Been there two times and stayed in two different rooms. The first one had a street-view. The second one had a partial sea-view. Both of them were very clean and the size of the rooms were big enough. Compared to other hotels in mersin, the prices are convenient and it is quite possible for one to feel himself at home owing to the apartment concept. The location is great, one can reach any type of restaurant or any place for daily needs. Marina is 5 mins away by car, and it takes even less to reach seaside. There was a washing-machine(which is a great chance in summer months) and many kitchen equipments such as coffee cups, pans, pots, cutlery and a lot more). People work there were helpful and friendly. They did their best to0 provide a good service with us. Thanks for the kind behavior! -One advice: It must be considered to change pillows ASAP. In both rooms the pillows were very thick(!) Thank you!

I am very happy to write about this hotel !!! We started the booking negotiations for 2 rooms, thanks to the wonderful impressions written by the hotel guests on TripAdvisor and on other sites. From December 2018 and January - February 2019, for our vacation from August 19 to August 24. For every phone and email (because we wanted 2 specific rooms) we received answers with impeccable kindness and professionalism. From Mr. Ufuk then from Mr. Ayhan and Mr. Murat, İyi Çalışmalar and from the lady who was at the reception. Our smallest requests were met with a 7-star hotel kindness !!! The restaurant and breakfast are fabulous! The lobby, the terrace and the enclosure are very clean and smell fresh. The hallways of the rooms are impeccable. About the rooms what to tell you? We had rooms on the 6th and 7th floors with direct sea view. The rooms have a wonderful design, towels and bed sheets changed daily! Cosmetics changed daily! All personalized with Vista Boutique Hotel. The balconies have a table and 2 comfortable chairs. The interior design of the rooms is superb, with shades of gray, burgundy, turquoise, yellow. Safe included. There are bedside lamps, corner and spotlights placed excellent. The bed is very comfortable with special sheets and there is a refrigerator, a mini-bar, kettle with coffee bags, tea and bottles of natural water daily, free from the hotel. The staff at the reception and restaurant is 10 +++. I needed a laptop and they gave it to me for approx. 1 hour and when I needed to check-in they allowed me to do them from their desk-top. Thousands of thanks, dear gentlemen !!! And Mr. Edal, from the hotel taxi. it was wonderful behavior. I went several times with the hotel taxi, with Mr. Edal and it was a wonderful company! Thank you Erdal! The beach is about 50 - 70 meters from the hotel and it is wonderful! It is the best in the area, although I have visited several. Sunbed and umbrella: 10 TL per person and I received 1 business card from Vista Hotel to show it at the beach. Fine sand, wide beach and very smooth sea entrance. The water, in 19-24 August 2019, was over 28 degrees Celsius. Very good Mediterranean Sea! At 5-6 in the morning there are already many people at sea, even far away, to see the sunrise and because the sea water is quiet as in a lake. Breakfast includes many sausages, many cheeses, pastries, eggs in all forms, sweets, candied and fresh fruits, various toppings, salads, fresh vegetables and preparations, traditional foods, sauces, fresh milk and yoghurt, many types of coffee and tea, fresh juices, American breakfast, honey, etc. and so on etc. From the reception we were recommended other restaurants in the area where we ate very well. Also, places to visit from Mersin and Kiz Kalesi. We were also given transport information, also from the reception. Thousands of greetings are also sent to the entire staff VISTA BOUTIQUE HOTEL. We recommend to all the hotel for a stay with 100% satisfaction

We stayed here for three nights while visiting castles and ruins in the surrounding area. Our 8th floor room was large, clean, modern, and very comfortable with lots of sliding glass windows. It features two bathrooms as well. The color scheme is white with lots of gold trim which made the room feel very elegant. The floors were all tile with no carpets. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked great, and the shower was also very good. There is free parking in a lot around the corner. The breakfast buffet was terrific. Reception was friendly and speaks English and the room received daily cleaning service. The room comes with a large kitchen counter, sink, fridge, and water cooker. There is a restaurant on site. But if you plan on preparing your own lunch or dinner, you have to request all the cooking utensils needed to prepare your meal including a hotplate since these are not supplied in the room. Everything we asked was brought to the room without a problem. Our room and the entire building looks and feels brand new. We enjoyed our stay here and can highly recommend to other travelers.

Nice hotel. Well run. All amenities as described. We left the hotel and drove to our next destination 300 km away only to realise that we had left our passports and a large amount of money in the room safe. We called the hotel and gave the receptionist the code for the safe. They recovered the passports and money and kept it safe for me until we returned 2 days later to collect them. No money went missing. I commend the honesty.

The accommodation is basic, but met my needs for the 5 nights. The apartment is of a decent size (bigger than expected) and the beds were very comfortable. The wardrobes had ample space My only gripe would be that the lounge area had no heating and being it was February and cold of a nighttime, this would have been a welcomed addition if provided. The breakfast was self-service and plentiful. I did not have dinner so cannot comment as went out every daytime/evening. The accommodation may not be suitable for those who are less mobile as it is at the top of a very steep hill and access to the rooms is via stairs - no lift. The staff are very friendly and the resident dog is totally adorable!

Reception; Very friendly staff, and Mustafa was on his toes to make us happy and satisfied. Room; Very plain, but functional. Missing a good chair. Had to sit or lay on the bed. Housekeeping; In general, quite good cleanliness. The Maid had to do three floors of rooms. Pool; The area was dirty, with most of the beds covered with bird droppings. Not inviting. Restaurant; Breakfast & dinner included. In general, good food, but lacked a broader choice. Ali & Ahmed took good care of the guests. Location; Is great, with a great view over the harbour from the balcony, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Wifi; Varied a lot, and caused some long periods without connections. Air Condirion; Was shut down at a certain date, leaving us with only hot air in the room(still +25 outside). Mustafa took care, and gave us the cooling ability back. In closing; Helpful and friendly staff, good location and functuality.

Arrived early hours on the Tuesday easy check in with a small packed lunch from reception (nice touch) next morning unfortunately my hubby was not well so rang reception explaining the situation & asked could I have a kettle as I couldn’t see me leaving the room that day so being able to have a coffee sounded good, the guy said 1 hours all good 3 hours later still no kettle so rang down again 1st guy did not understand a word I was saying so passed the phone to his colleague I tried to explain that they said 1 hours but still had not got kettle well the abuse I got down the phone was horrendous I was totally took back I said it’s ok your busy I will come to reception to get it he butted in & said No it’s on it’s way & the phone went down, kettle arrived by lovely maid but no cups ???. All I can say this hotel is not British orientated the staff just look right through you (apart from when there manager was walking round) they was so rude, served all other nationalities before the British at one point my husband was stood at the bar for at least 10mins before he was acknowledged, this is an all inclusive hotel but to me it’s the worse all inclusive I’ve ever been to & let me tell you I’ve been to a lot, drinks wines vodka gin white rum & effes don’t expect anything else not even a cocktail in sight, snacks 4-5.30 cakes from the lunch time service & if you was lucky you would get waffles, now for the restaurant food omg who has broccoli cauliflower roast flat potatoes & soup at breakfast yes there would be boiled & scramble eggs & on odd days you was spoilt by getting omelette hotdog sausage & mushrooms, lunch & dinner were no better, we understand they cater for all nationalities but to us they never once catered for the British apart from fries, the Germans Dutch & Norwegian loved the food as it catered more for them. The staff in this hotel need to go on a course for customer service as apart from the manager who would say hello, all the other staff were miserable rude & abrupt,it’s a shame really as this hotel is beautiful clean & ideally located but most definitely NOT for the British, jet2 need to look at this hotel & be truthful to there customers !!!!!

I have never written a travel review before and I am cautious that people will think that I am moaning for the sake of it as some reviews I think the same but here goes. I was really happy to get away from the UK for two weeks for a break and on arrival at Kaila Beach reception I thought wow this is the place. That's where it ended. Room looks great on first glance until you notice the smell coming from the bathroom and the wallpaper coming off the walls. Being on the sixth floor you're really repaint on lifts but there's only two serving the whole hotel so expect a long wait or a massive trek up the stairs. Commission guys are based in the hotel, 5 of them. They love the English therefore we are hassled day in day out. It doesn't matter to them that they wake me up on the pool sunbed as long as they get a sale. We are 11 days in and they have only just left us alone. This hotel is supposed to be an all inclusive but take this with a pinch of salt as snacks are restricted so if you have kids like me they will be disappointed. You can only have cakes at 4pm and ice cream at 5.30pm. You can have hamburgers and chips 12-4 but only if you go to the beach so if you want a pool day you will have to pay extra for hamburgers and chips or wait until lunch to go to the restaurant where swimwear is not allowed therefore you have to interrupt a day of fun at the pool with the kids to eat. Drinks. Alcohol is free at the pool bar but chargeable at the beach. This is definitely not all inclusive. I dont expect free snacks 24 hours a day but to restrict to this level is a joke. The food. If you dont mind eating the same thing day in day out then this will be fine for you. And no I'm not exaggerating the food really does not change. There is a really good pizza/cafe bar round the corner which is very reasonable price wise and the food is amazing. Its called Enberi and we have spent a lot of money in there on top of what we paid for the holiday as the food is that bad in the hotel. Breakfast. They have two drinks stations but only ever open one so expect to queue for a good 10 minutes to get your morning coffee. Again breakfast is exactly the same day in day out. Staff. Most reception staff are rude. Kaia speaks good English and is helpful, the rest of reception staff don't bother you won't get anywhere with them they don't care. Akhmed who looks after the kids pool is amazing, very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for him, he will go out of his way to make you happy. Pascal is also another good member of staff,he is also extremely helpful and his English is very good. There are also two young members of staff at the main pool bar who are really good and offer good service like akhmed and pascal. Unsure if their names, one is called Beret I think! The older members of staff in the hotel who are rude could learn a lot from the younger and more helpful staff members. All in all, Akhmed has made our time bearabl

9-10/11/18 - We three British middle aged guys are on our last few days touring the area west of Antalya. We are on our return leg from Anamur so decided to stay again in Alanya as it is an interesting town. We booked this hotel ahead from Anamur as it had reasonable reviews and had a very cheap offer (£10.50 for three in one room for the Friday night). We arrived around 7pm after a mile walk from the main bus station/otogar. We found the hotel easily, almost opposite the Cable Car base, down a prettified pedestrian street that was quite quiet as it was off season. I can imagine it could get much busier and noisier. We checked in with the rather dour receptionist and given the key for room 405. We went up a flight of stairs and use the lift, overshooting by a couple of floors as the room numbers do not match the floor numbers (lift doors are between floors). We found room 405 in the corner, opened the door, to find it was a bit musty smell (smoke/quillada/mosquito spray ?) and the balcony door open to air it. The room itself was clean and a fair size with a big window and door onto a reasonable sized balcony looking over the main pedestrian street below. A third chair was later swiped from the stairwell so we could all three sit outside. The room had a small LED TV (which we tried and had a bad UHF/PAL Signal but did show Euronews in English which was the first news we had seen other than English Al Jazeera all twelve days so far). There was an A/C unit which we did not pay for. I could not see any smoke detectors or sprinklers on the ceiling (as is fairly usual in cheaper places). The showerroom had a deep and wide sink, shelf with mirror and overhead light and hair drier but no electric socket. A towel rail held a couple of small towels (along with two bigger ones on the bed were enough for three of us being eco-friendly). A corner plastic screened off shower was present. After the 3.25hr journey and walk we broke into a bottle of wine bought at the Carrefour by the Alanya coach station. I found only two glasses (big and small) so popped down to reception to grab another one. To my surprise the receptionist was apathetic and recommended I buy a plastic cup from the market nearby! I returned to my friends and he who booked the hotel had seen reviews about unhelpful staff. He could not drink out of the sink plastic cup as there was gunk at the bottom so resigned himself to drinking out of a plastic bottle, not a good look! As we had come from Anamur being dropped off at the coach station by Tayfun our host, I had inadvertently left a bag in his car boot. I checked what I was missing which was quite significant (including our own stock of sturdy plastic cups) so I needed to contact Tayfun. I logged onto the net, found out the telephone numbers but the internet/wifi was so slow I could not skype (we neglected unfortunately to buy a SIM at the start of the holiday). I again popped down to ask if they could make a local cheap or free mobile t

One-price all-inclusive hotel, the staff is passionate about people. The overall hotel is not very large, but it is more suitable for the whole family. The hotel can go directly to the beach, the water in the Mediterranean is very clean, I heard that there is a therapeutic effect, soaking for 1 hour a day. There are fish in the water, the buoyancy of the water is great, and the swimming feeling is great.

Ok, this is in no real way a 5* hotel. But gets a full 5 stars from me because of its location, staff and price. The rooms are a little dated, but it’s an old building with high ceilings and a balcony that sits two people comfortably four at a push with the table. Tiles a little dated in the bathroom, but honestly, who spends their holiday in their room, and the room was bigger than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. A fridge was brilliant to have but this was in the lower floor room. The staff speak many different languages, so you won’t be stuck at all, the outside of the hotel is a closed street too with no traffic allowed a pedestrian street. less than one minute walk will get you to the beach, caves, cable car to the castle and water park. So don’t be put off by the price, it’s not a hostel, it’s worth more than they are charging due to location but don’t expect a bathroom perfect or the building polished, it’s clean comfortable and the staff are great and I would 100% recommend and come back myself.

Amazing hotel and staff especially. Big mentions to Nazim the bar tender at the pool. He's always got a smile on his face and made us laugh. Also huge thank you to the reception staff, especially Necati who went above and beyond to contact our transfer supplier who were ignoring our calls, he honestly helped out more than he probably should have. So thank you! The hotel is very clean and only a 5 minute journey in a taxi to the centre of Alanya where the night life is amazing. Lots of amazing restaurants. The only let down was the breakfast in the morning which wasn't the greatest, and the pool food in the afternoon which was honestly just burgers and chips every day. However the restaurant was open in the afternoon for lunch and the selection and quality was 100x better. The evening meals again were okay, it was always turkish cuisine which I didn't mind as its basically just well seasoned and cooked chicken/turkey/beef/lamb/veal with rice, salad and stuffed pita breads. But we ate in one night and out the next for the whole 2 weeks we were here and never had any illness so can guarantee the food is cooked well, you just have to like the Turkish cuisine I guess. Due to corona virus pandemic there was no night time entertainment as advertised which was a shame, however the beach is literally a 2 minute walk under the main road and the sea is surprisingly warm at night. But overall would say we both had an amazing time but as others have mentioned would have to say its definitely not a 5* anymore, but a good 4*.

Directly on the beautiful Kleopatra Beach, this hotel has incredible views, a terrific manager, very clean, great to have a pool to cool off, free beach chairs, right in middle of all the resturants and tourist activities, landscape parks, attractions, everything. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at Green Garden Suites (the smaller hotell) for a week. Apartment very good, big and clean. Good space for clothes and nice bed. Dishwasher and washmachine. The terass which is suppose to be luxurious was not so exciting.. Barely space for two sunbeds and the "outdoor shower" is more of a waterhose.. Breakfast is good, even though we missed some small things like nutella, meat and more different breads. The Pool area is great, very clean and good quality. Can be a bit tricky to get sunbeds, they should forbid people from leaving their towels. Attached resturant (Meet´n corner burgers) is good for being in Turkey, but not like real burgers. WIFI was actually good and stable. Staff is nice and helpful, and we loved the managers dog!

I stayed here for three nights in August as a solo traveller and chose this hotel based on it's location. It couldn't have been more perfect, literally minutes from the beach, the cable car up to the castle, the museum, caves and about a 15 minute walk to the other side of the castle outcropping and the harbour area.Turkey is very hot in August so I was grateful that I could pop in and out all day and bask in the beautiful air-conditioning! The welcome was great, the check-in easy and all the staff friendly, well turned out and with name badges. The room was lovely, clean, nice linens, decent shower, plenty of towels ( which is a bug-bear when you travel alone, for some reason many hotels think that if you are the sole occupant of a double room you only need one bath towel) and right above the street so perfect for people watching from the balcony and not at all noisy, as you might expect. I was pleased to have both BBC World news and Nat Geo on the TV in English. The food was tasty, with a range of salads and a hot buffet , also a grill chef cooking whole sea bream one day, marinated chicken the next and fresh mackerel the third. Perfectly cooked fish..delicious! Unfortunately I couldn't get a late check-out since it was a big holiday the day that I left, but the staff were happy for me to use the pool, eat, and drink in the bar until finally got picked up at half past nine at night. The only negative thing I can think of was that though the vodka shots were large, the fresh coffee was scarce and fresh juice non-existent. All in all though, I thought the hotel, was excellent value and I would definitely stay again, despite being the only English guest there I think!
