During a business trip, I was tested positive to covid and had to stay a total of nine nights in the hotel. I was very happy that I originally booked this hotel for my trip. The hotel room was very comfortable and nicely furnished and that helped a lot in my situation. In addition, all the personnel I interacted with was very friendly and ready to provide help and support. An additional asset for me was that the hotel has a restaurant that could provide meals when necessary. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel for many reasons, such as the very good quality/price ratio, comfort, facilities and courtesy of the personnel. Location is not in the centre, but a metro station is at hundred meters distance. In a matter of 15 min you can reach the very centre of the city.

Take the metro from the south exit of Principi d'acaja station and cross the street. The reception staff were very lively and friendly. Although the facilities in the room were basic, the hygiene was very good. The signs in the hotel are as big as the "Do Not Disturb" signs in several major languages including Chinese, although they write "Please clean the room" rather than "Please repeat the room". . . However, such services are rare in Turin. The price was also very reasonable at the time of booking. If there are no high requirements, this hotel is definitely the first choice!

The only downside is that the room fan I live in is very noisy and needs to wait until the lighting is turned off for a long time. The breakfast is relatively simple, with only a few kinds of bread and orange juice, and coffee. The price on the day of check-in is great value for money. Recommended!

A serviced apartment near the small train station, with an elegant environment and warm reception. The room is fully equipped with a full set of candy for reception, two complimentary bottles of water, and a box of toiletries (wet wipes, ginseng shower gel, hand cream, cotton swab, soap) for free. There are pots and pans in the kitchen, microwave ovens, cutlery, refrigerators, detergents, sponges, but there is no seasoning in the seasoning tank. In other words, if you cook yourself, you need to buy all the ingredients. In addition, the front desk stipulates that if you want to use the kitchen, you need to clean it yourself (brushing tableware), otherwise you will pay a cleaning fee of 10 euros. This furniture store is reasonably priced and worth recommending!

We booked this hotel at the last moment for the Turin Film Festival days, reliing on the three stars of the hotel. After finding that the modest amount of €135 per night was not even included in breakfast, we found that we had spent three days in a "larged place". - painting and painting of walls and thermophones were scrapped; - the box was able to stick a coat; - the refrigerator was out and out of use; - there was no kind of courtesy in the bathroom except two saponges; - the additional cover, which we used in view of the rigid temperature, had holes and shakings, as well as tents; - inside the room, despite the absence of breakfast (requirement necessary to obtain the three stars), No boiler was present. In honour of the true Sunday morning, as the bars were all closed, we managed to get a coffee and heated our milk (of us provided), noting, however, "all we can do", The answer was: "We can't buy a boiler for all the stuffs ..." When you completed the phrase, we couldn't do it because the holder entered the The lift left us open in the reception. Lastly, we notice that an outdoor parking near the hotel, near public works and a small shipyard, cost EUR 20 per day. The prices of four stars and services from one star to be generous. You could continue, for example, by noting that in making the room, the night clothes that were built above the bed, They were found in a poor position and thrown over the bag, which, of course, has not adequate hygiene conditions outside.

The hotel is in a great location as well as in a quiet spot. Only minutes walk from the train station and in walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were very welcoming and Covid protocols were in place so we felt safe. The rooms very clean and comfortable with a large and comfy bed. The air conditioning worked well and was appreciated during the hot summer days in August. The breakfast offered a good selection. Coffee was only ok but, overall, the breakfast was enjoyable. Contrary to what its name may suggest, Le Petit Hotel, located right in the heart of Turin, isn't actually that small. On the contrary, compared to a lot of Italian hotels I've stayed in my room was positively palatial! Located around 15-20 mins walk from Porta Nuova train station, the hotel finds itself bang in the middle of the main shopping streets with Piazza Castello almost on its doorstep. This means there are a wide variety of shops and even a solid selection of restaurants around it. I'll admit I took the hotel for my 2 night stay based on the price, which even for off-season was eye-catchingly cheap for a big city. Truth be told I expected the worst and was in almost every aspect pleasantly surprised. I arrived before my room was ready, and the lady who greeted me at the desk was polite and friendly and offered to take my bag if I wanted to go a wander while waiting. When I did return and on subsequent visits to the desk (you have to leave your key when departing) the other staff were polite but not quite as outgoing as she was, though no complaints. First impression was positive, very clean and lots of marble and wood surfaces but I've been suckered in by lobbies like this before. The lift was small (typical for Italy) but functional as I never did find stairs to my 2nd floor room. The room was the real pleasant surprise. The marble effect floor tiles carried on into here, a surprisingly spacious room for an Italian hotel, particularly one named the French word for 'Little'. Truth be told the wide floor area almost seemed wasted with my small single bed, accompanied by a wardrobe, fridge, and desk with a small wall-mounted TV. The bathroom was decently sized, albeit the shape of the toilet pan was bizarre - small and thin) but the only caveat I have to my pleasantly surprised status was the shower, a traditional tiny corner effort anyone over 5" might struggle in. Both we cleaned each day with no complaints from me about the quality. Toiletries were soap and shampoo/body wash, 2 sachets per day which were serviceable. I did fear for the room slightly on my first night I'll admit. It overlooked the street and at first seemed rather boisterous, however this died down not long after 10pm. Second fear game from some significantly loud plumbing noises around the same time, however this only happened once so I'll let it off. Breakfast, surprisingly included in the price I got the room for, was a basic continental effort. Slightly disappointing selection of fruit but rolls, meat, cheese, cakes, cereal and yoghurts all available. What was there was of a good enough standard and no real complaints, the fruit issue is likely due to season more than anything. Overall, my feeling upon leaving Le Petit Hotel was overall happy. Few niggly little things to stop it being perfect, but definitely wouldn't have any issue recommending it, and would visit again myself if in Turin.

The Roma e Rocco is a surprisingly large hotel, much bigger than I had anticipated and very well positioned immediately opposite Turin’s main railway station. The reception area and hallways give the impression of an establishment from a different age which is not a criticism. My room was less old fashioned. It was on the small side but bigger than others I have had and a very high ceiling and a balcony with park view made it seem more spacious than it was. The bed was like an elongated double – not excessively wide but longer than usual and reasonably comfortable. There was also a small desk, armchair and a shelving unit and hanging space screened with a curtain. There was a good size fridge but no kettle. The room had many power outlets including several conveniently located for the desk. The very clean bathroom was small but adequate with a shower but no tub. The only odd thing was loud turquoise colour tiles on the floor that seemed to have no relationship to the rest of the room’s decoration. I struggled a bit with the wifi with a non-password protected login that didn’t work well at all. When I complained the receptionist helped connect me to a password protected version that worked fine. Then, just before check-out, I discovered a small piece of paper in the key envelope that included login credentials and a password. The person who checked me in had not mentioned that it was included with the key. The hotel was very quiet, in fact I never saw or heard another guest. It was also very well priced which may have been due to a lack of guests because of the coronavirus pandemic. Overall, the Roma e Rocco worked well for me and I would be happy to return.

Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys.

I'm a fan of NH collection group however this time was not impressed as usual. Staffs weren't really welcoming, maybe we were check-in quite late at around 10pm. The room wasn't as spacious as others hotels in the group and the view outside is awful. Also the sound proofing was terrible and we could hear a huge sound from the ceiling in the morning. However, the room is clean I will still choose the NH group but not this hotel when I travel to Turin next time.

An nh group hotel located in the middle of lingotto, there are obvious hotel signs everywhere in via nizza. The front desk service is very good, patient and attentive. The twin room is very large, with bathtub, central air-conditioning and other configurations. The price of the price in the off-season is very high. When checking in, the hotel will require a credit card from the registered guest as a guarantee; in addition, there is no kettle in the hotel room, and the price of food in the minibar is also more expensive. Residents can buy it at the pam supermarket next to the Hilton Hotel downstairs.

Overall a good experience. Cons: I really don't like these small Italian bathroom cubicles, and this hotel had particularly small ones. Finding a parking space nearby - mission impossible. The hotel has a parking right in front of the hotel, costs €16 per day, or in a garage nearby, costs €22 per day. Availability is known only upon arrival and it is not possible to book in advance. The hotel has a patio, but alas, no chairs or tables (maybe due to the season I was at, end of September). My room had an electric kettle, but alas, only instant coffee, no tea. Coffee machine in the breakfast room makes a terrible cappuccino. Air conditioner in the room didn't work (I was told that it doesn't work in the whole hotel because of the season, so during the day it became very warm). Pros: Very nice staff. My room had a small balcony. Proximity to main attractions. 2-3 minutes walking from the main train station. Nice breakfast. Very clean. The room had an electric kettle and a mini-bar (yes, I already stayed at hotels that didn't have it, so I can appreciate it). Overall it was a nice stay and the hotel answered my expectations.

A beautiful 4 star hotel on the Strada Fortino. The staff on reception are super friendly, will happily call a taxi whenever you need one, and will give you area information. The restaurant and bar are both in the basement and are separate to each other. The bar closes at 11pm. There did seem to be a bar upstairs on the same level as reception, but was closed, perhaps as it was September and summer period was over. There are vending machines in reception. Room service is only for breakfast so if you’re feeling hungry during the day, you cannot get lunch. The bar will have croissants and other cakes, so you can grab a nibble. The restaurant staff work really hard and are also super friendly. The outside space seemed lock and closed off - again probably due to it being September - though would have been nice to sit out on the patio in the sunshine. The cleaner staff and maintenance staff were all really helpful too, we had an issue with the shower door and toilet flush - which was fixed same day. The rooms are carpeted and there is no bath; the shower room is great with a bidet. There is no swimming pool, gym or spa at this hotel. There is a great little shopping centre which is about ten minutes away, brisk walking. There is also a very handy supermarket opposite the hotel about two min walk. You could walk into Turino main centre, though also easy to jump in cab or take tram. Would definitely stay here again. Grazie mille hotel Fortino. He was so enthusiastic, really helpful and a genuinely great asset to the hotel. As we were arriving, previous guests were taking a photo of themselves with the him, I thought it was odd at the time but I see now that he makes the hotel exactly what it is!!!!!!! Also worth noting that the hop on / hop off bus tour stops just around the corner so it's handy to get into town and back. There's also a gym which needs to be pre booked (presumably due to COVID) and has quite an assortment of machines and weights Overall a good stay at this hotel

The hotel is in a great location and easy access to the public car park so for us that was the main priority. As the hotel is a converted town house it does have a homely feel and clean. We were given a room on the top floor, however, if you can't or find stairs difficult, then that's not for you. The lift only goes to the 4th floor and then you have to leg it. The rooms at the top are as you would expect being in the attic full of wooden beams - so do mind your head. Unfortunately our jacuzzi didn't work so a little disappointing and the bathroom only had a hand held shower. That said, everything was clean and the beds comfy.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and I found it great quality price. The location is perfect, all the furniture in the room is new, modern and well kept. The room was very clean. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist that checked me in, but she was lovely, and when I told her on the phone that I was bringing a small dog, she made me find some amenities in my room, which was very nice of her. The breakfast was excellent and perfect for Covid safety, everything was packed separately. I gave this stay 5 stars, I will only give some small recommendations because you can always improve. First, the cleaning lady asked me to not leave my food delivery bags outside of the door. I think maybe there can be a bit more flexibility with this seeing as with the new DPCM the only option for guests is to take out delivery for dinner... maybe leave some common trashed next to the floor elevators as well? Also, the furniture was set in such a way that I couldn’t open the closet, I had to move around the furniture in order to open the closet. Aside from these details, everything was perfect. Thank you
