Arrived at 3 a.m in the morning, the receptionist gave a room on the 3rd floor, room was still in such a big mess. He gave a wrong room that hasn't been cleaned tho (I tried to understand since it's kind of new, small hotel and I don't really think that they were professionally trained yet). Second room on 6th floor was ok. They provide slippers, towel were fresh & the color still looked good, aircon worked well, 2 bottles of water, and wifi worked good too.

But we keep coming bed because we feel comfortable every time we stay here with reasonable price. They also have 24 hours gym, and have billiard table, free tea and coffee at the lobby, located in DP Mall, so its very easy to buy things or grab a food. Use mobile apps to unlock the door to the room, so it's easier, no need to find access card whenever want to go to the room

With affordable and strategic price rate in the middle of the city. For the room size worth the price is not too wide but satisfied. During the use of the meeting room, the staff is friendly but a bit less sharp, especially the young women like they don't have the gthu. For the taste of the food is quite good, I like the salad the most as the fish with the spices 1 is less enough for the meeting room there. For lunch served like in the right place we need to confirm that it's a waste sometimes, because we use other hotels that are not like that. Coffee breaks sugar until it's out. There's no control when the girls' shops are a lot of wine. Just make my experience.

Check in was fast, room I think was below average, I think needs improvement for the quality of cleanliness and toilet. standard mattress, however the amazing thing of this stay is the cafe, 24 hours! with cool life music and delicious food - delicious, location in Simpang Lima Residence and very close to mall just walk.

|4.55km from city centerYes, it is a surprise that this hotel is a treasure. They have best coffee (aha), lots of mocktails variety and serve good breakfast. The bathroom is huge, and if you need a roomy bathroom - this place should be considered. The sliding door is even better therefore for those who need to be seated while put on your pants, you can easily slide the door and reach the bed. The lounge upstairs, is a damn cozy place to hang with friends. Compare to jakarta, the similar drinks can be doubled expensive with same taste. The coffee? I can only found the similar taste in a good coffee shop in Jakarta suchlike chicory. A bit disappointment would be on the gym, they don't have any dumbbell (forget about barbell), which this would be as my first reason choice this place to stay. But, I cheers myself up with their coffee...and it works. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE FOR NEXT VISIT.

|8.52km from city centerThis is a clean and nice hotel, located a bit far from Simpang Lima Semarang. The room is nice, with hot water flowing, no smoking odor room, and cool AC. However the hotel reservation system through the MyHorison website, needs more improvement. When I made a reservation through the MyHorison website, I didn't receive a confirmation number through my email, but only three lines messages confirming that I have successfully make the reservation (without mentioning the confirmation number) and a suggestion to contact a whatsapp number if I hadn't receive another email confirming my payment after 30 minutes. Waited for more than 30 mins, I didn't receive the confirmation number, then I contacted the whatsapp number plus whatsapp number of this specific hotel. They need hours to send me my room reservation confirmation number, and when they finally did, the confirmation showed my reservation was ”unpaid” (while actually I did pay the room using my credit card). On the check-in date, I gave the print out of the short email and the room confirmation with unpaid status to the receptionist. She took picture of those papers, and asked for a certain number from me, which I didn't have, so I gave her an sms message from my credit card that showed I have paid the transaction. She took picture of my sms from my mobile phone and finalized the process, and gave me the key to my room. From this story you can learn that the reservation process until I got my room was very very painful and stressful. This hotel definitely has to learn from other hotel on how to upgrade their technology for their painless reservation process.
