5.19km from Shadow Creek High SchoolWe family of two children under 2 and my husband booked a room for one night while visiting family in Pearland. We checked in around 9pm on a Sunday night. When we got there and checked in, the girl at the front desk said she’s bring up the pack-n-play we had requested when we booked the room and again at check in. We went up to our room with our hands full of kids and kid stuff (it’s crazy how many things children require!), only to find that our key card wouldn’t work. The door didn’t even respond to the card, so my husband went back down to the front desk while I stayed by the room with our kids and by our stuff. The front desk girl came walking up the stairs about 7 minutes later and I had to direct her back downstairs where my husband was waiting. We finally got into our room after she brought up a second set that didn’t work and then a third set of keys that finally worked. She explained that the hotel was “fully booked” and she will “do her best to find a pack n play but they may be out”. Granted the parking lot had a max of 20 cars in it and from the parking lot maybe about 5 rooms had lights on that I could see. We ended up getting the pack in play shortly after she headed back downstairs. With the exception of our check-in experience, the stay went as expected. We stayed in a 1-room suite (just be aware the 1 bedroom suites simply have a curtain in-between the sitting area and bed area-we didn’t know this, but I don’t fault the hotel for this - we just never stayed at a home2suitrs before. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was solid, and the hotel felt very new and well taken care of. The location is right off of the highway / toll road and is easy to find. The gentleman that checked us out was helpful and offered great service.
