1.29km from Sede Cislthe apartment was lovely and clean, quite modern with little luxuries such as brand new air conditioning unit. unfortunately there is a very loud water pump inside the wall and each time any of the apartments used any water/toilet this pump came on. we were kept awake until midnight because our neighbours were taking long late showers and the pump noise was unbearable to the point where i actually took a video of it. close to amenities such as supermarket and public transport options.
1.39km from Sede CislI dont understand this low rate. Been reading and is amazing.. what do people want to interact with the owner for? Ig got a mail as well a WhatsApp message wit VERY CLEAR instructions on how to access. Everthing was clean and no issues at all. Nowhere is stated they offer AC and the fan is more than enough. And the price? Amazingly cheap. You can not pretend to have a 5 stars hotel for that price. Thanks Erika or whatever your name is.

1.57km from Sede CislHotel has a parking in the back on the Sun, and it is not guarded. Location is about 2.5 km from the city center by foot, but you are outside ZTL and you have a couple of big supermarkets just across. About 4 km from the train station. Staff is polite and ready to help. The also provide shuttle bus for a fee of 4 EUR. Rooms are reasonable big, but the furniture is old. Walls are not clean either. AC is very old also, and the is a very small minibar in the room. Bathroom is average, but they don't put new toiletries every day (in our case every 2-3 days). Breakfast is the same every day, and they have only 2 types of cheese, they need to have at least 99 types of cheese, because this is Italy. Wi-Fi is sometimes good and sometimes very bad. And be aware, every 2-3 days, there is a big bus coming with a lot and lot of asian people who are very demanding and non polite and who think they are in their country and they push everyone around, even on breakfast. They are purposely bumping on everyone, and it is very disturbing. They don't know the order and queue. If you don;t mind that, hotel is good, not for a 4 star Italian hotel, but maybe for 2.5-3 star.

1.84km from Sede CislI’d been here 48 years earlier with my aunt on a tour of Europe. While I didn’t remember anything at all about the hotel, which was part of the Jolly chain then, or about the town, I did have a photo of the “view from our room” my aunt had noted. We arrived on the day of an important soccer match and the players had requested a very late checkout, so we had to wait somewhat for our room but received cappuccinos for our patience. Paola showed us around and promised to have our luggage moved from the room available to the junior suite we’d booked for our last two nights in La Spezia. Charming and very helpful and informative were Paola, who had also corresponded with me per email in advance of our arrival, Simona, always friendly and good humored, and Claude, who not only had tips about which places to see during our stay in La Spezia but also for our upcoming trip to Florence. Hotel staff was doing its best to accommodate guests during the pandemic. Only with the breakfast buffet were there some problems. We personally would much prefer always ordering a la carte and really enjoyed then a special room service breakfast provided on our last morning. The hotel evidently has two junior suites on the top floor. Ours was spacious with a fantastic view of the harbor with the cruise ships anchored waiting for the pandemic to subside, a view that matched wonderfully the slide my aunt had taken 48 years previously. We won’t be waiting another 48 years to come back to charming La Spezia and when we do we’ll be booking the junior suite on the 8th floor.
1.84km from Sede CislThe room: We stayed in a triple room. It was a good size for three people. The rooms were very new and immaculate. The room we stayed in had the best air conditioning and wifi of anywhere we stayed in Italy. The shower pressure was a bit lacking and was the only real downside to the room. Though the hotel owner's weren't onsite, the rooms were cleaned daily. Check in: The check-in for this hotel was a little awkward, due to the owner not being on site - but this was something that we knew going in. We called her when we arrived and she came to meet us about 10 minutes later. This could have been a downside if we didn't have international calling. The breakfast: The breakfast here was fresh every morning. It was not a buffet but they had platters made to order. On the first day we were able to get both a savoury and a sweet platter, which together was filling but on our second day it was busier and we were only able to get a sweet platter which we found light compared to our normal fare. Service: Both owners were very helpful and were able to supply us with directions and even helped us purchase train tickets for Cinque Terre. In regards to the breakfast, this is a new hotel and during my stay they were definitely still working out the kinks but it was clear they care about their guests and are trying to make sure that everyone has a good stay. Location: We used this hotel as a home base while we explored Cinque Terre and it was really ideal for that. We were a ten minute walk from the train station (which was great when we arrived too), the trains to Cinque Terre were very frequent, and nearby there were many restaurants.

Hotels Near Sede Cisl In La Spezia Review
Spent one night here to see Cinque Terre. From the time we arrived, every staff member we encounter was extremely helpful and friendly, even helping us translate a fine we got for not paying a toll we didn’t realise and explaining how to pay it. We were upgraded to the next level room which was clean and modern with everything we needed, including a comfy bed, pillows, clean bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, small mini fridge and a couch with a large balcony. Location is perfect for exploring Cinque Terre as it’s a short walk to the station. There’s also plenty of restaurants around and a small supermarket close by. We also had a hire car and this hotel offers free parking!!! Which is hard to find in Italy! All up including the tourist tax we paid no more than $150 AUD which we thought was fantastic value for money in this cute boutique hotel. There’s a bar at hotel with reasonable prices and it does breakfast however we didn’t take advantage of this either, although it smelt great when we checked out. There was only one issue with our room (108) and that was my partner had a hot shower at approx. 6pm. When I went to shower at approx. 10pm before bed the water was like warm and didn’t get hot. I quickly washed and got out freezing. We were wary of this in the morning and had short warm shower, not too hot so there was enough for both me and my partner. Besides this, everything else was fantastic! Also, try Roma Ristorante around the corner if you love seafood. Bravo Poet Hotel, highly recommend people stay here!
I stayed there for two nights, in the single room, which was located at the back side, there was not any noise at night. Room was clean, simple enough for basic needs. There is a microwave on the corridor, and also teabags and instant coffee are available next to the microwave. I used the shared bathroom. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the bus stops, and the port, next to the shopping street which ends up to the central station and it takes 12-15 minutes walk, there are so many cafes bars around the hotel. Antonio was very helpful, gave suggestions for sightseeing, other than tourist destinations.
This place is nice, cozy and clean. Bed is very comfortable and the room is quite spacious. There is also a heating and air conditioning system for colder and warmer months. Tea/coffee facilities were provided and also towels and shower toiletries. There is a bar just outside the building, but there were no noise disturbances for me. Centrally located near most shops, local market and a short walking distance to the waterfront. La Spezia Centrale station is about a 10-15min walk. This is a great base for visiting Cinque Terre and there are also bus stops nearby if you are planing on going to Portovenere. Breakfast was included, which was Italian style breakfast, you get a voucher to eat in a cafe place nearby and it gives you an option to choose any kind of pastry and a hot drink. I was greeted by Pietro. He was very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
Donad was a very welcoming host - friendly and informative. Our stay was great and the location was perfect. Room was very modern and handy to the main centre and train station. Enjoyed visiting La Spezia - neighbouring fishing villages.
The location is good, about ten minutes walk from La Spezia station, the proprietress’s service attitude is very good, the room is very clean, the kitchen utensils are very complete, there are a lot of cooking oil, salt, sauce and vinegar and other seasonings, and Carrefour food next to it In the supermarket, I cook steak, fried mushrooms, and scrambled eggs with tomatoes at night.
Well, what a refreshing change to be lucky enough to stay one night at this B&B.Patrizia was so helpful,we arrived in La Spezia late morning and check in is officially 2:30.We thought we would get our bearings after arriving by looking up the a B&B on Corse Cavour.Luckily Patizia was in and she not only allowed us to drop off our back packs she allowed us access to the room so we could change our clothing. Then she kindly advised that it was cheap bus journey(2.50 euros each)to travel by bus to PortoVenere. So glad we took her advice and took the 35 minute journey. We returned late afternoon and settled into our well appointed rooms.Modern design with aircon. The room has all the extras you need, kettle, tea, coffee, bottled water etc...Really great B&B.
