Great value for money, breakfast is good, all aspects are good. I am an old guest who has lived many times. I have lived with my friends for a total of 300 days.... However, the new front desk is very angry! ! ! The following is the case, the hotel laundry service I have been using, this time probably washed three times, but the last time I returned the clothes, the laundry bag was not in the clothes. At the time of check-out, I stopped and told me that the laundry bag was gone. I said that I was not in the bag when I returned the clothes. I asked the front desk to ask the laundry. The front desk told me that the laundry could not be. After I explained it many times, I called the laundry and asked if it was in the laundry. I explained it many times. I like to buy it, I won't secretly take it, not to mention washing more than 300 clothes. I gave 500 baht to find zero. Actually, I was delayed for half an hour, causing me to miss a boat. Every waiter in the hotel is polite, only this person is black face every day, ** 啥! Angry!

A perfectly situated hotel in the centre of Lamai right next to restaurants and bars but still very quiet, 2 large pools with plenty of sunbeds and the beach only 200yrds away, The Staff are fantastic always smiling and very helpfull. We had a deluxe room in the New building which was lovely but also had a look at the superior rooms and they looked good also, we'd definitely stay again.

These villas are in a quiet area down a small road off the main street but very close to all amenities, shops etc. They have a verandah, and you walk into the main bedroom that has a couch and TV. Adjacent is a small kitchen with all cooking utensils, large frig toaster etc. There is a small two seater table and large modern bathroom. The units are modern and spotlessly clean. It is only a 5 min walk to the beach (just turn left at the main road and walk down beside McDonalds. There is free wifi but Tv channels are limited with only one english speaking channel. They do not provide tea or coffee but there is a mini mart close by. You will need to bring beach towels if you are going to the beach. A safe is provided and rooms cleaned every day. Well worth it for the price and proximity to the beach. This is one of the best budget places we have stayed in Sunbeds on the beach are provided for free but you are expected to buy food or drink from the place that provides them. Places near Kon Tiki bar are expensive but the ones down from McDonalds are a lot cheaper

Room - we got the most basic room they had, and it was just that. No complaints here was cheap and cheerful. Pool area - was nice, there wasnt alot of people staying in the hotel so never seemed crowded. Beach - the beach is very beautiful, however, the sand consists of large grains... so if you're hoping for soft white sand you'll be disappointed. Other. We didn't eat or drink at the resort so no comment. The A/C was old and louder than usual. The beds were hard, like most beds in SE Asia.

The beach itself was beautiful, not overcrowded and nice sand, no rocks. The infinity pool was also very clean and impressive. The hotel however was very disappointing. First night we came home from dinner to find a cockroach in our room- the hotel did agree to move us to a new room, but was wildly unapologetic about the bug/inconvenience. There was also a hotel wide power problem while we were there, the electricity was intermittent for two days. The beach chairs and umbrellas were dated and dirty. The linens were always clean and the gym had nice equipment. The staff was fine but certainly not exceptional, no one went out of their way to interact with you or help- I asked for a dinner recommendation and was told “hmm I don’t know, just walk around” by two receptionists. Again, if the beach is all you care about it is a fine place to stay as the beach itself was amazing, however I’m sure there are better options out there.

At the moment we are in this hotel. Family room, fully matched with description and photos. The room is large, clean, large kitchen, a cool refrigerator, there is a microwave and a set of dishes. 3 floor. Comfortable beds, good towels. It would be not bad if there were also small towels for face and hands. The area is tidy, clean pool. cleaning is good. Staff is friendly. The only discomfort is a weak water pressure ... Hotel is located in a quiet walk. Sea is three minutes walk. Nearby is a good massage, 7 leven, BigC mini, lots of cafes and restaurants. We all like it. We'd be back here again.

Originally, the deluxe room was directly connected to the swimming pool. As a result, the hotel said that the Ctrip agent was appointed as a deluxe room, temporarily replenishing the price difference of two or three thousand upgraded rooms, and then said that Ctrip reimbursed and promised 24 hours to arrive, dragging for several days. Did not pay the difference! ! !

The price is very high, the room is big enough, I didn't expect two houses to be hotels. I didn't expect to live in a Frenchman downstairs and had a great time chatting with them. The best thing is that I am on the 3rd floor. I lived next door to a couple in the evening and could hear the sound of screaming...

I booked the airport transfer before departure, and sent a big car to pick it up as soon as I left the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport, but the location is a bit away from the city. It is very convenient to directly ask the counter to help rent a car. We went That day, I just ran into the firsherman night market on Friday, not far from the hotel. The room is very big, and the toilet is bigger than the sleeping place, but the swimming pool inside the house is very small, so we all go to the big pool at the end to play in the water, and there is a beach at the back. It is also great to stroll around on the beach. The hotel staff is very kind, and breakfast will be delivered to the room. Our breakfasts are different for the two days, so I won’t get tired of it at all. It’s great.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful during the check-in time to arrange the taxi transfer to and from the airport. In addition, we also rent out locomotives through the hotel (no need to mortgage the passport)! The hotel location is very close to the popular attraction "Fisherman Village". On the day of our arrival, it was exactly the market time on Friday. We put on sandals and walked to Fisherman's Village to eat and drink. Even if it is not a Friday night market, there are still many restaurants on the street. Can solve meals, very convenient. Facilities: The infinity swimming pool has clean water and massage and spa functions. It also has its own sandy beach. At night, you can sit on the beach and enjoy outdoor movies. There is a gym on the second floor. Although it is not large, some treadmills and treadmills are available. The room and balcony have a lot of space. You can also go down to the first floor and go directly to the beach. You really stay in the hotel. No problem all day! Dining section: Breakfast is worth getting up early. It is in the form of BUFFET. You can also customize a variety of egg dishes and hand-made coffee.

Breakfast is a self-selected package and eat it casually. Small home-based hotels, taste fresh, of course, can not be compared with five-star hotels in all aspects. There is no supermarket around, it takes 10 minutes to walk. Fortunately, it is convenient to go to the airport, suitable for catching a plane in the morning.

Fantastic! We had left our previous “5 star” resort to come here, and found this mini-resortel MUCH better! The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a respect and so much care! We have the receptionist, and all-rounder, Ms. O for the wonderful care and hospitality. She took care of us from the moment we arrived, to the sad moment when we departed. She made us feel like family, which gave us a a sweet comfort feeling whenever we came back to our villas to relax. We, also, met the owner, who was also very kind, understanding and cooperative. Sadly, we did not get the chance to spend much time with him, but hopefully on our next trip back when we stay here again, we will get a drink or 2 with him ☺️👌🏽. I truly recommend staying here, and you will NOT be disappointed! If you have a large group, you might get a heck of a deal for majority of the villas here and pretty much have the whole place to yourselves - the price is also great!

Last year, Koh Samui, the Sala hotel in Chongwen Haitao, is very good. I booked the hotel immediately after going out this year. The choice was relatively small, and the time was in a hurry. I saw that this evaluation was good and I booked it. In general, it is OK, the facilities are definitely average, because the four-star resort, the sand is general, the foot is well, the sea is OK, the surrounding is the big road, the vehicles are more, the service staff is very polite, Samui is so beautiful, really come Where I still want to go

From the airport to the hotel by bus (similar to the domestic gold cup) 130🐷 / person, the room is the same as the picture sent by others. The room is quite large, the toothbrush and toothpaste are self-provided, and the facilities are relatively old but I think it is clean. Don't think about the bathtub anyway, I won't use it. The environment was very quiet. Not many people stayed at the time. The hotel closed the road to the beach and stayed once for 2 days. Love the quiet here is nice, the staff is welcoming

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and the location is ok, but if you go to the shopping center, fisherman night market, lets relax, etc., you need to take a taxi. Hotel breakfast is ok, dining place is large, good location can see the sea. The sand of the hotel's private beach is a bit lame, and the waves are very big all day. It is recommended to use the swimming pool. The room was quite big and the sofa was very comfortable. . .

Stayed here three nights as part of a COVID Era road trip. Overall, I will give the property and staff five out of five, particularly considering the current price. The property is lovely and the staff are so nice and laid back, I could have easily stayed here longer. The bar restaurant area is beautifully appointed and stylish. Never tried the food but the beer was always ice cold 🍻. I chose one of the less expensive bungalows away from the pool as I figured it would be more quiet and have a bit more privacy. The room itself was large and comfortable and would be perfect for a long term stay. However, the bathroom was pretty average and could use some maintenance. Suggest the owners refinish the floors 😉 If I were just rating the property on the basis of the accommodations, I would give it a 3.5 out of five. Would stay here again for sure 👍👍👍

Thailand's local high-end brands, in the middle of the law, the overall evaluation of four and a half. In fact, I would like to relax in the five-star hotel in the Banyan Tree in the past four seasons. However, the price of the National Day is too high. Secondly, the trip to the home is difficult to adjust. These five-star hotels are located in quiet and remote places, afraid of the elderly. I feel bored and dislike, personally feel that Banyan Tree is more suitable for couples to travel. The elders of the family need to be able to walk and go out to eat and shop for convenience and excitement, so I struggled for a long time and finally decided to live in the Chaweng Beach area. The room requirements are not high. After all, I will go out to play most of the time. It is really just a place to have a breakfast buffet in the morning, so as long as the cleanliness is not too cramped, there is a pool in the sea. This hotel meets all our requirements and is very cost effective. I have booked an ordinary garden area room for my old man. I need more space for two children and set up a family duplex room so that they sleep upstairs. I sleep downstairs and do not affect each other. The hotel's sea view suite area and common garden view room area are on both sides of the road. When crossing the road, there are guards to help ensure safety. There is a lot of price difference on both sides, so it is more cost-effective to cross the road:) The hotel breakfast is good, although it does not change every day, but it can still eat. Hotel hygiene cleaning may be more general, but not dirty. As soon as the island was supposed to be clean, it would not be a big deal. Secondly, it was a four-star hotel, and the demand could not be higher. There is a swimming pool in the garden area and the sea view area, which is quite convenient. However, the garden area is recommended to live on the second floor of the house. The first floor is easy to have night worms and more geckos. The location of the hotel is personally impeccable, with 7-11 or a family and pharmacy hotel within five minutes of walking. The recommended restaurant in the seafood "food stalls" is within 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There are small outlets across the food stalls, the Chinese street is turning, and there is another shopping center. In terms of service, I gave five points, which is really good. The elephant house in the visitor center at the front desk, the sailing boat and the atv three projects are also very satisfied, and the price is fair. In short, I personally think that this is a cost-effective, there are some, although not the most luxurious high-end, but the children feel that hateful is very good, I am happy.

Am Samui is a hidden gem located in a secluded beautiful spot in the South West of Samui. We were there for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised - the location is stunning and wedding turned out to be amazing! This little resort boasts one of the best sunsets on the island with a picturesque stretch of pristine beach and no tourists around! Perfect for a romantic gateway, wedding or simply a quiet time alone. The staff were super friendly, food they served for our dinner was delicious, room rates super low. The only downside is that it is quite far from the nearest town, so you’d need to commute if you want to explore the vicinity. But the resort looks cozy enough to stay there for a few days and enjoy the beautiful nature around!

I never leave reviews of places I stay but I'm pleased i found this place I wanted to show my appreciation I travel every week to koh samui for education and I try to find a hotel every week, well after about 7 hotels all in the 500baht to 700baht a night price range I can tell you this is by far the best. The lobby is huge and the staff are so nice they brought me a drink and fruits when i was checking in. There's car parking round the back of the hotel with a security guard. The restaurant was set out really nice and there was a full size pool table. The food was delicious too. and not that expensive 140baht for chicken and noodles. The equipment in the gym was clean and I had it all to myself they have a really good machine and a treadmill. the pool was clean and the fountains spraying into it were a great touch. In my roomI had flat screen tv huge bed and a bath ! no other hotel ive stayed in on koh samui had a bath. but most of all what made me write the review was in the room there was a kettle with tea and coffee, as an Englishman a nice cuppa tea and a comfy bed is really all I crave. The location is on the mountain. Although it is a five-diamond hotel, it has no special features except for the quiet, sky pool, and children at no extra cost. The slope of the ground in the hotel is very steep, the bathroom always has a bad smell, and you must turn on the air every time you enter. The hot water is also cold and hot, and the sound of the air conditioner and the small refrigerator is really noisy. Breakfast is simple. It ’s best to eat at the hotel at night. One day we went out to finish our meal. When we were going up the mountain, we planned to go up the mountain. There were no street lights. I turned on two mobile phone flashlights, and there were many dogs along the way. It is less than 1.5 kilometers, and it is 200 baht after the bargaining. It is recommended to eat dinner in the restaurant for safety.

Rich buffet served in the breakfast room and also there is a cook in the kitchen who can order for example omelette at that moment. I stayed in bungalow 1 at The Waterfront for 10 days at the end of a 3 month trek through Thailand. My whole trip, all I wanted was a bungalow ON the beach (not near, not a view of, but ON) and a pool. You’d be amazed at how hard that is to find at a reasonable price. As soon as I walked through the entrance to the garden and saw the sign for reception, I knew I had finally found it. It felt like Fantasy Island. Bungalows edge the pool, and then there’s sand and water, and Koh Phangan in the background. For 10 glorious days, I was surrounded by the peace and serenity I was looking for. COVID has taken its toll on a lot of small hotels in the area and shut them down completely, others have been able to scale back additional service offerings and provide premium accommodations. The Waterfront is by far the best example of this, and they are poised to return to full operation as travel restrictions ease. Every day I saw members of staff maintaining and improving the grounds. Random thoughts: Air conditioning was cold. Refrigerator was cold. Shower was hot. Bed was super comfortable. The pool is kept meticulously clean. The landscaping is beautifully manicured. There’s a fantastic lounge area by reception with books to borrow. They offered access to the kitchen area for longer-term guests as the restaurant is currently shut down. While the beach isn’t the best for swimming, as there is a lot of coral and it is quite shallow, the benefit of this is that there are not tons of people sitting on the beach in front of your magnificent view. There are no jet skis flying in front of you making a bunch of noise. Bottles of water are delivered to the room every day, and fresh linens and towels were available every time I asked. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk booked taxis and restaurant reservations for me. Great conversation as well. I am looking forward to the day that the restaurant reopens and they offer their cooking class again. If I find myself on Samui long-term again, I will be sure to stay at the waterfront.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and am very impressed and happy with the choice. The room is massive, with a little living area complete with a sofa. There's a kitchenette too. However, you're not allowed to cook. Balcony is big, and overlooks the pool. The staff are very attentive and a very happy and motivated lot. The swimming pool is not too big but enough to have fun, especially if you're in a group. The location of the hotel is about 3.5 km away from Chaweng beach/ main area. It's about 2km away from Cheongmon beach. Rooms come with breakfast, which in my opinion is not bad at all. A good spread is available: cereal, bread, fried rice, noodles, delicious thai curry (they keep changing every day), mixed vegetable, scrambled egg, sunny side up eggs, coffee, orange juice, and 2 types of fruits: sweet pineapple and watermelon. Internet connection is excellent. The bathroom, which is huge, is fitted with a rain shower, so having a shower is a joy. The hotel's landscape gives you a feeling of a tropical paradise. The are about 6 lots available in the car park and loads of places for one to park motorbikes. All in all, we had a fantastic time here. Highly recommended! Note: lots of geckos (lizards) lurking outside the room and along the walkway.

I was quite worried before, Ctrip booking agoda had read all the reviews, and the reviews were very high, but they were basically a few years ago, plus the prices are cheap, I ’m afraid they are not good, and the results are very satisfactory! 1 Location A few years ago, the evaluation said that the inconvenience of the trip came to the hotel that found that the net red is just a few hundred meters away, and then it has developed in recent years. The surrounding 711 and the whole family, as well as the hotel are very convenient. It ’s lively (the New Year ’s day we go), it ’s not necessary to have a bar or something, like I ’m going on vacation with my parents, this is especially good! In addition, we all signed up for a day trip and a half-day trip. We all had cars to pick them up. We didn't find the road inconvenient. 2 Facilities The basic facilities are available. The swimming pool faces the sea and is beautiful! Although small, it is very suitable for people like us who swim casually hahaha! The only thing that didn't feel good was that the basic washing facilities and towels were not available, and the sprinkler output was small (fortunately we brought them), but there are kettles and large bath towels for you to go to their pools and private beaches. 3 Breakfast is not bad, milk, yogurt (yoghurt is delicious!) Oatmeal, bread, toast, fruit, drink, and any of the three main meals. If you want a rich breakfast, then ... … In addition, they also provide lunch and dinner services (of course for a fee), but it seems to close at 6pm. 4 Can add an extra bed. I brought my parents to play, just for an extra bed, an extra 450 baht (bed + breakfast) 5 There is a parking lot, and you can rent a motorcycle (it is said to be cheaper than renting outside, I did n’t rent it) 6 Service Great! Basically responsive! I went out for snorkeling that day, and my mom's cellphone fell into the house. I was afraid that someone who cleaned the room might have a problem (sorry, my fault, I shouldn't doubt them ~~), so I asked Ctrip customer service and asked the Thai people to call To the front desk. As a result, people said, rest assured, the mobile phone is on, I said, can I help you keep it, I just agreed! !! Summary A highly recommended resort! Stay here next time! High cost performance! !!

I can only recommend this very classy hotel on Koh Samui , as soon as the end of the confinement my number one goal will be to return to this small paradise .

Chaweng Beach
The environment is very good, the service is very good, the room facilities are a bit old. The breakfast tasted good, but the variety was not enough, but the front desk staff was very nice and very welcoming. The beach is relatively clean in Chaweng. Although it is a little away from the lively place, it is convenient to rent a motorcycle opposite the hotel.

Chaweng Beach
Cleanliness, the beach is near, the swimming pool is also a good restaurant, the cabin is the feeling I like. Convenient location Convenient stores nearby, many massage shops. However, the window for changing money in front of the hotel is really appetizing. Almost all Thais met the service are good, but this staff is a big surprise. I gave her 500 yuan and threw a hundred for me. "I threw it." I thought there was a problem with the money. I immediately changed it to Zhang. This time she yelled at me. I directly asked her to get the money back. I went and the old lady didn't change it. go with****! I was extremely indignant when encountering such garbage people. It seems that several people take turns on duty, and you can bypass the photo.

Nathon
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We chose the capsule because we only passed through there to sleep, but the villas looked very beautiful. The very beautiful pool also, in the middle of all the villas. In the neighborhood there is not just a little ambience, it is to be relaxed. The breakfast is in front of the hotel and has 7 different varieties, it is not a buffet. We broke our bag and the owner helped us fix it. ¡Very recommendable!
