We stayed here on the 17-19 Jan 2020, Collected our keys from the Liquor store as there is no reception. ( Which was all fine ) Took the elevator to top floor ( Level2 ) to find buckets and bins everywhere as the roof was leaking, carpets totally wet and a strong mold smell. Went to our room ( 8 ) where a strong smell of deodoriser was present. The room was large, good TV and queen size bed, 2 small bedside cabinets a shelf and a stand along robe, the rest of the room completely empty. It is all of a very good standard and quality, obviously recently renovated, unfortunately the cleaning and maintenance is very poor. The shower very dirty, handbasin horrible and toilet not cleaned. The shower is leaking and water has run out the doorway onto carpet which is wet and stained. bathroom floor always wet from shower water. Bed liner had been cleaned but was stained and had black marks, blanket was very old and had a bad smell. ( We removed this in to the robe. This place has so much potential but suffers from poor management. Spoke to Guy in liquor shop he had no interest. Will no stay here again. Last thing its very noisey from the bar down-stairs hard to sleep

Very close to the airport, about 20 knives, the traffic is not very convenient, but there is KFC on the left, McDonald's on the right, breakfast is fixed, the hotel is very small, no toiletries, tea and coffee, there is no elevator on the third floor. Fortunately, we live on the first floor, three people have two beds, a small bed on the big bed, high and low beds, others are OK, the air conditioner is a window machine, the room is very quiet, but fortunately Sydney night is not very Hot, we are all sleeping in the air conditioner.

The apartment is located on the promenade, with a balcony facing the sea, unobstructed views of the sea and the marina! It only takes ten minutes to get a taxi from the airport and pick up the key from the apartment mailbox (the landlord will send the mailbox password in advance). There are a lot of restaurants and tour companies in the surrounding area. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the pier by boat. It's more than 10 minutes' walk from the supermarket. These days we buy from the supermarket and cook by ourselves. The room is fully equipped and convenient for laundry and cooking.

During the epidemic period, one night to catch the plane the next morning. Probably because there are more vacancies during the special period, I arrived at 11 and let me stay. The front desk is friendly, need to communicate in English, 24 hours reception. You can buy a car from the front desk to the airport in the morning called super shuttle, which costs 8.5 knives, and the car will also carry guests from other nearby hotels. It takes about 20 minutes from the bus to the international airport, which is quite convenient. Roads are being built near the hotel. If you eat or shop nearby, you will have to walk some way to Mascot station. The hotel can eat breakfast and dinner, so no comment. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is well-ventilated, towels can be dried overnight, the shower head is fully water-pressured, and dental slippers must be prepared by yourself. The price can be said to be relatively low in the hotel near the airport, the price is very good.

This hotel wowed me in every facet. The hotel is new to the Sydney Airport area, competing with a lot of other hotels and opening when travel is at a minimum mid-pandemic. The hotel is perched somewhat conveniently close to the airport, with a short (albeit tedious) 4 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from the domestic terminals, and a short drive (8 minutes) to the international terminal. The hotel boasts perfectly designed rooms for an airport hotel. I can’t say how impressed I was with every little feature of the room that made for a comfortable stay. The triple glazed windows meant despite being only on level 3 directly facing the very busy O’Riordan Street, not a sound was heard. I stared in awe at truck after truck passing by and yet not so much as a rumble passed through. In fact, it almost upset me as I live by an equally busy road, a whopping 21 floors up and hear a LOT of noise. Seriously, the hotel room was silent. Paired with full black out blinds (I’m talking full blackout, the blind tracks are covered and the bottom is soft so as to completely seal out any hint of light in the slightest), an epic sleep is to be had. The room comes with labeled firm and soft pillows you can use as desired, a very clean and functional bathroom, a simple sitting space, place for your luggage and desk with chair. The TV in the room is crystal clear, loud and allows streaming from any streaming enabled device (incredibly easy to pair following the instructions on screen). The property has fast free WiFi. On level two, a reasonable fitness room containing various pieces of fitness equipment and machines and nicely cooled to 18 degrees can be found, alongside a self service coin operated laundry. Per the signage, free laundry detergent can be obtained by asking reception. At breakfast time, the free breakfast included a spread of cereals and milk, fruits, Chobani yoghurts, toast with a variety of spreads and a couple coffee machines that made a decent cup. On request was hot food, such as quiches, ham and cheese croissants, toasted sandwiches among others. Service was fast and friendly. The hotel staff I interacted with during check in and check out were incredibly friendly, obliging and efficient. On the ground floor, spacious luggage lockers are available for use locked by electronic code, providing free storage for up to 24 hours. Overall, I am amazed at the exceptional stay especially given the attractive price point. I actually bumped into a colleague who was having her first stay at the hotel and said she was pleasantly surprised and this hotel will also be her go to from now on when staying by the airport. Overall, I am incredibly happy to say what a success this property will be and question how star ratings work as this hotel really offers facilities that I would expect to attract a 4 star rating minimum. You will not regret staying at this property.

In order to catch a flight in a hurry for a night, it is true that the Australian itinerary affects the best hotel. The environment is clean and tidy, and the apartment is fully equipped. The only doubt is that there is no fresh supermarket near here. Remember to bring vegetables to the airport to cook.

The next day I transferred back to China, and the hotel closest to the airport was used as a quarantine hotel, so I stayed at this Ibis. The advantage is that it is 10 minutes away from the domestic terminal. There is a shuttle bus to the international terminal at the entrance of the Mantra Hotel next door. You can buy a ticket at the Ibis front desk. There are fast food restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC nearby. The rooms are lackluster, have internet access, and average speed. Anyway, just spend the night without too much demanding.

The accommodation experience was very good! The staff at the front desk was very nice and always greeted with smiles. The first night of check-in was more than 11 o'clock. They also called us several times to coordinate the room and gave us an extra bed for free. The staff attitude is also very good, the rooms and kitchen facilities are very good, they are particularly assured and comfortable, they feel very new and clean, and there is a large balcony. When we left, we forgot a small bag in the room. They immediately notified me by email and packed the bag for safekeeping. The brother at the front desk was very friendly when we got it back. All in all very recommended!

The location is very good, sealife is right next to it, it is convenient to go to the taronga zoo by boat. Go to the qvb next to it, go to the world square for 10 minutes, but go to Chinatown for about 20 minutes. But walking through the darling quarter is pretty, and there are places for kids to play. The room is big in the city, there is a pool downstairs, the pool is not big.

One location is really good. I thought it was good.. There is a famous club on the 1st floor of a building like the base. It looks like a different building from 9-10 p.m., but it's a building connected from the 2nd floor, so the floor of the room rings. 3-4 a.m.? It's a frantic till It’s okay in summer, but it’s very cold in winter. It smells a lot.. The kitchen is in the basement, so it’s a cockroach grand replacement Compared to the facilities, the staff are friendly ^^...

Went for 3 nights. The first night I found that the stove hood was not working properly, so I spoke to the front desk. Back to the hotel in the evening, they said that the tests had been completed and everything was normal. So I tried it. It took 3 minutes to turn off again, so I went to talk to them again the next morning. (I kept pressing and cooking on the first night. I cook with one hand, and I admire myself.) They said that they had checked before. . . I said that I would die in 3 to 5 minutes after opening, and they also said that it was okay to try. It turned out that for 3 nights I cooked with this switch. . . . Milk and coffee need to be found by them, they are not added automatically. Everything else is good. Easy to darling harbour and downtown. It's pretty comforting. I hope to help everyone. If you don't need to cook by yourself, the price is still very high.

I came to Sydney for Christmas and New Year with my husband. I preferred the Hyde Park Hotel. The location is well-connected and the balcony scenery is amazing. Not only did I catch the Christmas light show, but I also saw the fireworks at the New Year, making this trip very happy. . The small kitchen also makes overseas travel a little more at home. The hotel is cleaned in time. Although the breakfast is simple, you can feed the seagulls when you do n’t eat bread. Great places to go, subway stations, bus stations, QVB, Chinatown are within walking distance. The subway station Line 8 diagonally across the road is easy to get to and from the airport.

The hotel is clean and well located, right next to Hyde Park, the Sydney Tower can be seen from the window, and the Opera House is less than 20 minutes walk. The hotel does not seem to have breakfast, but there is a place to eat breakfast downstairs, which is convenient. Hotel facilities are outdated, and it is barely equipped with 3 stars in China. The bathroom sink was pitifully small, the room had no shower or shower curtain, and there was water everywhere after the shower.

I have a two-bedroom suite for a total of more than 4,100 nights. The Sydney Opera House can be seen on the big platform. Most of the rooms are on the sea. I am a corner. If you add 100 knives a day, you can live in a sea view room. It is very close to the Sydney Grand Theatre, and it is just a few steps down the stairs. The scenery downstairs is beautiful, you can see the bridge, the bar is even one. The traffic is more convenient. From the train station, the bus stop is very close. Breakfast is the kind of order, up to 30 knives. With our menu, I don't know an English letter, I didn't eat it. If you pay 30 knives, the casual points on the menu are all words, no picture. It’s great to live here, the sea and the beautiful scenery in front, and the Royal Botanical Garden in the back. It’s beautiful. It is also 20 minutes from Hyde Park. The rotating cafeteria, which is as high as the color TV tower, is also 10 minutes away, with 60 people per person, the buffet is very good, and you can see the scenery.

The location of the apartment is quiet. It is acceptable to walk 5 minutes from museum station, so it is also 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park. It is very convenient to get to Circular Quay by taking two stops from museum station. But walking to Darling Harbour feels a bit far away, especially when walking back with children to play is still tiring. The nearest supermarket is coles on the first floor of the World Square. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk, but there are many intersections, so it will delay some time. There is a basket brother on the right hand side of the apartment for breakfast. Of course, it is most economical to go to the supermarket to buy things and come back to make breakfast on your own. The clean and beautiful decoration in the apartment is relatively modern, but the lights are not bright enough. Facilities are relatively complete, especially the kitchen supplies are complete, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, dishwasher blocks are all available, and will make up. Paper towels, hand towels, face towels, bath towels are available, and daily new towels will be replaced. Without slippers, there will be cleaning every day. The only bad design is that the lamp at the bedside is too low, it is very easy to hit the head ... The type of room I live in does not have a washing machine. The service is also very good with a 24-hour front desk. Fruits are changed daily in the lobby to eat, and free sweets and lemonade are also served. The gym is 24 hours and is on the 1st floor (actually on the 2nd floor and the lobby is on the G floor) The deposit pre-authorization was released very quickly, and it was completed two days after check-out. In short, it is a very recommended apartment, and you should choose it next time you go to Sydney.

The transportation is convenient. The scheduled pick-up and drop-off machine is about 20 minutes from the airport. It is opposite the Queen Victoria Building and a few steps away is a large supermarket. It is closed late. The chemist warehouse was just 5 minutes past and closed late. There are shopping malls around, but they are basically closed at 5-6pm. There are Hyde Park, Sydney Tower in the surrounding area, walk to Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House, 30-40 minutes, the fish market is further away. In general, if you like shopping, it is absolutely right. If you like to see the scenery, you can live near Daring Harbor. It takes about a quarter of an hour to walk through Chinatown. One of the popular Italian restaurants eats pork ribs, which is delicious and cost-effective.

Feels like it has never had a decent clean and has a constant musty/chemical odour that seeps into any clothes left hanging in the room. It appears they try to cover up this odour with car air fresheners instead of finding whatever is causing the smell and changing the carpets?! We found multiple cockroaches in our room on the first day, and in fairness reception quickly arranged to have the carpet sprayed the following day. However we still saw cockroaches around the building over the days following. My friend and I couldn’t sleep on the pillows because I would get an itchy throat and cough every night. And I would always experience an extremely sore throat, finding it difficult to swallow whenever I spent an extended period in the room. And I cannot even bring myself to photograph the back of the curtain in our room. The only upside is that the reception staff are nice and try to help, but there’s only so much they can do when the building is like this. One day there was only 1 working shower serving 3 floors so I had to leave the building to shower and get ready at the gym 1/2 a mile away. When I came back there were still people waiting to go in. The soap dispensers had no lids on them so flies and moths would repeatedly land inside them and (this is hilarious) instead of emptying the soap or fixing a lid, they’d just pour more soap on top of the flies! The tiny kitchen was filthy. From the sticky utensils to the lower metal section holding all the pots and pans which was so rusty I actually mistook it for wood to the grubby mesh window cover protecting the kitchen from the roof outside which had faint letters reading “clean clean clean”. We were ready to leave on the very first day and had other accommodation been available over the NY period, we would have left immediately. I’ve stayed in some questionable places over the years, I’m not afraid of a little back to basics living but this was off the charts disgusting and is not what you expect from a hostel no matter where in the world you are. I’m so shocked this place is still running and feel sorry for the staff who I imagine have to deal with endless complaints. Just a vile few days. I think this place should be gutted, doused with bleach and refitted before guests are allowed to stay here.

Yes there are some bad reviews but we decided to book anyway. It can be noisy at night. But if you live in a city and are used to city noise then you're fine. If you're used to sleeping in silence I'd recommend some earplugs. The best things about this place are: 1) the apartment and 2) location The apartment is spacious and fitted well. Everything is of good quality and the decor is modern. The location is unbeatable, next to darling harbour, Wynyard station and George Street. Finally the price is fantastic, think we paid around 150 AUD a night over a public holiday weekend via Expedia. Nothing even nearly comparable nearby. Lift and corridors are a bit dated - things that aren't really a priority for us. Will be staying here if we comeback to Sydney.

OK, so you may find more salubrious surroundings in the Sydney CBD to have lunch than The Occidental Hotel, but this pub’s quality restaurant offerings and the genuine warmth of the experience are simply unbeatable. Sitting pretty on the 1st Floor of the glorious Occi Hotel is The Fairmont Restaurant, a classy and refined haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s streets, and featuring a mouth-watering menu and seasoned team of hospitality professionals who deliver the goods every time. We genuinely struggled with our Entree selections . . . what do you leave out from Seared scallops, Spicy Peking duck pancakes, Blue Swimmer crab angel hair pasta, Salt & pepper squid, or hand-chosen Sydney Rock Oysters? But don’t go too hard too early because The Occi is best known for its famous steaks, a result of this pub being owned and operated by legendary Hotelier Fred Newton, of Glenmore Meats fame. The fabulous food and superb wine list here is complemented, thankfully, by a wide range of traditional beers and a wonderful pub atmosphere that embraces you the minute you walk through the doors. The Fairmont Restaurant at The Occidental Hotel is perfect for client business meetings, group bookings, special occasions or just a nice catch-up in the city with friends. But be warned . . . after you’ve climbed the wooden staircase and marveled at the Victorian Regency Style decor, you may find yourself wistfully remembering yesteryear and re-telling famous old stories. Or just simply not wanting to return to work! Love this place. And well done to the management team at this fine establishment. It is superbly run.

I visited the bar of Criterion Hotel with my friends and partners at 8pm On July 22, 2020 . The beverage service and the infield staff were fine. Only the security guard standing at the entrance was suspected to make things difficult for me. When I walked into the dining area with two other male friend and only checked my credentials. The kitchen is full of utensils, and the washer and dryer are well separated. When you leave the hotel, turn right at the first street and head towards the subway station to go to Woolworths Supermarket. Open at 5 o'clock and close at 12. Compared with the same supermarket prices in several other districts, there is no obvious difference. You can find most of the life and food you want. Turn left and right after exiting the hotel. Turn left at the first traffic light and go down 2 intersections to Chinatown and market city. It is convenient to not want to make a meal nearby. Then it was very close to Lover's Harbor. I stayed at Little National for 3 nights recently, and loved it. My husband joined me for one night, and then I stayed on alone. The room was fine for the two of us, as we didn't spend much time in the room. From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were fantastic, very nice and extremely accommodating. Our housekeeper bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is brand new, therefore everything is very clean, plush and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and well set up for sitting in bed working or watching tv. The wall controlled lights, blinds and curtains were really great. The bathroom was well appointed, great shower, nice toiletries and plush towels. There were robes, slippers, Nespresso and plenty of T2 to enjoy in the room. The gym is really good, lots of equipment and all brand new. The rooftop bar/lounge was also great, lovely views and lots of different areas to sit in. My husband worked up there a couple of times. The drinks from the bar were also good with quite a large menu. I ordered food delivery twice, and both times it was brought from downstairs to my door by hotel staff, along with plates and cutlery - this was fantastic! The hotel entrance is right beside Wynyard station, as well as access to the Barangaroo tunnel - this was invaluable since it rained nearly our whole stay. No children, no breakfast, no place to say, very good, walking to the road is Darling Harbour, is outside the road, it will be a bit noisy, there is a balcony, but dare not open the window, because it will be very noisy, there is air conditioning. As soon as I entered the room, there was a fresh smell, which made people feel relaxed and happy. Then the bottom of the building was very high. It was the old house that was transformed. Room service is basically to collect garbage every day, sort out the sheets, add soap and change towels, because we did not emphasize the need to organize the room, so I think this is enough. The space is very large, there is a kitchen, and basically there is nothing but the seasoning. There is also a washing machine and dryer, but the dryer is not very easy to use. I suggest that the hotel can provide washing powder, one-time use, because you want to wash clothes but the convenience store buys a pound of washing powder, I can not buy a pound of washing powder for washing clothes and then bring back Home, this can be a bit more human. Pure objective comment: first say the advantages: first, the location is good, very close to the central, within 500 meters walk from the museum bus station, close to the city center. The second is that the front desk staff is polite, clean, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Disadvantages: One is the quilt, which is the kind of sheet that cannot be sewn with the blanket inside. It came out. The second is that the air conditioner is in a bad location and blows his head. The third is that I booked a "modern double bed room", which is a relatively expensive class. As a result, there are no windows, the room is very small, and the bed is stuck at the door, which prevents the door from fully opening.

Sydney Central Business District
Good location, only 10 minutes walk to the circular quey, most of the central area attractions can be reached on foot. The suites are large, with large bedrooms + living room sofa beds, ideal for families. The kitchenware is complete, and the Coles supermarket on Kings Street is very convenient. Parking is recommended at Goulburn Street Car Park (near Central Station), starting at $ 10 overnight. All in all a good family vacation option.

The location is very good. It is okay to walk to Hyde Park and the star. The Opera House will take 25 minutes. The airport will take the train until the museum station. It will take more than 5 minutes to walk. The fare is 18 yuan. It is uber for many people. All front desks speak Chinese. Nearby supermarkets, health food stores, and pricelines are all available. There are many Chinese restaurants in places to eat rice. It feels like visiting Hong Kong. The hotel is strictly required to check out at 10 am, as if hotels in Australia are like this. This time the booking was very unpleasant. When Ctrip booked it, I found that Ctrip's merchants are more expensive and more expensive than other platforms. However, if you want to book hotels abroad, you should choose Ctrip. A platform approach, I feel very bad, I will not book here next time
