This villa is the same as many accommodation shops in Japan. You can check in only after 4pm, but it is more convenient than other shops. It can provide us with luggage storage service. This is still more user-friendly. The check-in was also very fast. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and were very polite to us. When we encountered a problem and asked them for help, they would also be very patient to answer us.

Good hotel but a big problem is they lack a heater so its really cold during the winters of Japan. There's also cigarette smoke smell throughout the room so I recommend to air the room while you're out sightseeing/shopping during the day. Amenities are old but still all there. 👍🏼 Service was also great and hotel is located just a few mins away from the train station. Gonna put some pics of places I visited in Tokyo.

It is very close to Shinkoiwa JR Station, 5 minutes from the North Exit! There are convenience stores and large supermarkets diagonally across the street for easy shopping! The room is relatively large-a little bit, and the refrigerator is also big! There is also a small kitchen stove in the room for cooking. -All feel convenient, the price is relatively cheap, it is recommended!

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

      TOKYO CITY VIEW HOTEL TABATA-STATION

There is a Chinese friend checkin, the south exit of Subway Tabata Station! South exit! South Exit, it takes 1 minute to climb up the hill. There is an elevator from the North Exit, so you don’t need to carry your luggage, but it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the North Exit to the hotel... There is still a long section of stairs without an elevator, so don’t take the North Exit! I took my child and three boxes and followed the navigation and walked sweating! It's all in a residential area and you have to climb stairs... I'm speechless... Finally, I found out that it takes only 1 minute to get out of the south exit... The hotel makes an appointment in advance for the public bath time in the evening, so that it is more comfortable for a family to use the public bathroom separately for men and women, which is much more comfortable than the bathroom in the room. The room is really noisy. The 24-hour subway train passes by...you can hear it even with earplugs. People with poor sleep should not choose it. Friends who fall asleep strongly recommend this hotel with high cost performance and a few stops away from the city center. The room is a mini version, but you can see the night view of the Skytree far away... The waiter is very nice, I recommend buying breakfast, because the neighborhood is a residential area, and you have to walk a long way to eat... The breakfast is different in two days. I po picture. The room basically cannot spread out 2 boxes! Even if you open the box, you can't walk... It's really cheap. It's about an hour away from us to Tokyo Disneyland

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

We stayed at this hotel due to it's location close to Tokyo Station. We had an early shinkansen so we did not eat breakfast. I think exit 22 is the closest exit and you do not need to cross the street. You can walk underground from Tokyo station all the way to exit 22 in case it is raining. I like that Japanese hotels provide pajamas and toothbrushes. This hotel did have a bathtub in the room. It's a little pricy for the size of the room, but very happy with the location. There are many restaurants in the area as well as underground around Tokyo station.

The room was clean and tidy. It was an 8-minute walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro. It was newly renovated and it was bigger than the previous room. The bed here in the Japanese hotel was quite big. The wet and dry separation bathroom was more convenient to use. The front desk was Chinese, English and Japanese. It was a good stay experience. Perhaps the old hotel was refurbished, the unit bath in the room is old and not very clean. It was a pity because the front was very beautiful. I found a total of 4 insects in the unit bath, as well as small insects and spiders in the room. Some traces of black mold on the curtain of the shower room. The rooms are really bare minimum. Amenity is complete, but you need to pay some money as shown in the picture. I was also worried about the smell of cigarettes because it was a smoking room. I think it can't be helped because it was the cheapest room, but I had the impression that I could stay at a better place by paying a little more. It's unsatisfactory for a city hotel, and the price is high for a business hotel.

Not sure how to evaluate, the hotel is very close to Asakusa subway station, about 15 minutes to attractions such as Sensoji Temple, Skytree, etc. There are many restaurants and shops in these areas. Overall, the hotel is very clean and the service is good. There are no obvious shortcomings except for the small number of bathrooms, but there is no one at the service desk for a long time (you need to call him out by phone), its public space is small, so the hotel gives me a very cold feeling, I won't choose this one again next time.

First of all, the hotel is sloppy. There are two lines near the subway station, and it is located in the southwest of the city center: Sakagu and Omega, and other attractions are far away (Shinjuku, Ginza, etc.) to Super Far (Asakusa, Narita, etc.). The hotel is quite quiet and there are quite a lot of types of food. The hotel is perfect, the cafe on the first floor is also red and comfortable, but breakfast is too simple (tuna grilled toast), and it is meaningless to choose a room with breakfast. What surprised me was the service. When I checked out, I wanted to leave my luggage to the front desk and they said, ”Because there are not many lockers, I have to take it myself.” There were many luggage, the plane took off at night, what did they think? ? ? Later, I pulled to the train station and paid 700 yen more to deposit it in the locker... And the next day the front desk asked me to come down and say, ”When cleaning the room, did you find the cigarette smoked? ” I not only did not smoke, but I never smoke, there is no smell of cigarettes in the room. Auntie said the wrong room number, but the front desk did not confirm it and directly blamed the tenants, including luggage, for making me feel that the hotel does not welcome me...

I was very satisfied with the accommodation experience. The three of us stayed for eight days. It was shown on the platform that an extra bed was available, but when we arrived, we found that the room type I booked would be very cramped, so the hotel upgraded the room type for us for free; Downstairs is the Otemachi Subway Station. Opposite there is a convenience store, a drug store, and a commercial building connected to the hotel. The first floor of the commercial building is a food street. There are more than a dozen restaurants to choose from. Some izakayas are open until 12 on weekday nights. point, and the price is very cheap; There are foreign currency exchange machines, machines to help pets dry their hair, free coffee, advanced gym equipment, very user-friendly The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is a bit small, and it can only be reserved for one hour per day as a family.

The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. There are dishes, bowls, spoons, cutlery, and cups. When the weather is bright and the wind is not too strong and the air is not too cold

The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

Look for the Imano Youth Hostel brand. The transportation is convenient. It takes only a little more than 10 minutes to walk to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. It is very close to the nearest subway Shintomicho Station. It is clean and hygienic, the bed is large, and there is a bar and public event space on the second floor. In a place like Ginza, it is considered a very cost-effective youth hostel. I stayed at the Imano Kyoto store before the epidemic, and it was a very good experience. This time, I heard from the clerk of the Imano Tokyo store that the Kyoto store was closed due to the epidemic, which was a pity.

I made a reservation on the net in advance and checked in smoothly. The room was a corner room, so I felt relatively large. The bath towels are packed in vinyl bags, and there is a feeling of cleanliness. On the first floor, there are 4 coin laundry next to the lobby, and there are the same number of dryers on the top, and the washing can be used for 200 yen drying at 30 minutes 100 yen. There was also an ice making machine in the laundry room. It is a convenient hotel with a supermarket in the neighborhood.

The hotel room was very clean and well-stocked. The owner was very nice and drove us to the bus stop. I felt like going home from a trip in a foreign country. I also tasted the dumplings made by the boss himself on New Year’s Eve, which was very warm. We were sitting in the boss's luxury car and watching Mount Fuji soaking in the hot springs. This experience was really good! I feel almost in love with Tokyo! Stay here next time!

It’s a very good experience, and the location is super convenient. Ueno Station is just a few minutes’ walk away. There are hot springs on the roof, which are very comfortable. There are also yogurt, ice cream, and comics. The fly in the ointment is that there is only one elevator

It is 10 minutes from the insane part of SHINJUKU station, so it's really wonderful to be close but not besieged with all that hyperstimulation. The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

The rooms are very small and designed for Japanese clients, while there is a bar fridge, table and chair, the room is very small and the bathroom is tiny too. The elderly need to take care as you need to climb into the bath. Only Japanese language shows are on tv which is strangely situated on the left hand side of the room. All windows are frosted with wires mesh. To be truthful I felt I was in a prison! Toiletries are available downstairs every afternoon. Breakfast is nice, newspapers are available including an English version. Free drinks e.g. coffee and coke etc are available all day till 10 pm. Free washing and drier facilities are available, just bring washing powder or buy it at the front counter. Just up the road is a major train station and shopping centre. The river is close by and makes for a lovely walk. The location is excellent, just the rooms are small and prison like.

Compared to staying at the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Higashi Nihonbashi in the same series, I stayed here for about 1 for about a month because it was more comfortable. Compared to Higashi Nihonbashi, it's a little far from the station, but what was good was The room is a little large. The bathroom is a little large and the bathtub is a little big. Overall new. Especially around the water. The breakfast venue is large, so it is difficult to get dense. There is a USB outlet next to the bed. Despite the full operation of the humidifier, the room was quite dry.

Very well equipped rooms with lot of room/ space. Very helpful front desk. That is the highlight of this property. Location wise it is close to Hatchobori and Kayanacho stations. We mainly used Hatchobori station for our travel and found it to be quite convenient. We had baby stroller with us so one challenge will be that the Hatchobori station doesn’t have elevator. But that is it - we could manage. all in all great property and everything was as promised/ advertised.

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

I really like the decoration style of the hotel. The English at the front desk is very good. There is free bread and coffee in the lobby every morning from 7 to 10 o'clock. It tastes good. There are many convenience stores, drugstores and restaurants near the hotel. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to Shinjuku Isetan, and there are many shopping malls around. The most important point is that the bed in the room is very comfortable, and the 28-inch box can be spread out in the corridor of the room! If you want to live near Shinjuku, bskp is recommended
