Nice hotel, great location, good breakfast, spacious rooms and bathroom with friendly staff. All went smooth and well. The guest rooms have no outdoor balcony. The roof top has a relaxation patio and the small outdoor pool with nice deck, good Sun loungers and nice trees. The hotel had seemingly some minor renovations recently. AC and water pressure with hot water is good. The bed is big and shaking. Lighting and control is simple and not much power outlets to charge one’s gear. Problems: - windows not well closing shut and as such able you hear the street noise and loud vehicles - ac condenser at outside was very loud and rattling

Having booked a room with a double bed we got a room with 2 singles pushed together. This fell apart during the night. I went to reception in the morning and said this. The guy on reception sighed , didn’t look up , and said ‘ what …… do ……. You ….. want ….. me …… to ……. Do’ as apparently asking for the room I have booked and paid for is unacceptable. I asked him to fix it and he repeated his slowly worded reply. I asked for his manager and a lady came out. She explained ibis intentionally over book double rooms and that my room was a twin room. I thought we agreed a mattress change to a double mattress, but apparently that was miscommunication ( after another sleep ruined when the bed falls apart ). She explained the following day that the staff put a topper on it , they hadn’t they had put a slightly thicker sheet on it. I’m not angry at her , our conversation got off on the wrong foot due to the ignorance of the first staff member who really needs to either be retrained or removed from a customer facing role.

The service attitude is very good. I went there for 5 days and no one was discriminating against Chinese people. The room is huge. The restroom is also clean. Only the bathroom door has some flaws, everything else is fine. This hotel is very convenient to go everywhere. It is recommended that everyone go to Lanpo Seafood Market to buy seafood and process it yourself. Don't eat food stalls at night markets. not fresh. If time doesn't allow. I buy seafood every day. The massage was very good. Cheap. This hotel is just not bad. Recommended. Below are pictures of seafood and massage shops. There are also pictures taken out of the room I stayed in.

Booked for the Thailand Test and Go entry. Compared to other choices in Pattaya available when I booked Nov. 2021 this was inexpensive. Airport pick up was a bit frazzled - no fault of the hotel. It's like a commodities trading floor with all the hotels in one corralled area trying to find their pick-ups. I don't recall how I found my way to the Sunshine Hip driver. Trip to hotel was on time and well done. Upon arrival tested right away and then off to bed. For an arrival at 3am I was concerned about when I would be tested and if my booking was for the night I arrived or the next night. I emailed the hotel many times and finally while in transit received an email that stated my arrival constituted an early check in. Turns out that arrival night was all I needed - test came back 5 hours later and I moved on to my condo. The hotel provided a meal upon arrival and a breakfast. Neither of them were good and fortunately came with fruit. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. My luggage was carried up to my room. Room was clean, seemed well maintained and spacious with a large comfortable bed. I also appreciate the abundant and convenient power outlets (next to and in the headboard of the bed). Everything was as advertised. The location is quite good - 3 min walk to convenience store and a shopping mall. As Pattaya comes back alive this would be a good choice for traveler wanting to be in the center of the greater Pattaya entertainment area.

The location is great, but like other reviews, the facilities are very outdated. The door key is also a key-turned type, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on all the time. However, I recommend it for its cost-effectiveness and location that beats all of that. And the room cleanliness is top notch and I highly recommend it. I think the housekeepers are very meticulous.

It’s a nice, quiet hotel, there aren’t many rooms, there aren’t many people staying there, there’s a clean pool, the room is also clean, a large comfortable bed, there’s a Russian channel on TV, there were no problems with hot water, breakfast is on the menu, quite filling. Very convenient location. However, the rooms are villas that are located “facing” the pool, there are thick curtains hanging on the windows that cannot be opened, because you will be visible to everyone who is in the pool or passing by, so the room is always dark, the sun is not visible, you have to turn it on there is light both during the day and in the evening, it’s dreary)) Also, these curtains are very smoky and the room smells of cigarettes. I recommend that the hotel hang thin curtains (tulle, organza) so that you can see the sun and white light, and not live like in a basement)) Another disadvantage: they weren’t cleaned for 2 days for some unknown reason, so we used the foot towel for 3 days, it got dirty , for this they wanted to charge us 150 baht upon check-out, but we explained to them that it was their fault, because there was no cleaning and change of towels - they were left behind)

Perfect in everyday. Book this last minute. Perfect location 2 minutes walk to Soi Buakhow. The staff very helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they came within 10 minutes of asking . Very comfortable bed and brilliant housekeeping. If I had one little crumble I was with my girlfriend and we often do different things in the day . We asked for 2 room keys but they only had 1 ( old key on a fob) system. So we had to leave and pick up the key from reception everytime which wasn't to much of a bind. We were that impressed we tried to extend our stay by a day but unfortunately it was full. For a cheap clean no frills hotel you can't go far wrong with Nalanta hotel

Having stayed here multiple times, we booked this hotel for a long weekend away. Once again, the staff were attentive, room was clean and swimming pool area is nice and chilled. However, on one of the nights we were woken up at 2am by the room next door. A guy had clearly come to Pattaya for the obvious reasons a lot of men do and decided to use this hotel as his base. The women proceeded to sob/scream for an hour, with the man constantly telling here to be quiet and console her. This obviously raised alarm bells, so I rang down to reception asking them to check. They said they would. 20 minutes went by and nothing had changed. Very angrily myself and my partner both walked down to reception from the 4th floor and insisted someone came up immediately. They said they would get security to check. This once again did not happen, but they decided it would be a good idea to call our room telephone to ask why we were complaining. This noise then continued for another 1h30mins, until the male finally fell asleep. This was all due to the connecting door that is in each of the rooms, which leads you directly into the room next door. It is obviously locked, however, as this shows, nose travels very easily that you may as well be in the same room. We spoke to reception in the morning and the only thing they could do for us was give us a later check-out which was pointless as we had to leave anyway.

But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card. Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant. Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.

The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

First of all, there is no front desk in this apartment. If you come, I suggest asking Ctrip to go to their office to pick up the keys. I just did n’t receive the Ctrip mail and it took more than 20 minutes. But the sister of the customer service in this apartment is very good from Thailand. They will help us store our luggage and tell us some interesting places in Pattaya. The attitude is very good. The location of the apartment is also good. Pattaya Beach can be seen from the window. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There are also many restaurants. Overall, it is very satisfactory.

Great room, great location but the staff that worked the early afternoon late evening shift. They were rude, mean and disrespectful. The 2 women that worked at the front desk on 12/9 around 6pm were the most cruel and horrible people i ever dealt with at a hotel before. They were insulting me in thai and english being very mean to me and at one point tried to ignore me because i was asking them questions about what is around the area as i had no idea where anything was as i live in the US. They were very mean and racists, they do not like black people at all. Everybody else at the hotel was very nice and respectful during my stay except those 2 asian women. I travel all over the world sometimes staying at different hotels in other countries and these 2 women were the worst i ever dealt with at a hotel anywhere. I dont advise any minority to stay here as you will be disrespected by these 2 women who work there as they probably make minimum wage. I felt sorry for them. I make over $100,000 a year at my job and i travel all over the world so i felt so bad for them. Hopefully someone there can either put them in line or just fire them asap. Stay blessed.

I feel bad that the staff greeted like this. And your brother repeated asking Which is our right that we will book with which channel? It should not say hello like this Even to book a promotion That is a sales offer Ask the staff in front of the lobby, he said. Your brother is a GM. The high-level management level should be a good example or model for the staff to follow. Not doing this If there are many people, we feel embarrassed. If you book a promotion or not a promotion, you can ask to see Reservatoin first. Because I don't know which room to be in, which building If you encounter a question like this, the first step into your house. How do you feel it? It's not a heavy matter, but it's absolutely unworthy thing. Please consider it.

Hotel is Indian. Rooms are not big, clean, fresh, no insects. Very liked bedding. Pillows are very good, increased size, blanket bulge - smiled. Room cleaning is good. Minibar is not in the room. The refrigerator is empty, very small. Breakfasts, just like the hotel itself, are more targeted at Indians, but the chickens, eggs of all kinds, milk, fruit, vegetables, cruisances in abundance. Location-on amateur. The serious shortcomings - related rooms - between the door numbers. Hearing 100% if the neighbouring room is settled. We were lucky that some of the weekends were neighbors, but quiet, the rest of the days, related rooms were settled.

The room was so big with full of facilities including washing machine. I stayed for one night including breakfast, the breakfast was not bad just maybe we had breakfast a bit late but still have 45 mins left. The food wasn’t being heated and not sure about turning off the heating or not. Mostly, the hotel provides Thai food and a salad bar for guests.

I stayed in M Place in March 19 period as 5 nites. Owner is very helpfull to its guests. Gives all tarif around Pattaya. Hotel location is very conveniet and east to go back to pattaya beach area.Rooms are large and confortable as payment level and its rate. Bathrooms are clean and normal standards. Regularly per day rooms beds, sheets are changing, cleaning everyday. The biggest shopping Mall (BIG C) just 150meter walking distance away. excellent staff. Highly Recommended to stay. Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

I have serious questions on the integrity culture of this hotel. When I was checking out they said “everything is complete” without returning my security deposit money. When I reminded them about it, they asked for the receipt. Unfortunately, I left the receipt in the room. They innocently said that they don’t have a copy of it! (That means if I fake a receipt for any money they would just give it to me!) Unbelievably unprofessional attitude. Rest of the things in the hotel was alright. Except, their bathroom comes in 3 parts. Toilet is a clumsy room, bathroom is a little glass square and bathroom sink is in the room. I will never return to this hotel only because of their unprofessional behavior.

Hello, As every year we come to Thailand, this year we decided to try the Sunshine Hotel. I would like to thank the customer service manager, the reception and service staff at the hotel. Already in making the initial contact with the hotel before arrival, the response was quick and professional. Rooms: change of bed linen and cleaning of the rooms on a daily basis Restaurant: good food and excellent service. Service and reception staff: English speakers, pleasant and always ready to help. It's a nice budget Hotel. More than a hotel it gives a look of big apartment complex. The check-in was quick and smooth. The rooms are ok type. Nothing fancy but pretty neat and clean. The lower portion of the walls is tiled, don't know why...Bathrooms are also clean and tidy. The balcony is good overlooking to swimming pool. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One with Indian cuisine and other one western. Since lot of Indian tourists come to this hotel that explains the Indian restaurant, but they can definitely improve the spread. Location of the hotel is good with bif shopping mall near by, beach road 8-10 mins walk, the main road (2nd Rd) is just at a 5 mins walk from where you can get tuk-tuks and taxis to travel anywhere in Pattaya. Check out was also smooth and quick. Enjoyed my stay.

They lived on the villa N10, at the very end of the pool. The villa went out with windows to the wall of the nearby hotel, not to the pool. But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.
