However, there was dust on the sofa and it was unmanned, so it was a bit inconvenient because I stayed for several consecutive nights and they didn't provide cleaning or towels. The location is about seven minutes away from the subway exit, easy to find and acceptable. The hotel building is quite new, and the in-room facilities are complete, including toothbrushes, shavers, and hair dryers. There is a small kitchen for simple cooking, and all the utensils are needed are chopsticks and dishcloths. The bathroom shower water pressure is high. Check-in and check-out are all self-service, and the procedures are quite cumbersome (for example, you have already uploaded a copy of your passport when confirming the reservation, but you have to upload it again when you check in, which is very time-consuming). The hotel sent out a lot of email reminders before check-in, but they were all in Japanese (I personally think that if you want to attract foreign guests, please add an English version). In addition, the hotel issued some confusing restrictions (such as not being able to go out of the terrace). There was a strange smell in the room when I checked in, and it didn't go away after staying for three nights.

Clean and spacious room with private balcony. It is about 800 metres from Daimaru Shinsaibashi. The management office is on 2nd floor and they are nice and helpful people. My room equips with high speed wifi, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove and even a washing machine. However, the only downside is lacking a TV set. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Shinsaibashi shopping street is walkable. Nearby Kuromon market. Perfect for Osaka shopping trip. Getting there: Nagahoribashi station is just next door but no lifts - difficult if you have heavy luggage. Take Shinsaibashi station instead and walk a bit to the property. Lobby is not obvious - looks like a restaurant. Look up the buildings for the green hotel name sign. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options but same everyday - 2 soup, Karaage, Smoked Salmon, Hashbrown, Rice, Congee, Rolls, Bread, Cereals and selection of drinks. Stayed in a small twin room. Everything is adequate and comfortable. No bidet in the toilet.

Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station.
