This is my 4.5th time staying at this hotel. In addition to liking the style of the hotel, I personally particularly care about the quiet environment and breakfast environment. It just so happens that this hotel meets my personal preferences, and the location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to Terminal 21 for shopping and walking on the beach. It is a very good hotel. I hope the hotel can change the shower head in the bathroom🚿. This old style shower head is too inconvenient.

Really enjoyed our stay at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated with cutting edge technology, which is always great. The property itself is massive with all the facilities you need. The main attraction - the waterpark has clearly been well thought out with attractions so that there's something for everyone - no matter the age. Most importantly, my 5yr old daughter thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - so that means we'll most definitely be back!

Just opened for service, not yet complete in every part, everything is new and very clean, good view, soft bed and pillows, very comfortable to sleep in. The swimming pool is on the 24th floor, not very big, but beautiful and has a good view. The bathroom has no doormat, no coffee, only a kettle.

Two weeks ago we returned from our beloved Tai. Thailand has changed in many ways, many cafes, hotels and salons have been closed. Many excursions were not planned. It is not surprising, since Tai opened to tourists only in July. During this time, several new large hotels were built in the north part of Pattaya. Only we return to ”Sunshine Garden” each time. This small but very cozy hotel with a beautiful green area and a cool pool for the eighth time met us with open arms, as well as the sincerity and friendliness of the guys at the reception and the entire staff. Thanks to them, we always felt us as at home. You are not one of the masses of vacationers in the hotel, but a welcome guest, where they are happy to see you and where they try to help you in every possible way, if necessary. It's worth a lot when you get recognized even after three years of absence. A pleasant surprise was a beautiful birthday greeting, although this was not emphasized anywhere. When asked twice for breakfast to cook one dish according to our preferences, all subsequent days they did it for us without reminders. No matter how many times we return to Thailand, we will always stay at our favorite ”Sunshine Garden”. Good luck guys, prosperity and many vacationers. Hope to return back! We recently stayed here on a couple holiday at the end of April 2023. We had stayed here previously but it had been over 10 years since we've been back. Location is excellent with the new Terminal 21 shopping centre very close by, only 5 mins walk away. Plenty of other little shops around - nice bakeries, 7 elevens, massage places. And with Pattaya, you can just about get anyway with their 10 baht bus which is just outside the apartments. We booked a studio apartment and although the apartment was getting older in age, the room itself was really great and huge. Small kitchenette with all the things you need for it, a full size fridge and microwave. There was plenty of storage to put your luggage and a walk in wardrobe which was really handy. Separate shower, toilet and bathtub with good water pressure. Bed was super comfortable and big. Modern big tv with Netflix channels etc. The pool was lovely to cool off at the end of a warm days and you could even use the Woodlands Resort pools next door if wanted. Both resort and apartments surrounded by beautiful leafy gardens that you forget you're in the middle of a city. We didn't have the breakfast included but the cafe downstairs looks really nice. We will definitely be back again when in Pattaya :)

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

We booked a pool villa quite near to the pool and eating area. Pros: Room itself is nice and well organized even with a small office section. The bathroom is nice. Comfortable bed. Good cleaning every day. At the pool bar there is a micro wave you can use for free. Also free drinking water. The staff in the lobby is helpful and especially the resort manager (Thai lady) is doing her best to make your stay to be a good experience. It is pleasant to sit with your laptop or tablet in the eating area in front of pool. You get the genuine feeling of being in a closed garden with lots of nice plants and trees. Great surroundings to relax. Cons: Less water pressure in the shower. No espresso machine for good quality coffees. No restaurant or cooking – foods are supplied from outside sub-contractor. Some of the staff in the pool bar do not speak English. The entrance doors to the pool villas have a large gap to the frame and needs door-replacement and sealing on the door-frame. When the door being locked from inside, anyone can enter the room with a minor kick on the door from outside. We have stayed here twice and before Let’s Hyde had a great Lounge Area with comfortable sofas and chairs in front of the pool. In favor of 4 sun beds now the comfy Lounge furniture was moved to an area in front of the lobby where there also is a pool table. You don’t go to that area to sit remotely, thus very unfortunate Lounge section is not around the pool area anymore. At the opposite end of the pool there’s lots of free space for extra sunbeds, enabling the Resort to keep the lounge section in front of the swimming pool. The fixed sections with curtains on the left side of the pool are actually nice, but the roof is a sun penetrating plastic transparent roof making you wish to lay under an sun proof parasol instead. There is only 3 parasols placed on the right side of the pool and these parasols are not allowed to be mowed following the sun during the day, making the parasols useless! The locking mechanism is not strong enough to the wind resulting the parasol immediately to provide no shade which it is supposed to. A couple of hours every evening the multiple Bats in the trees above the various rooms around the Resort are quite noisy, but you get used to it. The swimming pool not being kept clean on a daily basis. It seemed like the filtration is not working. The water is not clear and the water surface is floating with sun cream and other oily stuffs. When we claimed this to the reception they were not really interested and we asked them to go with us for their own examination and they agreed that the pool was dirty and off course not acceptable. We stopped using the pool because of this.

I stayed at the Green Park for a few nights in Pattaya which is good hotel is a nice location set back off the main road. The hotel offers a wonderful reception with a very open style which I enjoyed. Checking into my room it was very spacious with a good bathroom and rain shower, complementary water and hot drinks facilities were extra nice. The view of the pool from the balcony over the gardens gave a very relaxing feel. The AC in the room wasn't the strongest so meant I was very warm during the night and made it uncomfortable to sleep. There are plenty of sunbeds around to use during the day and the pool itself is very big offering a lazy river style and nice swim up bar. Overall its a good hotel in the great location, and if you want to enjoy all that pattaya has to offer but also enjoy some quiet time - this is the hotel to stay in - I would stay again.

Вынужден был сюда поселиться, друзья приехали сюда. Самый главный минус - это русские туристы. Поэтому наверное и персонал угрюмый. Лежаки у бассейна поломаны, сетка вырвана, лежать нужно либо полубоком, либо головой в центре лежака), иначе нормально раположиться только на трех перекладинах из металлопроката). Завтрак более чем, как сытный обед. Много овощей! Был даже картофель запеченый, за 3 месяца в Таиланде я оказалось соскучился по нему. Много мяса, но утром так жрать!) это не для всех. Из фруктов доставался мне только арбуз. Как выносили драгон фрукт, ананас или папайю за 9 дней я не видел, только видел полные тарелки у некоторых - тех кто успел схватить по 15 кусков - пол подноса сразу в одни руки. Шторы плотные, сантехника норм, комната огромная. У бассейна наши дети шумнее всех других. До сих пор картина перед глазами - с криками из водного пистолета один 7-9 летка растреливал азиатскую семью, новый год тут такой) кричал другим: ”мочи этих грязных прыщей, они всё равно не понимают”, минут 20 донимал, и совсем маленькую девочку расстреливал, и постарше подростков, выбирал именно по цвету кожи), нормальную интелигентную семью из 4 детей и папу, пока их папа на тайском не показал пальцем вверх и пригрозил. Приехав сюда русские относятся и смотрят на местных как не на равных, видят себя титульной нацией, не знаю почему, но мало кто даже пару слов на тайском выучил, ”здравствуйте” и ”спасибо” не знают. Одна бабка у бассейна громко хвасталась, что не подошла к обгоревшим и красным немцам на пляже, и не сказала им, что они уже красные и им хватит загорать, мол, так я отомстила им за великую отечественную)🤪. На пляже тоже разговоры о войне: и хорошо что мы не перестанем делать ракеты, и какие все вокруг не благодарные страны... Меня дико напрягло всё это. Если держаться от наших подальше, то нормально, но в этом отеле это получится с трудом. В общем, отель портят сами туристы. Солнце и тайские улыбки, но не тут... в этом отеле русские научили персонал не улыбаться. На следующий день был счастлив увидеть улыбающегося администратора, но) в другом отеле.

Had heard and read many good things but actually quite disappointed. The enormous swimming pool is more of a walking pool as is only 1.2m in depth. The breakfast was the most disappointing of any hotel I have stayed in in Thailand if you want European food. The Thai and Indian selection looked pretty good but not sure my Western stomach could have faced some of the dishes. The location to the beach is excellent and agree to try and get a sea facing room. Lovely view. It is quite a walk out of town but there are regular Songthews. The bed is very comfortable but the TV is virtually useless, situated 90 degrees to the bed with an awful selection of channels if not Thai. Never got the pairing function to work. It would have been good if one or two of the reception staff had spoken a little English. Wouldn’t return.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay in Thai Gardens. Staff wonderfully polite and helpful from start to finish of 10 day stay. Room was basic as resort little older than some but bed large and comfortable. Everything in good order. Pool is huge and easy to secure sunbed although July has higher rainfall so hotel quieter. Guests mainly Germans or Asians from range of countries. Breakfast was good with sufficient choice. Bar prices very reasonable. Location, as said, close to Terminal 21 which has huge range of shopping and eateries but bit more expensive. Resort is quiet day and night. Short walk to beach. Overall, a good standard of a accommodation that represented value for money.

Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

First of all, there is no front desk in this apartment. If you come, I suggest asking Ctrip to go to their office to pick up the keys. I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

Hotel is Indian. Rooms are not big, clean, fresh, no insects. Very liked bedding. Pillows are very good, increased size, blanket bulge - smiled. Room cleaning is good. Minibar is not in the room. The refrigerator is empty, very small. Breakfasts, just like the hotel itself, are more targeted at Indians, but the chickens, eggs of all kinds, milk, fruit, vegetables, cruisances in abundance. Location-on amateur. The serious shortcomings - related rooms - between the door numbers. Hearing 100% if the neighbouring room is settled. We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. I have serious questions on the integrity culture of this hotel. When I was checking out they said “everything is complete” without returning my security deposit money. When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!) Unbelievably unprofessional attitude. Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room. I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

I like it, impressed with many things, there is a security guard, hailing the car as well. Lovely staff speak very well. The staff in front of the counter speaks well. Breakfast has a lot to choose from. The atmosphere is very good both during the day and at night. In a clean and tidy room I will definitely go again.

Very nice place friendly staff breakfast is ok ..the pool is great and have a bar with great cappucino and good staff. the room very clean and new. The bed is one of the best beds I had in Thailand and I had many !! it's huge and comfy it's for sure this hotel is a good value for your money ..when o Pattaya they will see me again :)

There is a bar on the ground floor and music will play all night. It is very noisy in the morning because new people are moving in. Room without windows. There were used rubber bands in the trash In general, I don’t recommend staying at this hotel for a long time to bring a girl for a one-time visit. There are much better hotels at the same price

Bear in mind that when you are set up, you will take 500 batts for cleaning, there is no information on this in the booking. It was unpleasant to know that, because the app has already paid in advance and we did not plan to spend cash on cleaning. The apartment is good. There are dining appliances, breakfast table on the balcony. The view to the pool, not apartments opposite, but office. To the center is not close, about 20 minutes on a bike, if you rent for a short period, you will have to choose transportation. Tuk-tucks don't travel practically.

They lived on the villa N10, at the very end of the pool. The villa went out with windows to the wall of the nearby hotel, not to the pool. But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.
