I stayed to attend an event at le Parc des Expositions, for which it was perfectly located at a 20 min walk away. You would therefore think, at that location, they would cater for international guests, but the level of English speaking was the worst I have come across in my extensive travels across Europe, Africa, Asia and Middle East. They said to call on arrival at the airport for a car. They leave to get you when you call, rather than be there waiting for your arrival. The instructions I got when I called was to go to ‘Departures, gate 12’ which obviously makes no sense, and they just repeated the same instruction over & over when I requested clarification. What they mean is Exit 12, near departures. Big difference.... The room was over furnished with one single and one double bed so there was no floor room at all and barely room to sit at the very small desk. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the daily clean very good, the shower excellent. The bathroom was clean and good, and the room was quiet and warm with a kettle and tea & coffee. There were three beds, but only three trouser hangers (1 broken) and three regular hangers in the tiny wardrobe space. The restaurant offers a buffet including some suspect items obviously left over from the day before, and a very limited menu. The buffet breakfast was adequate. The hotel has the facilities and feel of a slightly above average budget hotel, but at far above a budget price. For my next trips I have found hotels in the city centre that look nicer, with better facilities, for less money, likewise near the exhibition centre. I won’t be staying here again.

First contact was not very pleasant. We were 2 and they gave a room for 1 with a tinny bed. In addition the elevator was broken and the room was at the 5th floor. After complaining, they gave us a new room. This one was big and the bathroom as well. Good bed but for 2 a king size would have been appreciated. Very clean but no special charm. Descent breakfast. Metro and restaurants close by. Overall, a descent place to stay for few nights if you have to work in Paris 13. Normal price for a room in Paris.

The room was extremely small and the dust had not been cleaned. Nothing very important to complain regarding the room. For 1-2 nights it's ok. We could let our luggage before check-in and after check-out. That was really helpful. I am not satisfied about the pre-authorization fee. A week (7 days) has passed and we didn't get the money back. It's really annoying.

The hotel is conveniently located close to metro lines 14 and 6, and on foot the Berry quarter. Very friendly welcome at the reception and the breakfast room. The room had everything we needed, was comfortable and quiet with no noise from neighbouring rooms. Our 4 night stay was using up a voucher we had with the hotel after a cancellation in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions. Although the original booking was a very cheap rate and not refundable, the Hotel generously allowed us a voucher to use over the next 18 months. Bravo and thanks very much.

There are two subway stations nearby. One walks for four minutes and ten minutes or so. Although it is a little far from the center on the edge of Little Paris, the traffic is quite convenient. It can be reached in half an hour. The small room is open. Can't walk, but wins at a very high price! Breakfast is simple but the croissant is especially delicious~

We booked two twin rooms, but they were twin beds. The hotel is next to the subway station of Line 14. Lines 14 and 1 are the only two subway lines remaining during the French strike, but these two lines can basically reach famous attractions. There are many supermarket restaurants near the hotel, and it is also close to Chinatown, about 1 km.

Not bad hotel near the metro. Good area. Many Chinese shops, which I plus. There are cafes, shops and bakeries. You can walk to Sena. The room is not bad, quite clean. But would have been day and almost only night. Since we arrived early in the morning, I had to leave things and go walking around the city until settlement. But here, probably, my fault that didn't indicate early entry. Of the downsides are showers. And the showers and the toilet were on the floor, but it isn't so important. The shower is just a small room with a cafe, sludge and shower. Put things a little bit. Without my shale, I would not recommend visiting it. In general, the hotel is inexpensive, near the metro and in a good area.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large and clean, new, and the public order is good. The hotel lobby is a glass sliding door. You need to swipe your room card to enter. The room was flat with 2 large boxes without pressure. The toilets are also very large. There are 2 sets of L'Occitane in a house, and a large bottle of mineral water is given away. Walk to the LV main store for 2 minutes, and make early purchase without pressure. It only takes 2 minutes to the Hermes George Avenue branch, and Bulgari is also nearby. If you want to buy luxury goods, you can put it back in the hotel before you continue. Do n’t worry about safety. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. The only bad thing is that the front desk called me at 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-out. This is a bad experience ... The hotel can help call a taxi to the airport. The hotel said the price was basically the same. The cafeteria and gym are located in B1. There is a Royal Treasure in the hotel, not sure if it is the same as Shanghai.

It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I am always so won over! The welcome is on par with a 4-star hotel. Each interlocutor, is always friendly smiling, helping. The location is ideal, close to all transportation. The rooms are spacious, classically decorated, they are perfectly clean and for me that is the essential. The breakfast is generous, the welcome friendly. A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The biggest advantage is being able to see the Eiffel Tower at a reasonable price. Also, the staff at the desk and the cleaning lady were very friendly, and the check-out time is 12 noon, so you can prepare generously :) The room is not very clean, but it is clean. It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The rooms are small and exquisite, and very quiet. Considering such a convenient location, it can be said to be very cost-effective. Lovely hotel, super staff, comfortable rooms bit small but only what is to be expected. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Our only gripe was the Creole restaurant outside decided to play very loud music from 12 am. It was that bad we went down to complain to reception who did manage to get this turned down but the people in the restaurant continued to be loud. We did find out that the restaurant did not close until 2 am so as we were there to sleep we did not get the best sleep we would have hoped for hence 1 mark being removed.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 9 year old son. It is a budget hotel so do no expect massive rooms or luxury ! You go to Paris to see the wonderful city not sit round a hotel room ! Staff on reception were very helpful and could not have been more helpful. The rooms are small compared to other more expensive hotels but there are adequate and clean. TV and Wi-Fi are good. There is also a good bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a continental buffet and there was a good selection of breads, cheeses, cold mets etc. The Metro station is a shirt walk away and there is a laundrette directly opposite. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very unassuming. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway, though there is are a number of buses on the corner. The staff could not be more friendly, patient and accommodating. The interior design is ultra-modern, high quality and chic. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! A beautiful park is just two blocks away. If this hotel were in the heart of the city it would cost four times the price. The hotel is A LITTLE GEM.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location , walking distance from Sacre Coeur , Montmartre , Moulin Rouge. All positive. The things i didn’t like was when we were in our room there was a faint tap on door and before we even had chance to realise it was the door a man walked in to unlock the child’s bed. I feel he should of knocked harder and gave us a chance to answer before just walking in. The bar was closed for our whole stay which we weren’t notified of until we got there. Also it was hard to sleep because at 6.30 every morning there was workman making loads of noise right outside our window which I thought was too early and again we weren’t pre-warned about.

The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.
