We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic hotel and would highly recommend. The room was incredible clean, comfortable and well made up, and the service from everyone we came across was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and well worth the money. The location is excellent - peaceful yet close to a number of restaurants and stations with great links around the city. The hotel were also very accommodating of our extremely late night check in after a late landing which we really appreciated.

JR It is between Shinbashi and JR Hamamatsu Cho. It is often accessible from Shinbashi, but I think it takes the same time either. Perhaps the nearest is the goseimon and the daimon. The price is overwhelmingly cheap and the amenities in the room are not problematic, but there are some years, so the bathroom curtain is raw dry? It is a pity that it smelled like a smell. I think there is no problem for others who are not stuck near the station.

So, we booked the twin room. We had some I dea of the size of the room we booked but when we got there and checked in, it was tinier than expected. There wasn’t even space to open one of our large suitcases so it makes me think whether this twin room is a suitable option for tourists from abroad who want to shop! It seems like the twin room is for locals who don’t require a large suitcase for holiday but maybe a backpack or small suitcase. So to overcome this issue we had to purchase another single room for the remaining few nights after we struggled to stay together in a twin room . The single room was bigger than the twin room. It was literally two beds pushed together! You could also open up two suitcases comfortably! Apart from the twin room size issue, the beds were comfortable and it was overall a very clean hotel. We used the laundromat twice and it was a good experience. Loved the lounge area on level 12 also. The aesthetic and vibes were good for this hotel. Also once we settled in, the nearest station which is Shimbashi was very close by about 8-10 minutes walk. They don’t have luggage scales but lent us normal scales where we managed to weigh our luggage but struggled a little bit.

When I made a reservation from Rakuten travel, I asked for a room far from the elevator and received an mail about the request from the hotel in about an hour. I have stayed in many hotels in various places so far, but it was the first time I received an email from the hotel side, so I expected that it would be a hotel that would respond to the details before staying. (^^) despite reservations from OTA (Rakuten Travel) rather than reservations from the official site! In fact, I prepared a room as requested. Access is close to minarimon station but is located in one from the street It is a little difficult to understand because it is a little difficult. Walk to the first Keihin area and turn left between the building (there is a signboard) with wework and the building of Kataoka bussan. The rooms are narrow, but the bed is large. The desk has an outlet, one USB ・ LAN port, one outlet on the bedboard, two USB ports and each lighting switch. TV is 32 inches made of Panasonic. You can also mirror. The view from the window is building, condominium, etc. The portable charger is lent at the front desk. Because of the influence of the corona, 4 bread is handed over at the front desk as a light breakfast service. Why is the sound different when the refrigerator switch is put in for a while I did. The air conditioning is individual and effective. It was cold, so if you heat it, the setting temperature is 23 ℃ but it becomes sweaty (-_-;) The room is full of disposable slippers and corona measures at check-in, the ID card confirmation, and the room. It's a little unfortunate that the dripping coffee in the room is not matched with the mug cup.

Cheap and location is very good. Amenities and cleanliness? It is equivalent to the price. Perhaps the guests and staff are arranged in various ways. The bath towel was not stock on the second day and used mini towels. It is like paying for 200 yen of bath towel and 100 yen of mini towel in the envelope or pay for pay. There was no staff at self check-in and self payment for corona countermeasures, but there was no particular inconvenience!

The cost-effective capsule hotel is suitable for simple travel and simple management. The men and women are divided into different floors and have common bath room supplies. There is no door in the room, there is a small box for storing valuables, and it is a bit noisy when someone enters and leaves at night.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the transportation from the gate is very convenient. It takes about half an hour to get to Ginza, Tokyo Station, Yokohama, and Haneda Airport. There are also many restaurants around. On weekdays, most people in suits check in, and on weekends there are more tourists.

This hotel is located in Shiodome Ward. It is near Shinbashi Station and Shiodome Station. It is located near the road and is easy to find. There is also Anxin next to Shimbashi Station. There is a food street at Xinqiao Station, with many restaurants and a night market with many grilled goods. Shiodome is not as lively as Shimbashi at night, and there are few restaurants. The hotel rooms are divided into upper and lower compartments, and each compartment has a TV. I live in the upper grid, and I can feel movement in the lower grid, but I don't dare to make too big a move. The room is small and can only be slept in. Luggage must be placed outside or in the lockers on the second floor. The hotel has a hot spring bath on the ninth floor. The hot water is hot enough for a shower. After walking all day, soaking in the hot spring is super comfortable. The eighth floor is a rest room. There is a massage chair that can be used all day long. There is food, rice noodles, soup, tea and coffee, as well as soda and sake. You can eat and drink as you like. Great. The food is not luxurious but solid and filling. It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the hotel to Hamarikyu Palace. Although I was a little disappointed not to see any red leaves, the pine trees were elegantly pruned. The Japanese are very good at pine trees. This garden is large, the scenery is elegant, and it is worth a visit to see the Japanese pavilion. Hotel staff should be more responsive to guests. Assistance should be provided. I asked about the timetable for the tram from Shiodome or Shimbashi to Narita Airport, but I was indifferent. I checked out and still had time to visit the attractions. Of course I left my luggage at the hotel, but it seemed that there was a time limit and we would not accept the luggage after that. Even so, I give this hotel 4.7 points. Next time I come to Japan alone, I will choose this hotel to stay.

The service is very good. The hotel is very new. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tokyo Tower. It is not far from Daimon Station, Hamamatsucho Station and Haneda Airport Line. The transportation is convenient, and the lady at the front desk is so attentive. The room is the same as other hotels. It is not big and has a humidifier. There is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor and a FamilyMart opposite. It is recommended if the price is acceptable.

Many hotels in Japan charge by person. This is charged by room. One queen bed plus one bunk bed. The room is not big, the bathroom is separated from the wet and dry, the toilet 🚽 has a washing and laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Although it is small, the experience is quite good. Relatively quiet, 6-7 minutes walk from Damen Station, there are many convenience stores around, but it is not convenient to eat. There are only izakayas, which are suitable for drinking a little wine and eating some skewers. Tips: The price on Ctrip is cheaper than in the store. Living alone for one day is cheaper than staying together, but there is also the risk of not having a room. A bottle of mineral water is 50 yen at the front desk on the first floor of the hotel, and the cheapest price at the convenience store is 110 yuan.

I think it is a convenient place to go to Toranomon and Shinbashi in a place about 5 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station. The staff were kind and the hotel was clean. The room was on a relatively high floor, so the scenery was good and the air purifier was always available and easy to use. It was a room with a drum washing machine, so I think it is suitable for long-term stays. Breakfast is an Italian restaurant with an attached, but the volume and variety were a little inferior to the breakfast buffet at a local hotel. It was a continuous night, but it was a little disappointing that there was no bed makeup because of the sustainable orientation in recent years. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the air cleaner was useful. It was a room with a drum-type washing machine, so I think it's suitable for long-term stays. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The hotel is 4 minutes away from the station. It has a strategic location and is convenient to go everywhere. The room is very clean! The Chinese front desk is particularly convenient and there is no language barrier! In Tokyo, where land is at a premium, this room is 15 square meters, which is big enough! The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. There are dishes, bowls, spoons, cutlery, and cups. When the weather is bright and the wind is not too strong and the air is not too cold

We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

Excellent location and fantastic service! Hotel is located within stone’s throw from okachimachi station and is at the heart of ameyoko shopping district. It may be a bit small but all facilities are excellent and is definitely worth the price! Will stay here again!

It is 10 minutes from the insane part of SHINJUKU station, so it's really wonderful to be close but not besieged with all that hyperstimulation. The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

Great hotel in a quieter area of Tokyo. The popular Akihabara neighbourhood is within walking distance. Check-in process was easy and staff were helpful. Room was clean, quiet and nice. It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. We used Bakuroyokoyama and Iwamotocho stations to access the Toei subway and Barocho station to access the JR train.

We stayed 4 nights at the Mimaru Tokyo Hatchoburi when we travelled to Tokyo for a holiday in June 2023. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us, and the bunk beds were an absolute delight for our two children who are aged 7yo and 5yo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

Hygiene: There are ants on the lobby restaurant table, and the exhaust vents of the room sofa and bathroom are so dusty that I accidentally felt uncomfortable after taking a shower. Location: It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from Near East Shinjuku Subway Station. There is a 24-hour M restaurant near the subway station so you won’t be hungry. Service: I don’t know why the housekeeper doesn’t add garbage bags every day, and I don’t know if we are required to ask for it if we need it. Overall, most of them can communicate in English.

As a facility, I am very grateful for the microwave oven and the hot water heater in the room. The bed was also comfortable. The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. There are also necessary amenities in the lobby, As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, which is very convenient. Even when I used it on a Saturday, it was a good value for money. It's a little far from Tokyo Station, but if I have the chance, I would definitely use it again, so I highly recommend it.

We arrived Haneda Airport around mid-night, so we book this hotel that near to the airport just 10min by taxi about 2000 yen, room is clean and two beds are standard size. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the airport, but very limited seats are available. Hotel nearby has an underground that is quite convenience. Check out at 10:00am is too early for us just arrived the Hotel at 2am in the morning, if late check out it will have additional charges, not so user friendly. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice, hotel also provides a simple Japanese style breakfast box that taste is OK

It was relatively close to Haneda Airport, and there was a hotel just a short walk from the station, which was nice. Since this was my first visit, I didn't know how to check in, so I think it would be helpful if the information was more clearly displayed.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^

Located a few minutes walk from Takashima Fudo Station. It is a retro atmosphere, and the lobby makes you feel the age in the room as a swamp, but the water is renovated and beautiful. Auto lock and electric system is key inserted type. Wi-fi complete. There is also a wired LAN. I went to the telework plan, but I was able to spend it firmly.

It is one of the most convenient budget hotels to stay in, especially for solo travelers. Sleeping pod is comfy and cosy. The luggage compartment is spacious enough to put an extra large one. It is near many restaurants, mainstream or hole-in-the-wall types. It is near two major train stations that leads you to Shibuya, Harajuku, Ebisu, and such. There is also a bus stop nearby that leads you to Shibuya crossing. The hotel is very clean and neat. Minimalist design. Also, friendly staff. Can speak English. They also provide breakfast, which doesn’t cost much and food is filling. Just enough to get you going for the day.
