The hotel is a private villa, very old-fashioned, beautiful in appearance and good in interior decoration. Very close to the train station, about 300 meters, even if you have large luggage, don't worry, it is suitable for living with children. The breakfast is very good. At first glance, it is done with care. Especially the apple pie made by the hostess is very authentic. I personally recommend it. Unfortunately, the breakfast is different every day. I want to change it again the next day. There are regrets. Self-contained parking, very safe in the villa.

The town is very quiet and it is a bit popular to go to the sights. The room is dirty, dusty, the room is large, there is a balcony, about 10 minutes from the town center, the apartment is equipped with tableware, you can go to the supermarket to buy things back to cook, 8 minutes from Kalmar Railway Station, 12 noon Rest until 14 o'clock, no one is waiting, don't take this time to touch the nails, or you have to eat the northwest wind. It is very close to Switzerland, 40 minutes to Basel, and you can transfer to the town of Interlaken. The town can be used in one day and you can go to the nearby town. It is recommended to buy the pass in advance. If you need to book a reservation, please go to the manual window to pay for the reservation in advance. You have not tried to buy the pass at the ATM. As a result, IC UnionPay and Vis without IC can't pay the money. You can only wait until 8:30 to go to the manual counter. Buy, or pay with visa

The location of the hotel is right in front of the train station, the second intersection on the right, just on the right side of the road, it will take about 2 or 3 minutes. The room is clean, the restaurant environment is very good, very beautiful, and the Western breakfast is rich in variety.

Note it’s not ‘almost an hotel’ but ‘an ‘almost’ hotel’ by that I mean things are ‘almost’ perfect - but not quite. The car park is a faff to get into, two gates entered via a clicker available from reception on a parallel street. The spaces are small and very fiddly to get anything bigger than a Fiat 500 into. OK, I missed the part about the entry code being on one of the pieces of paper given to me but why is it needed in the first place? The room we had was classed as a ‘Junior Suite’ actually just a family room with three beds. The main shower, an over bath variety, so not easy for a less than nimble wife, was just a small shower head set in the wall producing a pretty pathetic spray, ok there was a hand held head as well. Just one tea bag and coffee sachet for each person but with really nice china cups but cheap, thin plastic water cups. Air Con set at 24c and, as far as I could make out, not adjustable, It sounded like a 747 on take off, all night, and did nothing to lower the room’s temperature. Breakfast was just about OK, but very unremarkable in an overcrowded restaurant where the tables were jammed together, cheek by jowl. So, nothing horrible, just a hotel that ‘almost’ makes its 4 star classification - almost but not quite.

On the first day, the front desk lady at the check-in was not very polite, let a quilt take a blanket, and asked if I knew it was a blanket, and closed the door and rudely caught my finger! When I checked out, I changed someone. As a four-star hotel, the front desk finally put on a uniform. The front desk insisted that there was no payment and paid for the room, but the Ctrip order was indeed a prepayment order. I let the front desk wait for Ctrip to confirm that the front desk is very rude, saying that you have to pay the money now. Fortunately, the front desk finally contacted Ctrip to solve the problem. Stayed at the worst four star hotel! I don't know if there are too many Chinese tour groups to Colmar. The locals in Colmar are generally not friendly to Chinese faces! Either indifference or rudeness. Never go to a place like this raciste!

To start, the hotel is in a perfect location - steps from Little Venice with lots of restaurants, wine bars, sites within a 10 min walk. The rooms (in the suite across the street) were also a good size - which was great for my 4 night stay. That being said, for the price there were definitely some things that you should be aware of. As the previous reviewer mentioned, some rooms - especially in the suites across the street - did not have an elevator. This was not communicated ahead of time so is a bit difficult if you have larger luggage. I booked my room at Le Colombier, but was given a room at Le Colombier Suites. Luckily i'm in decent physical condition so lugging my bags up and down wasn't the worst for me. Additionally, while the room itself was nice, there were some aspects which I didn't like - for one, the toilet was completely seperated from the shower/sink area - in a completely isolated part of the suite (i couldn't even find it when i first checked in, i had to call and ask where it was). Again, not a huge deal but when you use the restroom in the middle of the night and have to walk around in the dark looking for the toilet and then walking all the way to the other side to wash hands, it's not ideal. Second, there were spiders in my room. I killed 2 during my stay - I wish I had taken photos to show them, but was too freaked out when I saw them to look for my phone. I know its an older building so there will be some bugs, but again for the price this was pretty frustrating. And finally, (this may seem small to some people but was impt to me), I booked this hotel because they said there was a gym. Which is true, there's a ”gym” but its literally 2 machines, in a space smaller than my hotel room. And it was in a 3rd building, two streets away from my room. Again, not the end of the world but was just very inconvenient and not communicated appropriately ahead of time. Overall, I would give this hotel another chance because of the location and room size, but definitely a few things to keep in mind.

We stayed here as a stop-over on our drive from Calais to Lake Como. Colmar was somewhere my husband had always wanted to visit and this hotel was a lovely place to stay. We arrived tired after 7 hours on the road, and the hotel warmly welcomed us and quickly directed us to a super convenient place to park 5 minutes walk down the street (we hadn’t booked parking so didn’t expect to park at the hotel itself). The four of us stayed (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed in one room which was a pretty good size, an executive suite, with the children on a fold out bed. The bathroom was modern, with a good shower and nice that the toilet was located separately. We ate breakfast at the hotel and also enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening. Breakfast was busy but had a great selection of buffet options which pleased all the different tastes of our family. The hotel is about a 10 minute easy walk from where the central restaurants and old houses are located. We liked this as meant it was slightly quieter than being right in the middle. Colmar itself was certainly very beautiful, though I confess we didn’t love it quite as much as we thought we would as it was heaving with tourists and we also found it very challenging to find a restaurant with space that offered vegetarian options for our son. If we were to return we would certainly book ahead for food - we knew it would be busy of course being a weekend in the summer holidays, but have never been anywhere in France (including many summer weekends) where we struggled to get a table - lesson learned! But great hotel, and would certainly recommend the hotel to other travellers.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the old town of Colmar. Colmar itself is very small, so in fact, which hotel to stay is not far away, the hotel lobby is not bad, the front desk English communication is no problem and very warm, the only problem: hotel room Too small, to what extent, I have no place to stand after the two 26 boxes of the object are opened on the ground. The hotel and Novotel are next to each other. If you can share the underground parking lot of Novotel by car, you should talk to the front desk and pick up the card.

The staff could not find our booking, neither with name nor with confirmation number. We said we booked with trip.com. We had confirmation mail and login to trip.com with confirmation. We then waited about 20 minutes until the reception staff came to us and thought he had found the booking, we had given him wrong information, we had booked with ”niki-travel”. But instead of making the check-in and giving a room card, the staff was saluting at the holiday evening. We had to stand back in the waiting line behind about 20 guests for check-in with the new staff. Not very customer friendly.

#Praise# Satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom, staff attitude, bathroom, adjacent store; We booked a quadruple room for two big and two small, and we checked in at the front desk of the hotel and smiled politely to make up the difference for one person. The husband also smiled politely to the end. Later, he didn't make up a penny. The room was not big, but the bed was very comfortable to sleep. After a whole day, I slept in this bed. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here. After all, Colmar is enough to play for a day. If there is no car, it is not recommended to live here.

This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Feel the experience of fried chicken sticks! The location is not far from the entrance to the Old Town of Colmar!

Wife and I were here for 2 nights in Nov. The hotel was located just 2 blocks from the train station. It was an easy straight walk to get here. Our check in process was friendly and simple. We were given a wonderfully decorated room with plenty of space. Our room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were pretty good with a nice hair dryer. WiFi worked great through out our stay. From the hotel we were able to walk to everything we needed to see in Colmar. There was also a Monoprix just about a 6 minute walk from the hotel which was convenient. The kitchen area serves all day drinks that was included (coffee & tea) which was nice. The kitchen also has plenty of plates and cups and utensils which we used every night to have dinner. Staffs were all masked up and they checked our Pass Sanitaire. We were here during the time when there were Xmas Market shuttles for all the small towns around Colmar leaving from in front of the train station. We utilized it for Equisheim and Turckheim. Breakfast was wonderful here every morning with lots of options. The hotel was pricey, I am glad the price matched the amenities and services. The hotel kept saying they didn't pre-charge me for the tourist tax before hand. but no matter what I do to convert the charges that was charged 6 days before arrival. The prices just don't line up, and it was roughly the 5 Euros tourist tax. I paid it anyways since 5 Euros isn't worth the time to argue. When we got home, my bank told me the total price in Euros they charged which included the tourist tax. So, I suppose they over charged me by 5 Euros, oh well. Somewhere there was either a mistake or miscommunication. Overall it was a wonderful hotel and we had 2 great night sleep. We will be back again.

Location is excellent. Everything else is sub par. The internet never worked in our room despite repeated assurances that it should. The heating in our room didn't function. We had to insist they bring in an electric space heater for us. The breakfast was not very good, - no eggs of any kind, no fresh fruit, lots of guests who brought their dogs in with them to the dining room. I would save your money and look for a different hotel. Definitely did not find this one to be one I'd recommend to a friend.

The location is moderate, and it is nine minutes away from the train station, turn left and walk about nine minutes to Colmar attractions. This two-star hotel is ok. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I was worried for a long time before I traveled. The infrastructure here is complete, the bathrooms are not small, there are air-conditioning and a small balcony. The only disadvantage is that it is close to the railway, and the sound of the train passing by is not small. But basically it can be ignored, because there are basically no night trains in France. 3 adults and 2 children, set 2 twin rooms, the result when the store arrived at the front desk said that 2 rooms can not live 5 people, children as adults, in fact, I also read the children's occupancy policy at the time of booking, did not say 5 The old children are treated as adults, but the front desk is tough and impatient, so the last lazy to explain the communication, and added a room, fortunately the price is not expensive. Breakfast is the breakfast of the convenient hotel. There are not many things but the basic cheese, bread, coffee tea, meat ham and eggs are all there is no problem. The room is small, no extra bed, the location can also go to the center of the town for a 15-minute walk, the key town itself is not big. Colmar is still very beautiful and worth a visit. He sorted out our car parking, in a secure underground car park and then sorted all the paperwork. The room was perfection. It was cool, extremely comfortable, extremely quiet, and absolutely spotlessly clean. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough one of the few hotels we have stayed in where there was literally no issues whatsoever. The staff in particular were all extremely friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk from the very pretty old town centre, where there are multiple excellent restaurants. Family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Had a family room. Room had a loft with two beds and then a main sitting area with another bedroom adjoining. The pros: - Breakfast: Fresh croissants on your table, buffet spread of yogurt, cereal, fruit salad, two kinds of ham, 3 kinds of cheese, juices. Plenty of food choices for everyone to be happy. - Walk to the walking area of Colmar was short and easy. The cons: - Not a good choice room-wise when it is hot. Was around 90 each day we were there. Room not air conditioned so the loft in particular was almost unbearable at times. Opening the windows, especially in the evening did help cool things down but there are no screens on the windows or terrace door, so that allows a lot of bugs in. They did provide one fan. When we asked for a second, they said we could have it for one night but they had to take it away the second night to give to someone else (which they did). I guess maybe we should have known to ask for it in advance? i don't know. Seemed bizarre to have it committed already somehow. So, our experience at the hotel was greatly colored by the whole temperature situation. - Bathroom is small (not necessarily a negative). Tub is extremely high though. Was dangerous getting out and trying not to slip. Overall hotel is nicely kept, staff is nice, The distance from the train station was a bit far but we knew that when we chose it and we still did the trek back and forth twice, so it obviously wasnt that bad.

Very cosy room that had plenty of storage space and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of cheeses and an ample choice of all the heart desires. The young staff was extremely efficient, friendly and fast. I liked the whole style of the hotel. The decorations showed an eye for little details that make guests feel at home.

It's very close to the town of Colmar, and there are a lot of parking spaces. The only downside is that it's the first time I travel to Europe. I don't know that I need to pay taxes on the spot. The service staff's English is not very good, and it took a long time to check in

The hotel is very close to the station and then to the various Christmas markets. We were greatly welcomed and our room was beautiful. The hotel had a list of restaurants and we tested one. Perfect. I enjoyed the night the sauna, hamam and swimming pool, and ice fontan facilities. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is right in front of the train station, the second intersection on the right, just on the right side of the road, it will take about 2 or 3 minutes. The room is clean, the restaurant environment is very good, very beautiful, and the Western breakfast is rich in variety.
