we recently spent a few days in this hotel - location fine as vaporetto stop directly outside hotel. had a superior room which was ok too, albeit rather dark looking directly into another bilder. no superior with garden view was available albeit when booking it stated " view to the garden or canal".. breakfast as one would expect a 3 star hotel. service ok. A pity that the garden was so neglected - a bit of work would have offered a little paradise. Garden table and chairs we dairy all the 4 days we stayed there - uninviting. Bed of good quality and quiet room

We spent 2 nights at the Palazzo Cendon on our recent trip to Italy. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection of fruits, pastries, yogurt, juices, teas and coffee. The location is a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel has an "Old World" feel while providing modern day comfort. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided appreciated recommendations on nearby restaurants.

I chose a new hotel that is not on the main island for my adventure. Let me talk about it first: the hotel’s surrounding environment is pretty good, it’s close to the railway station, the hotel’s internal room facilities are also new, the cleanliness is quite high, and the front desk service is also warm. Let’s talk about improvements: the hotel provided free water on the first night, but did not provide it on the second and third nights. I subconsciously thought that the cleaning staff forgot to place it and ordered room service to bring the water. Oh, vomit blood. . . . . In fact, they can remind that there is a charge. . . I didn't tell us these details when I checked in. . . Breakfast is so-so, only some simple croissant, square slices of bread, biscuits, fruit drinks and the like, hot food needs to be ordered. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco. I haven't studied how to ride on the water bus. It is not convenient to buy or take the elderly and children if you walk. People with good legs and feet are free. Anyway, my leg is broken. . .

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice was recently opened in 2021, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Venice. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 1km from Venezia Santa Lucia and 13km from Venice Marco Polo Airport. There's plenty to do nearby, with Palazzo Bonfadini Vivante, Palazzo Testa and Jewish Ghetto all within a short distance. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

Close to the train station, but the little alley is a little scary, especially when the first night arrives, the one-meter-wide alley is nearly 100 meters deep to the hotel, and the wood has an elevator, dragging a big box to climb 2 Floor. The hotel buffet breakfast was okay, not as bad as the previous comments. The clerk is also very enthusiastic, the room facilities are OK, worthy of this price. The overall location of the hotel is good. It is close to the water bus stop of the railway station. It is also very convenient to eat nearby. There is a supermarket in the alley.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately we got the room on the second floor. Room was big enough, but had no extra charging point. We had to remove the TV Socket to charge our phones. Staff was kind enough to drop our bags to our room. The hotel even had few games kept at the lobby, which was kind off nice..On the first floor was a water dispenser which we used to fill up our bottles every now and then. Overall a pleasant stay. .

Breakfast is ok, location is very close to the train station and the dock, there is also a spar supermarket around, very convenient, the elevator is the same as not, the speed is huge and only 3 people. That's the size of one person and two suitcases. . But the price is less than 300RMB for a night. The room is large enough and the bathroom is small.

The room is small, but the layout is reasonable. There are two large balconies, the bathroom is large, dry and wet. Provide a free Samsung mobile phone that can be taken out. The telephone in the room is also very advanced. The location is very good, just in the small alley next to the train station and the pier, 3 minutes walk. Take a 20-minute boat ride to St. Mark's Square. There are 5 bus lines to the airport in 10 minutes on foot (but to cross the bridge, the boxes are so tired. The hotel can send people to send, 15 euros, expensive). Next to it is a glass jewelry street, there are pharmacies and supermarkets, very early to open the door very late. The hotel reception is superb! Help me introduce the entire city map, traffic and shopping attractions are clear.

I like it very much and I have recommended it to my friends. The outside of the hotel is very well-maintained, the facilities are very good, there is a very good smell in the air, the service staff is very warm, the breakfast is simple, but it is very particular, and finally eat hot bread. The palatial feel of the room decoration. The wall covering of the full house. Specially designed for Italian decoration. The single room that was occupied on the National Day, more than 800, the price is good. I also came across a wedding photo with a good mood.

We first stayed at Pensione Accademia 10 years ago, and returned for a four day stay last week. We were excited to visit again, and were not disappointed. The hotel is uniquely charming and comfortable, with the most wonderful, helpful staff. Our suite was perfect for a family of three, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We especially enjoyed sitting in the adorable courtyard having a coffee or an aperol spritz after a day of sightseeing. The location is very convenient, just off the Accademia Bridge, withing walking distance of all major sights. We will definitely visit again!

If you are visiting Venice you will be very lucky to stay at the Santa Croce Hotel, a 15 room boutique hotel. The location is perfect. A very short walk to the train station and waterbus stop. (A few steps, but that is Venice) Set in a small piazza away from the “tourist” areas. A nearby piazza has multiple wonderful restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, and wine store. A walled entrance to the Santa Croce Hotel opens up into a beautiful garden terrace with small groupings of seating where breakfast can be taken in the morning or a nightcap in the evening. You are greeted by Marco and Luca whose attention to their guests, knowledge of Venice, and recommendations makes your stay most enjoyable. The rooms are spotless and each room different and unique( we had 3 rooms in our group). Our cozy room had a nautical theme with a stunning bathroom, a refrigerator, and closet safe. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast serve in the courtyard every morning was included and offered extensive choices. Carlo, the bartender, made drinks ranging from basic to exotic. Our only regret about our stay at the Santa Croce Hotel is that we could not stay longer! Great value. Absolutely wonderful experience.

First of all, we must thank the Ctrip team for their assistance in this matter, otherwise we are very likely to sleep on the street ~! I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I arrived one day late for some reason, and I was informed by phone in advance, but when we arrived, the hotel told us that because we were late, the room we had booked for two consecutive days had been cancelled, and there was no Vacancy, before doing this, the hotel did not notify me in any form of phone call that they would cancel our room, and our room was prepaid! !! Already given money! I immediately asked the Ctrip team for help, and I thank the Ctrip team again for their assistance in this matter. Otherwise, in Venice on Saturday night, at 9:30, we are likely to go to sleep on the street! After two hours of mediation, my boss finally let me go to a better hotel, and I was arranged in such a room, which is basically a maid's room. The Ctrip team gave us a certain amount of monetary compensation, which was a comfort to chat. But the overall staying experience is not good. Although the hotel is also very active in trying to help us solve this problem, I have repeatedly emphasized that we have paid for it. Even if we do n’t come, the room should be ours. I understand it as "unnecessary trouble"

It's true, what the hotel says: This IS the optimal location in Venice. There are not many hotel gardens facing the Grand Canal, but St. Regis has one, and we had breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner surrounded by tranquil greens. It's so beautiful you don't want to leave! All places of tourist interest are within comfortable walking distance: The main shopping street is 1 minute away, Harry's bar three minutes, St. Marcs Square five and so on. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the Biennale at Giardini. Our Deluxe room was spacious, modern yet cosy. Cleaning is thorough, they rearrange your toothbrush and move your bags. The king size bed was really enormous, had comfortable pillows and we slept great. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but very good (which is preferable to only expensive, as is often the case in Venice.) The only exception was breakfast: 49 euros for the buffé sporting a limited assortment of medium quality ham and meats (no parma or similar) and ditto cheese is too steep; Eggs Benedict (à la carte item at more than 20 euros) was served lukewarm and with the bare essentials. We're from Scandinavia, and are used to higher quality breakfasts at three star hotels. So we only did that once. They really know how to make American coffee, though. The service level is as you would expect at a five star amenity; you can get relevant, tailored shopping tips at the reception, they happily book water taxis for you and so on. They even have a guy with a falk. who walks around in the gardens and scares away the pigeons and seagulls. It's that kind of place. This is an expensive hotel in every way. But it's also worth it, and I'm looking forward to my next stay.

We came here just after Venice flooded in mid November. We got upgraded to a larger room with a larger bed which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, even with having someone in a room above us. Coffee was available in the morning in the reception. Location was good, a simple 10 minute walk to St Marks Square and they gave you a free map upon arrival. Only drawbacks: WiFi in the room was spotty and slow when it was on and the water took about 5 minutes to warm up. Despite that I highly recommend this hotel especially given it’s very good price. Would stay again if I were to come back to Venice.

Good breakfast, convenient parking, good health. The traffic is still very convenient, the waiter service is patient and enthusiastic. You can take the hotel bus 40 or 30 Euros at the airport and Venice, or you can walk for five minutes to do 1.5 Euros. The waiter highly recommends bus travel. The city is a no-sale ticket hotel can buy a bus ticket.

Our family of four with two small children stayed for two nights in a two bedroom apartment in April. The apartments are located in a separate building to Palazzo San Luca, called Ca’ Luca. Our apartment was very clean, extremely large and with all conveniences required - fitted out kitchen with coffee machine, capsules and fridge. The location is very close to the Rialto bridge and was close to everything. The children loved people watching from the little balconies at the people busily walking past. Our host also included a free trip to Murano and tour which was fantastic! Grazie mille!

We just returned from a short stay in Venice and I must write to say how impressed I was with this hotel and the service. Firstly at the last minute we asked Maria to reserve a boat taxi over email and she did that just right so as soon as we landed and disembarked boat was there at the pier. What an impressive start for our stay. Reception was very welcoming and professional. Hotel was actually really easy to find literally over a small bridge from San Marco Piazza! Cases were taken to our apartment too. The apartment was surprisingly a generous two bed apartment also accessible via a working lift ! We also had our own shared entrance from a side street. It was all very clean and tidy. The beds were firm and comfy and in my opinion the en-suite and separate bathroom were immaculate, up to date and everything worked. Shower was nice and strong. It’s a shame we could not enjoy the space more because of all the distractions in Venice. Breakfast was a typical continental type plus bacon! So plenty to get us started for the day. Also hotel organised a trip to Murano too which was a marvellous treat. Only wish we could have stayed for longer but definitely will return here as there’s nothing like an early morning start and just walking into San Marco Piazza first thing when there’s no one about as well as late at night. Ci vediamo Royal San Marco !

Once you get out of the train station, you can take the water bus. At the second stop, we dragged the suitcase and walked for 5 or 6 minutes to find the hotel. The hotel is small, but the suite has two rooms and two bathrooms, which are in line with the requirements of family or friends, and can be left alone in a single room. The hotel’s classical architecture is very comfortable and the breakfast is fully satisfying. #绝佳位置# #fully equipped#

Breakfast is good, very rich, the hotel is very convenient, very close to St. Mark's Square, because St. Mark's Square has many attractions, such as St. Mark's Basilica, the Governor's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, etc., and it is an important water The dock, so the location is still very good. But the hotel's facilities are too old, the keys are metal rather than room cards, and the sheets are often damp, which makes people very uncomfortable. There is still a bit of expensive, I don't know if Venice's price is very expensive or something else, close to the price of 900 for one night, but it still feels a little uncomfortable.

First time in Venice. Me and my boyfriend spend 5 nights in this hotel. It's a very old building but it has it's charm. Very Venetian rooms, they look warm and welcoming. I was expecting a bit bigger room since on pictures they looked a bit bigger with extra living room, so that's could be tricky. But the room was lovely, huge bed, very comfy maters and my boyfriend loved the pillows!! It had a mini bar with water and beer, big windows, big wardrobe with a safe in it. The bathroom was nice maybe a bit too small for my taste and some stuff was a bit dusty but overall was clean and nice. The guy at the front was very friendly and helpful, he showed us on a map where to go, what to see, where are the good restaurants. He took my suitcase upstairs. Oh yeh no lift, stairs and stairs and more stairs. I mean they might had a lift hiding somewhere I couldn't fined it so if you're mot good with walking up and down... The breakfast was nice, not many choices but freshly made and a very friendly lady was there every morning. Both lady was nice and helpful, they made us coffee and cooked the eggs, ordered more croissants for us as well. The breakfast room is tiny, not much space between the tables. The location is amazing St Marc Square only 2 min walking. At the last day they left us some italian cookies on the bed, it was a very nice tuch. I only can recommend this place!!

Arrived in Venice but found out that the hotel I booked is closed. Luckily Hotel Bridge has an available room and the staff had been very helpful while I process the problem I encountered. So yes, I am giving them 5-stars because of this. The hotel is very accessible to St Mark’s Square, other tourist attractions, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. No breakfast is offered but lots of shops nearby are already open early morning. The room was fine, internet was fast. The bathroom can be improved though as the shower area is very small. Don’t forget to leave your key at the reception when you go out or else your room will not be cleaned.

I am staying at the Casa Carbulotto today and tomorrow (8/22/19-8/22/19) and I couldn’t be more pleased.Im staying in a two single bed room with a bathroom and shower inside the room. From the moment you walk in, there is a very pleasant receptionist to greet you and give guidance when you need it. the room is immaculate and the shower and bathroom work superbly. At a nominal price for your room, you also get a continental breakfast and the location (close to all) is ideal for a tourist who want to be within either walking distance away or a vaporetti. The hotel, which is really a monastery is on a quiet block. And, after a days touring, one of the real draw is the garden in the back where you can sit and feel like you’ve just been meditating (but you haven’t). Spent my whole evening out here and it’s so peaceful and tranquil. For those taking a cruise it’s also an ideal location for getting there. There is a quaint street of restaurant and souvenir shops a couple of blocks away. This is an ideal place in terms of location, price and immaculate interior. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We booked four nights and had a lovely large room, room only, overlooking canal. Large airy pleasant room. Comfortable bed. Clean good linen. Great bathroom. Hot water . All very clean and in good condition We had tea and coffee and biscuits and complimentary toiletries. All replenished. Room cleaned daily. There was a kitchen with fridge and toaster and hob etc which I assume was for general use. The arrangement is you call staff to check in if you are outside their regular slots. You need to call a mobile. Don't think front door bell was working. It's an odd arrangement trying to get hold of staff by phone especially if you don't speak Italian. But they are very helpful and obliging indeed when you manage to communicate. Would definitely recommend this as a good option for all reasons above plus its central location, and it's near San Marco. We managed to get very lost every day and Google maps don't seem to give answers so do orientate yourself

This hotel is beautiful and modern, yet has an old world charm. Its right on a canal, so you can hear singing and music throughout the day which is a really nice touch and makes you feel like you are truly in Venice. I arrived at the hotel after walking from the train station and taking a vaporito. According to directions, it states it's only a 20 minute walk....but venice is a maze and took me over an hour. Going back it wasn't as bad. When I arrived, I was happy but completely stressed from trying to find it. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. He checked me in and showed me to my room. I wasn't sure if breakfast was included with my reservation...but he said not to worry...he was giving me free breakfast regardless. My room was LARGE and had a nice sized terrace. The bed was comfy. my reason for 4 stars instead of 5: it only had a tub with a shower head...but you couldn't stand up because the ceiling was low...so that was interesting trying to get clean. They give you a decent amount of towels, there's a shampoo/body wash and hand soap. (no other toiletries...but traveling through italy, this was quite normal). The breakfast was wonderful. They had an automatic coffee maker which could make several different coffees, espresso and cappuccino, eggs, different breads, pastries, cereal, salumi, cheeses, etc. etc. The hotel also has great air-conditioning, tv (but none of the american channels worked), and an elevator! The location of this hotel was excellent! only a 5 minute walk to San Marco square and all the fancy stores. The hotel gives you a map when you arrive, and it's super easy to follow and get around (even though, like I said, venice is a maze---but a wonderful one). I definitely would stay here again (but i'd ask for a room with a shower!.
