I stayed with my family. It was a wonderful experience. Staffs are professionals and friendly. The property is well managed and maintained. Compare to any 4 or 5 star hotels, it has offer very comfortable stay. Just 20 minutes to Suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport, connecting local attractions, shopping malls, famous Ramkhamhaeng community, Rajmangala stadium and Assumption University (ABAC) are convenient distance. A big thanks to the team for taking care us. We will come back again.

I had work in that area and we decided to stay at 2Bedtel. It was a good choice after all. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. Aircon was cold! The staff recommended us resturarants at walking distance so finding food was not a problem for us. However, if the hotel could provide breakfast or have a coffee shop, it would be nice.Overall, a pleasantly good experience!!

The staff was very helpful from the moment we entered until the moment we left. They even took the initiative to call to find another flight for us to Chiang Mai when we missed our morning flight. They made sure to call all cabs for us so they could record the cab information for our safety and security. Everything was fresh and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The free internet in every room was great so we could keep in touch 24/7 with family and friends back home. It was so good there that our original stay was for 2 days but we extended it to 7. No extra hidden fees and the staff were even reluctant to take tips from us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok. Excellent.

Pros: * Overall: A new, clean & spacious Hotel even though only 3.5 stars. * Price: Affordable room price which is inclusive of breakfast & WiFi. * Staff: Friendly, helpful & prompt. * Room: Spacious with kitchenette, sofa, working desk, dressing/make-up area & bathtub. * Additional Merits: Lift is customized for wheelchair (one of the rare initiative by small hotels). * Instagramble Hotel (though we didn't take much photos because not our priority). Cons: * Location: Nothing along the street except a coffee house which is a walking distance too (along the main road). * Breakfast: Yummy traditional Thai and Western cuisine, but everyday is same food, We stayed for 5 nights so by the 3rd day we started to get bored of the same food. * Swimming Pool: size of a Jacuzzi tub and too exposed (on the street). * Convenience Store: should make use of the empty store space (beside the swimming pool) to open a convenience store for Hotel Guests. * Hotel Signage at main road: As per attached photo, there is a lighted Hotel signage along the main road during the evening hours. However, when we returned back to Hotel late at night, the light was switched off and thus Drivers had difficulty to find it in the dark. Suggest to on the power till dawn. * Soundproofing: Needs improvement as able to hear the noise at corridor. * WORST CON: We would give a 5 star rating to Onyx Hotel if not for this issue - No peace enjoyment at times, especially when the tour group are out/back from activities. Morning we are awaken by loud conversations, even to the extend of shouting & screaming. Night is even worse - guests gather at the level 4 common area to chit chat till late and one guest even took a chair to sit at the corridor & blast loud music on HP. We arrived very early in the morning and had to wake up the staff, but we had emailed earlier to confirm this and they were ready and friendly. The room was petite, but very clean with good air conditioning and hot water. The saving grace of the room having no windows was the very small balcony that opened up to busy Bangkok. It was great to have to step outside as we acclimatized to a 16 hour time difference. There is a communal fridge between the floors and a kettle open to guest use. There isn't really a reception area, you have to ring the bell every time you need something. However, the staff are friendly every time. The neighbourhood was decidedly not touristy and had tons of great local food stalls! We took the local bus to Lumphini Park which was quite easy but a bit long if you don't have much time. All in all, Hive 28 was a good stopover for us.

We staid for a night before heading to the BKK airport. Check in was smooth, and the room we had was spacious and well equiped - private restroom, hot shower, air cond, coffee/tea/water, comfy queen size bed, modern decor. Lovely decor at the lobby, with cozy seats and lounge-like ambiance. They have their own cafe with western food, drinks and sandwiches/pizza to choose from. Staff was very friendly and offered help to hull our luggage to the third floor as there's no elevator. There was a simple breakfast on the house, with some biscuits/ toast/ hot drinks available. Location is 10 mins walk from Hua Mak airport link subway station, and costs around 300 baht to taxi to the BKK airport. Nearby, within walking distance is Mcdonald's, The Pizza Company, local restaurants, KFC, and a large Tesco Lotus with its own food court and various fast foods (Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and local cafes). Check out was smooth, we just dropped the keys at the counter and call staff on their lobby phone to inform. That's it. We love their friendliness and proactive service, their attitude towards customer satisfaction is what caught our attention. Overall, this is quite a bargain for the money we pay for.

Suvarnabhumi Airport
Only one advantage is that it is close to the airport. Everyone else can do it. When I booked, I need to pick up the phone in the order. When I was ready to take off, I didn’t know how to pick up the phone. I called the hotel and asked him how to pick up the phone. The hotel communication was not good, it would not be Chinese and English. I understand that he replied to me to find a booking website, and then I found Ctrip, Ctrip as a middleman, this is not good enough. Then I waited for an hour and a half to Ctrip to reply. After arriving between 4f3 and 4, there is a place of 5 square meters dedicated to the hotel and various pick-ups. The names are people, many people are sitting inside. L24 is shared with another hotel, a piece of paper, and then everyone can unclear the order and show it to others. Don't ask, others will help you find the person in charge of your hotel shunting, because sitting inside There are so many people, I was not sure if it was the place to pick up the plane. The person responsible for dispatching the vehicle is a very full woman. Without a smile, the tone is fierce. The driver who picks up the plane does not take the initiative to help with the luggage. If you sit in the first row, you can see that the driver’s center console is very deliberate. A 100-pig banknote, and when it arrives, it has the action of taking the center console. I asked for a tip, but the people I passed didn't see it. Only when I saw it, I chose to ignore it. First, I didn't like to reach out. Second, his service was not worth my tip. If you want to drop off (only one-way pick-up service) or late check-out (check-out time is 12 noon), you will have to pay an extra 100 pigs.

This was the time I lived on a self-help trip nine years ago. Going back again is to ask for a convenience and parity. It is on the edge of Khao San Road, but it is not troubleous. I want to make a road to Khao San Road. It will be quieter and safer than living on Khao San Road. There is a swimming pool upstairs, but this time we didn't go up, we will consider staying here next time, because it is too convenient and too cheap~ but the room is simple enough for backpackers. I like the design sense or choose another one~ The picture is a laneway restaurant that comes out, and the atmosphere is quiet at night~ It is another style of Khao San Road area~

We were free to go, the hotel was a bit biased, and the driver didn't know where it was. No kettle, need to go down to pick up water. No slippers. It is recommended to go out and choose to be closer to the attractions you plan, otherwise it will waste a lot of time. Bangkok city is okay, Pattaya is not ok, it is not recommended to go to the small broken town of Pattaya, it is dead, the transportation is not convenient, and the bus station does not have air conditioning and electric fans.

Well, where shall I begin! This was our first stay at The Athene Hotel and check-in was first class. We were facilitated by Sopeido (hope I've spelled that right), such a polite individual with a lovely smile. We were upgraded (lovely) to a delightful king sized room on the 24th floor. Our room had everything and more to make us feel that little bit special and the bed was so comfortable and cleanliness was at a premium. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and nothing was a problem during our stay. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, in particular the gym equipment is so modern and the changing rooms are 5 star. Breakfast is up there with the best of 5 star buffets. So much choice and tastes across the board. Again the staff were so helpful in these stressful times. The lobby area is luxurious and the ambience so relaxing. Will we visit again? You can be sure of it and we are already looking to book a stay again in the near future, but for a longer period of time. Many thanks to all the staff we encountered for which the management must be so proud.

Friendly receptionist who spoke good English. Pick-up and drop off at airport worked very well. Location of the hotel is perfect. On a quiet alley, but still very close to Suvarnabhumi airport and short waking distance to Paseo Mall (local Thai style with lots of nice restaurants & market) and Robinsson's big fancy Mall with more restaurants, well stocked super market and big variety of shops. Can be understood as a domestic hotel chain with a pool. You can check in after 14 o'clock, you can check your luggage and play until you come back at night before you get your room card. The rooms are very new, no toothbrush, no socket on the bedside, can not smoke, there is a small window as if there is no, the hotel has a battery car to the intersection, convenient for bts and taxi. As long as it is not in the rainy season, there are several large trash cans and rats on this road. There are several hotels around four hundred. This is a good choice. There is no time to go to the pool. The front desk speaks well, smiles well, and simple oral communication. Does the water from the shower smell like disinfectant? But the skin was fine for two days. It is not easy to disperse the room without some windows. It's low season and it's quite quiet at night. Booking in advance with a coupon in the early 300s, I feel that I can accept that I want to continue to live, and the result is nearly double the price. . . Because I always go back to bed at midnight to go out and feel that it doesn't matter. The taxis here don't like to beat the meter, they all bargain on their own!
