Ok, the toothpaste toothbrush at the front desk can take a takeaway order. It’s more cost-effective to call Chinese food out there at the hotel. The food at the downstairs cafe is delicious, but it’s a long time, the hotel is surrounded by no commercial area.

Pool was closed. It should not have been listed as an amenity if it was closed as my daughter was quite disappointed. Room was comfortable enough, but I had a spider drop from the ceiling onto me so may need to call in pest control. The bath towels were also small and very co****, soaking up very little water. The shower head had an odd leak so that some water was spraying out an odd angle. A/C worked well, but the fridge did not chill well. I left some drinks in it overnight and they did not get very cold. Breakfast was ok--sausage, eggs, biscuits (no gravy. unfortunately). They also had some bagels and muffins, as well as milk and juice.

It was a subtle trip that made me unable to remember... I thought about taking photos and writing evaluations all the time. I waited until 10 o'clock that night to find a way to let us live. Because I fixed the wrong date at the beginning, I later made another one day earlier. As a result, the front desk attendant told me that I could not find the second list of the day. The attitude is actually a bit bad. I have always said that I can't find my order in the backstage of the system, saying that I should not use Chinese software. I normally don't write reviews, but after the experience my friends and I had here for my birthday, I had to write one and I wish I had known about this place and their spa sooner. First and foremost, while the historical looking hotel is great and the service was fantastic, the amenity and service that stood out the most was the spa. It's intimate and immaculately kept and the service reflected that, being customized to our preferences perfectly. Carol, the spa manager, was nothing less than amazing! She was patient and accommodating, with any last minute changes and requests being taken care of without issue and with such a friendly demeanor! We had several requests and needs and she was able to ensure it all happened seamlessly. Even better, it was the absolute best massage we all had ever had; this coming from someone that has higher standards than most when it comes to spas, given that I've been to more than I can count. I'm ecstatic to have found a fantastic spa and am really glad that my colleague recommended her; I can see why she came so highly recommended. Oh, and the pool was perfect! It's on the second floor, so it feels nice and tucked away from everything else so there's no bothering foot traffic or other facilities that hinder it. This was the most memorable event we have had in a long time and we can't wait to celebrate again for another event, and definitely for the next birthday!

It’s back off the main road a bit, so it was pretty quiet for being in a big city. The only suggestion I might make was the lack of lighting and signage as you turn off the main road.

Hotel location is very good, in the subway DRYDEN station, 8 minutes from the DRYDEN Metropolitan Museum area three stations, there is a ticket vending machine on the subway platform for 1.25 dollars within three hours. The subway is parallel to the motorway on the road in front of the hotel. It is convenient to use the underground passage. There is a bathtub in the big bed room. The softness and hardness of the bed are suitable. It is suitable for a family of three. I feel comfortable living in the museum area ZAZA!

It’s an airport hotel, so you expect a shuttle. From the airport, you call the hotel and they send a shuttle (it took a few minutes after I’d called, at 1am). They return to the airport every 15 minutes. Easy. (Definitely easier than a number of other airport hotel shuttles I’ve used.) It’s an airport hotel, so you expect it to be noisy, right? Wrong. I chose a room on the opposite side to the road (use the hotel plan in the app - someone else posted it’s all even room numbers one side and odd the other side, that’s not correct). I didn’t have a view but I heard no noise other than a neighbor’s door slam. No cars, no planes, no nothing. Great sleep. It’s a Hilton, so you know what to expect. It’s not luxury, but you have everything you need - decent bedding, space, coffee maker, the right toiletries. Room was clean and furniture, bathroom etc all seemed fine to me. I had dinner in the bar and breakfast in the breakfast restaurant - all fine, and pretty reasonably priced (especially for an airport hotel). I arrived at 1am to be offered a warm cookie. Loved the idea, sadly I have a nut allergy (thank you for labeling the product clearly as having nuts!) Service was friendly everywhere - the front desk at 1am and other times of day, as well as the bar and restaurant. And the room price was reasonable, especially given it was a last minute booking (for the next night). Did everything via the app - check in, room key, check out, find out breakfast times etc. super easy. Only minor complaint is that the little store next to reception is not very well stocked, and a number of empty spaces indicated they usually stock quite a bit more than was there. That said, if you weren’t too fussy in your chocolate or snack quest, you’d find something. Would stay here again if I needed a hobby airport.
