0.21km from Soen StationSuper close to Sapporo Station. Walk with other people and you will be able to go through two to three shops/malls and then arrive at Sapporo station without walking outside all the time.
There is plenty of food once you get closer to Sapporo station. So location wise, this hotel is great.
If you are driving, there is a automatic parking garage which you will need to ask the receptionist for access.
My room is right across from the rail line. The noise was not that bad. It was manageable. However, you can see clearly into each train cart (and of cuz, the passengers can see you if you dont close the blinds. )

0.22km from Soen StationThe hotel is close to the jr railroad track. It was a bit noisy when there was a train, but it was fine at night and it didn't affect sleep. The room was small and almost impossible to open the box. The double bed was about 1.35. The two people slept a little. Breakfast is five kinds of bread (buy bags bought outside), two kinds of jam, one kind of butter, milk orange juice, coffee, tea, potato salad, lettuce salad, yogurt, pudding, boiled egg, and there are five in one machine. A simple soup. Gone. It was too rude to get scared for the first time. I was used to it two days later. Just eat enough. The location is still very good, rush jr southwest mouth to see the Daimaru department store to go through, out of the Daimaru department store has Ji Yiguowu bookstore, and then a street is jr inn. The front desk has dhc travel makeup and makeup oil facial cleanser lotion lotion, but no coffee tea, water.
0.22km from Soen StationPerfect location, hotspring hotel near to Sapporo train station. About 5 minutes walk to Daimaru n shopping mall, nearby a convenience shop and lots of authentic restaurants around the train station. Comfortable bed n clean room, will stay here again in my next ski trip.

0.33km from Soen StationVery convenient location - direct and underground access to JR & subway lines. Centrally located with department stores and F&B outlets. Good room size and service. Sumptuous breakfast is offered in both Western and Japanese restaurants.
0.35km from Soen StationWe went to Gunma without booking any hotel. We saw an information service that helped us find hotel nearby. She recommended this ryokan to us. But it is sad to say, we had unpleasant stay here. The room looks fine. It's old but clean and that's maybe the only good thing about this place and everything else was disappointing. we checked in around 15:30 and they told us that they won't be able to serve us food as we checked in late. Which surprised me and my husband but we still considerated it. But then, we didn't know that we won't get breakfast too. Which I don't really understand and they charged us at the same price that should include food. We had to prepare for our futon. I dont know if that's the rules but I wasn't happy with that as well. And when we checked out, it was raining heavily, there were a lot of umbrella at the front and I thought that a staff would be kind enough to lend us umbrella as we had to walk to the parking area to get our car. And again, another disappointing moment. They didn't assist us nor lend us umbrella. Definitely not coming back here again. Not worth the money at all.
0.37km from Soen StationVery good, the front desk service is very good, very patient, don't know how to use the card to go upstairs, ran over and said in detail, there are free drinks and internet on the first floor, I feel good. Hokkaido is still good, more sincere than people in Tokyo
Hotels Near Soen Station In Sapporo Review
i worried about the location because some reviews were saying that it is far from susukino. but i had no trouble to go around places. Nakajima Koen station is literally right front of the hotel and walking to susukino was fine ;) i loved every moment of my stay at this hotel. def. will be bsck here.
Good location if you want something quiet but near Susukino and have a car as parking is right in front. There is no free parking but it’s convenient if you have a car. Stayed twice. Would do it again
Hotel locate a bit far from the main shopping area, but still can manage by walk. The room is corresponding big than other hotels in Japan. The buffet breakfast is nice, many choices. There is 24 hours convenience store in front of the hotel.
Hotel is quite have ages, but still maintain in an acceptable level to stay for.
This is a very decent hotel. Location is just right next to the JR station. It’s easy to get around the city with the nearby bus stop / tram stop. Just a short walk to Aeon Supermarket as well.
Room size is not too small. I like the public onsen the most. It’s really relaxing after walking for a day and soaking inside the hot onsen.
Breakfast is very nice and lots of varieties of food. Don’t skip it!
Go to Japan for the Spring Festival and go straight to Hokkaido. This is the first hotel where I stayed. After the new Chitose Airport came out, it snowed. So we chose the bus to get off. The place to get off is the hotel entrance. It seems to be the 20th stop. , Specifically forgotten, the site reminder is actually very clear, don't worry. However, it may be because of snow that it usually takes less than two hours to complete the journey. If you want to go faster, you can choose the subway. It is also convenient to go to the hotel by exit 21, just carry the suitcase up the stairs.
The hotel service was great and friendly, with a Chinese speaking front desk. The next shuttle bus to Date Hot Springs was bothering them to book for me, and the service was in place.
However, the space of the hotel is really small. It is the 28-inch suitcases of ours. It takes a little wisdom to put them down. But the sparrows are small and have all the internal organs. The fresh air in the room is very good in all aspects, no taste, and no heating. It will be stuffy.
I ordered the hotel's breakfast. Two options, set meals and buffets, can be tried, but I prefer buffets ~
The location of the hotel is very convenient. Turn right and walk straight along the main entrance, which is the Tanukikoji (also the direction of the TV tower), basically walking from the beginning to the end ~ In fact, it will reach the two markets, but we really do n’t feel anything at all, it feels like Specially targeted at Chinese tourists ... There are many tanuki road drug stores, and the more prosperous ones are relatively concentrated.
Go straight to the hotel's side door and you can see the crab family (reservations are needed in advance, we can't make an appointment. It is recommended to line up early in the morning, open at 11:30, we were in the second row at eleven), walk to the crab family and turn right Walking straight is JR Sapporo Station, and it is from here to JR Otaru. The mall is located above JR Sapporo Station. Major shopping malls are also concentrated here. You can walk slowly. Liuhua Pavilion is also nearby. If you have good eyesight, you can see it. If you can't find it, you can navigate (I use Baidu very well). The store is relatively large. It seems that the overall size is larger than that of Otaru, and there are more varieties. Some commodity airports can't buy it. It is recommended to buy it directly at this store. Haha ~ But pay attention to the short shelf life.
Generally speaking, this store is very good except for the small space ~
odori park Surrounding
good location, very clean room, public bath is great.....the airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It's very convenient....the hotel staff is very helpful...we are very appreciated.
