Hotel location is good, next to the highway. Across the road is a big mall, eating, drinking and having fun, wholefood supermarket food is very full. A Best Buy around, and a Costco, you can go shopping. Next to the hotel lobby is a Chinese restaurant, opened by Fuzhou people, with a buffet of 15 US dollars, affordable. The taste is very good. It is worth eating. There are many people every day. Hotel facilities are the level of Jinjiang Star in China. There is no refrigerator, no safe, no toiletries. If necessary, call to the front desk. The sound of the air conditioner is very loud. If you have a sleep disorder, consider other homes. Either turn off the air conditioner, I just do it. The nine-point gym has only treadmills and walking machines, and the pool is small. The front desk service is general, and there is no smile at all. The hotel is either self-driving or Uber, it is not convenient to walk, too biased.

Location was excellent, very quiet area. The only inconvenience was: -On 4th night, bathroom ceiling was leaking water and we had to be moved to another room. -Had to call guest services to request new fresh towels and other items since housekeeping does not check rooms every day. - There is no hot breakfast. Just a few ”to-go items”. -Hardly any cold water in shower.

Very average / not worth the $250+ nightly rate: • We arrived around 10pm and there was no one at front desk for almost 10 mins - poor first impression. • Used pull-out couch - there were potato chips on mattress pad and no sheets / pillows etc in room. Called front desk & was informed had to trek back down for “pull-out couch kit”. Did so and they only had 1 pillow due to “shortage” (?) • All dishes, plates, glasses cups etc were piled up dishwasher - only thing in kitchenette cupboard was a salad spinner. • Breakfast lady very nice and was making waffles but virtually all other breakfast items were pre-packaged super-processed food you needed to unwrap from plastic and/or microwave (including b’fast sandwiches, mini-quiches etc). Even eggs (hard boiled) were vacuum-sealed. • indoor pool room not well maintained, with broken half-open broken Venetian blinds along windowed wall • Confirmed late check-out (1pm) and retuned to room at 11:55am, only to find key cards already deactivated (regular check-out is 12 noon); had to trek back down to front desk to have cards reactivated. Overall a mediocre stay especially for the money - would recommend considering other options in the area.

I arrived at this hotel in the middle of a heatwave. There is a lot of glass in the entry ways so it was hot but I’m guessing it’s not always like that. I did really like the window nooks in the room. If I had more time it would have been the perfect spot to curl up with a book. Some staff wasn’t overly friendly but others really stood out; particularly after my stay. Just as I boarded the plane to go home, I realized that I left my full makeup bag in the bathroom of my room. I called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had collected it and saved it for me. Then enters Frank… he happened to be who answered the phone when I called and helped me coordinate getting it shipped back home. I had just purchased all new higher end makeup so Frank made my day! Moral of the story is the staff at this Hilton will help you when you need it!

The hotel is new and the lobby is warm on a cold and rainy day. The good thing about a new hotel is that the walk-in shower is very convenient. The bad thing is that as soon as you enter the room, there are two bottles of water, and the discount for each bottle is 3 US dollars, which is really outrageous.

My wife and I stayed for four nights, as we used this centralized location to tour the surrounding environs of Boston, Plymouth, Quincy, and Cohasset. We had no trouble with check-in, or with our room. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We particularly liked that the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which saved morning time for both of us. Only downside was the free breakfast; the entrees were basic stock items lacking taste and overall appeal; breakfast sausage patty was like a leather shoe. The coffee & tea setups were good. We found a great local breakfast/lunch eatery in Newcomb Farms less than four miles away. We'd stay again for the location and comfort, as we didn't come here to dine.

When I arrived to this hotel for my one night stay, I was warmly greeted by Cloe. 10 minutes before my arrival, I called the hotel and Cloe professionally answered the phone and gave me all the details about my stay. During the check in process, Cloe was very delightful, professional and very friendly. Also Irlene at the front desk was very friendly. It is a pleasure to go to a hotel and feel welcomed and being exposed to people who really care about guests and the hotel. Cloe is a great asset to that property. Great job!

I just recently stayed at this hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. I will say thank you to Jane, Front Office Manager, she was very helpfull from when I check-in till the end. She gives me some details, where to visit, and shopping area. The Restaurant Bistro very nice, food are great. Not even to mention Zaccharia's Restaurant for breakfast is very very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. What about the room, spacious and comfortable and clean. A Big Thank you too all staff👏👏👏👏👏👌

We occupied two rooms for my second stay at this hotel. I find this hotel to be quieter than others. The hotel staff are all so kind, patient, and accommodating. They really want your stay to be great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a good selection of restaurants in the area and it is a very short ride to Newton-Wellesley Hospital, if you are in the area for medical appointments. We will definitely stay there on subsequent visits to the area!
