Forgot to shoot the interior of the hotel, the interior is basically the level of domestic hotel chains. Inside the lobby are all Marvel superhero themes, which are still quite cute. Seven days like home. Personally feel quite satisfied. New Year's Day holiday plus tax is only 200 yuan. The picture is the breakfast dinner and view of the hotel rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is 199p and dinner is 300-600p. I eat this 799p, which can eat two or three people. The place is about 900 meters from the subway station. It is also convenient to call a taxi with Grab. The price is really good. Someone sang loudly at the door, but I personally think the problem is not big. You can borrow a hairdryer at the front desk. There is 24-hour free coffee on the second floor. Spa on the 4th floor, 500p an hour. Free luggage storage at the front desk is also very good. This service is really goodFromUS$47.00

Hotel location though in a lively neighborhood. There is a small bar around the hotel, you are single, you know. The hotel is still relatively quiet. The only downside is that the hotel confirms that the order is too slow. Filipinos do things like this. The order mail has arrived. They won't deal with you right away. Because there are too many people here. The business is very good. No competitors. I hope that Ctrip.com will be able to open a hotel chain in the Philippines. We used their garage room for a short stay priced at P999. In comparison to other "motels", the price is quite steep but its worth it if you are really picky with cleanliness and I would say sanitation. The place would not give you a "dirty" feeling when you come in, Their sheets are better and rooms are cleaner. The room we were given was Room 70. There was zero cellphone reception in that room. Wifi was slow. Amenities are complete and better in comparison to cheaper motels. They also have a wide array of dishes they offer for room service but we did not order. Room design and lighting was perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back if I am in the vicinity but for those who are looking for the budget type of motels in the 400-500 peso range, this is not the property for you.FromUS$31.00

I initially booked my hotel stay for only four nights however I ended up extending my stay at the Armada for a total of 14 nights (and recieved a discount). The Environment is clean and Armada is a guest friendly hotel. The staff was attentive to all my questions and concerns. I booked the Deluxe room with a king size bed (the room was spacious). Overall, I would highly recommend Armada Hotel in Manila comming for a former flight attendant. felt very safe and at home. I think I will call Armada my new home when I travel to Manila.FromUS$80.00

For someone visiting the hotel for the first time, there is a lack of attention from the staff at the hotel entrance and reception. Access to the hotel had to be organized independently also the security check-in of the luggage. Even after that, I received no support or advice. I also had to queue up for the check-in as normal, in order to get the information that an express check-in is planned based on the room category I booked. However, there was no support or special attention from the staff on how to get to this express check-in point. I had to ask this myself and to get the help. This does not meet the standard of a hotel with the specified five-star category

We stayed here for my daughter's Visa Appointment. Location wise, the hotel is a great place to stay especially if you have an interview with the US Embassy. St Luke's Clinic is just the other side of the block. I guess my only concern of not giving a perfect 5 for cleanliness is simply because when we asked for Housekeeping, they told us that they're not allowed to change the beddings and we should be the one changing it due to pandemic. I don't understand why we should be the one doing it. Tbh, we don't know how to change the beddings the way it should. We don't have a choice but to accept the bedsheets and change it ourselves. I understand that there's na pandemic going on, but they should be ready for this kind of situation. They should be equipped in addressing this pandemic. They wouldn't be infected if in case we were positive as long as they should follow standard health protocols. That should be part of their SOPs to make sure the rooms are being disinfected on a regular basis regardless if there are guests. They could have asked us probably to wait in the lobby while the room is being cleaned. Anyways, overall I'm happy with the service and it meets our expectations.

PROS: Very polite and genuinely helpful front desk staff. I checked-in in the evening so there was only 1 receptionist at the front desk at the time, but when a few other people lined up to check in, another staff immediately went out to the front desk to accommodate all of us quickly and with a smile. Bellman was prompt to assist us with our luggage from the car; The lobby is well decorated and well-lit, which also smells pleasant. Since I stayed during the holiday period, I can say that the hotel did a great job with the ambience. Definitely good value for money! CONS: Just a bit of old and un-maintained things around the room like the unsightly sink and protruding twist wheels in the bathroom (which I don’t know what for).

I've checked in at this hotel before and rated it a bit higher. However, to my surprise, it's going downward spiral. The service is great and the workers are great, the facility is just good now, I guess it's because 90% of people that check in are gamblers who use the casino so they could care less if they spill or not.
The major major difference is the breakfast food. The salad station is okay but the native food are old (reheated several times). I was stuck with this for 5 days, yuck!!! And they would charge you $18.00 if your rate didn't come with a free breakfast. The food are horrible and for that reason, I will never check back in to this facility. I'd stay away and check in to nearby Makati City.

Only thing you could expect is a small and a narrow room as low cost. Most personnels are well and kindly served. However, I met a security guard, who was day off for her child birthday, in a shopping mall by accident asked me money for her birthday. because he kept following me, I gave him a small amount money to get off me. I was shocked and dismayed. I felt really bad.
