Hotels Near Sinagridha In Tirana
0.15km from SinagridhaWith only about 10 rooms this was a brilliant find for us. We visited for the Albania v Scotland game and found the hotel to be everything we needed. Decent sized rooms with comfortable beds and decent shower. A wee bit more shower pressure would have been welcome. There is a café attached to the hotel which served the included breakfast all morning and in to the afternoon as some of our party enjoyed the Tirana nightlife a bit too long. The café/bar is open 24 hours and the staff were always very friendly and helpful no matter the time of day or night
0.2km from SinagridhaTirana is a great City to visit. We went there with my wife and couple of friends and loved the city. The best thing was that we stayed at Choose Balkans Apartments, the apartments are very central and cozy. The staff was very very polite and extremely helpful. Thanks guys
0.26km from SinagridhaA year old, this lovely boutique hotel was our home for three weeks while we were in Tirana and we couldn't have been happier. This is a family run establishment and at every turn you feel as if you have been welcomed into the proprietor's home. The rooms are each configured differently, but all are decorated with the same luxurious deep red carpets, drapes and bed coverings. We had a large room on the second floor at the end of the hall and our son had a single. The single was very small but beautifully appointed. He loved it. There are only two singles in the hotel. The mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows are foam, the sheets were crisp and we slept like babies. Vila Tako is spotlessly clean so a special shout out to the lady who handles the housekeeping. She is exceptional. The air conditioning worked very well. I do wish there had been an English news channel or BBC on the TV but there were a few channels with English movies. There is no elevator at Vila Tako and the stairs are marble. Without hand rails it can be little difficult for ladies in heels and is challenging if you are transporting a lot of luggage or simply had a long day walking around the city. There is a refrigerator in the room but not many plugs for multiple electronic devices. In the bathroom you'll find a great hairdryer, shampoo and soap but bring your own lotion and conditioner if you need them. While the ever gracious Zana runs the hotel her husband, Vladamir, is the host at the hotel's coffee shop just steps away. Rather than a buffet in the hotel, this is where guests have breakfast. Vladamir speaks no English and our Albanian is limited but being welcomed and served by this man was a treat each morning. He is as charming as his wife and breakfast is extraordinary. Eggs are the fabulous orange yolked ones I've come to expect in this country and Vladamir makes them in olive oil and seasons them with oregano. Order one and he'll insist you have two. Your two eggs will be accompanied by a parade of other fabulous dishes: cucumbers and tomatoes, three kinds of morning bread, cake, cheese, piles of cherries, bananas, apples and oranges. Good grief, but it was fantastic. Each night we stopped in for a glass of Raki, too. The hotel is about a block from 'the block' and there are some great restaurants just steps away.. Mother Teresa square is a 15 minute walk as is Skenderbeg Square. If you're headed for Tirana, if you want to experience Albanian hospitality at its best, then book Vila Tako and tell Zana and Vladamir I sent you.
0.29km from SinagridhaThe service was simply superb. The receptionist was lively and well organized, she greeted us at night in the morning, whenever we passed reception there was a friendly chirp. The chief waiter was just as excellent, he always appeared out of nowhere when the glass was just emptied or the meal was just done. Also up for a casual chat (time permitting), he helped with the bags and even with parking in a confined space. Fantastic. The hotel was clean, bedding very good, room spacious as was the bathroom. Food in the restaurant was just as great. With all our travels, this hotel rates in the top 5%. Finding our way to the hotel was not easy despite GPS. Finding parking to check in proved to be mission impossible - so location is not that ideal, most attractions are some distance away. But hey, traffic in Tirana is worse than anywhere in Italy, and thats not the hotel's fault.
0.33km from SinagridhaI chose this hotel due to its high rating on Tripadvisor. Upon booking he hotel emailed me to ask if I wanted an airport pick up arranged for €15 which I booked and the driver was there, at the airport waiting for me. Excellent. Upon arriving at the hotel it is a bit ‘back street’ and didn’t have the best feel about it, but when you walk round a couple of corners there’s plenty of streets with bars and restaurants around. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and even agreed to me having a late check out for the next day as I had a late flight, this was a quick one night visit. The room was small, basic, but clean and functional. WiFi was good. Breakfast buffet looked ok, basic but enough, although I just had a coffee Overall it’s a perfectly fine stay. It’s not the Radisson, Accor type hotels I am used to, so don’t be expecting that kind of decor and atmosphere, feels like a large B&B But for £27 for a night including breakfast it’s perfectly reasonable and pleasant
0.49km from SinagridhaRoom small but quite comfortable, Wi-fi is working fine, breakfast it's good, overall is clean and the staff is polite. Actually everything would be quite good if there wasn't an issue with the payment. It seems that is not possible to pay with credit card though in a first moment I was told by a guy at the reception that such a possibility existed. This has created a problem in the very moment of the payment since I had to look for an ATM, paying bank commission and losing time when I was in a hurry. Another possible issue is the lack of lift/elevator. Or at least I couldn't see any.
0.49km from SinagridhaGrand Hotel & Spa Tirana is always very clean, elegant, quiet and full of the nice atmosphere. The general level of the services offered to the guest is traditionally excellent. Location of the Hotel Grand is the best one - all the important tourist attractions, business targets and institutions you can reach by foot in a few minutes. Rooms are large and very well equipped, including the Wi-Fi access. The staff is really very polite and helpful. Hotel Grand is very well known by the high level cuisine based on fresh fish and seafood. My long term experience simply confirms that Grand Hotel & Spa Tirana is the best base for the private and business trips to the Albanian capital.
0.5km from SinagridhaThis is a very, very good place to stay. The B&B is very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout and the staff are, without exception, very friendly and welcoming people. The place is located within the Tirana city centre on a quiet backstreet just around the corner from two main commercial streets where there is a large selection of places to eat and drink. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Skanderbeg Square. Our room was spotlessly clean and reasonably comfortable but, sadly, did not resemble the photographs on the Booking website we used. The published photos gave the impression of a trendy boutique-style hotel but our room was actually very plain, that said the beds were great. The whole place is very quiet at night for undisturbed sleep. Breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruit, hand-prepared open sandwiches and bread rolls with homemade jam. We had a very early start on departure day (well fore official breakfast time) and they made a breakfast the night before and left it out for us. There is a kitchen area for common use and a laundry service is provided. Free WiFi is strong and reliable.
0.6km from SinagridhaA great place to stay for solo travelers , group of friends and also for couples. You will always find people that will be very friendly. Another important thing is the location, it is treally central, you can reach the city center in 10-15 min by walk. Also it is absolutely worth for the price it offers and you can have a delicious breakfast included in the accommodation price. Highly recommended 😃
0.62km from SinagridhaRooms clean , beds and pillows very comfortable, not the best shower pressure but fine and hot. Not a great choice for breakfast but quite adequate. Location in a side street off the main road , but ideal as plenty of shops , bars and restaurants within minutes of walking. Staff all very helpful, Rosa and Vanessa on reception would organise taxis. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful , little English spoken but happily catered for any request. This is not a big international hotel but provides great Albanian hospitality. Definitely stay here again.
0.63km from SinagridhaWe stayed at the Hermes hotel for 5 nights. This is a very central location. You can get around easily in and out of the city, within walking distance.Lots of restaurants, shops and night life opertunaties in close distance. Very clean, comfortable big beds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the amazing Daniela and Elio at Reception who were amazingly helpful and professional❤You both made our stay special. We highly recommend this hotel to make a perfect vacation in Tirana. Hope to be coming back soon.
0.65km from SinagridhaI normally stay in the internationally branded hotels (particularly Hilton) but thought I'd give this independent hotel a try on my visit to Tirana. Check in was quick and friendly, and I was quickly in my room. I had paid slightly more than the friend I was travelling with, but was surprised to get a suite with 2 rooms, 2 beds and 2 balconies. Although the view isn't great, it was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and get some fresh air. The room was clean, and had all the amenities I needed (including a fridge). Breakfast was a buffet, and I had some scrambled eggs as well - very nicely presented. There is a grocery shop (and petrol station?!) just outside the back of the hotel, and it is about 25 minutes walk from the centre of town. Would I stay there again? Definitely.
Hotels Near Sinagridha In Tirana Review
I stayed for five nights and had a relaxing and wonderful time! The staff at the hotel were so wonderful and did everything to make me feel welcome and to fulfill requests. The location is perfect, you can walk to all sightseeing in the center of Tirana! The room was very nice with a beautiful city view, The room was so quiet! It is like an oasis in the city and beautiful set up with the pool and lots of plants and flowers. Everything was excellent and I loved staying at the hotel! A great + is the excellent Spa that is located at the hotel!
I stayed here on 9th March 2020 for a night, lovely hotel, contemporary, classy with friendly and professional staff. The hotel room was spacious, modern, clean and a very comfy bed, only two little negative, couldn't turn the temperature down beyond 23C and the shower overhead was not very powerful yet the hand held was powerful but messy to use. However, the room had a good view of the Albanian mountain range. The food at the hotel was great and well presented. Breakfast had a good choice of buffet food plus you can order eggs to your liking. Nearby there are restaurants, a shopping centre and local attractions too. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to all.
This is a very nice hotel with very nice people who work there. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. It is very close to two malls and not too far from Skanderbeg square. Lots of cafes and restaurants very close by (1-2 block radius. Parking is a bit difficult but they assist.
Rooms clean , beds and pillows very comfortable, not the best shower pressure but fine and hot. Not a great choice for breakfast but quite adequate. Location in a side street off the main road , but ideal as plenty of shops , bars and restaurants within minutes of walking. This was a 4 day visit with friends, The hotel was clean and spacious and about 20 min walk to centre. The restaurants and bars were very good and resonably priced. we had a large room with 2 double beds safe and mini bar ( chargeable ) and air con. The bathroom was a decent size with a really large shower. Staff in all locations were extremely friendly and helpfull. The only thing in this hotel that didnt impress me was the breakfast, the bread was stale all forms of eggs were cold and the coffee was the worst ive ever tasted.
The hotel has a good location only 3 minutes from Skanderberg Square. Clean room and comfortable bed. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. In particular a young fair haired girl who worked in the breakfast room & on reception was superb. Good selection at breakfast but the cooked food could have been hotter. I would definately stay there again.
