I have lived in this hotel for countless days. The decoration is quite loud, and the sound insulation is a bit general. Every morning, someone knocks on the door insanely and asks if you want to clean the room. The traffic is quite convenient. It’s just a straight walk out of the train station. But I feel a little dark and dark feeling around me. I feel quite safe. Go to london Victoria for about 18 minutes. There is a supermarket downstairs.

Absolute lovely hotel, im not sure why theres so many bad reviews but honestly its such a nice hotel and very friendly staff. Came here for my boyfriends 18th and our anniversary, the rooms are very nice and just enough space if not more. Very clean also has air con/heating that you can control, would definitely come back again.

A very good hotel located in Croydon between Gatwick and London. The hotel chain maintains a high standard in both the rooms and the food. You get a lot for the money. Although it is 15 minutes by train from London, it is worth booking based on the price per night, the standard of the rooms and the breakfast served. We are met by an incredibly friendly staff at the hotel who provide excellent service to their guests.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is adequate, about an 8-10 minute walk from Croydon East station, in a nice residential area. Parking is free and seemed secure, especially in the car park to the rear, but it's accessed by a narrow entrance. Luckily, we have a small car. The staff seemed pleasant, the rooms are spacious, attractive and well equipped and the "serve yourself" breakfast facility was adequate for our needs. Unfortunately, the sleep quality wasn't good, due to other guests. In fairness to the management, they have posted notices asking residents to be mindful of disturbing other guests. We had noisy neighbours above us and it seemed the walls are quite thin. Part of the problem is that the floor creaks despite us being in a new extension at the back, and the flooring is laminate rather than carpet, which does nothing to nullify noise. There are several rooms in close proximity to each other and there seems to be virtually no soundproofing. Although I'm a heavy sleeper and got to sleep during a lull in the noise, my partner (a light sleeper) barely slept on two consecutive nights. We wouldn't stay there again for this reason alone, because as far as we're concerned, you can stay at the best hotel in the world, but if the sleep quality is poor, I'd rather sleep in a rough B&B where it's good.

Lovely quiet location. New, modern and spacious rooms and bathroom also new. Excellent value for money and staff too very attentive and polite. Location is good as it is near Addington Village, not far from Croydon and motorway links such as M25, M23 etc

Four of us on the wrong side of 60 went for a birthday breakfast in the Larder Restaurant. It was one of the nicest breakfasts I have had in a long time. It catered for every taste. There was a small selection for those with who needed a Gluten Free Diet( our friend was a Celiac so he was very happy). All the eggs were cooked to order in full view of the guests . I asked for fried bread and they were only too happy to do it specially for me. There was a Continental Breakfast selection, plenty of fresh fruit , yogurts , cereal and all the usual breads etc. The Manager was full on and very aware of what was going on, and made sure we were aware of how the buffet worked. The other staff were all smiles, helpful and kept us well supplied with tea and coffee at the table. I think there was one trainee who looked very nervous but he really did try to do what was expected of him. It is not cheap for those not on an expense account but worth every penny in my view. We all said we would go back again

I arrived for my stay on the 12th March just before 4pm to be greeted at reception by the RUDEST receptionist I’ve ever met, I believe her name was Sofia, she couldn’t have been any more unapproachable, everything was an inconvenience to her she huffed and puffed and when I asked a question while she was waffling on about something of no relevance to me she asked me to “stop and let her finish! Apparently I was talking over her! ( which I wasn’t I could hardly get a word in! I couldn’t believe the welcome I was receiving, the room wasn’t bad to be fair clean and tidy and fairly modern, maybe a little on the small side for a double, but value for money, if you can’t sleep with too much noise I would request a room at the back as I was on the front main road and endured lots of motorbikes until the early hours, apart from that and the rude receptionist. Not a bad hotel

Lovely room as always to be expected from a Premier Inn regardless of location, spotlessly clean, friendly service and covid safety measures in place. No restaurant at this location (breakfast only I think) however lots of fast food options available literally outside the door (McDonald’s, KFC, Nando’s, Pizza Hut & Costa Coffee, open late so no problem finding somewhere to get food. Very convenient stay and bargain price!

Friendly and clean hotel, not expensive, good breakfast, ample parking. Upon arriving you think this cannot be good - it is on an industrial estate. But the staff were charming, the airco has ingeniously been fixed with very slight incense, the corridors are quiet, fast wifi, comfortable bed. Yes they also do 'banqueting' in their hall at the rear for up to 1000 guests.
