The location is along Route 1, so it's easy to find. However, the convenience store (Sebuile) is a little far on foot. You can go to the Ofuro Cafe next door from the hotel without having to go outside. Ofuro Cafe's popular play (Ohatsu) was really exciting. Recommended! The room is auto-locked and uses a card key, so the toilet and sink are outside the room (shared) so if you don't bring your card, you'll be locked out, so be careful! When I returned, the TV was turned off, which was quite annoying. Is it obvious? The rest is quiet and full. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options.

On October 2019, I had a 5 days business meeting and stayed at this hotel. My first impression was very comfy. Although it was not so spacious enough but started from the main lobby until the hotel room, I felt very comfy. It was because the room itself use carpet. Then it was also clean. The design of the room is also good. I felt safe being there despite of the high wind that happened during my stay. All the interior design was also good. The toilet was very clean. As for the breakfast it was only a so so to me. But I like the Miso soup. Although very crowded with guests but the room itself was so quiet.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights for purposes. I chose this one near the station because of the location, but the room is a business hotel type and is by no means large. Is it kept clean? I couldn't deny that the equipment was aging, so I entered the room and there was a spot that was noticeable. Although it is 2 consecutive nights, the card key will not work at 11 o'clock the next day, probably because I booked one night at a time, and an error occurred. I asked the front desk to deal with two stories, but I went to the front desk again without apologizing and went to the front desk again. From the time of check-in, I couldn't feel the service spirit at all at the front desk, and it was clerical. This hotel seems to have nothing to do with that. Because there are usually more people cleaning the room for one night, the aunt uses the entire corridor to spread the used linen in each room, and it is difficult to walk in the corridor. The elevator is also occupied by a linen transport cart around 1100-1300, and it is difficult to get there. It's okay if you just sleep, but it feels a little expensive for that room and service.

I chose it as the nearest hotel to karahashi in Seda, which became the stage of the jinshin war. It was a hotel in Chushu of Seda gawa River, and it was said that it was not known even if it was acquainted with Otsu city that this was a hotel. It seems to be an old facility and the facilities are old. It was a bed room on the 3 floor, but be careful because there is no elevator. Because there is a bathhouse, I went to the public bath without using the bus in the room, but the public bath where the woman enters is secured with a private key or a safety aspect, but is this old? It was less 々 scary because anyone entered. There seemed to be a lot of Japanese rooms, but the western room used was a room where three people were allowed to enter. Almost right in front of JR Keihan Ishiyama Station. The room size and equipment are typical of a business hotel. Functionally, it's okay and okay. Although the interior is getting a little old. I guess the bathtub isn't very spacious. Bring your bedding and amenities to your room from the front desk. There are quite a few restaurants around. A convenience store is also nearby. Ishiyama Station is close to Kyoto, and the special rapid train also stops there, making it a hidden gem when finding accommodation in Kyoto is difficult.

2 nights and 3 days with my wife We used 1 nights on Kusatsu ｴﾘｱ trip [other 1 nights are ﾎﾃﾙ ﾎﾞｽﾄﾝﾌﾟﾗｻﾞ Kusatsu (SOUTH WING)]. Since this ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ was 15m2, we used 2 rooms ｺﾝﾌｫｰﾄ ﾂｲﾝ (room ｽﾍﾟｰｽ 23m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 120cm x2 TV 32 ｲﾝﾁ) considering the residence. Compared to the nearby ﾎﾃﾙ ﾎﾞｽﾄﾝﾌﾟﾗｻﾞ Kusatsu, there is a difference between ｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾕｰｽ and ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙ of ﾂｲﾝ, so I can't compare it simply, but my wife here is a large mirror with a lighting lamp (see attached photograph) in ﾃﾞｽｸ You can make up while you sit. There is ｽﾍﾟｰｽ to put small things on the washbasin, and the clothes hanging is closed ﾄﾞｱ, and the clothes are not visible, ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ ｱﾒﾆﾃｲ is POLA, and ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ can be soaked greatly and relaxed. In the sense of comfort when a woman stays It was priced. Breakfast was ﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ on the first floor, but I don't know because I didn't take it for the convenience of the itinerary.

Get off the east exit and turn right along the supermarket called Hankyu Oasis. The hotel itself is small as a business use, but it is clean enough and no problem. The front desk also has a calm and kind and comfortable response. I think the cover under the washbasin in the bathroom in the room I stayed in was broken and broken, but I happen to think. I stayed for one night during my trip to Kusatsu ｴﾘｱ for 2 nights and 3 days with my wife [the other night is Kusatsu ｴｽﾄﾋﾟｱﾎﾃﾙ]. The feature of this ﾎﾃﾙ is composed of two buildings [SOUTH WING] [NORTH WING], and the entrance is one, but the room specifications of the husband 々 are different. We browsed ﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞ and used two rooms for [SOUTH WING (Room 7 ～ 11th floor)] ｼｰｽﾙｰﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ (19m2 ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ Width 160cm TV 40 ｲﾝﾁ). The reason I chose [SOUTH WING] was because [NORTH WING]'s ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ room ｻｲｽﾞ was 16m2, so I thought that it would be better to live in a slightly wider ｽﾍﾟｰｽ. ﾃﾞｽｸ also has a length of over 2m in length, so it is enough as ｽﾍﾟｰｽ to expand documents when using ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽ. ｼｰｽﾙﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ is ﾋﾟｯﾀﾘ for those who want to enjoy ﾊﾞｽﾀｲﾑ relaxingly in the sense that they can enjoy TV while immersed in ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ. It is also a pleasure that water, tea, and ﾎﾟﾃﾄﾁｯﾌﾟｽ are installed in the refrigerator for free ｻｰﾋﾞｽ. Furthermore, for Railway ﾌｧﾝ, when you stay at [SOUTH WING], you can see JR Kusatsu Station from the window and you can feel like you are enjoying a big [Railway ｼﾞｵﾗﾏ]. Breakfast (see attached photo) is on the 1st floor [ﾘﾊﾞﾃｲｰ] and is ｽﾀｲﾙ of [Japanese and Western eclectic ﾒｲﾝﾌﾟﾚｰﾄ] + [ﾊｰﾌﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞ]. If you have time, I recommend it. Finally, it is convenient to have ｺﾝﾋﾞﾆ ﾛｰｿﾝ on the first floor.

American nostalgic design, close to Kusatsu Station, I have plenty of parking spaces for self-driving tours, parking 500 Yen per day, room equipment bathroom shower toilet is very good. The pants have breakfast, very rich and the quality is very good. Maybe the hotel is a relatively old-fashioned, some supplies are also old. But the overall feeling is comfortable.

Because it was a renewed open hotel in October 2017, the rooms were bright, clean and large and very comfortable. I thought it was a big hotel because it was 8 stories, but up to 5 floor, the rooms were small hotel only on 6 ～ 8 floor in the office. Breakfast was a bit poor but we were able to specify the main dishes the day before. The paid parking lot that the guests will be free was large and I was not worried. It was close to the station so I didn't have any trouble with dinner.
