We stayed at this property for a quick overnight before an early flight from the Nice airport. The property was clean and updated. The hotel staff were attentive and very helpful and welcoming. The close location to the Nice airport is a plus. One word of warning.... the parking garage is very tight and I wouldn't recommend it for a larger vehicle. We had a rented SUV that simply didn't fit well in the parking spots. This isn't uncommon for European garages, but it should be noted. Neighborhood is out of the center of Nice, but we expected that and it wasn't an issue for us. It was a great choice for a quick overnight before a flight.
Superb, new, clean hotel with absolutely fabulous staff. Very comfortable and quiet room with spacious bathroom - obviously, everything’s brand spanking new, which helps. Large amenities provided (liquid soap/shampoo) although no hairdryer. Located one stop from airport on the new tram - this is FREE. So don’t do what we did (or more accurately, my husband did!!) and fall foul of a thief who persuaded my husband that he DiD need a ticket - despite my protestations - and, as it was only €1.50 a ticket, bought some from the machine whilst the pickpocketer looked over his shoulder at him entering his PIN, promptly stole his wallet and it turned out, took €270 from that card…. which obviously we only discovered on reaching the hotel. The staff member on Reception was amazing, so helpful and did what she could to find out what could be done to help whilst we spent the next couple of hours on the telephone to the various banks to cancel all the cards in his wallet. (Note: now you’ve read this, hopefully you will be aware of this scam…. which happens all over the world, so that this won’t happen to you. But my husband is a retired airline pilot so should have been aware, so it shows it can happen to anyone). The Police are open very late at the airport, and again extremely helpful for filing a report. Anyway, the kind receptionist gave us 2 complimentary drinks vouchers which we used when we finally returned back from reporting the crime at the gendarmerie at the airport. We used these at the Grand Hyatt next door, where there is a nice, international type bar. It was too late to order food but another very kind staff member got us some bread and olives (we were starving as hadn’t eaten since having had a couple of sandwiches in the lounge at London Heathrow that morning). Back to the hotel - we highly recommend it for a good value airport stay. The tram stop is under the bridge. Turn right directly from alighting from the tram and walk up the platform from under the bridge and you will see the hotel diagonally opposite. Breakfast was great, and varied with some hot options as well (scrambled eggs) and really good artisanal bread. The bus stops are also directly outside the hotel - super convenient if you are taking the early ski bus to Isola 2000 (no 92 100% neige) or Auron (no 91). The morning receptionist was also lovely. We bought 2 bottles of water to take with us, but they only had glass bottles. Of course, we didn’t have a bottle opener and I hope she won’t get into trouble by me saying she gave us a little basic bottle opener to take with us. The hotel is nice and new and we would thoroughly recommend it, but they have recruited the most lovely, kind and capable staff for front of house and the Direction should be very proud of them for creating such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere which differentiates this hotel from all the other bland same-same hotels the world over.

The Novotel brand hotel seems to be very tasty in France, and there are great brands around Nice and Paris. The hotel feels good! In order to catch the plane, we chose to stay in the vicinity of the airport for one night, clean, the room is large, and it is a set of styles, a double bed and a single bed, there is a curtain between the two beds can pull up . Can meet three people to live! The room design is similar to the feeling of a luxury warehouse with a plane, a bit special! The shuttle has a shuttle bus, and you can make an appointment with the front desk. For the resort, the same price is better than the Ibis I stayed at the train station for a night, and I can see a little coastline far away.
There are more than 1 km from the airport, and the hotel is on the Nice Tram Line 2, which leads to the airport. There is a train station opposite the hotel, which leads to the city of Nice and Cannes, Monaco, Menton, etc., with an average of 20 minutes - there is a bus in 40 minutes, the latest bus is about 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. There are no residential areas around, so there are no supermarkets and places to eat.

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Nice hotel provides parking on site.
it's just opposite to airport nice terminal 1. behind the novotel and the campanile.
10mn walk using the underway of the tramway.
need to walk a lot to see some action as the airport is far from downtown even on same "promenade des anglais"
rooms are small (french standard isn't it ?)
it's clean .
i recommand for a early departure at nice airport. not for a long stay
A good global hotel chain, just opposite Hall 1 in Nice Airport! The location is very good, the room is not bad, we arrived very late, the service attitude is also very good! It is the self-driving friend who should pay attention to parking to the front left to go to the leftmost path, or else only turn the circle~
Opened in 2022, the Sheraton Nice Airport offers travelers a pleasant stay in Nice, whether for business or leisure purposes. This hotel is located near many of Nice's attractions including Kid's City, L'Instinct Zen and Cimetiere de Caucade. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests of this Nice hotel can make use of the parking facilities.
We were arrived late at the airport and have to do last minute booking near airport bcz the place we booked checked in up to 6pm only so better check your hotel terms & conditions.
Walking to hotel from airport 8mnts depending how many luggage you carried.
We take local bus no. 200 to CANNES only Euro 1.50 rather than take from the airport. Ask the hotel. Room slightly smaller than the picture.
The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended
The location is very good, the balcony is big and faces the sea. The room is large enough, the bathroom and bathroom are separate, and the walk-in closet room is large. On the first day, there is a welcome to enjoy macarons and mineral water, which is not provided after the mineral water. I have rubbed the dressing table several times and it is dark. The bed is comfortable to sleep. The hotel has a history. Still worth recommending. There are also a lot of dining nearby, next door is the hotel where coco Chanel stays. I can try it next time. Walk to the train station for 12 minutes and go to the old town for 10 minutes. Surrounding drugstores and luxury shops are all within a 10-minute walk.
Me and and my girlfriend arrived in Nice late night and we were surprised to see Fabio (the owner) expecting us to greet us. As you’ve seen from all the reviews, we can’t help but reiterate everyone’s comments on how great the staff was. We mainly interacted with Fabio and we couldn’t help but feel like he treated us like he would treat a family member or close friend. From providing guidance on things to visit and see in Nice, to checking up even before we arrived with tips on how to get around to the hotel. The attention to detail is what makes this hotel great. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. We were on the top floor so it was a few flights to get there, but nothing we couldn’t handle - they will help you get your luggage up to your room. Like many of the hotels in Nice, they’ve been there a long time so not every hotel has the luxury of having an elevator. Many of the buildings were built decades ago so keep that in mind when staying in Nice, if you need access to an elevator. Every morning we were greeted with a nice treat at our doorstep so that was a nice touch. The location is great as you are literally 2 blocks away from the Promenade de Anglais, with lots to eat around and close to the underground train station. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Nice. Thank you to Fabio and his great staff for the hospitality!
This is the first hotel I booked in Nice. The location is good, not far from the train station, and there are also 23 buses that run from the airport to the train station (it was 23 instead of seeing 99 as previously mentioned by netizens. 99 is now gone). But the room only has a dormer window, the light is dim, and the color of the bedspread is black, which makes people feel very bad.
The room is large with a full set of kitchen utensils that can be used for cooking. The Carrefour supermarket is opposite. The parking is not convenient. For example, there is no place in the parking lot.
The hotel offers a private beach for the little friends who want to go on holiday, enjoy the sun on the beach, and it is convenient for the little friends to go to the sea. The balcony of the room can see the coastline of Nice. It is really beautiful. Even if it is not on the beach, you can sit on the balcony and listen to the song every day. Looking at the sea and people coming and going, it feels great! The only downside is that the hotel is a bit farther from the city centre, but there are two restaurants with very top rankings, very good!
This is a very useful evaluation for a hotel in Nice, I hope everyone can take a look. 1) Location: The location of the hotel is on the beach, it is really good! But if you are entangled in which hotel to choose, stayed in Nice for 6 days and changed 3 hotels (3 different price points) I can tell you that the price of this home is nearly twice as expensive as the others - in the room facilities and Service does not have any outstanding advantages. I will talk about it in detail later, so, simply speaking from the position, this row of hotels or homestays are all 180-degree super beautiful seascape sunrise. 2) Service: I can only give 3-4 stars to the attitude of the service staff. It is not a standard for a 4 star hotel. Relatively indifferent~ It was my birthday on the day of the hotel check-in. I didn’t feel that I didn’t notice the passport, but the friend sent the birthday cake to the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very indifferent and let the porter take it to me... (not me Feeling, as a girl who stayed alone, I used to be a hotel. If it is such a detail, I can't do more details. May I have more details?) Two days in the store, WIFI broke two days because I have to deal with some work with my computer, and I always ask them when they can be good... The response is unified, the whole hotel is broken, and we are very anxious. Anyway, it’s quite awkward. As an emergency response, I think I can actually borrow a nearby wifi or other processing method... and a wifi problem can’t be fixed in two days... It’s really... 3) Amenities/services/breakfast: The bed is very soft and very comfortable, the bathroom is great, but the biggest problem in the whole house is that the 3 floors I live in, half of the house is tilted... too obvious! So every time I walk, it will be a little dizzy...🤦🏼♀️ mini bar provides drinking water, tea bags...but only the first day of stay, no supplements...also very good... Breakfast should be the best part of the whole hotel~ Although it is Western, the overall variety is very rich, and the restaurant is also facing the sea... It feels great when I have breakfast in the morning! 4) This article should be a supplement to the previous one: About the SPA part of this hotel~ There should be friends like me to set this hotel, but the hotel's spa area is on the first floor of the hotel... I personally feel A little embarrassing... the price is about 60-150 euros! This is the price of the spa. If you use the spa area alone, the in-house guest is 30 euros for two hours...but, in fact, just like our domestic swimming pool, there is a lounge chair...the sauna room...the money feels unnecessary Flower... After all, three minutes walk to the beach, swim in the sea, find a bar and a glass of wine to lie down, cost-effective! Ok to share this ~ Nice is really beautiful, it is worth spending a few days to get rid of!
The hotel location is very good, the executive ocean view room can see the entire Angel Bay, breakfast on the balcony will have seagulls, a unique experience. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic.
The location is very close to Angel Bay and Carrefour, and the security and privacy level is also high, but the service is hard to say. When checking out, the young girl at the front desk did not raise the head after the city tax was collected. There was no goodbye. I should not live in this house next time. Service industry customer experience is still very important...
This is a nice hotel located about 5 blocks from Nice's promenade/beach/harbor front. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice, though in mine, the carpet outside the door was a bit worn. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the room overlooked the whole city from the 8th floor. I did not swim in the pool since it wasn't that warm. I would definitely stay here if I return to Nice.
Hotel is very clean and in a great location. You can walk to all major attractions as well as to train station. Room was good sized and good quality furniture. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is situated in a good area so felt very safe and area was quiet at night.
The location is very good in a very central area, the rooms are small but the facilities are well equipped to cook for yourself, and there is an internet celebrity food street nearby.
Disadvantages: 1. It’s very tired to go upstairs with luggage. 2. There is no bottled water provided. You need to go out and buy it yourself. If you don’t mind drinking tap water, please ignore. 3. Order to pay at the store. When you check out, you swipe your credit card and then Ctrip said that my no show had deducted my security deposit, and it was wrong to ask Ctrip to verify it before returning it to me. There is a bnb recommended by lp on the first floor of the same address. The facade looks better than this one. There is a camera at the door. Friends in need can search by themselves.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 days, and it was ok. The reception area is nice, beds were comfortable, the terrace with the swimming pool nice, and the breakfast buffet was also good. It is also nice with the opportunity to make tea and coffee in the room and use a fridge. I did not notice the noise other reviewers have mentioned before the last morning, when a guest in another room was using shoes inside. We had a room in the end of a corridor at the 6th floor, so we did not hear much noise from the corridors or elevators. I agree with other reviewers that the hotel is not very centrally located. I never managed to get the free wifi to work. The login procedure just didn't work. We were also not 100% happy with the cleaning of the rooms. It was clean, but the staff failed to replace soaps, body lotion and toilet paper. Other members of our group experienced the same thing. We only got new bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap the first day. But this is not enough for two persons for four days. One day we came back in the afternoon to find the door to the room left open. we were happy we had put our valuables in the safe. I would not recommend this hotel for large groups or business meetings. The service it too slow so it is difficult to keep a time schedule. I was part of a group of 20. The hotel new in advance we were coming, but they had not prepared anything so that the check-in process would go quickly. It took them 50 minutes to check in 10 couples. This is not nice when we have a program and fixed times for other activities. Our morning board meeting was interrupted by the delivery of coffee and drinks. We asked for this to be in place at the beginning of the meeting, but it wasn't. Hence, the meeting was disturbed by the late delivery of coffee and drinks - also because the coffee machine did not work. Because of the late delivery, we did not have time to enjoy the drinks. The meeting was nearly over. The same thing happened the a couple of days later when we were going to listen to a presentation. The plan was to have drinks and finger food before the talk. But there were no food and drinks when this event started. Eventually, we sat down to listen to the talk. The waiters arrived - again very late - and interrupted the talk by serving the food. It pretty much ruined the talk and was disrespectful to the speaker. It was difficult to pay attention to the speaker when there were plates of food being sent back and forth all the time. Again, we had to leave much of the delivered food and drinks behind. These incidents were very annoying, and we wonder why it was so difficult to deliver the catering on time. I think this hotel is better for people on holiday without fixed schedules.
The room is on the ground floor, very large, the largest room ever stayed in Europe. The room is clean, but there is a smell in the room. Every day, there is no odor. It is close to the train station, but the surrounding environment is not Too good, there is a distance to the old town (about 20 minutes walk) and the seaside (walking for more than half an hour). There is a free afternoon tea service, the service is very good, the front desk is very warm, and I will ask you to call and call the car. After leaving the store, I will send an email to ask about the accommodation experience and send the next store voucher~
When I first arrived, I was a little disappointed. I felt that the hotel was quite small and the facilities were a bit old. In the past, there was a gap in the resort. After living, I found out that he was good. The road was across the road. In the morning, enjoy a hearty breakfast while watching the sea, especially the spinach omelettes are delicious.
We stayed here as part of a Topdeck tour and it was probably one of the best located hotels we stayed in the whole trip. Close to the beachfront, markets and shops. The rooms are quite old but they were fine. The hotel staff were friendly. I was grossly overcharged to have an item of clothing I’d left behind sent to another address in France but apart from that I can’t fault the hotel. Would recommend.
It's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.
The hotel is very clean. The ibis attitude has always been very good. It is very polite. It also teaches us how to go and how to play to the map. It is very warm. The hotel is also very comfortable. The room is also big. Mainly clean. The location is about seven or eight minutes walk from Nice Require train station. Not too far away. We take a taxi to the city center for about 15 minutes. The peak period is about 18 euros. Walking is also possible. The summer weather is too hot and we don't want to go. The location is still OK if not too high. After all, you can walk to the bus terminal so you have a place to go to the town of Eze. I like this hotel very much.
The room is very new, the suite is large, a large bed and a sofa bed, three people sleep very comfortable, the room is also very clean, especially suitable for self-driving, the parking lot is large and free, free parking is too rare in Nice . A little further away from the city of Nice, it is very convenient to go to Monaco Eze in Cannes, because there is a supermarket opposite the hotel, and there are Burger King and McDonald's within five minutes of driving.
The location of the city center is very close to the Nice Railway Station and the Côte d'Azur (the foot can be reached, the former is 10 minutes and the latter is only 1 minute away). The location is also very easy to find, and the price is very high in the single night budget of 1000 yuan or less. Accommodation. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic (also take a map to carefully map where to take pictures where it is worth visiting) (there is a small terrace inside the hotel, it is very good to see under the sunny weather) The room is basically the same as the picture.
The hotel is very close to the Nice train station and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk. There is a public parking building opposite the hotel. The charge is not cheap, it is charged at 0.7-0.8 Euro per 15 minutes, and the charge for 12-24 hours is 23.8 Euro. In fact, there is a parking lot on the roadside of the hotel entrance. It can be stopped at night to find the vacancy, and the car can be moved at 9 o'clock during the day. This can save a lot. The hotel charges 20 Euros for an extra bed. The hotel has a total of 6 floors, 2-3 floors more rooms, 4-6 floors, only 4 rooms per floor, the elevator is very small, only 3 people at a time. Not far from the beach, 25 minutes walk. The front desk clerk is very good and has a good time.
I decided on a deluxe room, and the picture room was quite spacious, but the hotel gave a very crowded, almost no space. advantage: 1. The location is convenient, the airport is convenient, and you can walk anywhere in the city center. 2. The hotel staff is welcoming and courteous. 3. Breakfast is simple, but it is delicious. 3. Lobby sits comfortably and has free lemon mint water to drink. 4. You can store your luggage. Disadvantages: 1. The toilet is not forced to pull the wind, the last stool can not be scattered for two days, hehe! If the two live, it is recommended to go to the lobby toilet for a large size. 2. The shower room is not waterproof, take a bath, and the water is full. 3. The mattress is too soft.
Second stay. It is my enthusiastic little brother who serves me. The room was not as good as the last one, given a small room in a very corner. It was later found occupied by Japanese and American tour groups. The price of the room booked during the eleventh period is around 1k for breakfast. The location is commendable and cannot be better. Nice is a very beautiful city. I would still choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to take my parents to visit again.
The staff handover and explanation are not clear. On the 4th check-out, I insisted that my city tax was not paid. (I have to pay with the other two front desks every day for the past two days.) The taxi driver not only thinks that because of me. The relationship and the front desk were too late for the city tax. They also threatened me that I had waited for 5 minutes for him to drive away. (The staff did not explain that it was a carpool. I think if I was 45 to the airport, why can't I wait?). I have repeatedly confirmed whether the city tax has been paid and whether the taxi has a credit card. In the end, not only did I pay more for the city tax, but when I paid the taxi fare, I could not use the credit card that I could brush anywhere else. The card is not good. Finally, I went to the airport to collect the money. Therefore, this hotel and related taxi companies are definitely not recommended (especially the front desk staff and taxi drivers on duty on the morning of October 4)
I often travel to France, have come to Nice many times, lived in an apartment, and also stayed in a hotel. This time I stayed for 3 nights, and each of the 3 hotels specializing in the seaside stayed one night. Negresco, west end, west minister. X first comment on negresco, I live in a standard room with sea views. The scenery outside the window is good, but the glass windows are not soundproof. The hotel is still very historical, it is a landmark hotel in the local area. The proprietress has a very high status in France. The hotel displays antiques collected from all over the world. Of course, there are many Chinese elements. The elements displayed on each floor are different. On the second floor, there is a suite where the world fashion godmother coco chanel lived for a while. The rooms are old, all wooden, typical French style. The decoration is classical in all aspects, Yonghua is good for friends who like history. The restaurants are good, especially for dinner, the price is 7-800 per capita, but it is worth it. Overall, it's okay. Those who like to experience French style will recommend this place. I prefer a modern hotel style. It's okay to experience it. I went to the west end the next night. You can also read my evaluation of west end.
The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍
Well, i will try to be as honest as possible. Based on the price you pay here, you are able to sleep in a clean room, speak to a very nice receptionist (he was a man) and yet be located to almost near to everything. I read the comments of other people and they were speaking about the breakfast. I mean let’s be logic, the price that we already are paying is cheap in comparison to other hotels located at the same place. I was very happy with this choice because it fulfilled my requirements. Plus who needs to have a breakfast in a hotel when it’s just located in the heart of Nice’s bakeries and Cafes, right!
This is a great hotel - the location is very convenient, 5ish mins walk from two tram stops really easy to get to from the airport and 7-10 min walk from the seafront, Place Massena and many restaurants and shops. It was very easy to be based here and explore Nice without a car. The room was really a good size even though we didn't opt for a big room - good shower, comfortable bed and aircon. The garden is a lovely calm space to relax in after a day of being out in the town and to have breakfast. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. It feels a bit expensive, but Nice is a pricey town and we thought it was worth it. A couple of minor practical things - the room could do with a ceiling light or another lamp as it was a bit dark, there's no shelf to keep shampoo or other toiletries in the shower, and maybe having a rail in the bathroom to dry swim clothes/towels on would be nice. Overall we had a great stay and would happily recommend Villa Victoria to anyone travelling to Nice.
