|0.89km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeI had a wonderful stay at KINN Habitat Singapore. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. Its location is excellent — close to many good restaurants, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner for added convenience.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower head was one of the best I’ve experienced in this price range.
The lounge is one of the highlights — it offers a lovely view, comfortable seating, and a great working space. They even have a small collection of books you can borrow, which adds a cozy touch. Breakfast is simple but nice, with pastries and coffee served each morning. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with a variety of hot drink options and the free drinking water available anytime at the pantry on each floor — very thoughtful amenities.
The price isn’t the cheapest for a pod, but for the quality, comfort, and excellent service, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore!

|3.66km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeLyf Ferrer Park is located above the MRT which makes moving anywhere in Singapore super convenient. Upon entering the hotel, the large opening with hugh spaces is shockingly amazing. The reception area is well maintained and the front-line staff are friendly and helpful making my stay at Lyf FP a memorable stay. A 24-hours restaurant is just across which is visible from my room (see attached photo) with good spread of food choices.
While staying Lyf Ferrer Park from 21 - 23 May, I would like to express my appreciation to RAZDEE for his professionalism and patient in helping me to cancel a duplicated reservation. Razdee is well versed with on-line booking hence he guided and explained to me step by step, the methods of making such reservation to ensure no complications later. In today’s busy life style, it is hard to find such employee showing care and concern for their guests. I fully enjoyed my stay at Lyf Ferrer Park feeling secured and confidence knowing that such excellent services will be extended when needed.

|4.05km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeAs the name suggests, this is a capsule hotel with a futuristic, almost space-like atmosphere. However, when you open the door, you’ll find toilets and showers with the feel of an old downtown area—a fascinating blend of eras.
Be careful with timing in the morning: if you try to use the toilet while cleaning is underway, the bowl will be soaking wet.
I didn’t have a Singapore-specific three-prong plug, but thankfully there were two USB ports, which came in handy.
The shower and toilet are combined, and it’s not always clear which is shampoo and which is body soap—but trying it out can be an interesting experience. One of them smells like petroleum.
Wishing you a wonderful journey in Singapore!

|0.66km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeI am satisfied with the experience here. The bed is comfy, and each room has a television and enough space (though it’s still tiny compared to a standard hotel). The location is amazing—close to Chinatown and Maxwell. The only downside is that I need to go to the bathroom on another floor, which is not convenient for someone like me who needs to use the toilet frequently at night. But I will absolutely consider booking this place next time. Lastly, I want to say that the young male staff here are quite handsome🤭

|0.65km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeThe service was pretty good. The accommodation is in a combined restaurant downstairs and rooms upstairs. The environment is nice, newly renovated. Another guy couldn't stand it and left, haha. I also felt it was a bit too much. I hope the owner can improve ventilation. Luckily, the air conditioning was always on ventilation mode.
After ordering, you can just go to the first floor and find a staff member.
Cleanliness: Clean. Disposable toiletries are self-service.
Facilities: Complete. Charging stations are readily available.
Environment: There is a separate rest area outside the accommodation, which is a plus.
Service: Chinese is available, and if not, they use a translator. They are friendly to Chinese people.
Facilities: The air conditioning is set to 24 degrees Celsius. The central air conditioning cannot be adjusted, so this temperature is OK. There are also small electric fans outside that you can bring in.
The breakfast was excellent. You can choose your own, and there's also a free snack buffet.
This is very cost-effective. I hope the owner continues to maintain this level of quality.

|0.96km from Serangoon Bus Interchange【Experience: Stylish and Convenient】
Mondrian Singapore, located in the heart of Singapore, captivated me with its bold art design and excellent location! The biggest surprise was that the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the famous 'Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice' food court, surrounded by countless local food stalls. From Laksa and Bak Kut Teh to durian desserts, there were so many food options I literally had decision paralysis! 🍗🍜
However, the room was indeed on the smaller side, especially with luggage open, walking space felt a bit cramped. But the design style was incredibly chic, cleverly using mirrors and vintage elements, which compensated for the limited space. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning views, and the night scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos! 🌃
Overall, if you're a food lover and prioritize location, this place is definitely value for money. But if spacious rooms are a must-have, you might need to weigh your options. Recommended for young travelers and those on short stays! 👍

|1.03km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeService: We arrived at the guesthouse at 11 PM that night. The hotel staff was a foreign guy, and since our English wasn't great, he thoughtfully used a translation app to tell us about the important details and even personally escorted us to get water. We were really touched by that.
Overall, considering how expensive land is in Singapore, this room offers pretty good value for money. It's also quite close to the subway station, making it easy to find.

|1.09km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeThis was our second visit to Paradox since our first stay last year, which left a very positive impression. As before, we booked the Executive King Room with club benefits.
Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the team and attended to by Gio, who displayed great hospitality and patiently went through the club benefits with us. We noticed a few changes — the afternoon tea and evening cocktails now have extended timings, and are held at Crossroads Bar instead of the executive lounge.
The room was clean and decently sized, with a working desk and a separate foyer area, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the TV did not have a Chromecast feature. Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise from children running and shouting along the corridor could be heard, as well as some loud music from Clarke Quay, given its vibrant nightlife scene.
Afternoon tea is served from 12pm to 4pm, offering a good selection of savoury snacks and bite-sized pastries, along with free-flow TWG tea.
Evening cocktails run from 5pm to 8pm, with canapés, spirits, and wines set up at a corner of the bar. We especially appreciated the availability of draught beer (Heineken and Tiger) instead of bottled options, as well as Prosecco on request — all part of the club benefits. The food tasted good and offered decent variety. At both the afternoon tea and evening cocktails, we were warmly served by Robert and the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who were attentive and quick to top up our drinks.
Breakfast, served from 6:30am to 10:30am at Ellenborough Market Café, offered a wide variety of food and live stations. However, it was rather crowded around 8am, and we would have preferred if breakfast could be served in a club lounge for more exclusivity.
Overall, we had another great experience at Paradox and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the crew. We’ll definitely be returning again.

|2.72km from Serangoon Bus Interchange2 incident here.
1) This staff is what I think is worst. I have difficult to scan my face for check in. This have been 10mins struggling there. But he still “watching” his phone without offering or ask any help is it needed. In the end, I raise hand and ask for help.
2) The lift card detection sensitivity is low, the card need to touch on the button pad and not at the area instruction that highlighted in picture. The cleaner help me to ask the receptionist (same male staff) come here for help. Then he reply a very surprise answer. “OH, a lot of people encounter this. U should put higher and tag”
Since a lot of people encounter this, why don’t think a better procedure or instruction and tap slightly upper. Instead of waiting people keep suffer and suffer this.

|3.74km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeBooked rooms for my family the night before my wedding. The room was big and clean and the service was impeccable. I had 2 rooms under the wedding package and booked an additional room myself. Shoky, the reception staff, helped to arrange all rooms on the same floor. I didn’t book breakfast for the additional room as I thought I wouldn’t have time for breakfast due to my makeup. But they offered 2 free breakfasts and arranged for a takeaway breakfast for me instead. So thankful for the little ways for me to enjoy my wedding.

A little bit inconvenient as it’s not amazingly close to an mrt zhan, but still centrally located. |0.78km from Serangoon Bus InterchangeAn Airbnb style hotel that makes you feel like you rented an apartment instead of a hotel room. The location is super great, right at the centre of Chinatown. There is a Starbucks and an 7-Eleven downstairs, and lots of local shops. But there is no elevator to the front desk or rooms, so you have to climb some stairs. Windows are not sound-proof so the crowded street can be noisy sometimes. Everything is quite self-serviced only and cleaning services are only provided weekly. They do offer luggage storage though.
