|0.77km from city centerI was staying at Hotel Yasmin Karawaci for a retreat in May 2019. The hotel is located a bit off Lippo Karawaci area. The hotel is quite spacious. Room is adequately sized, with minimalist design, low cost material, but does not look cheap. My only concern with the room is that it has cigarette smell and the bathroom has bad odour. Staff are generally friendly. During my stay, vegetarian food was served. They are delicious. The stay was not bad overall.

As a result, I searched for it for a long time at the airport but couldn’t find it. I asked many staff but they couldn’t find it. I know, I thought it was the one next to Gate E.
Environment: The baths and toilets are shared, but the area is large and each room is independent, similar to a bathhouse, so it is not bad.

I realized lock for door not work but because i really tired so i decided to put my luggage behind my door, in case someone try to come inside i can noticed. Morning time at 9 a.m i still lay in my bed when cleaning service open my door, i was shocked and he said sorry then closed the door. I mean why he just open the door without knocking to make sure is there anyone in room. So when check out i gave information about this, and good that staff there feel sorry and said will fix the things. Overall i like to stay here, for transit this hotel is good and also has shuttle bus to airport.

|1.42km from city centerI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

|5.25km from city centerI appreciated the great kindness and hospitality of all the staff, but in practice when you arrive, you have a personal supporter to whom you can ask anything. Ok they are paid for this, but they do their job with passion and make you feel comfortable. The hotel is comfortable, equipped with a swimming pool, of course outdoor, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is the home of wedding parties. The hotel has a very good Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable bed.A little negative comment: air conditioning in the room is not particularly silent and the noise of the outside traffic is too high in the restaurant. Being close to the industrial area, there are no attractions in the surroundings but the economic taxis allow you to reach the center of Jakarta with a little cost.

It was only 4km away from the airport but due to the road works I had to go on a 40km detour - it took 1 hour and £9. The room was drab and I'm glad I wasn't staying longer. However, for £14 a night what do you expect.

|3.39km from city centerFirst off, I gave only 3 stars for overall experience due to bad dinner experience - took them over an hour to serve our food, citing severe staff shortage. Apart from that, it's actually quite a nice hotel, especially for airport/ transit hotel. It's apparently 4-star, although I'd say it's more like 3-star. Cost about the same as the really bad d'Primahotel at CGK terminal 1A, where I've stayed at once last year (never again!). Room was of good size, clean, and nicely decorated. It has small swimming pool on ground floor, which is more like plunge pool, only big enough to cool off not swim in. There was also a teeny weeny tiny gym. The hotel's rooftop bar is actually quite nice though. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle to/ from CGK airport, which was pretty good. Just make sure you book ahead.

Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

There is a shared kitchen that can be used. Best service. But unfortunately the pool is a bit dirty. Location inside the complex so have to show ID outside the gate. |1.45km from city centerThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

|3.02km from city centerThe shuttle service is terrible. First, I arrived at CGK T3 around 00:30am and I have called the (shuttle) driver multiple times to no avail. I opted a taxi and paid more to save the time. Second, the next day when I told them that I will take the 11:00am shuttle, it did not shown until 11:15am. Once again, I opted a taxi in order to be on time at the airport for my next connecting flight. Better to not mentioning that the hotel have shuttle service than having to experience this disappointing service. Thank you!
