6.45km from Sobadokoro KisaragiI decided to sleep in Narita to catch an early train to the airport the day after. The connection is not very frequent but if you organize yourself it’s a good occasion to discover an unexpectedly nice little town. The hotel is not far from the station (1.3 km) but you’d better take a taxi (730 yen, make sure to have the address written or the taxi won’t find it) because the road to get there is busy and without a proper sidewalk, especially unpleasant by night. The hotel is quite basic, you probably can find better options in Narita. Small room and bathroom, staircase without elevator, no breakfast. Paying 100 yen you can make yourself a coffee in the lobby, the kettle in the room doesn’t come with coffee. No shower cap and, very uncomfortably, no bath towel, you have to do with a tiny hand towel unless you have a towel of your own. The owner is kind despite very poor English (the rule in Japan) and he provides a free lift to the train station in the morning if you tell him the night before. Unsuitable for people with motility problems. If you book online you can pay with credit card.
