Albeit location is abit inconvenient given the construction works surrounding City Square and nearby. Shuttle takes a long time to arrive at destination given the traffic during peak hours.

Room as per picture .. fast check in/out. Bed are very comfortable. Everything is worth and nice. 24-hrs Indian Muslim food just opposite the hotel. Perfect location. Nearby to Paradigm Mall & Sutera Mall JB. 5 stars facilities with 2 stars price. The room is cosy and very clean. Parking is limited but easy to find behind or surrounding the hotel. A decent buffet style breakfast consists of noodles/nasi lemak, sausages, nuggets, bread with jam & butter, half-boiled eggs, juices, coffee & tea. Better than what I expected. Definitely will stay in this hotel again for my next business trip here! I will return to this hotel for future stay. The location of the hotel is superb, just a ten minute walk away bars and restaurants a plenty, what makes it so special is the way they make you feel very welcome, from cleaning staff, and receptionists a really great team. However, you would be able to hear noise from the street. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer soundproof, suggest to booked the windowless room.

Also, I left my inhaler in the room when checkout and the housemaid brought it down and return it back to me. I strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for accommodation below 100. All the staff from check-in counter to house keeping and restaurant were very friendly and professional. Breakfast situation was pretty chaotic the restaurant was very full until the staff had to open banquet tables for guests waiting in the queue. Food was mediocre but it was replenished very quickly. Overall, a pretty good hotel if the rates are reasonably priced.

However unpleasant service experience
Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the breakfast would be served from 6:30am to 11am at level 5.
My husband and I were quite surprised with the timing and we still double confirm if its till 11am. The answer was certainly. We wrote down the infor ar the room card holder infront the receptionist.
Next day, we went down our breakfast around 10:15am.
We informed the staff our room number before we proceed to the table. The staff told us “ you have only 10 mins left”. I was in a shocked and asked why is it 10 mins left. He said the breakfast will be closed at 10:30am.
I pointed at the board outside the restaurant which stated “6:30am - 11:00am” and told him that the receptionist informed us till 11am. He said he doesn’t know, but it’s 10:30am and he proceeded to do his stuffs.
We didn’t want to argue further, just want to quickly grab our breakfast.
There were limited food left , but had few stations provided noodles and eggs that they will cook upon request.
I then ordered my noodles, but no one serve me.
I walked to the egg section and ordered eggs. The lady told me “sorry we closed already”.
I only took a few breads and returned to my table and shared what I have encountered to my husband.
My husband went to order the egg for me again and got same reply. But he looked at his watch and showed them the timing which was 10:24am.
The chef just looked at my husband without reply to him a single word and left the station through the door behind.
We was being left infront of the counter and we waited for 5 mins , still no one return to the station counter.
Feeling so pissed off with their attitude and unprofessional service.
We went back to our table to have our breads.
At around 10:41 which 20 mins later after we ordered the food, one of the waiter brought the eggs to us and left it on our table.
Ramada is a large hotel chain and owned by Wyndham , operates around the world. I stayed their hotel in Singapore, Bangkok and Indonesia and never encounter such issues before. Kind of disappointed.

|13.52km from city centerIt was in fact the worse hotel I've ever stayed in Malaysia. Don't be fooled by the pictures they provided. I booked a deluxe family room and a deluxe queen room. Nothing to fancy about. As soon as we stepped into the ”deluxe family room”, the whole room including the toilet smells of moth balls!! Can you imagine going to sleep with that smell plus with 2 children (1 and 8 years old)?! It's DAMN stuffy!! First moth balls found below the sink cabinet probably to freshen up the smell of the flooring and another hung above on the ceiling probably to stop the strong urine/sewer smell. When we step on the parquet flooring of our room it was so sticky and the toilet floor was even worse! There were visible yellow patches on the floor that probably resembles as urine patches. TOILET FLOOR WAS WET AND GROSS THAT MY SISTER HAD TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE TOILET BEFORE USING IT. NOT FORGETTING THAT MY SISTER ALSO HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CLEAN THE ROOM'S FLOORING TWICE CAUSE IT WAS TOO STICKY AND WHEN WE WALK BAREFOOTED ON IT! Below the cabinet's sink was already deteriorating and there were molds everywhere! Also not forgetting that our room doesn't comes with a window and yet its expensive!! If you're looking for a hotel for your family even for a night stay, this is not the best one for your family. I can say that with location, this is probably a hotel for **********s only. As you can't imagine until you've booked and slept in the room, our bedsheets aren't clean. There's blood stains on it and also blood stains on the bed side's wall. YES, GROSS! MY LITTLE GIRL EVEN ASKED WHAT'S THAT. We were obviously so disgusted that we didn't tuck our feet into the sheets. Shame on you guys for not doing a good job on proper housekeeping and maintaining the facilities in the rooms.

Room size was okay but standing shower was too small for plus size like me 😬 There's no iron and ironing board in the room. Only one sachet of coffee and longan tea given plus two bottles of water.
Location was very convenient. Very good customer service from doormen to housekeeping staff.

The Good::
- Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size
Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking.
Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff)
- Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors.
- Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged
- Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single.
So it's misleading.

Big receptionist at checkin was unfriendly and charged me RM10 more than stated from booking which is pennies but more for the principle. Room was relatively clean. Safe provided did not work. Kettle available in room. The Wi-Fi was spotty. The door separating neighbor provides no sound proof also can hear what goes on in hallway. A/C works well, no place to hang clothes, few channels tv, stained bed sheets, rainfall shower head only trickles, water temperature was difficult to calibrate, either scalding hot or cold.

|1.76km from city centerIn terms of location, it is located in the peripherals of a housing estate and the front of the hotel faces the main road which makes crossing the road difficult. There is nothing else near the hotel, i.e. no eateries or shops or malls. The size of the room is considered small, although the bed is comfortable. Other than these 2 shortcomings, it is not too bad a stay. Staff in the hotel are polite and helpful. The housekeeping does a decent job and room is clean. I think they even spray fragrance on the pillows which make them smell good. The wifi is good. I like the design of the lobby, which gives a warm feeling with sofas and counter which they serve simple breakfast. Although the room does not come with breakfast, the hotel does provide simple breakfast, which comprise of bread, biscuits, half-boiled eggs, cup noodles in addition to coffee and tea and flavoured drinks. I find this a very nice touch. There is an Italian restaurant that serves Italian food as well as some local food. There is also a pub, which does creates some noise on a Saturday evening as they do have music on until about 1am. Although it does not cause too much disturbance even though we stayed on the second floor. Price wise, I would regard this as reasonable.
