The room is nice and clean. There is no breakfast at the hotel, only coffee and tea, but the room has a kitchen and there is a supermarked Wegmann very close by, so it works very well together. There is only weekly cleaning at the hotel, but you can get clean towels, when needed. Nice and close to Boston, it´s a 20-25 mins drive.

The Archer is, for the most part, a lovely hotel, contemporary and refined, with many extraordinary touches, including high-quality fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen and lovely bed linens. But it has one flaw which undermined the experience for my wife and me. The shower water pressure, presumably a function of flow restrictors, was wholly inadequate. As a result, the lovely shower fixtures are wasted. The pressure was barely enough, even using just the hand-held spray, to rinse off. There was also something dodgy about the thermostat, as the shower temperature got stuck on very hot, and only added cold once I turned the shower off completely and then on again. We conveyed our displeasure to the front desk upon departure. The attendant assiduously took notes, but indicated that she's gotten this complaint numerous times before. Of course she has -- this problem isn't room specific; it's a function of the building's water pressure and the fixtures. No doubt this has been a recurring problem, one which won't be eliminated until flow restrictors are eliminated or adjusted and water pressure is increased, or the fixtures themselves are adapted or replaced. The Archer was a lovely hotel, but I would not return unless this problem were fixed. A bad shower is no way to end a trip or start a day.

I enjoy this hotel whenever visiting family in the Boston area. It’s comfortable, newer and close to wonderful shopping/restaurants. Staff are always great. You can’t go wrong with the one bedroom suite. It’s quite roomy. Burlington is a nice town with a great selection of restaurants. Boston is about 25-30 min drive. I’ll be back.

The hotel is very good, I have stayed several times, the breakfast is very good, the room facilities are quite normal, very close to the burlington mall next to it, not far from the Korean supermarket and nordstrom rack discount store, the best is to drive for 3 minutes. Sichuan is very authentic Sichuan cuisine.

I almost ALWAYS stay at Marriott properties. As someone who used to work closely with Marriott on developing and measuring customer service and cleanliness standards, I was sorely disappointed. This property looked good online, but pictures are deceiving. This is most obviously an older hotel. It smells like it was once smoked in (you can never really get that nasty smell out). We checked in and were told that the onsite restaurant, CHOPPS, was closed ”due to covid.” Isn't it about time we stop using that excuse for EVERYTHING? Sure, there are legitimate Covid-related excuses, but all of the other restaurants in town are open. What makes this one Covid-prone? The only food options for the evening or for breakfast the next morning were from the ”Fresh Bites” menu - limited and highly-overpriced options for food. $12 for a breakfast sandwich? C'mon! Thank goodness there are so many options for dining in Burlington. After unpacking, we noticed there was ZERO documentation in the room. No hotel directory, nothing stating the check-in and check-out times, local restaurant choices, food choices within the hotel, etc. We headed to the front desk to ask for one. The female front desk associated laughed at me before answering, ”we don't have a hotel directory.” It was as if I had asked a ridiculous question. We asked how to get to the pool and she let us know it was two floors down. The hot tub was also closed ”due to Covid” yet BOTH the indoor and outdoor pools were open. How does this make sense? The changing rooms were closed ”due to Covid” as well, meaning we had to walk all the way back to our room in sopping wet bathing suits. To get to the outdoor pool you need to go through the indoor pool area, yet, you can't get back in that same way and there is no signage indicating this or where you should go to reenter the building. This left us walking around the side of the building looking for an entrance in the blistering heat. I had asked for a rollaway bed in my online reservation. One was not provided. No big deal, but when I called down and asked for one to be delivered, the male front desk attendant blandly informed me that they ”don't have rollaway beds due to Covid.” Seriously? But we can use the regular beds in the room? Again, this makes ZERO sense. There are very noisy mattress protectors on the beds - we all kept each other up all night long due to the sounds these make when tossing and turning. The furniture in the room is rather worn. The bathroom has a HORRIBLE sliding glass door which refuses to stay closed by itself unless you remove it from the track it runs on and kind of shove the door behind the track to create tension. The bathroom has inadequate lighting (forget being able to do your hair and makeup) and zero ventilation. Even when showering with the door open, the mirror completely fogged up making getting ready even more difficult. The best part of the bathroom was the shower heads, believe it or not. They seemed new and t

The breakfast was great, the hotel was very quiet and the room was very good. There is a play ground environment nearby, especially for children, adults can take a walk, hot water and coffee all day long.

Do NOT stay here!! We booked our reservation a week in advance and called the hotel 3 TIMES the day of our stay to confirm our arrival. When we showed up, our room was given to other people, who were not even in the system, so NOBODY knows how they got in there! The hotel wouldn’t kick them out, and then tried to give us a room that someone had clearly been LIVING IN!! Laundry everywhere, food all over the place, a charger plugged in, etc. We waited 2 hours before being forced to drive back home at 1:30 in the morning. Oh, and I forgot to mention that we live 6 HOURS AWAY! I wish I could give this hotel a ZERO star rating for the way we were treated. I honestly could go on and on about this horrid experience. Just appalling.

The rooms and staff are fine, but they gouge you if you try to cancel. I tried to cancel by email twice, and no one responded. I called and canceled but no one told me I was being charged a $100 “cancellation fee”, even if I cancelled 8 months before the reservation. I called again to ask about it and was told it was a booking fee, not a cancellation fee, apparently for the privilege of booking a room. When I said I had stayed in plenty of relays chateau in the past and never seen that before, I was told that I could apply it to a new booking. So, I booked a room on a random date next January which I will undoubtedly change when I next need to stay in Lexington again. So, at least 5 interactions to avoid being charged $100. While Gordon Gekko thinks greed is good, I am not sure that applies to the hospitality industry
