railway station. There was a shopping mall in the station. In addition there was a supermarket directly across the street. Breakfast was really good. It had e.g. fresh croissants, bratwurst and a pancake machine which prepared fresh pancakes by the press of a button.

Get another Ritz room card haha, this location is very good, about five minutes walk from the Golden Hall, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very good. The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here. The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Haha, there is also a bathtub, and the toiletries are also diptyque fig series. The room supplies free glass bottle mineral water every day, and there is no turndown service on the Buda side, but the overall is also very good.

This was a much more modern, clean and sophisticated hotel than I was expecting and I’d highly recommend. On arrival the member of staff was helpful and the lobby space is very impressive with lots to admire. The gold lifts with old traditional number indicators are fantastic! I had a corner room which was configured for single occupancy. The corner location resulted in the space being a bit of an odd size and shape but it was very modern, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The lighting throughout was good, decent charging sockets next to the bed and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. The decor was really nice and goes well with the theme of the hotel. The bathroom was a small space and unfortunately the shower leaked over the floor, but it was as modern as everywhere else and the toiletries was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel is very high-end and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try it during my short stay, but there are plenty of other more casual places in the area. There is a bar in the lobby but it feels more like a cafe and isn’t the cosiest to end the day with a drink in. Overall for the price this was an impressive hotel in a good central location, walkable to all the main sights, and if you prefer modern then it should be on your short list.

The service at the Marriott was excellent, the rooms were immaculate, there is a large indoor heated pool we enjoyed, there were lots of people at the front desk and it has a great location. The hop on hop off bus stops at the front door, it is walking distance to Mozart's house and the magnificent St. Stephen's cathedral, the hofburg with the imperial apartments, the Spanish riding school, cici museum, the royal Treasury with the crown jewels, and the Jewish museum. There are lots of fine shops and a variety of restaurants in the area as well as a pedestrian shopping area. We were disappointed with lunch at the Garden cafe but there are other places to dine. We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

I booked this to be close to the CAT train - the fast train to the Vienna airport - because I had an early morning flight. It is not a luxury place but it is very close to the u-bahn station and the train. Also close to the mall and the area is lively - close to a grocery store in the mall. The proprietor was very nice -he knew I was leaving early and had some breakfast for me before breakfast was officially open. I would recommend it as an inexpensive place to stay just a few stations from the main tourist places in Vienna.

After reading reviews of this hotel I was really looking forward to staying here. First impression is like an old office block but it is very trendy inside, welcome was very friendly and a very good first impression. As the location of hotel is quite a walk into town we thought we’d have dinner in hotel. We certainly wished we hadn’t. The waiter was nothing other than rude. We had curry which was bland and just warm with dried out rice. We never received our side order which we asked for twice. Despite the restaurant having only approximately 3 other tables occupied we never received any service, we went to the bar twice to ask for a drink, then ask where our side was which still never came. Waiter just on phone and seemed annoyed when we asked something. When we asked for another drink again at the bar ourselves, we asked what deserts were available to a response of ‘fridge’ and pointed across to the other side of bar. We chose the driest brownie available and wish we hadn’t. When he came with the bill, he informed us twice service not included..which I informed him, we had received near to no service and that what we did receive was awful! He laughed. We paid over €70 for 2 bland chicken curries and a few beers & a brownie. He then forgot the drink we’d ordered at the bar so when I went up he then said he had no change (probably because I’d not tipped the awful service previously). How can you not have change from a €10 note? So after waiting for a minute whilst he kept looking in the same wallet I told him to keep the €5 euro change. It left a very bad impression of the hotel on our first night in Vienna after travelling from two other cities and hotels that offered impeccable service. Such a shame when the rest of the staff seemed so customer focused. However the reason I’ve given 3 stars is the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast is fantastic and the gent who runs breakfast was very helpful. Room nice, a tad small, think it’s all designed to be trendy more than comfort, but no complaints apart from big, shower gels and soap, one completely empty and one with scraps of soap left. These should be changed when the room made up, especially when paying a premium for class of room. In all beautiful decor downstairs, on whole friendly staff, would I stay here again probably not.

I have been to Hotel Austria twice, both for the Christmas holidays when the nearby Rotenturmstrasse was decorated with its huge red balls. The location is not just convenient to two subway lines, but also a really short walking distance--10 minutes to Stephansdom. There is a Spar Gourmet right across the street and many shops and restaurants near by (check out the Cafe Diglas) as the area is itself technically in the Inner Stadt (city center). But what really stands out is how eager to please the staff is. The first time I visited it was so long ago there were no smartphones, but the front desk always gave us accurate and easy directions to all locations we wanted. Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

The radiotherapy is very clean, close to the subway station and the Danube, it is very convenient to travel, the car can be parked on the side of the hotel road. The lobby is clean and comfortable. I have been pretty satisfied by stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, closed to public transportation and city center, in a quiet area with no noise around. The hotel has a nice terrace where you can enjoy an amazing city view. The room and bathroom was clean and with space enough for 2 people. Only notes are regarding the cleaning of the cups used (not done) and the ventilation in the bathroom (no vents active). Breakfast was pretty good, both for sweet and salty taste. Recommend.

Forgot to take pictures, the location is very good, in the place equivalent to Beijing Wangfujing, the surrounding attractions are very concentrated. The sights in the city are within walking distance, and the subway is far away, and it is also close to the subway station. The room is large and the decor is European style, very beautiful. If you are staying in the evening, please contact Ctrip for the first time in advance, as the front desk will be off work at 10pm. Did not eat breakfast, looked at it is not very good, very few varieties, went to the opposite McDonald's to eat.

For the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center. When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately. The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants. The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service. Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch. I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

First, the owner sent me instructions on german. I messaged him and he never replied back. I had to find someone to translate that for me. The room was too stuffed. It felt no air inside. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. But you get what you are paying for. The location was good. One night was enough.

Excellent location, extremely central to access the highlights of Vienna. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or not too far and the metro was just round the corner to visit places slightly more out of town like Schonbrunn etc. Our rooms were small and immaculately clean with everything we needed. We booked 2 budget rooms and our toilet and shower were literally across the hall. My daughter had her own room and was upgraded free of charge to a room with her own shower, perfect! The beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Breakfast was continental and a great choice of food including some delicious dips etc. The reception is on the 8th floor but there is a lift. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
