We had a 2-night stay booked. It was comfortable and very clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful and responsive to our request for some toiletries that were needed. The full breakfast that is served was delicious and Candy, the breakfast attendance staff was attentive and made us all feel very much at home. A great value for the price.

Although there are some tech issues with this place (resetting the room Chromecast would not get it to work and neither would the phone pairing/dishwasher is crazy loud/shower pressure adequate) the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere compensated sufficiently for this stay. Holly and the other staff make you feel like you're visiting with family (but not too close family) - like cousins - in a good way. So I felt welcome and the room and bed was comfortable, piling three of their marshmallow pillows enable me to get sufficient head support and the pool and gym are good enough for a short stay. Kitchen set-up is just enough to do the basics but has everything you need, the large fridge is great. The area set aside for dogs was well established and attended to, all the walks were regularly cleared of snow. As buffet breakfasts go I thought it was better than average at this point, with a small but well chosen selection that can cover all tastes and was not the usual dried out recycled buffet fare.

I had never stay in a Drury Inn, until a week ago. My family was always Marriott Club members. However; I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, staff, and property amenities. I will say, the staff is second to none, so willing and ready to help at any given time. I can honestly say, from housekeeping to the hotel manager, super helpful and very courteous. It's been a very long time since I have had this kind of experience at any hotel. I will never forget how you made my family and I feel from the minute we checked in, we felt very welcome. When I checked in, I told the young man I wanted to have a good experience and he said,”Yes Mam.” I had an awesome time. Thank you Drury Inn.

We came to the area for a graduation party. From the check in with Angela to our check out was great. Our rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms. If there was a complaint it would be the bed was to firm for me. Also, because of the weekend and the amount of people maybe housekeeping could have been a little more present in the common areas. Especially the elevators. I saw a guest almost slip and fall in the elevator due to water from the guest coming back from swimming. The bar wasn't bad. We had catered food from the hotel for our event. The beef was to die for. Excellent taste. The nice thing is there are some stores and other restaurants close by. If in the area will definitely stay again.

Pros. Hotel has a good location. Rooms are good. Nice lobby. Lots of parking Cons. Openly censor Fox on the TV. No extra service what so ever. We never saw a maid or room attendant once in a 4 night stay. The room was nice, the outdoor mall has nice stores. Lobby is large. Parking is somewhat offsite, but quite easy and convenient

This is a quite hotel. I haven't ordered a meal from here, however I appreciate the dish and silverware they are able to loan out to guests. The room itself is cleaned and sanitized well just like it was last time. You can plug your laptop into the TV. This isn't my first time coming back and I would come back again.

Rooms need updating bathroom floor and grout dirty looking furniture damaged and worn Room rate was too much for conditions it seems like they are trying to make up from Covid it’s ok to charge however you have too give the customers what they are paying for and then some being a Hilton honors member doesn’t really get you anything but a couple bottles of water lol !!!!!!!
