Was with my family of 5. We decided to give this place a go. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was adequate and working fine. Which was really good. You do not expect it to be like this. And for that, THUMBS UP!. I would definitely return and also recommend this place to my friends and family. No odours, clean and everything was working as it should. Keep it up!

The room's condition was amazingly great and clean. Very cozy and large for my small family. Please add baby cot for additional request. The room located nearby mall & other facilities which is very convenience for us to find foods. This is my first time check in by myself, there is no front desk, only chat tru wasap, need to read carefully all the instruction quite cost time since its my first time.. overall is great, will repeat for sure.

Central mall and I-city is just a walk away from the unit. Nice to visit with family. The unit is okay but a bit smelly of animals in the living room (like a cat or something). Group chat created to make it easy for the communication between customers and management. (Suggestion: Need to advise the customer either to buy the parking ticket or use touch & go if the parking pass is still not available for the customer to use in the future.) - will help the customer a lot to make decisions and make it easier for them to travel.

They are happy to entertain you even if you call them on the phone. The room is simple but tidy. They also sell essentials to make your stay more pleasant. The room is peaceful, there is more than enough parking in front of the hotel.The hotel is also close to a variety of restaurants and convenience stores. Customer was given room key card and the entrance door card so that gives some sort of assurance on the safety. There was a convocation ceremony at MSU and my brother is one of the graduates there. This hotel is quite near to MSU (not advised if you want to walk to MSU from the hotel). The room is clean and spacious! The pool and play area is fun! I like that they have trampolines, I enjoyed playing it. Would recommend here for family gatherings.

Location is good as eateries outlets are close by. We paid RM125+RM50 (Deposit). Last minute chk-in bcos the homestay was locked when we came @ 0020 hrs. Anyway for that price is not cheap, aircon wasn't cold enough despite adjusting the temperature on the remote control. Front desk did not even inform us that there was a free WIFI. Staff needs to be train. We were still in the Doctor's surgery room, called them to inform that we may be slightly late but will definitely rush back to chk out. Eventually we chk out at 1300 hrs and was charged RM15 extra for the one hr late chk out. 1st and the LAST time for us.

I needed a place to stay real quick due to jetlag and incoming rain; it started to drizzle. I just arrived and really tired and needed to sleep. I have to discuss my banking and the letting agreement of my apartment with my colleague. A Google search coughed up the suggestion for Kino Hotel. It was easy to book, easy to access, near to iCity (around 9km ie RM17 (£4.70) by Grab e-hailing service and very reasonably-priced. My room was RM120 (£22.50). As I booked it without choosing the type of room and my colleague needed to finalize stuff with me speedily, I booked one that turned out to be without a window. I didn't mind as I was tired. I had a good rest, services by the 2 young girls at the desk was good, rooms were quiet and the place was close to mzny shops and restaurants. I had a happy stay.
