Well appointed rooms with aircon you can operate directly which is a plus. Quiet location and despite how busy it was with guests very quiet at night too. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and had a great choice of hot and cold options. Location was just that too far out to the centre (but perfect for a zoo visit which we did), yet nearby to some of the best restaurants and we sampled a few. Wifi was fast and we had no issues with it. Good satellite tv options, iron and board, tea and coffee facilities as well as a bar fridge and safe are all in the room. Honestly not much more you could ask for - was also spotlessly clean. We used the sauna facility and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was no hassle for management to set it up for us. Thank you for making our stay in Frankfurt a lovely one.

We had booked a single room for four people well before our arrival. On arrival we were told that only two double rooms were available for us. After renegotiating with the service staff, we were reimbursed the difference and breakfast was added to all four people. We could live with that. However, the hotel is definitely getting on in years and would need a renovation in many areas. So if you have high expectations, you've come to the wrong place. If you want to stay overnight cheaply, you can do so here.

The environment is particularly good, and the guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. Although our English is not so fluent, but my brother is very patient. The location is also good, very close to the subway station. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a KFC. The rooms are clean, tidy, quiet, and soundproofed. In short, the experience is great!

      1. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the attractions and also very close to the commercial street. It will take 10 minutes to walk. 2. There is a small free parking lot behind the hotel, and there are also paid parking lots around it. Because we arrived earlier (9 o'clock in the morning), we put the car in the toll parking lot first, and then parked back when there was free space in the afternoon. And the people in the hotel also gave us the room, which is very good. 3. The size of the room is okay, there is no air conditioning, but it is not hot, and there is free mineral water.

Great hotel, perfect location, staff very friendly. Fantastic breakfast despite Corona: croissants, rolls, small but sufficient selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, super teas and a good cappuccino machine. All you need. Even scrambled eggs are freshly prepared and lactose-free milk is available. I was very satisfied, I will book again!

The hotel is very well accessible from the S-Bahnhaltestelle Ostenedstrasse, with the car it is difficult, since the streets around the hotel are currently all included in a building site. I had a cheap single room in the 7. Stock, somewhat uncomfortable located in a staircase, but well furnished and very quiet, which should not be like in the rooms on the street. Breakfast is clearly out. The staff were very careful and engaged and also the meeting service at 2 events I was really good at there.

My family of four stayed at the Suite Fabric Hotel at the start of our German vacation. More of an aparthotel rather than a motel or hotel, we booked the one bedroom apartment as we wanted more space. Indeed the apartment did not disappoint with ample space for our bags, a decent sized living room with kitchenette. There were 2 four posted beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the “hall” outside the bathroom. There was a mobile screen which I guess would be used to segregate the hall bedroom for some privacy. The only thing was there were no lifts, and we were on the second floor. That meant lugging our bags, which wasn’t a big problem, but would be if you weren’t ready for it. As with European aparthotels, there wasn’t airconditioning, and this place had only one fan, which again was ok for us as it was still Spring, but at the height of summer, I imagine would be a problem. Breakfast is a decent spread of deli meats, cheese and breads, which made for a good start. Location is also good, a leisurely 15 min walk to the main square and shopping area. And Uber will get you home at a reasonable price. Tripadvisor reviewers were helpful to share that the reception is not 24 hours, but arrangements could be made to pick up the keys next door at the friendly bar. We arrived late and hence had to pick them up there. Note the bar staff do not speak much English, but a helpful patron assisted with the necessary translations. All in all, a decent accommodations near enough to the city centre.

This is the second time staying here, as it was a business trip I didn't get to pick the hotel but not a problem as I had been before. As with my previous visit, the staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and the main bedroom spacious. Facilities include aircon, TV, free wifi, mini bar (chargeable). There is only one elevator but as this is a small hotel it is not an issue. The location of the hotel is good, being close to bars and restaurants and the U bahn and Zeil is only 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was a selection of meats, cheese, fruits and cereals plus bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. I am not sure if this is a family run hotel, but it does have that feel to it and if I am lucky to have to come back to Frankfurt I would stay here again.

The first challenge arriving in Germany is their complicated ticketing system for the S-bahn/ U-bahn. For this hotel and many other routes you need to buy a single ticket (if you only intend on one journey) which cost about 4,95 euros. Look at the direction of travel to a main stop (usually a landmark or main district) and choose that. If your stop is along the way to that main stop then that is right. All the small stations are not on the ticket machine. Hotel Cult is just a few minutes walk from 2 metro stations, opposite Lidl supermarket and a 24 hour petrol station. The hotel is modern in style and neatly kept. They are currently renovation an area for an extra facility to accommodate a hotel bar. The check in was smooth and the hotel front desk were always very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and cosy with a huge TV although there is no variety of foreign channels, nearly all in German. The bed was also two singles together which moved a bit whenever my wife or I went close to the middle and they have two separate duvets. The bathroom was spacious, no free toiletries (which is good but should be available I hope on request) but has a powerful hairdryer, the slide door was loose but my wife fixed it! The room also has a mini fridge/bar and a safe. The room could have been better equipped with a tea/coffee making facilities and better storage for clothes. We were fortunate to get a good view from our window on the top floor. The cleaning staff were thorough and efficient enough. The breakfast was great and had so much variety! There were cereals, a variety of quality bread, 10 different cheeses, preserves, cold meats, sausages, eggs, good hot drinks dispenser and fruit! The kitchen staff were very attentive in cleaning up after guests as it could get quite busy. Defo try this place!

Good location, new decoration is also good. Elevator card swiping is always bad, and everyone gets confused for a while when entering the elevator. I can't recommend this hotel with good conscience. It's certainly not the worst in this price category, but it has failed in some points that are important to me in a accommodation. This was already started in the room: the room was apparently partly renovated in the early 2000s, the tape floor was plenty of smoothness. The bed was clean, but was rough at every movement. But the pattern was forgotten when the renovation was done. I had dated the late 80s or early 90s, accordingly, their condition was also: golden, smelling to tobacco and partially broken. The whole room was smoking permanently, as it was probably the guests who used the backyard before the window to smoke. Air was only night. The TV did not disturb any sound, although the volume was shown, so we assumed it was broken. But for two nights we did not think any more about it. The bathroom was probably in the original state, so I'm going from a construction period of the house in the 1960s. My grandmother had a very similar equipment in her guest clothes, but better received. After all, almost everything worked here and the shower head was new. Except for the constant tobacco smell, it would have been all too painful, usually I ignore something like that. Old, even harmful device can be very charming. But unfortunately it was also extremely noisy. The house has a 24-hour reception occupied (good service, you must admit) with a bar next to. Our room was now, unfortunately, just next to it and seemed to include everything talked about there as in a box. Even late night hours were operation there so that sleep was not to think. When guests passed a roller bag in the early morning, I would almost have fallen out of bed. The most important thing at a hotel is, I think, that you can sleep there. That was definitely not the case here. Maybe with ears, but not so. Breakfast was admittedly very, very good, there is also the second point for it. Also the staff was mostly very premature - mostly, except for the manager. This was relatively shortly connected in a conversation before the stay.

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

My stay at the hotel in Eschborner Hof was unpleasant experience for me. The first telephone contact after my booking was very nice, and was not to be challenged. The check-in went quickly and I took my room. The hotels Eschborner Hof and Rödelheimer Hof are probably a company and a building separated by two hotel names. The pictures I have seen on the Internet under Booking.com “what probably the hotel itself has published,” is my thought. The pictures were either made very long ago or the photo shop greeted. It may be that there are rooms with superior equipment but I haven't read anything in the description at Booking.com, or that you can only get miserable rooms from a certain price. The furniture or beds on the photos are not present in a normal single room. My closet in the room see picture is probably from the lockwaste or from elsewhere (at least it looks like) because you can also see the holes on the sides that this probably had previously several closets that were shared or but from rests together built. The bed see picture is with cross-sliding screws firmly screwed on one side top on the other side misses a piece of wood and the lattice roast see pictures should not be like that. I've been looking for a smoke dealer in the room, but it seems to be okay because the firefighter probably accepted that when the rooms were taken. The installation of a box, TV table, night box, chair makes the impression that you are either from the lock-waste or have been in use for more than 15-20 years where you can obviously also clearly identify the traces. At the table on which the TV stands: such an IKEA plate costs about € 20 this table plate you could switch without decent it is not a big money and you can reuse your feet but it is probably cheaper to do a cover over it with no one Sees back looks down. It also attached to the pictures. The shower head cap in the bathroom may have also broken, but it would have been costly to take a new position for €20,00, so a metal tube was not put in rustic naturally and it is already roasting at both ends see picture. A piece has been broken off from the toilet paper holder, but this is not important, it's all costing a lot of money see picture. At the entrance door are hole from behind was probably previously with a door closer accident but only the hole remained OK that's not so bad. But you can also see the picture that the door has been opened even once without keys, which is not surprising of course. The main entrance is the whole night on it can everyone get in and out. Of course, cameras are installed only in the direction of entrance and outdoor on the parking places, but what happens in the gangs can not

The room is well divided and the shower is spacious, but the door is glass, so if the three people staying in the room do not have the habit of seeing themselves without clothes, you will have to organise the transit. The toilet door also has no lock and a box or cabinet is missing to leave the clothes, it does not allow to discharge or partially the bags. This is not a problem for the hotel's target audience, the traveler who spends a single night and follows a trip, but may disturb anyone who stays longer. In addition, cleaning is satisfactory, the shower is very good and breakfast has a variety quite acceptable for the network patterns, and all is frequently restored. The parking is not available for cars 2 m or higher so that the cars cannot stay in it.

I'm not going to tell you it's a 4 star hotel but it is sufficient and I'd say of 3 star quality. The rooms were clean . The staff was helpful. As you enter the hotel it does look dated but don't let that fool you. It's the room that counts and that was fine. The immediate area looked shabby and seedy but one block away was fine. You can make your own breakfast and dinner. The hotel has an underground parking lot. Turn right after passing the hotel's main entrance. I don't even know what caused me to be treated like this. A room that wasn't cleaned, two bottles of mineral water finished, quilts that were clearly used, and garbage in the trash can. After entering the room, I called the staff as soon as possible to report the situation of my room. But he just indifferently asked me if I wanted to change the blankets. It was already eleven o'clock in the evening, and for safety reasons, I did not communicate further. I really hope it's not because of racism that I am treated like this as a newcomer to Germany.

This hotel is really good value for money, the location is very convenient, near the train station, light rail station and subway station. However, the law and order in this area is more complicated. There are many homeless people, drug addicts, and drunk people wandering on the streets at night. So be careful. The hotel is very convenient, but the price is not worthwhile. The hotel is located in the large shopping centre (which has the same name) near the hotel. I also took a taxi to the central station. I was charged EUR 23. The room was large and the comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. The dining room is functional without any more. The hotel has a very convenient garage to leave the car and go to the city in Metro if you want. The view is that of a great city. I had a ”bird flight” from my window on the large glass roof of a large public pool (Open to all, at EUR 12 for 2 hours).
