The ferry station east exits straight out, and it takes five to eight minutes to walk. Before the station, take the Dongwu supermarket to open until 12 o'clock. At the event at the Super Arena, there was no vacancy around Saitama City, but I was able to find this hotel and was saved. I stayed from No. 2 to No. 14. It is close to Nishikawaguchi Station and there is hot water in the lobby on the first floor. For Chinese stomachs, having hot water is really friendly. Next time I come, I will continue to stay here.

Hotel in Minami Urawa. It is a connecting station between the Musashino Line and the Keihin Tohoku Line, but it is quite a minor station. There was an event at the Saitama Super Arena, and the hotels in Omiya were full or expensive, and when I looked for a cheap hotel in the surrounding area, I chose this because it was cheaper. Still, it was higher than usual days. The accommodation room is a single room, which will be a general business. It is a negative point that there is no humidified air purifier, but it is about time to humidify, so it is okay. The air conditioning was centralized and proudly posted ”I'm air-conditioned!”, but it was still chilly in the morning and not so warm in the daytime. It's not enough to heat it. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and the convenience store is in front of the station. The restaurants are small in proportion to the size of the city, but it is not difficult for chain stores.

First of all, the customer service at the reception was very good and I thought it was good to make a reservation here. And the room was very clean and nice. It was a floor where the child slipped when spending time with socks and slippers, so I spent barefoot, but it was still beautiful. It was also within walking distance from the station and was saved. There was a big screen, and the children were happy. (For some reason it was a purple screen all the time.)

It was really the lowest and worst hotel with staff, manager. I went to the front desk to ask for a suitcase delivery. When I asked to cover the suitcase, I didn't know the price. So I handed over a lot of money and asked the delivery company via the front desk. Go out and return to the hotel and check the result. I forgot to send it with a cover. When I corrected it, I didn't listen to the request. Because it is caused by the change of the front desk, when I tell the person who asked the previous request immediately, I call with a sloppy attitude. I finally noticed a mistake. Still, there is no apology, and it ends in an unfair and rotten attitude. The response of Nishimura and Naritsuka is the lowest and worst. The next day, it is the same as talking to the manager. If the top is not good, all of them are rotten hotels. I will never stay again and describe this very unpleasant fact. This hotel is the worst and worst.
