A great hotel in the heart of Ryazan in a cozy place. We have been with family and friends many times and always enjoyed visiting. I would like to note separately the professional team of staff and managers of the hotel and restaurant, the high level of accompanying guests at each stage of their stay at the hotel. Everything is always great - both rooms, and restaurant, dishes in it and of course a pool in the SPA area. If we visit Ryazan again, only to Aragon. And all your friends and acquaintances always advise it. The perfect combination of price and quality of services. So keep! Always your grateful guest, Dmitry.

Mine was a standard room facing the street. An underground parking and an open buffet breakfast were included in the price (ca. RUR 7,000 ≈ USD 92 per night). Great location in downtown Ryazan', nice sort of Münster-esque façades, a quirky reception area, diverse and copious breakfast buffet, Champagne every morning (!), very well-trained staff, clean rooms, unintrusive but reliable security. A good four-star property. One of the best - if not the best - in that city.

Residing in the hotel for three days, the impressions remained the most positive. Very polite and hospitality staff. When booked the room - contacted us promptly, answered questions. Without problems, they settled earlier and allowed to leave things when leaving. A good spacious and comfortable room with everything necessary. Location- of course I would like to be closer to the center, but not critical at all. From the shortcomings of the room I can mark the unclosed door of the toilet. On breakfast. Everything is delicious enough. It was especially pleasant that we lived in Easter and on this day there were also painted eggs and couches on breakfast. Very delicious baking. The food was disappointed by the absence of pancakes (cheese, oats). Since I don 't eat for breakfast cashy, omlets and more so other garniers, tomorrow for me was exclusively of cold food. And also a little upset that on the photos of the same kinds of baking on several species, and in fact only one kind of bakery (truly, as I wrote earlier - very delicious). I would like to note separately that the food was hot, as very often in hotels for breakfast we ask for extra heat as everything is fast cooling. There was no such problem here. There was not enough toaster yet. So the hotel definitely recommends to everyone.

Everything is great there. And the price is the lowest of this level of convenience. The only one, take a liquefied for guests how to behave in common places of residence. Hearing, like everywhere, is very good. And loud conversations of neighbors are disturbing. The sound of the trains I like not often. And the maid would better close your room on the floor while they communicate there. But it's as if you're sitting with them in the company, and you want to sleep in the morning. I choose this hotel for the second time, by the way.

I visit this hotel on work not the first time and in the future only your hotel!!! It is very nice to work with Valeria, always will tell and do everything in the shortest time. The hotel itself is pleasant, always clean. At the restaurant: No complaints about food, but the service staff in the summer was much more effective than the one I saw in December. We went to May holidays, all hotels are busy , we got Lovevch- semi-luxe for 4 400. Of course the price is high , but it was worth it. The room is large, of two rooms, in the bathroom. There was everything necessary--, tea set, refrigerator, tv in every room, safe, soap set, slippers, well in general everything - what should have been, everything was. Near the station, but it didn't interfere, nothing was heard, but here we used the parking near the station. The cost included breakfast - if you are not preserved to eat and eat - cuts, vegetable salads, sausages, boilers, pasta, butter, bread, coffee/tea, chilli, chilli, creature. Sweet only a little if you come by 9, there's nothing. The only thing that the bed was not charted to us , but we don't need it, just the service form was written.
