Location Old Town Night Market All close and good (see photo) Side door? It was taken on the terrace I've seen a comment saying it's noisy at the bus stop, but I've never bothered The staff are very friendly. They showed me a map and made recommendations for a restaurant. Whenever we meet him, please give him a greeting. Well, considering it's an old, inexpensive, and small hotel, it's very satisfying. I stayed at a good resort, but I am most satisfied with the assumption that I only sleep. The bathroom is also spacious. What was regrettable was that the pillows were slightly stained after having breakfast... It's hot over the lobby... Ah!!!!! The toilet is visible^^; But the bed size was great! (The terrace is also divided into two, so it was nice to hang the swimwear. There is no drying rack) Overall review is satisfactory for the price!

This is a warm and homely property in Hoi An located very strategically in the sense that it is very close to the old town and yet away from the hustle, bustle and the noise. The property is run by a family led by Vin and they do an awesome job of making sure their guests are comfortable and have a great time. The family is one of the nicest you will come across in Vietnam and they are eager to make your trip as smooth as they can. Its almost like experiencing a family homestay. We were a group of six and due to the nature of our booking we got to stay over two days in an usual double room, a family room as well as a connecting family room with a terrace. All the rooms are adequate for the purposes they have been made for and have attached toilets and free and good wi fi. Just that connecting family rooms have one toilet for two rooms. So you may like to keep that in mind if more than 2 people are staying together. However if you can afford go for the family room. Its larger and have much more space. Our rooms came with breakfast. However breakfast here is minimal (basically bread and eggs and tea or coffee). Enough to get you started and the place is littered with cafes and food outlets all within 5 mins of walking distance. So if you are looking for something more substantial you can easily walk out and get more. The property does not have lifts. So you are in the third floor (where family rooms are) you will have to walk up the stairs though its not much of a ask. The family insists on helping you with the luggage during check in and check out so that you are not inconvenienced for lack of lift. The hotel will arrange for you tours (if you want) at competitive rates. We took the coconut boat tour and the marble mountain tour which were nice. They will also guide you to authentic tailoring shops in case you want to get something stitched in 24 hours. However I feel you can let go off that as the tailoring is not cheap and you have to go multiple times for trials and delivery which will interrupt your day's schedule. They also have bicycles which you can use. Another facility is they exchange currency for you and their rates are better than what they offer in the airport or other places. For example I got 25.000 VND for one Euro whereas in the airport the bank rate was 24.000VND. They also offer laundry services at very affordable rates. Overall the passion and the warmth of the family is what makes your stay memorable. All are hands on so that you can have a good time. A much recommended place for you to stay, chill and enjoy the best of Hoi An.

Strengths 1. It is worth to money! On some days we can book a room here for only 500-600 baht. 2. Only 300 meters from the entrance of Hoi An Old Town, you can walk comfortably. There are free bicycles to borrow. And there are many cars too. 3. The overall decoration is good. Beautiful colors in the style of Vietnam and Hoi An. 4. Full room amenities, TV, refrigerator, towels, toiletries, clothes racks, hangers, hair dryers, everything is available. 5. There are 2 small bottles of drinking water per night. 6. Bathrooms have flush toilets and sprinklers ready. 7. The room key system is a Key Card. 8. There are many CCTV cameras installed in the hotel. 9. Nearby There is a delicious restaurant serving multiple stores Considerations 1. There is no breakfast. 2. The accommodation does not have an elevator. We only have to walk up the stairs. If anyone is upstairs It must be difficult to carry the bag up and down (the accommodation has 3 floors, but it is a building on each floor. and has a mezzanine in the middle)

The door of the room was not working well, I only stayed for one night, so I didn't bother to find the front desk to change it. The breakfast is too bad...the price is almost twice that of the previous hotel in Da Nang, but the breakfast is too bad and there is nothing to eat, which is disappointing. The location is good, but of course Hoi An itself is not big. The hotel’s swimming pool is great and worthy of praise. The room is large and the bathroom is large, but the hardware in the room is average. There are a lot of foreigners. I stayed for two days and one night and I didn't see other Chinese. Overall it is not very recommended.

Mulberry Collection Silk Eco is a great hotel located just few steps away from the ancient town in Hoi An. We stayed there for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Ms Sarah at the front desk was always ready to offer help and guidance. The hotel offers free bicycles to the guests which is really cool to move around the town. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. Ms Apple at the restaurant really served us well. I totally recommend choosing Mulberry Collection Silk Eco for your stay in Hoi An! You are going to love it!

I have always liked the small locally run places in our travels and this one was perfect. MaiChai Villa is a small hotel with perhaps 8 to 10 rooms so it feels really intimate. The desk was always manned with helpful staff. We were given a room on the 2nd floor because they wanted us to avoid pool noise (we never heard any) and insisted on taking our not inconsiderable luggage up the stairs for us. We did take advantage of the pool twice enjoying the atmosphere of the vine-covered sides which is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. The bedroom with its incredibly large bed in a spacious room with large windows and balcony was a delight. It had lots of storage, a connected bathroom and toilet with a view across the town. Water pressure was great as was the wifi. The house keeping was really good. It was so cool - the air conditioning was excellent. The location is very near the Hoi An old town and near some lovely breakfast spots so it was only a quick walk to wherever we wanted to go. We walked there both during the day and night and always felt safe, even when I was by myself. MaiChi Villa reached out before our arrival and said they could arrange for a driver to pick us up at what we considered a good rate from Da Nang Airport. It was a simple transfer there and we arranged to have the same service take us to Da Nang Train station on our departure and just paid for both with our hotel bill. It made it so easy! We also asked the hotel to arrange for a trip to Ba Na Hills which went really well. They supplied us with a map when we arrived and always checked on how we were going. I felt they were just so nice! There is both an inside and outside dining areas. We had a coconut drink there before we left which was very tasty. I do tend to think most places we stay are good - but MaiChi Villa was more than good, it was excellent, and will always be a very special memory for us.

1. Laluna location is convenient; walking distance to ancient old town and hotel is located just across the river. 2. It is a small boutique hotel (not catered for big tour groups though) but it comes with adequate facilities and excellent service from all levels of staff. All staff are friendly and always on the move and attentive to guests' needs. They always carry a smile with them wherever they are. Good job! 3. We have no issues with the Wifi connection within the hotel. All is working well. 4. The hotel manager is super accommodating and friendly (too bad didn't get to remember his full name but managed to take a picture of him with my son! haha). I always see him going around every morning to every table and greet every guest and ask about their stay. This is superior service with a personal touch. He always tend to watch out for my 7 year old boy and plays with him and keeps him occupied too. He can even communicate with us in Mandarin besides English as I heard he had stationed in SG before for 2 years in the hospitality line. He also helps by recommending to us all the good places we can go for our lunch or dinner even on the very 1st day we checked in the hotel. We have also booked our ”My Son Sanctuary” and ”Coconut basket boat ride tour' thru him via the hotel and it is done with ease and we have enjoyed both the trips very much. Overall the prices for both tours are affordable too.... 5. Breakfast spread to me is adequate, nothing much to fault. 6. Would prefer if there will be more hotel lifts and lifts are wider and hotel room comes with carpeted floor. It will be even better if the hotel has more levels. Would prefer if the room comes with a SMART TV 📺 and bigger beds too. Overall, it is a pretty good experience staying in the hotel and interacting with the staff. Thumbs up!! Keep up the good work!! Hope to see you again in the near end and thanks for everything throughout our 3d2n stay in Hoi An-9 to 11 Dec 2022!! Miss you all....

This farm stay is so lovely and the host is a kind angel! She drove me into the old town a few times and asked what I wanted to eat/made me breakfast each morning. She also helped me book a great cooking class and a cheap car to Da Nang. The environment is very lovely and natural and the bed is comfortable. While it’s not located super close to the old town I liked the location because it’s relaxing and more quiet but still easy to get everywhere by car, motorcycle, or bike. I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. Definitely recommend :)

Stayed at Zest Resort during our recent trip to Hoi An, was a beautiful location! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Enjoyed a game of pool with drinks from the bar. Massage at the spa was lovely and very relaxing. Only thing that was subpar was the size of the bottom sheet, didn’t quite tuck in the sides of the bed.. Otherwise amazing place to stay! Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Hoi An!

I'm actually very satisfied, impressed and extremely happy because I found the ideal place to rest after a week of work, the perfect hotel according to my wishes. From the Receptionist to the Manager, everyone is so professional, friendly, the rooms are extremely clean, there are many beautiful views suitable for those who like to take photos like me 😊. Japanese bridge about 5 minutes walk (600m). Nice rooms, comfortable beds, strong aircon and separate shower in bathroom. Reception gives good info and pointers/promotions to local attractions, tailor. Many options in Hoi An and this one is as good as any for the modest price.

The owner was so accommodating and very kind. It feels like you are away from home but at the same time you are home in their homestay. They even prepared us banana pancakes and Vietnamese coffee. And her daughter was always on the rescue whenever we have an inquiry. They clean your room everyday and it was near Hoi An old town snd night market. We definitely recommend this place! I didn't like the convenience stores or the places to eat, but the terrace was great In the morning we didn't eat breakfast and went to a brunch café The food was delicious and there were a lot of western people and the atmosphere was good ~ The local cafe staff was friendly and had a late night cup noodle I didn't have chopsticks, so I asked for it and lent it to me. The reception staff will greet you when you go out and back. It was so good, but when I went out I made a reservation Force a review, except one! I'm going to leave my phone to leave a review The staff also got a password I'm a booker, so it's a review. There was not much reception staff who had to leave a review ~ All the reviews were good except forcing it!

The hotel service is great and friendly to the Chinese, compared to the hotel we stayed in Da Nang (Some of the hotels in Da Nang are obviously not friendly to the Chinese, the rooms with the same price to the Chinese are bad floor), so at this point Feeling good at staying. Then mention that the free breakfast here is really rich and can be eaten like lunch. And if you stay here for more than 2 nights, there will be a free dinner, three dishes and a snack. This must be confirmed with their hotel. I do n’t know if this preferential policy is always available. Although the ancient town of Lihui'an is 2 kilometers away, the room is humid because of the climate, but it really has no choice in terms of cost performance. The most satisfied hotel in the whole trip. I can give 99 points. If the hotel has wet problems afterwards, you can think of ways to improve it, then 100 points

At the last hotel of the itinerary, I personally think that the location of the hotel is good. It is a distance from the ancient city. It takes only about ten minutes to walk. My stay at Chillax Old Town turned into an absolute nightmare when the shower screen suddenly exploded, leaving me with glass shards embedded in my arms and feet. Shocked and in pain, I had to remove them myself before reluctantly seeking medical help at a dismal facility, Ho An Hospital. The hospital's grim condition—mold, mildew, and rusted medical utensils—amplified the distress of the situation. Adding insult to injury, although the hotel covered my post-hospitalization costs, they callously refused to compensate for the damage inflicted on my personal belongings by the shower screen explosion. Even when I suggested they cover the excess from my travel insurance instead of the exorbitant repair costs, they cited financial inability, despite boasting four business partners. Their promise to chase up the builders for an explanation is simply not enough. Immediate action is imperative, especially with ongoing guests on the premises. The sheer irony of a hotel named 'Chillax' being the center of such chaos is incredibly astounding. Their blatant disregard for guest safety and well-being is utterly appalling. I strongly caution against considering this hotel for anyone valuing peace of mind and personal safety. The thought of a potential recurrence of a shower explosion at any hotel now lingers in my mind, thanks to this distressing experience. The lack of accountability and care displayed by Chillax Old Town, including their failure to cover damages to personal items, is nothing short of unacceptable. PS: the hotel receptionists were trying to assist where possible. However they are only messengers.

In particular, the owner Manh was very friendly and always willing to help me. I greatly appreciate his hospitality during my stay. Make me feel like i am home. Plus all convenience service like : Continental breakfast, borrowed the bike to ride sight seeing the town , full information about HoiAn tour guide where is good restaurant to eat great Vietnamese food . End of my trip he booked the vehicle 🚗 for me to DaNang airport. I will definitely stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge again when i come to Vietnam next . Highly recommend

[Location] It's located at the eastern end of the old town, making it very convenient to access the old town on foot. Some of the windows were double glazed so it wasn't noisy outside at night. 【service】 The staff at the front desk was very kind. He told me about recommended rice restaurants and banh mi stalls. When I took out Banh Mi for dinner, they not only let me eat it in the breakfast area in the lobby, but also served me some juice. When my phone wasn't working, she looked for recommended spas and made reservations for me. Stayed at this villa during a 1 month stay in Hoi An. The rooms were lovely, the staff and owners are great and nothing is too much trouble. Smaller Villa setup, extremely clean and well maintained, with a small pool, great relaxing areas, the staff are extremely attentive and can not do enough for you. Yoga studio across the street, 15 minute walk to An Bang main street. Just great and give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Just great little place. Great Spa too !

I feel incredibly fortunate to have spent 8 nights with Ly and her beautiful family at this homestay during the Tết celebrations. I echo other reviews in saying this will be the best hostel/homestay you'll find. At Terracotta, you'll discover fantastic accommodation, beautiful service, great breakfasts, a delightful (and convenient) food menu, and the most welcoming and kind family. The homestay is a 10-minute bicycle ride to the Old Town. Rooms are immaculately clean and modern; the wifi is fast and reliable; laundry services are provided in-house with a quick turnaround. I felt so welcomed and cared for at Ly's homestay and will certainly return in the future.

We loved staying here with it's kooky woodwork wall panels, chairs from tree trunks, and Moroccan bathroom tiles, such a happy change from boring white walls! The location is great, at one end of the street you have a daily night market, at the other a series of little restaurants run from the tiniest of kitchens under a big veranda.Then in the lanes between you and Old Town and the river you'll find an assortment of massage options and as you get closer to the river, bars. The area felt safe to walk around at night with kids playing badminton in the street out the front. We took a fondness to Uncle Dai's boat bar tucked away from the noise by the Dome Theatre. There were lots of options in the breakfast buffet, with pastries, eggs, pho and fruit on offer. The staff were incredible, we were welcomed with a map, suggestions on places we might enjoy and discount options for tailors and shoemakers which was lovely. Be sure to stay a couple of days to get things made so you can roam the town as well.

Peach house at An Bang beach is a nice place to base yourself and spend a week in HoiAn. Most people only have 2or3 days in HouAn, but if you also build in beach relaxation time off to your schedule, then this location works great.  Peachtree house is about 70meters or yards from the crashing surf of the beach. There are chairs to rent for 25,000d each and a cafe with food and drink.  The hotel location is on an alley half way from the street toward the beach. Taxis drop you on the street at the mouth of the alley and you must drag your suitcases about 70meters/yards. It is shown properly on Google maps now. The hotel room had good aircon, bidet toilet seat (nicer than the hose nozzle), good bed, mini frig, safe.  The small pool is attractive, other hotels in the area have larger pools, but that wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast is served like at Grandma's house. It is cooked and served each morning in the small kitchen in the lobby by the housekeeper.  She does great, we left her a tip.  The meal is excellent and filling. The only downside to Peach house is the wifi. It is slow. I'm not sure if that is the property's problem or an area wide AnBang issue. Peach house is an excellent property with a good value price. I'd come back.

The hotel is close to Hoi An Ancient Town. After crossing the bridge, you will reach the ancient town. Some rooms look towards Thu Pan River, making it a quiet area yet quiet. The layout of the hotel is full of Vietnamese flavor, and Hoi An lanterns are hung, which makes it very atmospheric at night. The staff is very friendly, attentive and considerate. Knowing that the weather is hot, when checking in, they will first seat the guests in the lobby and provide ice towels, drinks and delicious cakes for the guests to enjoy while taking into account the guests' needs and Feeling, making guests feel very good. There are not many types of breakfast, but the food is replenished quickly. The most appreciated is the freshly squeezed juice, which is different from ordinary concentrated juice. During breakfast, the staff asked each guest whether they had slept well or if there was anything that needed improvement. They were very attentive and patiently listened to the guests' suggestions. I suggested that the wooden stool legs be covered with soundproof rubber pads to make it easier for guests to move. The stools are used so as not to disturb the residents downstairs. If I visit Hoi An again, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends visiting Hoi An.

They were very nice, super acomodating, extremely clean and cheap. They are also located across the street from the local bus station that takes you to Danang. Super convenient. They even exchanged USD for me so I didn’t have to go to the bank.(5%comission which was ok with me since it was Sunday) They will offer transportation to Danang in a private car for (300000), a lot more than the local bus(40000 if you have luggage), so just say no and walk across the street. I would stay again, this time longer!

This is a new accommodation, so the interior facilities are very clean and the bedding is soft. It was great! All the workers are friendly too. Breakfast was also good. However, it is a bit far from downtown Hoi An. The advantage of this place is that you can rent bicycles for free, and it was nice to be able to ride a bicycle and take a walk around the neighborhood.

Had a good stay here. Vincent the owner really makes the stay in Hoi An really comfortable. He told us where to go and advised accordingly when we had questions. The price for this place is second to none. Having travelled throughout south east Asia this js probably the best place I have stayed in terms of value for money and quality in return. We also booked trips through Vinci Villa and everything was perfect. My only small snag and this is very small is that the air con units in the room could have been bigger to cover the capacity of the area of the room. The room sizes are huge.

We stayed in Ancient River Villa in Hoi An for two weeks and loved every second of it. The welcome we received was very warm and friendly and Dzung and her lovely family and housekeeper looked after us so well during our time there. It is their home and they made us feel we were at home and part of the family too. We did not want to leave. They looked after us during our stay organising trips out which were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner organised this trip for my birthday (60th) and Dzung sourced a bottle of Champagne and delivered that to my partner to surprise me. After we returned from a lovely day out in Hoi An we were greeted with a birthday cake and candles which was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful thing for them to do. The ensuite rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. Towels were changed daily, the bed was made every day and the linen was changed. It was always spotless. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided as was bottled water every day but even better, beer for a small charge! I slept like a log there. The breakfast was always delicious and beautifully presented, especially the fruit which followed the main breakfast and the bread rolls were so light and tasty. I am a vegetarian but my partner is not but there is plenty of choice for everyone. We had a balcony which overlooked the river and it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. In particular some ingenious uses of the most common form of transport here, mopeds, scooters and motorbikes. The things they manage to transport on their scooters is incredible. We tried the local restaurants, the one round the corner is vegetarian and the food great but if you walk a short distance the other way you will come to Baby Mustard which also offers cookery classes. There is another restaurant in the same road which we ate at and enjoyed very much. Hoi An itself is a wonderful place and I am so glad we stayed at the Ancient River Hotel because it enhanced the experience. Dzung was always happy to answer any questions we had, give us tips on where to go, arrange trips for us or just sit and have a chat. We are truly grateful to her, the family and staff who are just wonderful, kind hearted and lovely people. The Ancient Town in Hoi Ann is a short drive away but easy to get to and very cheap by taxi. We walked there on occasions. If you love shopping, Hoi An will not disappoint. There is also a wide range of restaurants available which cater for all tastes. Hoi An comes alive in the evening and becomes an array of dazzling colour amid the hustle and bustle of the locals and the tourists. Take a boat ride along the ancient river or learn how to make a lantern or cook Vietnamese style. Try the egg coffee at Uncle Hunn Coffee place. It was a work of art in itself. Our group contacted Coco Viet Homestay for 1 day short. Need a few urgent shots. Sister and owner enthusiastically explain how the booking process and the potential of the group will have a room or not. This kind of customer service I think, if I don't take a room cuzng, I will miss this place for the next time. Fortunately, the group got a room. Arrived, met the owner very enthusiastically. Every room is clean, spacious and airy - not smelly in the smoke season. A few spacious with a balcony. Each room has a different decoration but has a same theme - retro, classic and elegant - the colors integrated together are very eye-catching. The owners only have many places with our group to visit Hoi An ancient town, delicious places - local restaurants, and a few typical tourist attractions - such as Cu Lao Cham, bars. Peaceful Hoi An street. The city is a rich place with historical - the group said that they will definitely come back 1 day soon. Thank you to the owners at Coco Viet Homestay for helping our group have a clean and beautiful place to think of; so that we can take the responsibility and realize many charms of Hoi An. The resort was really thoughtful to provide us with a complimentary room upgrade to a connected room for our family of three when we checked-in. I had great interactions with the resort staff. The resort was located at a relatively quiet area in the midst of paddy fields away from the hustle and bustle of the historic town which we like alot, but yet it is also near to the old town with a short 10 min car ride. There is a free shuttle service to the old town and the beach, but you can also easily do grab for less than SGD$3 to almost all places of interest from the resort. The breakfast spread was a good mix of continental, Asian and local spread, typical of most resort. The only downside is that some of the common facilities such as gym and kids playroom are abit worn, but then again, there are so many things to do in Hoi An that I doubt you have time to use these facilities. Another thing to note is that there is air-conditioning in the rooms unlike what trip.com says in their fine print that there is no air-conditioning.

The hotel has bicycles to borrow for free cycling too ^^ Staff can communicate in good English. but very willing and willing to serve Especially the male staff wearing glasses ^^ The room is a bit vintage and wooden style. Out of the way to the north of our house. The accommodation is a family room with two floors. There is also a Jacuzzi tub. Soaking in water is very comfortable But secretly a little old and there is no bathroom door, hahaha ^^ The facilities in the room are okay. Toiletries, shoes and bathrobes are also provided. Overall, it's okay ^^
