I have been at this hotel for over 13 years. How many times a year. I have long taught myself not to pay attention to any shortcomings. However, I began to notice that with time everything is only getting worse. The girls on the respiratory at the time of my departure on December 3, stood in masks on their chin. The subject matter was reacted very reluctantly. In winter, many hotels who do not want to invest in good heat-proof systems block automatic doors. For Tatarstan, this is a constant practice. Standing in the passage with a suitcase and bags - as you like and open the door. This is your problem, for the hotel not the customer is not important, primarily that the staff are not frozen on the respiratory. The room always try to take on the 14th floor, with more fresh repair. Where the sofas, 7 years ago, did not smell cigarette smoke. However, after years, these numbers began to vent. There is a problem with plumbing in all rooms on this floor. In the bathroom there was a multi-family creature. In the restaurant at breakfast, I sat at the table whose surface was filled with crumbs. I don't know. Maybe I'm so lucky this time. Or maybe the normal meeting of tired guests in this hotel is a long-standing practice....

A great place for a full rest. An important criterion for us was accommodation with a dog. A dog, a full animal, not a cat format dog. A single room with a dop place. The room is clean, very hot, the batteries are reduced to a minimum and still sleep with open windows. Bed comfortable, pillows too. Clean towels, coats and slippers. Heli and champoo, fan in the room.

At the wedding, relatives handed over a gift certificate for two to the Open City Hotel. Everything was liked. Live 24 hours. A full spa and entertainment facilities in the hotel. polite and responsible staff always go to the guests' meeting. The clean room, white bed and three sets of towels, slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea in the room, fruit plate and juice county were waiting for us in the room. The variety of hygiene means pleasantly surprised us. A spacious room with air conditioner and two TVs. A nice climate, you can adjust the temperature yourself. The air conditioner is very helpful in hot weather. A spacious shower. Very comfortable when there are dense curtains in the room. Snow-sleep soft dressers. I enjoyed breakfast in the hotel. A large Swedish table with a choice of dishes and beverages for any taste. The dinner pleasantly surprised us at evening. Big servings of salads, delicious soups, second dishes, a range of hot pizza. The dishes were brought to me and to my wife at once, in turn the following dishes were brought. Operatively cleaned the dirty plates from the table and brought clean. We wish to visit the Open City Hotel again. Guests and residents of the city advise to stay in this hotel.

This hotel was chosen by accident, traveled in the center of N.Chelnov, the navigator pointed out the hotel in the vicinity. It was a small unseen building. There were holiday days of January, there were free rooms, the price arranged, settled. For the second day, they also extended without problems. Staff is attentive but ”un-tense.” The room has everything: teapot, single-use items, coats; cooler on the floor. Included the air conditioner on heating, otherwise from the windows wipe ice. Next to the hotel the central tree of the city, there is entertainment for children, skiing, attractions, skating. Trade centers in pedestrian access have not seen, I found very diverse, the place itself for its accommodation is small, the feeling that is close. In Spa were not, the gym was on our floor - didn't go.

Every time visiting Chelny we stay here and always the hotel leaves only positive emotions. Everything is thought up to the tiny things that you would forget about the problems: regular and qualitative cleaning of rooms, very delicious breakfasts Swedish table, not hammocking staff. The hotel is always quiet and calm. Not long ago they opened the spa complex, so there at all 🔥!!!! After a long road after massage will get a sauna or bath one pleasure!!! We are very pleased to find such a wonderful place and become its permanent visitors! Thanks to the huge chef of Boho restaurant! Food is magical!

After nikah, we decided to spend our wedding night in this hotel, we like everything, we recommend it) the bed was great The food has not been tried. There is a mini TV. However, it is recommended that you bring slippers and toothbrushes, because the hotel charges a fee.

Скай-лакс?😳 Наверное так, если написано Sky Lux, без ”e” в конце (Luxe)? В общем, в Набережных Челнах есть отель с таким названием. Это спа-отель. Здесь можно получить комплекс различных процедур - обёртывания, массаж и пр. Но мы здесь просто останавливались по пути домой. При заселении нужны паспорта всех гостей. Отель хороший. Номер просторный, белье чистое, матрас удобный. Есть все необходимое - чайник, телевизор, кондиционер. Вместо холодильника, правда, бар, который забит местной продукцией. Поэтому поставить что-то свое непросто. В ванной - душ, очень удобный. Только вода плохо уходила. Есть диспенсеры с мылом и гелем для душа. Есть хорошие наборы для путешествующих. Полотенец - по три на человека. Чай, чашки, сахар, вода имеются. Салфеток вот ненашли🤷🏻‍♀️. Уборка в номере ежедневная. Чай и воду добавляют. В коридоре - кулер. Недалеко от отеля (минут 5 на машине) - настоящий лес! Это парк Прибрежный, где гулять одно удовольствие. Рядом с отелем Пятёрочка, если что-то очень нужно. В самом отеле ресторан ”Чемодан”. Утром там завтрак (шведский стол), но можно и пообедать, и поужинать. Готовят очень вкусно. Официанты внимательны и приветливы. На завтраке можно попробовать мед в сотах - отличная фишечка! В целом - все хорошо. Много семей с детьми. В выходные людно. Значит отель популярный!👍
