Hilton saved the day! After driving for 4 days straight on a cross country move from Illinois, we found out the hotel we reserved weeks ago was overbooked. With a moving truck, two trailers and a dog to accommodate, we were mortified. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, we found the Home 2 Suite Hilton in Chandler, booked a room for 3 days until our closing date. When we arrived, we couldn't have been happier. Clean, refreshing, great amenities, accepts pets and had more than enough parking for our moving truck and trailers. It also has some nice restrauants right across the street. We had a spacious queen suite room, which had more than enough room for us to relax, plus a kitchenette with dishes and a full size fridge. A huge plus was the amazing shower pressure, gym and laundry facility. This place had everything we needed and more to wind down from several days of traveling. I highly recommend this location! They saved the day, so that we could rest easy while we waited to move into our new house.

We stayed at he hotel on February 17. It is a newer property and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are also very clean and new. However, there are some design concerns with the rooms. Let's start with the bathroom door, which is a glass barn door. If you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, expect the glass door to fully illuminate the entire room. That is not great for anyone still sleeping. You never see a barn door that does not have a big gap on one end or the other, and this one is no exception. There is also no lighting to use which provides a dim light to navigate the room at night. Every light is bright! The low level single mattress (no box springs) millennial hipster beds were comfortable. The room was well decorated. We tried to have cocktails at the bar after dinner and the hotel needs to beef up the staffing there. The bartender was polite but stressed. She told me they did not have a wine and cocktail list. I found that very odd given this was a bar. She instead handed us an abbreviated meal menu with a handful of cocktail selections?? Now here is where the bar scene went south. The bartender put four bottles of wine on the counter and stated they were all $76. One of the selections was Merf Cab....which we have purchased in the grocery store for around $13.99. I refused to be financially stabbed with a price of $76. So we drove to a nearby Walgreens and bought a bottle of 19 Crimes for $17. We returned to the hotel and drank the wine in the ”M Club”, which is a nice area that you can pay to access when you book your room. The M Club is significantly more private and peaceful....AND I saved close to $60 on wine. The M Club also has a free hot breakfast in the morning. Overall this hotel is clean and has a good layout. The staff is polite and efficient. The property offers a nice option that is away from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix proper. I would recommend the property if take the above considerations under advisement.

I seldom end up writing reviews so I decided to do it this time while I am still staying at the hotel. A huge disappointment. I ma a Diamond member but they do not care - not even a single word on arrival, no water offered until I returned to the front desk and asked. A cramped, drab room on the first floor even though my preferences state specifically that I prefer higher floors and since this was advanced purchase, this could have easily been accommodated with some good will. Not to mention a fact that a slightly bigger room could be assigned to someone with a top status. Stained wall, stained chair by the desk. Franky, looking at the state of the room I was even afraid to get into bed. Don't even want to look under the mattress. The the best part is - no hot breakfast. Just some frozen stuff that you can defrost in microwave!!! Where is the hot breakfast you advertise guys? Hilton hotels surely do not compare to those in Europe including Poland where I come from but this is REAAAAALLY BAD even by American standards. Where is the management in all of this? I wish I had chosen the Homewood Suites which is right next door.

I stayed just one night but was very pleased with my stay. I was upgraded to a suite which was quite large and comfortable. The room was very clean. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would say the only downside is if you’re a light sleeper, you can hear the highway traffic. Covid protections were still in place which I appreciated as many areas are lifting restrictions. I have family in this area and I would choose to stay here again.

I usually enjoy staying at the Courtyards for business trips but this one wasn’t the best. That said, it was better than the Fairfield that is connected to it next door. The Check in process - we arrived late (around midnight to find no one at the front desk with a sign that directed us to walk over to the Fairfield next door to check in. Not ideal since we were extremely tired but so be it. I guess the staff does double duty at that time of day. However, when we got to the Fairfield we were instructed by the person at the front desk that she was in training and needed to wait for her trainer to come back over from the Courtyard to check us in and asked us to have a seat. We requested instead that she go get her trainer to check us in which she did. Room - was decent and has everything you’d need including fridge, coffee maker and microwave. However, the Bathroom is outdated and has very low shower pressure. The full service Marriott down the street was significantly nicer and where I’d choose to stay next time.

As a perennial Choice Privileges Platinum/Diamond member who has stayed hundreds of nights in various Choice hotels, this was my first experience in a Cambria Hotel, and these are my impressions of our 2-night stay. The price per night was higher than the Comfort Inns and Comfort Suites that we normally stay at, so was the higher price worth it? There are pros and cons. The hotel itself is clean, classy, and impressive, with a large lobby, bar, and restaurant. The rooms are nicely furnished, with modern platform beds, microwave, mini-fridge, sofa, large desk, Keurig coffeemaker, large-screen TV, and a nice little table on wheels that is great for a laptop computer. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Candace at the front desk and Randy in Housekeeping. Coffee in the lobby is complimentary; however, breakfast is not free and the choice is very limited. Dinner is also available, but the menu is also very limited. The lobby bar also serves as the breakfast counter, although there are dining tables available as well. Snacks and other items are available for purchase in the lobby. The hotel itself is located at the corner of a large, busy intersection at the entrance to a big shopping mall. While there are tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance, our 3rd floor room overlooked the intersection, and it was quite noisy. The pool area is very nice; however, it is directly adjacent to the intersection and also very noisy. There were a few minor maintenance issues in our room… the recessed ceiling light above the coffeemaker didn’t work, and the access door to the microwave and mini-fridge didn’t close properly. The glass desk surface is not compatible with an optical computer mouse unless a sheet of paper or other material is placed on the surface. The backlit bathroom mirror is very impressive; however, the lighting is not quite adequate for makeup or shaving. The large-screen TV is mounted right over the desk, and it is difficult to work at the desk if someone else is watching TV with the volume turned up, since your head is about a foot from the TV and the speakers. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder is mounted in an awkward location, and the sliding shower door appears to have been installed incorrectly, so that if the shower head is directed on the shower glass, the water will be funneled onto the bathroom floor. The wi-fi internet speed is among the fastest I have ever experienced in a hotel… about 100Mbps/second download and upload speeds. There is some very cool accent lighting in the rooms, but the platform beds have wooden corners that are easy to bump your shins on if you are not careful. Overall, this is a more upscale hotel in a convenient location with a great staff, but it does have a few quirks and inconveniences. Was it worth paying 40% or 50% more than at Comfort Suites? It may be for some, but probably not for us.

I am titanium lifetime elite with marriott. Over 2000 nights with marriott. US, CANADA AND HAWAII. Checked in 5 pm dec 24. Two ladies at front desk rude and combative. We asked for room near elevator facing front of property. Was assigned a room that is the last one on the floor farthest from elevator facing back of property. We refused the room...finally given room by elevator ..room 302. After a near shouting match. A ordeal to get fresh towels...no housekeeping for the 4 nite stay. Breakfast poor selections. Property not that clean ... When we left and returned over 4 days, nobody was At the front desk...security is lax ...anyone can come and go. You can do better elsewhere. Stay somewhere else. I would rate the hotel a 3 out of 10 ( 10 being the Best) 4 year old property not being maintained. No general manager on duty during the 4 days. Bob t Houston, texas

Nice hotel. BW is generally on the upper level, and the bedding is comfortable and environmentally friendly. Breakfast ends at 9:00. The location is very close to the high speed. There is an outlet within 10 minutes of driving, although not as big as the desert. But things are good, the price is much cheaper than the desert, it is worth visiting. There is also a casino on the side. Although there is a large truck parking lot on the edge of the hotel. However, the room was soundproof and basically no noise was heard.

Ask for a room in the new tower, as we did. The corner balcony room had a nice wrap-around balcony although the view was horrid, flat, and unimpressive. The entry was expansive, as were the room and bathroom. Seriously spacious! Movies were on-demand only. Of course they want guests to spend time and money in the ******. Check out Prime for dinner. It was delightful.

Clean, simple, near everything. We stayed at this hotel for another baseball tournament. We are from California, did not know our way around, but this was a GREAT location. Directly across from a mall. The mall has many food options and lots of shopping. The hotel itself was very green and offered many options such as EV chargers, water bottle filling stations and a good breakfast in the morning. There are no bars or restaurants on site in the hotel, but while we were there they had a happy hour with free wine and beer a few nights during the week. It was nice that breakfast was still being offered as so many hotels have stopped that amenity at this time. The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was wonderful. The maids do a great job. Tiffany at the front desk and Jeff, a manager, both went out of their way to make my stay a nice one. I wish all hotels had employees as awesome as them and the rest of the staff. My husband and I have just completed a stay at this hotel. The room itself was nice, clean and comfy. However, Alexandria at the front desk was not nice at all. She had a bad attitude in general. My husband, myself and our dog had just completed a lengthy amazing stay at a Sonesta ES Suites, but unfortunately there were no availabilities for the upcoming dates. So we decided to go to this hotel since it was reasonably priced. We are having work done on our house that is taking longer than expected so we had a lot of bags and belongings with us. My husband called ahead and asked for a ground floor room for our pet, and mentioned this. When we arrived however, they didn’t charge us the deposit for the pet which we honestly did not realize at the time. When my husband went to the front desk later on to get a snack, Alexandria very rudely told him that “a maintenance man saw a dog go into your room” in an accusatory manner. My husband attempted to pay the deposit at that time but had problems with his credit card. We paid the next day, even though our dog ended up leaving to stay with friends. As if that wasn’t bad enough, this morning I went down to the front desk around 11:15, to ask about a luggage cart and a possible later checkout (even by 12:30, nothing big) she rudely said No, we are fully booked, etc, etc. I then asked her for a luggage cart because we had a lot of bags (as mentioned above) and she said, We’ll if there’s none at the front then we don’t have any available. Not, let me ask housekeeping or any type of help. Luckily a housekeeper passed by and was concerned and wanted to help and got a luggage cart for me. When I checked out, before I returned room keys, I asked if she could allow the room key to work at the side door where we were packing up our car and she said, No they stopped working at 12 o’clock. I am a very well seasoned traveler, who has lived in many different states and 2 foreign countries and this person was one of the most rude and unhelpful people I have encountered at a front desk. If this is the impression you want to put out about your brand culture, then that’s not good business sense. The reception desk is the face of your hotel and should be run by a pleasant , helpful person, not someone who couldn’t care less about the vibes they put out. Disappointed is not the word and rest assured we will never be back. 2 Stars for clean, comfy room and nice housekeeper.

Usually I don't write reviews, but this experience as Hilton Diamond Reward member almost left me sleeping in the car. I was moved from Doubletree Hilton hotel due to water issues, on night 1of3 of my stay. Since Doubletree was not successful to secure another Hilton hotel for me, I was advised and proceeded to call Hilton hot line and get the hotel through Customer service line. Over 40 min on the phone and I was put in to Hilton Phoenix Chandler. As I was advised by Doubletree Manager, my rate would stay the same as I was to pay $160 per night and would be awarded points for my inconvenience. Customer service has discussed over my personal phone details with Doubletree Manager, before I left. Points were awarded right for my inconvenience. Hilton Chandler had my reservation ready and I was able to get in to the room close to 10pm. In the morning I noticed that an email came in that all my awarded points were used for 1st night at Hilton Chandler and also my CC is to be charged an additional $130 on top. Stop by at front desk around 7AM next morning and explained all the situation as mentioned above. Was told that the manager would come in and check all and get back to me. Back in the hotel around 4:30PM and noticed a VM left on the room number (not my personal phone, but a room phone) Called back to manager that left me a VM and she called right back. Manager of Hilton Phoenix Chandler advised me that room charge is to be $220 and they will not be matching Doubletree as was promised to me by Doubletree and Hot Line CR that booked this hotel. I asked manager to call in to Doubletree so we can discuss further and was advised that she is leaving in about 15min and that the rate is to be at $220 per night for next 2 night (was to be $160 as was Doubletree original rate) At that time I tried unsuccessfully reaching out to Doubletree manager. I told Hilton manager that I will not be paying $220 as that is not right and was basically told to vacate the room. I packed up and left Hilton Phoenix Chandler Hotel, manager did not even come out or already left by around 5:15PM as I was leaving the hotel. No apology or any words from front desk just a simple BYE BYE. This manager more concerned about her leaving on time, then taking care of basic duties as following up on hotel issues. As a Hilton Diamond Reward member with travels on weekly bases and spending 3-4nights a week in different hotels throughout US, this experience definitely sticks out and deserves a Negative review. Manager never reached out back or any other apology was given and will definitely is being reported to Hilton Hot Line for an investigation in to this issue. Lost Points Lost work hours Almost slept in the car. I ended up staying at Marriott for the next few night, which is just ok. Issue cost me over 4 hours of lost work time, and that is just mind blowing!!! I would Highly recommend NOT to stay at Hilton Phoenix Chandler due to Management Ignorance. I would Hi

I'm writing this review on minute 15 of being on hold with this hotel. I stayed at this hotel in May. For the first several nights, it was servicable. However, on our last day of vacation, intended to be a day of rest after four work days, we awoke to find there was no water at the resort. By 9 AM, the restrooms had the ambiance of an outhouse, and with cancelled spa appointments and little acknowledgement by the hotel that the lack of water was an issue, we asked to rebook at another Mariott property. The hotel staff had us look on our own phones for a new location, and at an expense of over $50, we relocated. The second hotel, also a Marriott property, without notice, was resurfacing its pool and offered little respite. Upon returning home, I found that the hotel had not checked me in for my first night, billing me instead a ”guaranteed no show” rate, which is non-reimburseable as a corporate travel expense. And, after reviewing invoices, I discovered that the hotel not only billed the no-show rate for a night that I did indeed stay, the hotel also appears to have billed me a regular rate, double billing me. For a five night stay, I have three invoices to attempt to reconcile. I'm now on minute 19 of being on hold with the hotel. I have emailed customer service twice, to no avail. Terrible service. I'm giving this hotel two stars only because the view is lovely. Marriott, do better.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and affordable. What really made this stay a standout was the incredible, kind, go above and beyond service by the employees. Lisa at the night front desk was amazing, helping us get hot chocolate at night, giving us the best room available in our price range, and always had a kind and welcoming smile. That pretty well describes the breakfast staff, the maintenance staff and everyone who worked the front desk.
