Hotels Near Silverlens In Makati
1.08km from SilverlensNever book here. Why? My girlfriend and I booked a hotel room for two weeks there for her COVID quarantine. They claim they are on the accredited government list for an approved space for the mandatory two week quarantine, but when my girlfriend got to the airport they are clearly not as the government official refused to let her go to the hotel since it isn't on the revised list for hotels accredited for visitors coming from countries with the new virus strain. Since this wasn't our fault, we expected a full refund. They refused to do the refund and kept 100% of her money despite staying zero out of 14 nights there when contacted by the Booking rep. They kept the money under fraudulent terms. I should note we have contacted them through their official website, Facebook, Twitter, and have not heard a response from any of these platforms. We are reporting them to DTI on Monday.

1.17km from SilverlensHelp a friend to book. After staying in, friends continue to praise. This friend is doing business consulting. He often flies around at home and abroad. He has very high requirements for hotels, so he will not stay in hotels below four-star level.
1.2km from SilverlensThe hotel is not eye-catching, but it is the best location, located in the heart of Makati and Manila's cosmopolitan city, wherever you are. If you only use two words to evaluate, then the word is warm, the room has a style of European old houses, although there has never been lived before, but there is a feeling of deja vu.
1.2km from SilverlensPrices fluctuated too much, more than three hundred more than one hundred the next day. The space is quite large, but the sound insulation is too poor. . The smoking fine is also two thousand five hundred. . ****
1.21km from SilverlensThe breakfast was delicious, the room was very big, and I liked the smell of chrysanthemums, but the windows could not be opened. The air-conditioning sound was very big in my room, and it was noisy, but it was generally good. I got off the taxi at T4. In the past, it was less than 150 p. When you left, t4 was about 200 p. The spa requires an appointment. The price is quite good.
1.22km from SilverlensThe appearance basically looks like a guest house. The room can be said to be a balcony room. The balcony is a wall. The balcony door cannot be opened, so the entire balcony and lighting are not related. The overall feeling is almost the same as the seven-day conditions in China. So don't ask too much for this price
Note: there are no slippers here, and mineral water in the room is charged
1.3km from SilverlensVery good five star hotel, highly recommended.
The hotel has high-end decoration, large rooms with bathtub and shower, and complete facilities. I have experienced the swimming pool, gym and SPA of the hotel. I highly recommend everyone to enjoy it.
Hotel staff can be described as "welcome and courteous", the best five-star hotel service staff I have ever seen. The price difference between weekdays and weekends can be doubled, so please book early.
The hotel is located in the center of Makati, opposite the hotel's main entrance is the green belt mall, but the entrance of the green belt mall to the hotel is sealed and renovated. Seeing that the slogan was reopened in the fourth quarter of 2020, this is also around Go another 100 meters to another entrance to enter the mall. The law and order around the hotel should be okay, not much shopping. At the airport, it takes about 20 minutes to grab the hotel and the hotel is under normal traffic jam, about 350 pesos, plus 45 pesos at your own expense.
In addition, there is Starbucks in the green belt mall opposite the hotel. The City Cup is less than 90 RMB, which is cheaper than the Starbucks City Cup in Guangzhou. Alipay and WeChat can be used to help others buy a few. If you have a Starbucks City Cup, you can go to sweep the goods.
1.36km from SilverlensMy family and I, including my 90-year old mother, stayed in a 2-bedroom suite at the 21st floor of the Raffles hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of the month. Despite coming in late in the evening, the hotel was fully staffed to welcome and assist us settle into our room with ease and comfort. Right off the bat, we felt safe staying in the hotel – from security screening of vehicles entering the facilities, canine-(bomb) check of guests’ luggage, to temperature monitoring of guests as biosafety checks for COVID-19. The lobby was awesome, and we’re equally awed by the spaciousness of the rooms, the high-end appliances and quality of toiletries provided. As we were all tired from a 17-hour flight from Washington, D.C., we all slept like a child under complete cover from city lights and noise. One of my sons wakes up early and orders room-serviced breakfast every morning, which a hotel server promptly brings up at 5:30 am in a well-presented table setting. Absolutely professional and exceptional service. The rest of the family ate breakfast at The Spectrum which offered a variety of breakfast cuisine – Indian, Filipino, American, Japanese including desserts and fruit juices. I specifically craved for their Arroz caldo, fried fish (danggit), longganisa and other Filipino delicacies. The rest of the day was spent shopping, as Raffles hotel is a walk-away from Glorietta and Greenbelt shopping stores. My wife and I often visited the gym and swam at the 4th floor pool, as the Raffles’ pool located in the 9th floor was under renovation (minor disappointment). All in all, from arrival to departure, the hotel staff provided exceptional service and our stay at Raffles hotel was nothing short of a very pleasant experience. Will I be coming back to stay in this hotel? Absolutely!
1.44km from SilverlensWhat we don’t like is that, when came back that we saw our dirty towels was hanging inside the shower room ( I dunno why ).
I called (7pm) guest service for towels she said will follow up to housekeeping - 7:30pm I called again to follow up & almost
8pm I decided to go down and this bellman asked me what I need I asked for 2 sets of towels almost an 1hour still I don’t have
Finally 8:15pm I got the towels I asked the housekeeping guy he just smile & said sorry. ( W O W )
1.46km from SilverlensThe location of the location is a bit biased, the hotel is clean, the room is small, but enough. The air conditioner says that the window noise is a bit loud. There is no towel and slippers. You need to bring your own towels and slippers. The breakfast needs to be confirmed the day before and the front desk. Otherwise, the next day is not given. The price is high. There is only a little room with small bugs crawling, like ants. Smaller than ants
1.47km from SilverlensThe core area of Makati is conveniently located next to shopping malls and restaurants. There is an Italian restaurant that is super delicious. If you want to go, you can search for Italian restaurants. It seems to be five stars. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. There are only two hotels in the hotel. Elevator, a bit slow during peak hours.
Hotels Near Silverlens In Makati Review
The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but the room is clean and homey, and it feels comfortable, but the light is very dim and it is more depressing. Also, you must ask clearly about the smoking and non-smoking rooms. Don’t be forced by the front desk staff as we do Asked to charge a fine of 5000p, but then Ctrip's caviar came out to solve it for us. Ctrip's service staff was very good and praised
Great place to stay. With the pandemic everything was clean and very sanitary. They were not able to clean the room everyday in order to reduce contact as much as possible, which I appreciated. The staff was very receptive about bringing clean towels or anything that I needed. Had brief problems with the WIFI, but the hotel had the IT staff correct the problem within about 20 minutes. I am very appreciative of the staff.
I did mark the facilities down, but only to make a traveler aware. During this pandemic, they can't have a pool open. It is still on the website, so travelers just need to know what to expect and be patient! They will take great care of you! I will stay again!
I decided to stay in the Makati area, so I took this hotel, which I had been concerned about for two nights. From check-in, the staff's response is elegant and sophisticated unlike hotels in the Malate area.
When you enter the room, you can look down on the green belt from the large window, and the room has a bathtub, sufficient amount of water and water pressure, and sophisticated equipment. It is still new and shiny and comfortable. What is a little strange is that there is no free bottled water, a water purifier is installed, and I will use this.
The location and surroundings (I only walked around Greenbelt ...) were so sophisticated that I couldn't imagine the Philippines, so I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.
The check-out date is March 15th, which is just the "Lockdown" start date for Metro Manila. The road to the airport is in a "rattle" state ... It was the first strange sight. It arrived in 10 minutes though!
Points for choosing a room: Of course, the higher floors have a better view, but there is nothing to obstruct, so I think there is no oppression even on lower floors.

Good location without breakfast
I stayed in the Philippines for two nights during the National Day holiday. The location is very good. I took a taxi from the airport Grab to about 300 pesos. From the hotel to the Spanish city of Kings and Manila Cathedral, it is about 300 pesos. There is a home 7-11 diagonally opposite the hotel. Snacks are still very convenient. There are several Korean restaurants around. At night, the nearby bar street is very lively, but it is recommended to go to the bar on the top floor of the hotel. The consumption is not expensive. It is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor view overlooks the entire night view of Manila. The jellyfish wall is also psychedelic. You can have a drink at night. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows. I told the front desk at check-in that I wanted a room with a high floor. The front desk was very satisfied and satisfied, so the city view was unobstructed. The bed was comfortable and had a thick quilt (many hotels in Manila have quilts that are the same as sheets). The Mini Bar refrigerator has two free bottles of mineral water and two bottles of juice, and the supplies are OK. In addition, the swimming pool is a big feature. It is close to the street. It is recommended to take half of the swimming pool and half of the street. The effect is great. The bottom of the pool is glass. You can directly see the people coming in and out of the lobby. , Play with your phone. We had a buffet breakfast at the hotel for two days, the variety was quite rich, and the tastes were mainly Asian and Western. Overall, this hotel gives me the feeling of a civilian version of W Hotel. The more amazing places are the rooftop bar at night and the swimming pool in the evening. In addition, please remind me that smoking is not allowed in hotel rooms in the Philippines. If you smell smoke when you check out, you have to pay a fine. There is a special smoking room next to this hotel restaurant. Men who smoke can enjoy there.
The peninsula hotel with the highest cost performance in the world, the price of less than 1k includes double breakfast, which is simply impossible in other cities. Although it is cheap, the service can keep up with it. The hotel is full of smiles and greetings, and the service is completely perfect. Breakfast belongs to the Southeast Asian style is not delicious, it is recommended to try the hotel's spa horse kill chicken, the price is less than 500rmb is super cheap, and the quality is good. It is recommended to book a refurbished room. The elegant old room is very smelly. It doesn't matter if you encounter it. Tell the hotel that they will help you upgrade for free. Haha, 100 points!
This hotel is highly recommended for budget travellers. I give 5 stars however i hope they can have a rug (basahan) because the water from the bathroom gets to the floor easily. A basahan can quickly fix problem with the water getting all over the place. Still highly recommended for people in a budgey who wants to stay for 1 to few days. Carenderias are everywhere and if you want to eat something expensive you can just take a taxi for 100 pesos to bcg and get yourself something nicer than carenderia. There is a jollibee and 711 nearby around 5 minute walk and if you are too lazy to lift your finger there is a convenient store on the ground floor. The staffs are nice and helpful. If you need to print some documents they can for 10 pesos per page perfect for business travelers who might need some documents printed
The location is the best right in front of the shopping mall, the location is the best, the room is small for the price, the breakfast was attached, but it seems that it is late anyway and the meal contents are substantial After selecting the pancakes, the eggs were an extra charge, so I felt a little bit more. He / she carried baggage and the staff was kind, but thinks that it is not enough when we think about price.
Overall, the space is large, the beds are a bit small, the air conditioning is sufficient, there are convenience stores nearby, the hotel location is great, there are restaurants in the mall when you go out, and the check-in experience is still OK
Eating around nine o'clock is not very convenient. Same as dormitory. There are six bunk beds. If you want a cheap one. It's ok to live. The price is cheap. It's ok to live.
It is J's birthday month so to start the celebration I booked a staycation in Aruga.
1. Location just in front of Powerplant Mall in Rockwell Makati so easy access to shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
2. Made by Rockwell land so high end finish and feel. Small but elegant lobby.
3. We booked a 1 bedroom premier so bigger space with designated living room and dining nook.
4. Swimming pool is shared with the Edades condominium residents but we never felt crowded. relaxing pool.
5. Gym is shared with the Edades condominium residents. Gym is spacious with numerous equipment for a full workout.
5. It is actually a service apartment rather than a full service hotel so rooms are complete with appliance to cater to long staying guests ie washer and dryer, stove, microwave, toaster and full kitchen utensils.
COULD BE IMPROVED:
1. During check-in I reiterated my request for a quiet room as initially indicated in my booking site.
FO Miguel said we will be getting a quiet room. We actually got Rm312. This corner room being on the lower floor of the building, we could hear a lot of traffic and vehicle noise throughout the night even with all the drapes drawn so we had a less than restful stay.
2. Separate bedroom had a musky scent (amoy kulob). It could have been the bed linens that was causing this because we felt a little itchy while in bed. This also triggered my nasal allergies. I reported this to the FO in the morning in passing going to breakfast and in fairness was offered to have someone spray the bedroom. I declined since spraying a strong or disinfectant scent will further aggravate my allergies.
3. For the stay price, please avoid processed juice. The dalandan juice during breakfast was left untouched after a single sip.
4. No sauna or steam which is a personal preference so not a deal breaker.
In conclusion, Aruga is actually a service apartment rather than a full service hotel. Guests should temper their expectations on breakfast options since "inclusive" food options are confined to the menu of Mesclun Cafe. Each guest is entitled to one breakfast course from the menu but the salad, cereal, bread, fruit and coffee were buffet style.
Customer service specially from the breakfast lounge was top notched.
Aruga is ideal for a short business stay or long staying guests centered in Rockwell. For staycations and weekenders, full service hotels in the Makati CBD would be an option worth reviewing.
First of all, I am very grateful to Ctrip for allowing me to find a comfortable hotel with a reasonable price in a foreign country. This is a place that cannot be reached by taxi directly. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk. The hotel room is large and has a balcony. The room has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, WiFi signal is very good, the cooling effect of the air conditioner is also very good, it is said that the noise is a bit too big (it is an old-fashioned air conditioner after all) The accommodation here is very quiet, and the service staff below are also very good I don’t understand English, but their smiles make me feel like the neighbors I met in my hometown, kind and warm. I stayed here today is the 4th night, I can not bear the excitement in my heart, now this real evaluation, I hope you in the Philippines can see it can help you. I also hope that you in China will have the opportunity to travel to the Philippines. The people here are warm and hospitable. I have been here for 2 years. The Filipinos are just like the Chinese, sunny, talkative, lively and enthusiastic. Thank you for reading! ! !
The unexpectedly large room is a living room plus a bedroom, surrounded by a supermarket convenience store ATM, it is more convenient, the environment is not as chaotic as imagined, there are many Chinese restaurants around, Chinese people are also very convenient to eat, that is, Chinese food is popular Very expensive, not bad, service is also very good, Filipinos are basically good in English, communication is no problem
Good points are location and service. The location is just a few minutes walk to the green belt. There is no customer abandonment, as is often the case with hotel condos. If you ask the front desk, they will respond immediately. The bad thing was that the building was a bit old and there were about 5 small flies in the room. I killed everything. Overall cost performance is high.
Bonifacio Global City
Hotel staff are super nice, room is clean just need a table for eating meals or maybe a small fridge, location was really hard to find its in a residential neighborhood, dogs barking at night or early morning. Wifi was a bit challenging, tv wasn’t working the way it should, have to get up and point tv really close to cable box. Needs a side table near the bed, phone should be by bedside, its affixed to the wall have to get up while in bed to pick it up when it rings. Rooms are really small. The staff however made up for what it lacks.
Very close to the greenbelt, right next to the mall, shopping is very convenient, the city of Caladi is rich, CBD, very prosperous. . However, the hotel was old for a long time, the space was very small, and the sheets were not white enough. In the first two days of the trip, the air conditioner on the upper floor of the air conditioner dripped annoyingly for two nights. It was good to inform the front desk and improved. The air conditioner was the kind of cold air. The machine blows the fan blade and pulls it down directly to the head. It is super uncomfortable. After a shower, I found that I didn’t put a toothbrush. It’s speechless. I have to pay a deposit for this hotel stay. One night, one thousand pesos, when the deposit is refunded. It will take a long time to return to the country to get the account. In general, the hotel itself is really not very good in all aspects. The main geographical location has an advantage. The waiter's attitude is better. Breakfast is also available.
The price is very high, it is suitable for temporary stay, there is a restaurant downstairs, only a minute away from the convenience store, daily shopping is also convenient, and the most important point, there is a separate shower in the room, overall, the stay experience is very good,
Okay, I really don’t want to see you when I really like someone. I also like this show very much. I saw this show. I saw this show.
Hotel apartment, very beautiful house, the apartment is also well managed, there is a swimming pool on the sixth floor, smoking area, breakfast is not included, I asked one of the next 900 pesos, I was not willing to eat, I read the previous review about smoking, specifically I asked the front desk and said that as long as I smoke in the house, I will be fined. It ’s not a good idea to smoke. So I always smoke on the sixth floor. It ’s not bad. I do smoke because it affects people. Already. The room is fully furnished, can cook, there are pots and pans, but there is no seasoning, there is a washing machine dryer, there are washing powder, the surrounding environment is also good, there are 7-11, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the nearby mall, very good hotel
The hotel is not eye-catching, but it is the best location, located in the heart of Makati and Manila's cosmopolitan city, wherever you are. If you only use two words to evaluate, then the word is warm, the room has a style of European old houses, although there has never been lived before, but there is a feeling of deja vu.
The staff were really nice and very accommodating. They made sure I am comfortable with my stay so they presented me two rooms to choose from.
I extended my stay to 2 more days because I really loved that it's accessible, close to a lot of establishments (restos and bars), and it's located in a place where it is quiet in spite of it being in busy places like Makati Ave and Kalayan and Burgos.

very satisfied! The room is very clean, even the corners are clean and dust-free, although it is by the side of the road, there is no noise at all, and the sound insulation is very good! There are 7-11 downstairs, there are many restaurants, the location is very good. The price for a room of more than 80 square meters feels very good value!
This hotel becomes my favorite place in Makati Area. This was our 3rd time to stay. I really enjoy the room specially with very clean and very discent place. I only suggest that the receptionist may recognized those Guests that often stay in their hotel.
Also complimentary water and simple hygiene kit should always be in the room upon the arrival of the Guest no nees to call for follow up.
But over all it was a discent place to stay in Makati Area. Ill see you soon👍😉 keep it up🙏
Located at the center of Makati's red light district. Frontdesk staff were courteous, accommodating and efficient -- i was upgraded to a royal executive deluxe room for free. :) The wifi signal in my room was weak and intermittent. Only 1 elevator was functional but good thing they werent fully booked during my stay so there was no long waiting time to go up/down. Except for the worn out ceiling tiles with visible water damage above the door entrance foyer inside the room, everything else from hot shower, bathtub, lights, flatscreen tv, personal refrigerator, safe, etc were ok and worked fine. Luckily, i was in an eighth floor room coz the bars with live bands surrounding the hotel could still be heard late at night. Their Ceasar's restaurant staff were very coureous and attentive during my buffet breakfast. Checkout was almost a breeze except for the unexpected flag that the room wifi router was missing when they checked it before allowing me to leave. Fortunately they sorted it out after a short wait and okayed my check out. No wonder why the wifi signal in my room was quite weak. That router must have been already missing even before my stay. Hope they fix or replace it soon.
The location of the hotel is good, it should be close to the central business area of Makati, surrounded by shopping malls, KFC, McDonald's and other restaurants. There is also a family convenience store. There are not many types of breakfast in the hotel, but there are some. The gym and swimming pool are on the first floor and are more convenient. The overall experience is not bad, I will consider staying next time.
I had the pleasure to stay at Elements Hotel for 4 nights and it was simply amazing. Owners and good taste and you feel it from check in until check out. As soon as you enter you feel very well welcome by the staff. The place have a real good vibe. You feel home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. It has a special touch in the decoration. Talking about the bar and restaurant I have to say that it is probably the best place I had food in the Philippines. Selection of wines and drinks are really good. Not the usual drinks or wines. Wine selection is extremely good and food menu is excellent. From breakfast to dinner you will never disappointed. All food selection is made with the finest and finest products. They are baking their bread and honestly it is the best I had in the Philippines. I will definitely come back and I can only recommend this place.
The location of the apartment hotel is not very easy to find if I haven't been there. As a result, I arrived in Manila at 1am. The driver pressed the navigation and could n’t find it. After three rounds of driving around, I got off and followed the navigation. Quasi) at 4 am I finally asked the owner to speak Chinese very welcoming hotel facilities generally the water in the sink is relatively small location is good around very lively eating and playing is very convenient service is also good the next day also helped me call the net Call
Very satisfied with a stay! The hotel is located in Makati in the CBD of Manila. The airport used to grab the Skyway in about 20 minutes. There are several large Malls in the surrounding area, and it is really a good choice for tourism, shopping and leisure stay. The receptionists at the hotel are all very nice. As long as there is a waiter in front of the door, they will take the initiative to open the door with luggage, and the service is attentive. There are several highlights of the hotel: 1, breakfast, 7th floor, Chinese-style porridge noodles to Western-style bacon bread waffles are basically the same, Pasta and dessert cabinets are changed daily, coffee beans and coffee The hot milk needs to be served by the waiter alone at the bar counter. Generally, after coming to the restaurant to register, I will kindly greet the need for tea or coffee, and the service is still very kind and attentive. 2, Horse Killing Chicken Spa, 9th floor, generally 900P, 1200P for the whole body, you can make an appointment for the technician to the room. Press 0 on the room phone to meet all your consultations and services. 3, 32-story top-floor pool and bar restaurant. There is a resident singing at dinner time, blowing the natural wind, overlooking the night view of the whole city, drinking and chatting is a very good choice. Dinner per person is about RMB100 (except all kinds of fruit wine mixing drinks) ) The taste is pretty good. Of course, this hotel also has shortcomings. 1. Makati is the most congested place in Manila, so as long as it is commuting time from Monday to Saturday (the local family day traffic conditions will be much better on Sundays), it is basically a car. Wait for the driver for half an hour and go out for an hour ... Of course, Manila's traffic jams are famous, there is no reddest, only redder ... every red, and if you are in a hurry, you must plan your time. 2. The equipment hardware is not new, but the overall service is kind and thoughtful, and it is difficult to meet the new estimates of hardware requirements. 3. The surrounding security issues are also what many people who come to Manila for the first time want to know ... In fact, Manila is indeed a place with rich and poor. Even in the CBD, beggars can be seen everywhere on the road, no It is recommended that people who like to become wealthy walk alone on the street. If it is safe to travel with a companion, be careful when you go out. In fact, there are many Chinese in Manila, and they will always hear familiar voices and familiar faces. Overall the hotel is good and worth recommending!
