The location is good, convenient to travel, next to the BTS. Stay the first night. Why is the room not okay? The air conditioner is quite old. but let's move the room a little better The room is okay, clean, the maid cleans. Just change the sheets and towels, but don't collect much of the garbage in the room.

Absolutely recommend this place, near BTS (5mins walk) and very easy to find smth to eat. Easy checked in through the Café, the staffs had big smiles on and I got high floor as I requested for but I didn’t expect that this place don’t have elevator. Not complaining, just saying. The room was bright and clean. I really like this place and definitely will return to stay here again 😊

We chose Cinnamon Residence as our ASQ quarantine hotel for the mandatory fifteen night quarantine isolation upon entering Thailand from outside the country.  Cinnamon is a  basic, no-frills hotel.  Three meals a day, in plastic take-out containers were provided and dropped off on a chair outside our doors at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00.   We chose all Thai food, as opposed to western food and found the meals to be pretty good.  The food, predictively, was delivered at or near room temperature, though there was a microwave in the room.  Any items breaded and deep fried came soggy, horribly greasy and beyond redemption by microwave.  I requested a china plate, a glass and a knife, but was told those items are forbidden.  Only the hotel issued Melamine plate, drinking cup, soup spoon or plasticware and plastic forks and spoons are allowed. The sliding window to the balcony was screwed almost closed and could not be opened beyond eight inches.  With that tiny opening, I did not have adequate reach for access to a towel drying rack under the air conditioner.  Residents are allowed to venture outside of the room only by special permission and have no access to the hotel gym or outdoors, whatsoever during their two week quarantines. In the best of circumstances, solitary confinement for over two weeks is difficult.  A couple of things made a nice difference for me.  When I had adequate internet access, I was able to pass the time much more pleasantly.  I needed to make several calls to the management during my first few days in quarantine, asking for attention to my WiFi to achieve that.  The information technology person in the hotel made several changes to my internet connection and finally achieved adequate connectivity for my needs most of the time.  I found that I was able to order grocery items online from Tops Market.  I could get fresh fruit that I craved, as well as other comfort food, I really liked having around.  I wonder how this hotel would have been for a non-public health related stay.  I don’t believe I’d return though, because coming back would likely bring back unpleasant memories of the experience of having been restrained here, inside of four walls for over two weeks.

I used it because it was close to the event venue. The room is not large, but the bed is big so I think it's enough to sleep. When I went to the front desk without knowing the WiFi password, I was told that this hotel cannot use WiFi. Please be careful if you need WiFi. The front desk was a good person ☺️ There is a convenience store just a short walk away. I was satisfied because I only slept this time. Don't forget to bring your hair dryer and toothbrush!

An 11-story old luxury hotel (all 315 rooms) located at the corner of the government office called Berncain along the northern part of Bangkok. It is a hotel that boasts the style of the hotel which is not the only from the appearance of the hotel with a strong feeling of extrusion. The luxury making around the reception lobby cherry business center is unique to the recent hotel, and it can obtain a kind of expectation from the check-in stage. It is an old established that knows people in the Berncaine District, and it is a good hotel with a scale of the scale, but the reception staff is stationed in the place where the height of the threshold is not felt. I felt a fine care that would not bore the guest during the check-in procedure.

Room At VIPA is my absolute favourite. Every time I visit Bangkok, this is my go-to place for absolute comfort. Lost count of how many times I've stayed there, 10 or 15 times maybe. That's how much I love this place. Reasons why I love this place: 1. It's located in an area which is equidistant from most tourist spots in the city 2. It's about 100 meters from the main road where you can easily access public transport like the buses or the newly opened SRT dark red line 3. There is a cafe/restaurant on the ground floor if you're looking for fancy food or street food stalls a few steps ahead. Or you could just step into 7/11 next door for a sea of options 4. About the property, the rooms were not super huge, but they had all the necessary things you would need in a budget hotel room. The bed is soft, there’s AC, TV, water bottles, small bedside table with a small lamp for night reading, enough plug points to charge your phones/laptops/power banks. The bathroom was small and would be tough for people of big build to move around freely but it was clean, has shampoo, liquid soap, hot water facility, etc. Not the worst bathroom that I’ve come across. There is also a clothes hanger to hang dirty clothes or washed ones 5. They also have a common area on each floor where they have a microwave to heat your food. They have a refrigerator to keep some of your food and drinks, and you can label them so that others don’t take it 6. In the lobby there is free coffee sachets, cups available and hot water available as well. Free Wi-Fi too 7. Starting from reception to the cleaning staff, everybody is super sweet and helpful. They do know fair amount of English and if they don’t, they try to manage through actions 8. Also, for people who would’ve booked through third parties and have some questions about early check-in/late checkout or other general questions, can do so by chatting with them through FB Messenger and/or Line app. They are very responsive and very sweet while chatting as well. You can also directly book with them through the chat I have never once had any complaints with this place, out of many times that I’ve stayed here. This place gives such a cosy and homely vibe that you just can’t help feeling the comfort of your home in a foreign land at Room At VIPA. I have recommended Room At VIPA to many of my friends and acquaintances alike and everybody has just good things to say about this place. I will visit again very soon!

Clearly, the owners have stopped caring about this hotel. The staff they have left in charge are rude and presumptuous.. and often hanging out on the couch, when there's clearly more work to do. The walls are filthy. There is water damage all over the place. The beds are uncomfortable.. and never actually a queen or king size mattress. You can come and go, but nobody will say hello and it's a long walk to the nearest anything. I stayed here to be close to school, but there are better options nearby.. try Pannapat - it's much better and only a few more steps, but in a much better location.. and CLEAN!

Lat Phrao 101 BTS station is 8 mins walking distance about but taxi and motorbike all there as well so for my travel and business events it’s perfect location This is the newer hotel with convenient shops like 7-11, lotus supermarket, and many restaurant options within the area. Free parking if you drive or get dropped off, the parking lot has plenty of space. I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a parking lot, there are convenience stores nearby, and there is an old food market. We use Grab taxi software to go out, about 200 from the hotel to the Siam business district. The overall environment is OK. The room has a small balcony, which is a floor-to-ceiling window. Household noise is not very good, such as the high quality of sleep requirements need to be cautious, the overall cost is relatively high.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10,This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ,the bed is huge and comfortable ,the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the service fell short of expectations. Despite the staff's presence, their demeanor didn't reflect enthusiasm or hospitality, leaving me somewhat disappointed. One area that particularly left me wanting was the breakfast spread. The options were limited, lacking variety and creativity. This aspect of the stay detracted from the overall experience, as breakfast is often considered a highlight of hotel stays. On a positive note, the location of the hotel was satisfactory, offering convenience for exploring the surrounding area. In summary, while Hotel jal impresses with its cleanliness and acceptable location, the lackluster service and uninspiring breakfast options detract from the overall experience. With some improvements in these areas, the hotel could enhance its appeal to guests seeking a more fulfilling stay.
